This is Heather and I am writing to tell about my wonderful experience at the Ashley store in Cary. Taylor Radford immediately greeted me when I walked in the door and was not pushy at all. She checked in with me to see if I had any questions when I looked around. What impressed me about her was that she was so genuine. She really cared about providing me the best fit of furniture for my home. She understood that with kids, the furniture needed to be durable yet stylish. She walked me through all the fabrics and actually sold me on a cheaper item then what I was originally looking for because it was the best fit for my family. That kind of sales person is hard to find. She wasn’t after the bottom line and truly cared. She was authentic and had integrity. I highly recommend anyone shop and ask for Taylor!

Ashley Furniture Store Review If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Ashley Furniture has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I ordered a desk, a bed, and several other items TWO MONTHS AGO, and I’m still dealing with issues. Here’s a breakdown of the chaos: • My desk arrived with no parts to assemble it. • The bed had two of the same boards, forcing me to drill custom holes just to make it usable. • They sent the wrong desk TWICE because my sales associate didn’t even update the order properly, leaving me to deal with their incompetence. • In the end, I had to settle for tables I didn’t even want. The customer service was equally abysmal. The General Manager, David, called me with a generic, scripted “We’ll look out for you” speech, but it was nothing more than empty words. After his insincere promise to fix things, I had to follow up myself two weeks later. To make matters worse, he hung up on me mid-conversation while I was asking a question. If you’re considering buying from Ashley, don’t do it. The lack of accountability, attention to detail, and respect for customers is appalling. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Stay far, far away from Ashley Furniture.
