Did not have a great experience. I was supposed to have a delivery between 8am-10am and the delivery did not show up until after 6pm. Then, the movers put a huge scratch in the floor and will not reimburse anything unless I get multiple quotes from flooring companies to submit to them. I have never heard anything this ridiculous, nor have I ever had any movers ever put huge scratches in the floor. Never again.

Matt was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained all aspects of the furniture we purchased in addition to the delivery. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture to my friends and family - telling them to ask for Matt Sandy mcfarland

I went to Ashley Homestore in Cary NC today. My CSR was Shaq Webley. He was professional, personable and patient. I asked him if there was a survey I could take to show my appreciation, and I rarely ask to do a survey. It's just that good customer service is so rare, I had to at least express my gratitude.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Karen helped us find a couch that was perfect! She listened to our preferences and showed us the relevant options. She was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. Karen also looked up different styles, options and add ons (e.g. storage ottoman) and was very knowledgeable. Thanks Karen for helping make our home more comfortable!

My boyfriend and I just went to this location and Matt helped us out and we ended up buying a coffee table because he was so great! Service really matters and he made us have a great time shopping at AFHS! We will be coming back and asking for Matt every time.

Your company accepted an in-store order for a James using my email address. I received an email asking for confirmation this morning of delivery on Saturday, 6/26, in Cary, NC. Know how I know it's in Cary? Because I now have James' physical address. I tried to use the virtual assistant (as was suggested on the email I received) on the Ashley Furniture website to let you know an incorrect email address was used but that was frustrating. The virtual assistant couldn't understand my issue even though i used as few words as kept asking me to choose from it's list of three options until I finally typed "help". Then I must've gotten a design person who quickly understood why I was trying to contact customer service and transferred someone who ended up telling me that it was likely a technical glitch and to ignore the message I received. Technical glitch? I've never shopped at an Ashley would you have my email address? And how is that an acceptable answer?? Then that person told me to call a number since the order was an in-store order and they can only help with online orders. I was done wasting my time and decided to write this review instead. I really hope your company protects their customer's information better and takes information security more seriously in the future but I'm not holding my breath. And I hope you care enough about your customer, James, to try to reach out to him about his order/delivery.
