Karen was great, she helped my wife and I to find a sofa
When I entered the store Ebony greeted me and was very friendly and professional. When I couldn’t find what I needed on the floor she was able to pull up Some photos and assist with what I was looking for. She printed off the specifications for other coffee tables that might work in our office space. She was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience .
Matt was wonderful to work with! He is knowledgable about the different sofas and options! He was also respectful and didn’t pressure me in any way! This is important to me when making big decisions. He gave me enough space to think it through especially when trying to pick the right color.
I had a pleasant experience buying furniture at this location, and will return in the future all because of Shaq!
I am planning on moving in a month and need some new furniture, so I stopped by Ashley Furniture. I was greated by Ebony at the front door, with kindness and a great smile. Ebony was amazing and answered all my questions, went above and beyond anything I could have expected. It was a great experience and can't recommend this store and Ebony enough. Will be buying from here in the future.

The environment and shopping experience at Ashley's was fine. Ben, the salesman who helped us, was professional and personable enough. He is very reassuring that he's your man and he'll take care of you. 2 grand later and we had our new three piece couch ordered. Day of delivery is a nightmare. My expected window for delivery was 11:00 - 2:00. I received my furniture at 6:30 PM. I burned an entire day of my time because of their incompetence. Then when the furniture was assembled, it turns out you need a special adapter to plug all the pieces in. But DON'T WORRY, Ben will take care of you. Well after three weeks of waiting for his help I found another solution. I won't be spending another dollar at Ashley furniture. Once the sale is made they don't give a hoot about you or your problems. They overbook the delivery truck and take absolutely ZERO responsibility when things turn south. Have a bad experience? Well it'll cost you a restocking fee to give them their garbage back. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment, shop online or go somewhere else. edit: Ashley Furniture replied to reach out to them. If my experience was so concerning, they could have remedied it weeks ago. I won't be taking any more time to be bothered with them, if they want to reach out to me they have my contact info. Edit 2024: The couch we purchased from Ashley's is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture we have purchased in ages. Not a day goes by that we tell ourselves we should have gone somewhere else. We went to Rooms to Go for our most recent furniture purchase. Not only were the prices awesome but delivery/setup was made during the estimated window.
