The whole team at this location is amazing! The GM Melissa, and associates Terri and Jasmine were outstanding. Went to Ashely furniture today to look for a couch. Was greeted at the door with wonderful energy and beautiful smile! Terrie introduced herself. Asked us what brought us in and let us browse. We found a couch and dining room set that we loved! She sat there with us and walked us through everything. She was personable and made me feel at ease. She was an absolute pleasure. We ended up getting the couch with all her help and will be back for the dining set. I highly recommend asking her for all your needs. Lance on the other hand was just plain nasty to us. He was the manager on duty. While we were working with Terrie we needed some assistance with discounts. Terrie kindly asked for a moment of his time. He huffed and made us feel like we were a bother. While sitting at the table. He made the comment that he was in a bad mood and how dare Melissa the other manager leave him with our “problem” After going over the numbers he dismissed us and told us he couldn’t help. You could tell he was ready to be done with us so he could get to someone else that he could make a commission off of instead of help Terrie and the sale of our table. He started to walk away. When I asked for his name and a business card. He refused to give me either. Ran to the back. His professionalism needs to be an addressed with higher ups. If it wasn’t for Terrie and her kindness we would have left on the spot. She solved the problem immediately. I’m in disbelief that a manager would act like this on the floor, to a customer and co worker. I will be reaching out to Melissa about how we were treated by him.

Took longer that I thought it would but they did the right thing in the end. ________________________________________ I'd like to make an update to my previous five-star review, it is important to note that once your furniture is delivered and the delivery people leave you own the product. Wasn't aware of that when making the purchase, after a few hours of looking at the couches, I noticed that the dimensions for both couches were short by 10 in vs what was advertised in the onsite literature. I have made Ashley aware of this and they are instead of offering a full refund as thier first step, they are rescheduling another delivery of the same product. Needless to say I just wanted a refund and not have to deal with the hassle of scheduling another delivery for the same product. This is an ongoing process that has taken over a month and would have just appreciated the refund up front instead of jumping through all these hoops. Came in with a few things in mind, Christian was very welcoming and showed us the couch that we were asking for and offered 2 similar to it. Then he said do your thing I don’t want to be pushy. When we were ready we met him at the front and told him what we wanted. Super easy to get along with, very friendly and knowledgeable of the furniture, buying process, couch materials, protection plans, everything. Great young man I highly recommend!

Nathan is and was Amazing! I'm BIG on customer service and he delivered just that. I was greeted upon entry to the showroom floor. He listened, responded and was patient, he wasn't pushy like some sales associates. I knew exactly what I had come for, surprisingly it was less in the outlet than on the website and in the actual store, yea me!, right? The color was spot on, no differences due to lighting. I sat on the sofa, laid on the sofa and kind of moved from place to place on the sofa testing my comfort level in different positions for its durability, right? Needless to say, I purchased my green sofa and I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival.

What a wonderful experience I had at Ashely Outlet store in Charlotte NC. I was greeted immediately by Cody and Jennifer. They were very professional and listened to my buying needs. I was on a mission and they completed that mission pretty quickly. They were very fun to work with 😃 It was Cody's first day on the sales floor but you would have thought he'd been doing it for years. Jennifer's seasoned sales approach was warm and welcoming. The staff at the store itself are really nice and helpful. But please pick up your furniture if you’re shopping from this location. Their delivery staff is extremely rude (I’m guessing they’re third-party). No one could tell me within a timely manner at what time they would come to deliver and got upset because I wasn’t at the door right away, I’m guessing they were expecting me to take a whole day off work just for that LOL. Especially the guy that asked me to sign, he was the rudest out of all (he might had been the team lead), like chill man, I’m paying $100 extra for you to deliver it to me, the LEAST he could’ve done was be polite if he wasn’t gonna give me an ETA. This was a while back so hopefully by now they got rid of them and hired better people for delivery.

**UPDATE: Their delivery service is AWFUL. Costs $140 for them to require you to be available all day and you are not allowed to choose your drop off time window. My time frame was 12:30-3:30pm and they will not arrive until after 3:30pm. I also do not know who decides their route, but there was a delivery right up the road from me this morning and now they are way across town. I now have had to reschedule my delivery. Do not recommend their delivery service. Christian was very helpful and the prices are great! In and out in under an hour with a brand new couch!

Amazing experience! Went there for a couch and were helped swiftly! Nathan was extremely helpful explaining all the features of the couch we picked, the process of buying, delivery and of payment. We felt very comfortable the entire time and didnt feel any sales pressure, what a genuine sales experience, tailored to us specifically and personally! We needed to go to the restroom after the purchase and just happened upon their top tier beds. His partner happened to discover us laying on the bed, he gave us a full 10 minute demo of the bed, explained all the features and how they can help improve our sleep and the health benefits associated with its functions. It was unexpected how thorough he was. It felt like we stepped into a grand event! As soon as I'm done paying the couch off, I will 100% be coming back to the same location to get the bed and helping these gents make some commissions for their amazing customer service!!! I went to a home store Ashley’s before finding myself at the Outlet. Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was not pushy at all like most furniture places. She seeing I am in my 20’s, was like a mamma bear making sure I could afford payments before signing and buying. I have been looking for a couch for over a month and needless to say I purchased one today, partially for how great Melissa is. I was hesitant with going in and thought all the great reviews were maybe fake but NOPE would 100% recommend this store and all the great reviews add up. The other workers on the floor also did not seem like the “typical sales person”.

I have been looking for months to find a Flynnter Queen sleigh bed. Retail stores predicted 6-8 weeks or more. Contacted Ashley Outlet and they had one in stock. Also had dresser as well. I walked in and was greeted right away by Nate. I informed him of what I was looking for in a couch, and he directed me over to a few to try out. When I asked if other Ashley locations had other couches in their showrooms that met the dimensions I was looking for, he looked up which nearby locations had some available. After going to 2 other locations in the area and testing out their couches, I headed right back over the South Blvd. location to give Nate my business. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy, offered to look up other locations with couches available, and didn't try to talk me out of getting a sofa chaise like a salesman in another location did.

Cannot recommend Nathan enough! He went above and beyond to help my boyfriend with our new bedroom furniture set. We will definitely be returning to this store and working with Nathan in the future.

It was a great experience, Peter the sales associate was helpful, professional and friendly. My dad and I felt taken care of and it was great that he had learned Spanish and was Bilingual which helped to communicate with my dad. Peter never felt pushy at all. He allowed us to look around and answered our questions and gave us options. Great experience. This is my 2nd furniture purchase with Ashley.
