The minute I walked into the store, I was greeted by the store Manager Lance. Lance gave us a warm welcome, was very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. The store has already closed and he stayed pass the time to answer any and all questions we had about our furniture purchase. His customer service was excellent. The furniture is reasonably priced for the quantity and quality. I would highly recommend and I would purchase again. Keep up the great work Lance, Christian, and Nathan!!!

Nathan is and was Amazing! I'm BIG on customer service and he delivered just that. I was greeted upon entry to the showroom floor. He listened, responded and was patient, he wasn't pushy like some sales associates. I knew exactly what I had come for, surprisingly it was less in the outlet than on the website and in the actual store, yea me!, right? The color was spot on, no differences due to lighting. I sat on the sofa, laid on the sofa and kind of moved from place to place on the sofa testing my comfort level in different positions for its durability, right? Needless to say, I purchased my green sofa and I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival.

I had two buying experiences. 1st was with Lance. Lance was an incredible salesperson. He made my 1st buying experience pleasurable. He was honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated to finding me the right pieces of furniture for my apartment. 2nd was with Nathan. Nathan was very good to work with. He answered all my questions, made sure the furniture I was buying worked before they put it on the truck, and explain to me how to put the bed together. Overall, I would recommend Lance and Nathan.

What a wonderful experience I had at Ashely Outlet store in Charlotte NC. I was greeted immediately by Cody and Jennifer. They were very professional and listened to my buying needs. I was on a mission and they completed that mission pretty quickly. They were very fun to work with 😃 It was Cody's first day on the sales floor but you would have thought he'd been doing it for years. Jennifer's seasoned sales approach was warm and welcoming. The staff at the store itself are really nice and helpful. But please pick up your furniture if you’re shopping from this location. Their delivery staff is extremely rude (I’m guessing they’re third-party). No one could tell me within a timely manner at what time they would come to deliver and got upset because I wasn’t at the door right away, I’m guessing they were expecting me to take a whole day off work just for that LOL. Especially the guy that asked me to sign, he was the rudest out of all (he might had been the team lead), like chill man, I’m paying $100 extra for you to deliver it to me, the LEAST he could’ve done was be polite if he wasn’t gonna give me an ETA. This was a while back so hopefully by now they got rid of them and hired better people for delivery.

He goes above and beyond to help you find the best option that fits your style and budget, and he’ll make sure you get the best deal possible. **UPDATE: Their delivery service is AWFUL. Costs $140 for them to require you to be available all day and you are not allowed to choose your drop off time window. My time frame was 12:30-3:30pm and they will not arrive until after 3:30pm. I also do not know who decides their route, but there was a delivery right up the road from me this morning and now they are way across town. I now have had to reschedule my delivery. Do not recommend their delivery service. Christian was very helpful and the prices are great! In and out in under an hour with a brand new couch!

We needed to go to the restroom after the purchase and just happened upon their top tier beds. His partner happened to discover us laying on the bed, he gave us a full 10 minute demo of the bed, explained all the features and how they can help improve our sleep and the health benefits associated with its functions. I went to a home store Ashley’s before finding myself at the Outlet. Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was not pushy at all like most furniture places. She seeing I am in my 20’s, was like a mamma bear making sure I could afford payments before signing and buying. I have been looking for a couch for over a month and needless to say I purchased one today, partially for how great Melissa is. I was hesitant with going in and thought all the great reviews were maybe fake but NOPE would 100% recommend this store and all the great reviews add up. The other workers on the floor also did not seem like the “typical sales person”.

I have been looking for months to find a Flynnter Queen sleigh bed. Retail stores predicted 6-8 weeks or more. Contacted Ashley Outlet and they had one in stock. Also had dresser as well. Christian (outlet rep) was courteous and assisted me with a successful transaction. I appreciate his time and effort to locate in less than an hour what I had been looking for several months.

Being from out of town I didn't know what to expect when walking into this location the lady who assisted me her name is Jennifer and she helped me tremendously! I walked in and was greeted right away by Nate. I informed him of what I was looking for in a couch, and he directed me over to a few to try out. When I asked if other Ashley locations had other couches in their showrooms that met the dimensions I was looking for, he looked up which nearby locations had some available. After going to 2 other locations in the area and testing out their couches, I headed right back over the South Blvd. location to give Nate my business. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy, offered to look up other locations with couches available, and didn't try to talk me out of getting a sofa chaise like a salesman in another location did.

Cannot recommend Nathan enough! He went above and beyond to help my boyfriend with our new bedroom furniture set. We will definitely be returning to this store and working with Nathan in the future.

I initially posted a five star review because of my experience with the sales consultant Reggie, but I changed it to two because of the quality of the product. Still no concerns with the consultant but I am concerned I was sold a showroom recliner. There were no tags or directions provided for the product. I’ve called customer service, no call back. It’s also extremely uncomfortable. It’s disappointing how Ashley’s doesn’t allow exchanges or returns for online only products when there’s no similar items in store to compare it to. The consult tried to find a comparable recliner it it’s far from it. I purchased the recliner for my dad due to his recent surgery and it’s just been an awful experience. $1000 wasted. I’ve been a frequent customer for years and this is the first time Ashley’s has let me down.

First, I would like to say this was by far the BEST furniture purchasing experience that I have received thus far. Peter at the S. Blvd location is truly a gem! My first impression of him was him helping me through the front door with a newborn in a stroller, and I knew instantly that he would be a man of honesty and great character. He was not a pushy salesman and allowed me to browse the option available and checked on me once throughout the entire process. Which allowed me to truly be able to focus and process my thoughts while looking to see what Ashley has to offer. Towards the end of my 1st visit he explained to be me the different options/services available to be should I have chosen to purchase a couch that day, although I did not his demeanor eased my mind that I felt that I did not want to shop anywhere else but with him. Upon my return I was greeted with his amazing smile and the same level of service, and I chose to purchase with them simply because out of all the furniture stores I went to, everything felt right with them. I was able to purchase a couch, get an amazing deal and set up a delivery date in less than 40 minutes ! By far the most absolute best experience I have ever had. The associates had kind of an attitude and it was kind of an uncomfortable vibe. I was told I couldn’t remove the protection plan (which was weird), told the price would not be matched at all if I didn’t buy same day, and the sales associate was way too pushy. I understand you are working on a commission but you need to find ways to cater to the customer also. Also strange that she kept leaving and coming back leaving me to wait for like 15 minutes each time. Just a weird experience overall and I probably won’t return.

This worse experience ever!!!!!!! DONT BUY! It’s has taken 3 months and counting to receive a twin bedroom suite I paid cash for! The delivery team came out 3 times without the proper parts. No one has called or reach out. The sales associate name was Alex and clearly he just wanted to make a sale. They do bad business there YOU have been warned!
