My wife and I came in looking for a new bed frame and dresser and were kindly greeted at the door. The sales associate, Arnold, helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He was very kind and informative. I didn’t feel any sales pressure from him, which I liked! I would definitely come back to this particular location if in need of additional furniture.

I am excited about my purchase from Ashley Furniture store. Lydia was my sales associate and she truly cares about her clients and listens to what they want or are looking for; she is highly professional, and she does not pressure you while you’re making decisions and measuring in your spaces. I will highly recommend Ashly furniture and Lydia Whitelaw to guide you in your shopping. Honestly, I bought all the pieces I wanted at once in part because of the quality and looks of the products, but primarily because Lydia was such a pleasure to work with.

I had the pleasure of having Rebecca as a sales associate. I am a consumer that does not like a sales associate constantly following me around. Rebecca was graceful and asked my interest and preference of support, provided me the perfect amount of space, checked availability and inventory of my products, and was courteous with class. When I return, I will ask for Rebecca. As for the location, this location has high consumer tracking and should invest in at least two additional card readers in the front of the store.

He was a nice young man and he was personable. We were only at the Ashley store to look at mattresses but decided to buy from him. The downside is when we got ready to finalize the payment, we were told that a down payment was needed. Although we were prepared to put a down payment, it would have been helpful to know up front. That is not the salesperson’s issue but the manager who should have provided that information.

Rebeca was such a great sales associate and helped with my purchase and was able to make sure I walked out of the store satisfied! Would highly recommend her and her patience with us. It was a flawless sale with minimum stress.

I had the best furniture experience at this Ashley location! My sales associate Juan really made the experience. He was very personable, not pushy or overbearing at all, and super knowledgeable. He made sure to actually listen to help find what i actually wanted while actually teaching us so much about products and how I could make my space the way I wanted! We received excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. Dwayne greeted us right away and was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and assisting us in finding exactly what we were looking for. How do I even start. I had been looking for a bed frame for a some time, though all the other places I had been did not have the best selection. I shared my previous experience, she showed empathy and put me on with an amazing salesman, "Cameron".. he answered my questions over the phone and told me when I get there to just ask for him. I did just that and he took his time and showed me all items I was interested in, he showed both professionalism, patience and care. We found what I was looking for and moved forward with the sale. The young lady manager that I first spoke with on the phone, made it her business to come and greet me and to ensure all was going well. My mother-in-law and I visited the University location and was helped by a gentleman named Bryan Bell! He is wonderful! Great experience from the moment we walked in! As I entered the store I was greeted by ET, he was friendly & professional. He gave us a quick overview and then let us wander and browse on our own. He continued to check in with us, but in the perfect cadence of “I’m here to help” without coming across pushy or “sales-y.” Once we got to a point where we had questions on items he was quick to answer and show us alternatives that were similar to give comparisons. During the pricing process he provided clear explanation of the quote and breakdowns. He even went as far as to show us exactly how things were calculated and didn’t get annoyed or offended when we wanted to do our own math too. Overall, it was a great experience working with ET and I would definitely work with him again. I also would like to note that all the various employees of this Ashley location we interacted with were friendly and pleasant — from what I saw they have a great team here!

Lydia was a great help! I wanted to add an entertainment center and was able to match our existing colors perfectly! She worked with me and got me in and out without having to spend all day shopping!

These people don’t tell you the details of the contracts to the full extent.I was told I was under promotion for a year interest free for that first year. After a year of more than minimum payments they compiled the accrued APR into the main balance of the account. Which was +$1500 on top of my outstanding balance. The original purchase was around $3200 with the added interest balance is now over that number. Border line scams and predatory practices not only from them at this location but from synchrony banking as well. Don’t trust them. And make sure you read all the fine print don’t let anyone rush you on a purchase and don’t take their word for truth. It happened to me so don’t let it happen to you.

We went to Ashley's in Charlotte to look for a bed. They have a wide variety of designs and our consultant, Blyan Bell, was very welcoming. He asked about our needs and took us directly to the area we were interested in. What impressed me most was that Blyan didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. He was very professional in providing product information and then gave us space to make a decision. He was also at a distance, making sure we could call/ask questions at any time. He immediately provided more information when we had questions without rushing or pressuring us to make an unnecessarily large choice for our situation. Lydia as soon as we walked in the door asked all the appropriate questions to pin down our needs for a new mattress. We literally bought the 1st bed she had us try..which wasn't the most expensive mattress they had to offer. She spoke from experience with the brand she showed my husband and myself. We came in on three separate trips to shop for a new living room and bed. Collin was super patient and attentive to our questions even though we were just browsing the first time, and then Juan was really friendly and helpful when we came back to actually finalize our order. My experience working with E.T. was delightful. His recommendations were exactly what I wanted. Upon entering the store, I told him I was there to purchase the best mattress that would help eliminate morning aches and stiffness. I described the mattress that I currently had; he asked a few questions, and recommended 3 mattresses. I purchased his second recommendation and was out of the store within an hour. I’m very happy with my purchase as well as not having to comfort test most of the store mattresses! E.T. thank you for excellent customer service!!

Be careful of misrepresentation. The product sold to me was not what the staff promised. They failed to disclose that the item was non-returnable before the final purchase. Even when I asked them they said I can return it fully refundable an now I am getting blocked after buying a full bed and mattress which I don’t need because it has no use except hurting my back! I contacted their customer care and was told this product was no returnable! What a share for such a store be careful everyone ask for a written consent I guess!

Reggie did great! We just moved here and we’ve been shopping all around town and I would have to say that his customer service was the best thus far. We came in here for one thing, but the prices were too good. We left with 1 million items :)

ET was the bomb.com. Best sales man I met. Very professional. Told him what we wanted and boom, in and out just like that. Thanks bro. Update:: Also told him about the difficulty with delivery to my home. We were assured that their Diamond and Dash service would be able to deliver with no issues. Fast forward to delivery day, two men showed up with the new furniture. Neither of them spoke English. They came half way up the steps in my home with the first piece of furniture and typed a message on their phone to say it would not fit. I told ET at the store that they might need to hoist the furniture over the balcony, he told us that was not an issue. The delivery guy then called the delivery manager and gave me his phone to talk. The manager told me that they do not hoist furniture and they could leave it there. Needless to say we canceled the order. After moving our old furniture the day before and now having to wait 10 business days to get a refund, I can say I will never shop with this company again.

Bought a sofa from them and talked me into buying the 5 year protection plan. I was told it would cover pretty much everything. And now it’s been over three years and one of the springs has starting to loosen up and it’s been very uncomfortable. Called the company 5 star from the protection plan and said they won’t fix it. The plan is only for accidents. What a joke.

Very misleading with the extended warranty. We purchased since we were told that if we did not need to use it within 5 years that we would receive a refund. This is completely incorrect it is a store credit that can only be used in their stores. So we spent the extra $500 and had we been told upfront what it actually was we would not have purchased it. Be careful and ask lots of questions when purchasing the EXTRA stuff..

Unfortunately had a negative experience here. The overall shopping / selection was fine. Our floor sales man Cameron was new which is no problem, but never mentioned that there was a no return policy. If we had known that, we would have not purchased what we did because we wanted to see how the item fit in our space first. Unfortunately we didn't love the item and when we tried to return it (unused, in original packaging) we were told no showroom items could be returned. Extremely disappointed in this location not mentioning this important information to us at purchase and for not even including the information in the paperwork. Also disappointing that they didn't work with us to figure out a solution. I recommend caution to those who shop here and if you're on the fence with something, don't purchase it because you'll be stuck with the item regardless

I bought two couches a few years ago. The people in the store were friendly but ultimately lied to me. I don't recommend getting the protection plan on anything you buy from Ashley furniture, it’s truly a waste of money. I haven't even had the couches for two whole years and one of them, with minimal usage, is falling apart. Ashley Furniture considers this “normal wear and tear” and doesn’t care, even with the additional coverage I bought. I think the set I bought was around $5000, and it will not even last two years. You'll get a lot more value for your money going literally anywhere else. At this point, cheap Amazon furniture might last longer. I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again.

Wonderful experience. Low pressure sales and laid back environment. Casey Norton is your man...the sales associate to ask for the best service. He's been there a long time and is super knowledgeable with great ideas. He was extremely patient with me and would wonder off when I wanted time on my own to peruse the furniture. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Ashley Furniture, and it was because of Lydia, the salesperson who assisted me. I purchased a couch that turned out to be defective — it was uncomfortable, poorly made, and definitely not what was not of the quality Ashley has historically been known for. When I brought this to Lydia’s attention, not only did she refuse to take responsibility or offer any real help, she actually blamed me for the issue. To make matters even worse, during the conversation, she made an incredibly inappropriate and offensive comment about my weight — calling me a larger than average person — as if that justified the couch’s poor quality and workmanship. I was stunned and deeply hurt. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. I expected professionalism and support, but instead I was met with blame and personal insults. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again, and I strongly urge management to address this situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity — not judged or insulted.

It was your average Saturday, maybe around 6pm. Mood? ✨S T R E S S✨ Why? We have an empty loft. We have family coming over at the beginning of next month, WHERE WILL THEY SIT?! HOW WILL THEY COMFORTABLY WATCH A MOVIE??!! Okay, back to Saturday. My fiancé and I were at a furniture store, found a couch we liked. The gentleman helping us out was “trying to help us out”, was a bit pushy, we said no thank you GG. We left, couchless. Sad. Broken. ✨S T R E S S E D✨ So what do we do? Where do we go from here? We just left an “affordable” furniture store, but it didn’t feel affordable? Should we try a “big name” company? Why not. We already left one store couchless, won’t make a difference if we do it again. We search up the closest furniture store and Ashley Furniture pops up, so we buckle up our seatbelts (both physically and our emotional one) and head on over. We walk inside, and who greets us? This incredibly welcoming lady who goes by Lydia. What did we walk out with? Our dream couch and what felt like an infinite amount of dopamine. Lydia made our whole couch adventure easy and very pleasant, helped us out with the financing options which was one of our biggest worries. We loved this experience so much, we’re going to be back this upcoming week for a coffee table! Please consider this spot for your furniture needs, let Lydia help you with the stress!

Outstanding furniture and customer service. We came in looking to upsize our mattress. My fiancé likes firm whereas I prefer softer mattresses. We tried countless other stores but couldn’t find something we both liked until we got to Ashely’s. Colin was a huge help. He displayed an upbeat attitude as well as extreme professionalism. He didn’t helicopter over us, but he was also never too far away and checked in with us providing recommendations until we found the perfect middle ground.
