I can't speak for other Ashley locations but I can for the E.McCullough charlotte location, the sales people there are AWSOME, but Nicholas gave me an above a 5 star treatment. I can admit i am no easy customer for sure, but he was patient (which is so rare to find in retail nowadays) he's was understanding, caring, and oh so friendly and funny. He never no matter how many times I changed my mind or even how difficult I was (and i was lol)he never lost his patience nor his professionalism all he cared about was making me happy with my selection when i finally made one.Thank you Nicholas for an AWSOME experience and a big shout out for another great sales Rep Dwight you guys are dynamite

Drove out of my way to go to this Ashley Furniture store! I have used Ashley for years in Arizona. As soon as I walked in, we were greeted by Casey. We told him everything we need it for our new home. He walked around tirelessly showing us and re-showing us things that would help us downsize.! We then called them and asked him when he would be in to go back and double check Everything we need it. He helped us find everything Treated us great helped us with savings and we spent several thousand dollars and we will be back to spend more. We love him!! Was told 4 weeks for delivery now sitting at 6 weeks out with still no time table for deliver. Furniture has been paid in full but can’t get an update on when it will be delivered. Gentleman who sold it to me was great to work with and been sending texts weekly to say hopefully in a couple weeks. Appreciate him, but this is getting very frustrating!

Not a lot of transparency on price until they ask you for payment. Had to ask for a hard copy before noticing additional adds to the bill such as pillows. Price changed on delivery cost. Price online lower than what I was originally quoted which I pointed out. Left feeling like I was taken. I won't be back. Buyer beware!

Micah was the absolute BEST!! He was knowledgeable, helpful, attentive but left us to browse and kept checking in with us. He was keeping our electronic cart so we didn’t have to deal with anything except selecting our furniture. We recently moved here with only a mattress and 2 chairs and were shopping for a 3 bedroom house so it wasn’t a small or fast purchase. He even found a way to maximize our discounts! Micah B was amazing! Helped us pick out a sectional that for our space the best. Also showed us the performance fabric which is completely dog friendly! The reason we needed a new couch was because our old couch can't be washed. The covers on the performance sofa can be removed and washed. We are in love. This is a nice location. I feel that it is tucked away as most people don’t even know that it’s here as you cannot see the location from the road. I was looking for modern furniture hopefully to find swivel chairs however not a lot of modern furniture . I’m not a fan at all of this comeback, country furniture with wood beds, leather sofas, and so forth. They do have a large selection .

Talk about a great experience. The store was clean, well organized, and inviting. I was promptly greeted very professionally by Micah. Micah asked the right questions and the moment he had all the details of what I wanted he knew within 5 minutes exactly what I was looking for. Micah made the whole process stress free. He is very knowledgeable about the items in the store and I was able to find exactly what I needed in 15-20 minutes. I just knew I was about to be out all day looking for furniture but Micah shortened that time down to only about 45 minutes, if that. I would definitely recommend that location to anyone.

Please be aware before purchasing anything from Ashley’s Furniture. On July 14th, I purchased a King mattress from this location. Two days later I cancelled the order, and I was told that I would receive a refund back unto my debit card. After a week, I noticed that I did not receive a refund. I reached out to customer care and was informed that they mailed out a check to an incorrect address. I spoke with the general manager and voiced my concern regarding my refund and was told that the check has to be returned in order for them to reissue another check. Apparently they have made recent changes that even if you are paying with a debit card a check has to be mailed out to you. Your refund will not go back onto your card. None of this was explained to me. I paid 600.00 and I was advised that they do not know when I will be refunded. This feels like a scam and I will contact BBB.

He really broke down the benefits of certain mattresses based on your position of sleep and how the pillow you have matters just as much. Mattress Firm’s expert didn’t explain half of what he did!
