Great experience and great furniture! Melissa, the sales manager, was so helpful! She assisted us in finding a sectional sofa to fit our wants with washable covers, and it was at a great price as well! The model in the showroom was too large for our space, so we went home and took measurements to find the modular configuration that would work best, as there were multiple options of the same product. Melissa processed the sale all online via message and DocuSign once we decided, which made it so easy. We did not even have to drive back to the outlet after the first time. The couch was delivered within a week of seeing it at the showroom. Highly recommend the Ashley Outlet in Charlotte and Melissa! We got the Elissa 5-piece sectional and love it. It is so comfortable and looks amazing too!

My last day in town, I went in to buy a dining room table that I had seen earlier in the week. Admittedly, it was 15 minutes until closing- I know, I should’ve decided earlier in the day! Millie got me processed quickly and I think she was no more than a few minutes over 9pm. We picked up the table the next morning. She told me to go early before they got busy. Good tip. I believe I got a good deal on a real wood table.

Went to Ashely furniture today to look for a couch. Was greeted at the door with wonderful energy and beautiful smile! Terrie introduced herself. Asked us what brought us in and let us browse. We found a couch and dining room set that we loved! She sat there with us and walked us through everything. She was personable and made me feel at ease. She was an absolute pleasure. We ended up getting the couch with all her help and will be back for the dining set. I highly recommend asking her for all your needs. Lance on the other hand was just plain nasty to us. He was the manager on duty. While we were working with Terrie we needed some assistance with discounts. Terrie kindly asked for a moment of his time. He huffed and made us feel like we were a bother. While sitting at the table. He made the comment that he was in a bad mood and how dare Melissa the other manager leave him with our “problem” After going over the numbers he dismissed us and told us he couldn’t help. You could tell he was ready to be done with us so he could get to someone else that he could make a commission off of instead of help Terrie and the sale of our table. He started to walk away. When I asked for his name and a business card. He refused to give me either. Ran to the back. His professionalism needs to be an addressed with higher ups. If it wasn’t for Terrie and her kindness we would have left on the spot. She solved the problem immediately. I’m in disbelief that a manager would act like this on the floor, to a customer and co worker. I will be reaching out to Melissa about how we were treated by him.

I had a great experience with the sales guy Nathan. However 5 weeks after my couch was delivered the motor went out in one of the recliners. So I made a request and it has been two months and still the parts have not even shipped. I have called several times and just getting the runaround. They keep saying 5-7 business days despite it being over two months. This was my concern about buying anything with a motor. This is beyond frustrating that on one side of the couch it's stuck in the reclined position.

Took longer that I thought it would but they did the right thing in the end. ________________________________________ I'd like to make an update to my previous five-star review, it is important to note that once your furniture is delivered and the delivery people leave you own the product. Wasn't aware of that when making the purchase, after a few hours of looking at the couches, I noticed that the dimensions for both couches were short by 10 in vs what was advertised in the onsite literature. I have made Ashley aware of this and they are instead of offering a full refund as thier first step, they are rescheduling another delivery of the same product. Needless to say I just wanted a refund and not have to deal with the hassle of scheduling another delivery for the same product. This is an ongoing process that has taken over a month and would have just appreciated the refund up front instead of jumping through all these hoops. He listened, responded and was patient, he wasn't pushy like some sales associates. I sat on the sofa, laid on the sofa and kind of moved from place to place on the sofa testing my comfort level in different positions for its durability, right? The staff at the store itself are really nice and helpful. But please pick up your furniture if you’re shopping from this location. Their delivery staff is extremely rude (I’m guessing they’re third-party). No one could tell me within a timely manner at what time they would come to deliver and got upset because I wasn’t at the door right away, I’m guessing they were expecting me to take a whole day off work just for that LOL. Especially the guy that asked me to sign, he was the rudest out of all (he might had been the team lead), like chill man, I’m paying $100 extra for you to deliver it to me, the LEAST he could’ve done was be polite if he wasn’t gonna give me an ETA. This was a while back so hopefully by now they got rid of them and hired better people for delivery.

**UPDATE: Their delivery service is AWFUL. Costs $140 for them to require you to be available all day and you are not allowed to choose your drop off time window. My time frame was 12:30-3:30pm and they will not arrive until after 3:30pm. I also do not know who decides their route, but there was a delivery right up the road from me this morning and now they are way across town. I now have had to reschedule my delivery. Do not recommend their delivery service. Christian was very helpful and the prices are great! In and out in under an hour with a brand new couch!

We needed to go to the restroom after the purchase and just happened upon their top tier beds. His partner happened to discover us laying on the bed, he gave us a full 10 minute demo of the bed, explained all the features and how they can help improve our sleep and the health benefits associated with its functions. I went to a home store Ashley’s before finding myself at the Outlet. Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was not pushy at all like most furniture places. I have been looking for a couch for over a month and needless to say I purchased one today, partially for how great Melissa is. I was hesitant with going in and thought all the great reviews were maybe fake but NOPE would 100% recommend this store and all the great reviews add up. I have been looking for months to find a Flynnter Queen sleigh bed. Retail stores predicted 6-8 weeks or more. Contacted Ashley Outlet and they had one in stock. Also had dresser as well. Christian (outlet rep) was courteous and assisted me with a successful transaction. I appreciate his time and effort to locate in less than an hour what I had been looking for several months.

Had a good experience purchasing a sofa. We were welcomed enthusiastically at the front door, but then given the space to shop and try out different furniture. Not much negotiating on price, but they did try to meet us more where we were. Terrie is a little shining light and was very personable to us.

When I entered the store it was clean, and the sections marked clearly. I was not greeted or didn’t hear them. Terrie Covington came out from like the stock room and jumped in to assist. She was very informative, calm, I did not feel rushed into a purchase. Terri was personable and I couldn’t believe she had only been there 3 weeks. I walked in and was greeted right away by Nate. I informed him of what I was looking for in a couch, and he directed me over to a few to try out. When I asked if other Ashley locations had other couches in their showrooms that met the dimensions I was looking for, he looked up which nearby locations had some available. After going to 2 other locations in the area and testing out their couches, I headed right back over the South Blvd. location to give Nate my business. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy, offered to look up other locations with couches available, and didn't try to talk me out of getting a sofa chaise like a salesman in another location did.
