My first time at Ashley furniture. I had a great experience. We were able to browse and ask questions. Staff was available and informational but not hovering. Great selection of inventory.
Do not, I repeat, do not buy furniture here. I ordered 2k worth of furniture and the first delivery was late and they dropped off the wrong sofa. This sofa belonged to the customer before me. They came back to grab the incorrect couch. They then dropped off the correct chaise but STILL the wrong sofa that has an arm on the right side rendering my chaise useless. The sofa is also dark leather and my chaise is a light grey. I informed their delivery men that this was the wrong sofa AGAIN multiple times. Their reply was “it’s in here so not our problem. Call Ashley to sort it out” and then they left. After a week of little to no updates they tell me they have it and will deliver the sofa on Thursday. Great right? Wrong. They apparently don’t have the ability to schedule a TIME and refuse to schedule this for a time where I won’t have to stay home from work and effectively pay another 350 for this sofa. Stay away. Currently disputing with my bank so MAYBE I can get my money back as I was informed by a rep that “since the furniture is already in your home, we cannot issue a full refund for it”. Edit: the reply for me to text them was completely for show. Still haven’t heard back. My issue is still unresolved. Shame on you guys for your dishonest practices.
