Once we narrowed it down to two couches, she helped us weigh the pros and cons of each without ever making us feel pressured in one direction or the other. She gave us the information we needed but ultimately left the decision completely up to us. Most importantly, Katy was incredibly patient. We never felt rushed, she encouraged us to ask questions, and she was more than willing to explain things again whenever we needed clarification. If I could give Katy 10 stars, I absolutely would.
