I love this store and to think I had decided I didn’t want to to this store. No reason. I have been looking for a table, a kitchen table, and I had gone to all of the furniture stores surrounding me and in surrounding areas and I did not find what I want. I was not opposed to looking at Denver furniture either, but you know it wasn’t a priority All the other places they greeted you but once she told them what what I was looking for, they really didn’t seem interested, and this is not the case when I came to Ashley Holly, a.k.a. Hollywood met me at the door. She walked me around the store pointing out pieces, giving me some advice. She never pushed. She was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me And she was just so pleasant. I do want to say that while I was there I did observe the other employees and I can tell you that every single one of them got the same treatment they were greeted the employees walked around with the perspective client and they engaged And that is worth a lot. I tried to give Ashley Furniture another chance after my last bad experience and they have showed me once again that they have the worst customer service of all time. I ordered a couch on 7/6 and told the salesman I wanted it in the other color, not the one on display, which he acknowledged cause he pointed to the ottoman in the other color so i could see what it was and i said yes so I had assumed he would listen to me. Then i signed the paperwork cause how would I know that the color he selected wasn't the right one without having to look it up on the website. Then a week later something told me to take a look at the paperwork again and realized the color wasn't right when I looked it up on the website. So I called this store and had them fix it which delayed the shipment even more (they never called me back to even tell me they fixed it i had to call them). Now it's 3 days before delivery and they failed to tell me that part of the couch was still on order with no estimated arrival time! Again no communication on this whatsoever what kind of business doesnt communicate order delays? If I hadn't looked at the sales paperwork on the text I got confirming delivery I never would have even known they weren't sending me the whole couch as ordered! Mind you it's a modular couch so youre going to send me the end piece and the middle piece so I have no arm rest on the other side for who knows how long?! And the best they could do was "sorry" after I waited a month for this couch. You're better off going to Rooms To Go because Ashley Furniture will never get it together.

Sales team was very knowledgeable about their products. I found just what I was looking for on clearance. The whole process was smooth and easy.

I will say that I went into the store expecting it to be overly expensive with high pressure sales. I was pleasantly surprised. Our sales person was Alex. He immediately greeted us and made a connection with my daughter because she was wearing her Rugrats shirt. He asked what we were looking for (a new sleeper sofa) and he showed us every option in the store, and he answered every question we had. He even showed us some dining sets and explained all of our options to fit within our space and our budget. He was very friendly through the whole process, even when challenged with our questions. In the end we decided to buy the new sleeper sofa, and hold off on the dining set, but Alex stayed positive throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Ashley furniture and I would buy from Alex anytime. I also think the couch we chose was comparable in price to the "discount" furniture stores.

Ken was great! Had a tight budget due to just moving and we got the mattress we wanted and he really helped us out!

I was very reluctant to go back into this store after having horrible customer a week before when I went in. I ended up walking in again and ended up working with Ken. We came in right at opening on Sunday, Holly greeted us at the door and asked if we needed help finding something and let us know where to find her if we needed help. We were offered water and lots of patience while my kiddos had to try sit on every single couch. We ended up finding a set we loved and a new bed. If I could rate this zero I would. We purchased furniture in march of 2025 and it’s been broken since we received it. Including seams coming apart. We have called several times, been in contact with their repair department since April waiting for someone to come out and fix it. We haven’t received any call backs, we have been in the store, spoken to managers etc. My father is sick and has seizures, my mother has neuropathy in her feet (she can’t feel them) which makes it very unsafe due to the electrical functions being broken, including the seat being in the reclined position, we are very disappointed and haven’t been taken seriously. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from Ashley furniture especially electrical.

Tiffany has been wonderful helping design a couch configuration that fits on my living room. When I realized the couch pieces I chose were too large, she made changes to my purchase over the phone and never lost patience with me. I appreciate all her help.

As soon as my husband and I stepped into Ashley Furniture-Keven De Jesus greeted us and informed us of the sale they were having. He gave us the freedom to roam around the store without hoovering over us. I found the perfect dining room set that I had been saying that I wanted. I called Kevin over and informed him of what I wanted. We purchased the table with chairs and a bench, and it will be delivered in less than 2 weeks. It was quick and easy. We were out of the store within 30 minutes or less. We will be back. 😊

Buyer beware, especially older people who are more trusting and believing of people. Make sure you check your invoice before signing it. I know it’s hard to check because it’s on the computer. Have them print it out first. You can’t trust what the salesperson tells you. I will never shop there again.

Item arrived defective and the person who put the beds together assured me it was supposed to look like that only to break 2 days later and of course there return policy is only for items purchasing line and no in store. I wanted to just exchange for a totally different bed but they said they could only send out parts even though the bed broke within 48 hours. The floor model In stores had sturdy slates vs what they sent me. Daniel was my salesman and I asked him for help but he seemed in experience In sturdy furniture sales.

I received excellent service looking for bedroom furniture. Michael Pridgen was very helpful in comparing various pieces based on my taste and room size.

Melinda was the best. She introduced herself when we walked in and was very attentive but then gave us space to walk around and shop. It was so nice. As soon as we found what we wanted, she had her phone ready to give any pricing questions or any questions about warranty and what not. Not to mention we had our small children in there running crazy but she was extremely patient and showed grace. The checkout process was extremely easy with her and we were out in no time. Melinda was genuinely sweet and caring to all of us.

Holly did a great job helping us last night. We came in about an hour before closing and she had us out of there within 30 mins (sooner if we weren't so choosy). She offered us many price points and answered my questions honestly, which is something I wish would have happened sooner with an earlier purchase. Nice furniture-- horrible service after the sale. My 92-year-old mother was proud that she was able to finally purchase a leather sofa set in January. The delivery was prompt, but they damaged the couch during delivery. We called immediately to advise them of the damage. Ashley sent the leather strip for repair, but for almost five months no one has been able to schedule the repair. Calling corporate doesn't help. Everyone gives the same response, "we are awaiting on the schedule." If you get something delivered be sure to check, check, and check - if not you will wait forever for a repair and get a customer service cycle of "I do apologize, We are waiting on the schedule, etc." If you shop here ---proceed with caution.

I knew today was the right day and time to come in to look for the much needed furniture I needed for my new house ! I was sweetly welcomed by Tiffany:) Tiffany was so helpful and knowledgeable! Tiffany is a fashionista for putting together any room. I had showed her pictures of the new house and we put together a living room set and kitchen table. I had a great experience initially working with Dustin during the purchase process at Ashley Furniture. As a first-time home buyer, he made the process pleasant and was very understanding, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the good experience ended there. When the bed was delivered, it was not what I hoped for at all. I had only seen photos online and in the store, as there was no floor model available and no description about the bed having a 1-inch gap on all sides. Even Dustin, the salesperson, was unaware of this issue and didn't mention the need for a bunkie board. Instead, I purchased a foundation that does not pair well with this bed, causing my mattress to sit way too high, making it both uncomfortable and visually unappealing. I reached out to Ashley Furniture customer service, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. There was no empathy or effort to understand my concerns or help resolve the issue. I even provided photos and video to show exactly how the bed looks in my space, but I received no assistance. One representative from South Carolina simply told me the bed is supposed to have a 1-inch gap and gave me a number to call if I had more questions. That was it. If that gap is part of the design, it should have been made clear in the product description or by the sales staff. I would have never purchased this bed if I had known. Now I’m left with a pricey bed that I’m deeply unhappy with in my very first home, a moment that should have been exciting but instead feels disappointing. I will not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone at any location. The lack of transparency and poor customer service made what should have been a joyful purchase feel like a huge mistake.

Zero stars if possible!! We were deceived upon our purchase at Ashley furniture store. Our item was delivered just for us to have to put it together ourselves AFTER paying a delivery fee and NOT being told this at any point in time while at the store. We were never informed that the purchase was a “DIY” purchase. Who buys furniture at their expensive prices to put it together themselves? The person who “sold” us the item claimed he never saw it labeled as such in the purchasing paperwork. They claimed the item we purchased couldn’t be returned even though it was completely their fault and still untouched in the box…The person who delivered it knew it was a scam. We spent days going back and forth with corporate over the matter even though fault was admitted on their side!! No refund. Do not spend your time or money at this place!! I would not recommend this place to a living soul. Very shady.

I'm giving the store 2 stars for the couch and delivery. If you go to this location and you plan on getting your credit ran for credit on furniture (which is also something I did not plan on doing but was pressured into doing so) find someone who is knowledgeable about how the process works with the company that approves you with a credit limit. had Anna and I felt she was kind when looking for a couch but now since she's gotten her sale from me and gave me false information to get that sale I now have to pay an additional $300 that was not accounted for because of the information she gave me, she refuses to answer my messages. She was so confident on the information she gave which lead me to believe that the price she gave me was the absolute price I'd pay after delivery but it was false and now I have to pay an extra $300 that I can't just come up with and she continues to ignore me. So ask for someone else besides Anna because in my experience it seems like she's will do whatever it takes to get a sale even if that means f you over.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The managers are only pleasant when they think they have a sale. When/If you cancel you will be met with an attitude! I cancelled an order on Nov 16, 2024 and the money has still not been returned, it is now Jan 29, 2025. The rep told me that it can take up to 2 billing cycles, but that has now passed. When I called back to follow up, the rep then tried to tell me that the billing cycles were affected by the holidays. Which is BS.

Tiffany really took the time to help us envision not only the furniture in our home, but the style and theme we were going for. She is passionate about home decor and believes your home should be a safe space and a reflection of your inner peace. Absolutely terrible experience with Ashley Home Store. I ordered a desk, and it arrived broken. After contacting customer service, they sent a replacement—without the necessary hardware. To make matters worse, I’ve now been waiting over 2 months to get this resolved. Delivery has been a nightmare, with delays and issues every step of the way. For a company of this size, I expected much better service and quality control. I will not be shopping here again.

Not only did it save us from wandering aimlessly, she used her experience to find us the perfect fit. When we casually mentioned that we were looking for another piece, she was spot on a second time. The process of purchasing was so easy, without pushing us for other options or upgrades. She was transparent with all the policies and even saved us some money. Scheduling delivery was just as simple, and she explained the warranty process thoroughly. We have her direct contact information if there are any issues, and I genuinely believe she will be there to help if we need it. This was the very first stop on what we had thought would be a full day of searching for what we wanted. Delivery will take a bit, but I’ll return to update on that process and add pictures. This was a big purchase and I doubt we will need anything else for a while, but this will be our first stop if we do. I’m so glad we went in person to work with her versus buying online. She ensured that we didn’t pay more than what was online and the process was seamless.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ken today. He was incredibly pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. What stood out most was his approach, he wasn’t pushy at all and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated how comfortable he made my grandmother feel throughout the process. She left feeling confident about her future purchase, and when she’s ready to buy, she’ll definitely be coming back to work with him.
