Melinda was the best. She introduced herself when we walked in and was very attentive but then gave us space to walk around and shop. It was so nice. As soon as we found what we wanted, she had her phone ready to give any pricing questions or any questions about warranty and what not. Not to mention we had our small children in there running crazy but she was extremely patient and showed grace. The checkout process was extremely easy with her and we were out in no time. Melinda was genuinely sweet and caring to all of us.

Holly did a great job helping us last night. We came in about an hour before closing and she had us out of there within 30 mins (sooner if we weren't so choosy). She offered us many price points and answered my questions honestly, which is something I wish would have happened sooner with an earlier purchase. We're excited to have our dresser soon and I wish her good luck with her goals this year. Thank you so much!

Nice furniture-- horrible service after the sale. My 92-year-old mother was proud that she was able to finally purchase a leather sofa set in January. The delivery was prompt, but they damaged the couch during delivery. We called immediately to advise them of the damage. Ashley sent the leather strip for repair, but for almost five months no one has been able to schedule the repair. Calling corporate doesn't help. Everyone gives the same response, "we are awaiting on the schedule." If you get something delivered be sure to check, check, and check - if not you will wait forever for a repair and get a customer service cycle of "I do apologize, We are waiting on the schedule, etc." If you shop here ---proceed with caution.
