Ken is the man!!! I gave him all lemons and he made lemonade!!! He did a great job of informing me about the specials and giving me space to think about what I wanted. Then, he went above and beyond to assist me with My Ashley’s card. Well, he did all the work. Due to my negligence, I wasn’t prepared. However, Ken was ready to do what was needed, so I didn’t have to leave and come back. I highly recommend, asking for Ken, when you come in!!! He is the deal!

Ordered bedroom set in May 2024. The headboard was scratched and we were told another one would be delivered. Ok cool, no worries things happen. On the next delivery, the headboard was broken, we were told another one would be delivered. On the next delivery the headboard was damaged again, we were told another one would be delivered. On today’s delivery, there were no screws to put the bed together, and guess what…we were told another one would be delivered. When talking to customer service they say I refuse delivery…umm yea I purchased a new bed, not a damaged one or one that I have to make sure I get parts for, then get someone to set it up. Ashley has declined. This is definitely the last time I purchase from this company.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Morganton Rd store!! Ken gave us phenomenal customer service from the moment we walked in the door. He was extremely helpful but not pushy. He asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right directions with very helpful information along the way. This review is for Daniel: We went in to buy a mattress with a rough idea of what we wanted. Daniel walked us through some sleep facts and information that would ultimately aid in selecting what mattress was right for us. He didn’t waste our time trying to sell us anything we didn’t want or need. Pleasant experience from start to finish and would seek Daniel out again for future purchases.

This was my second experience shopping with Ashley Furniture. I had the pleasure of working with Ken as my sales rep and he was so amazing, knowledgable, and patient. I came in with my 4 year old to shop for my first home, and Ken was so helpful & took care of us. Ken made the shopping experience with a toddler very pleasant, while still explaining everything to me and making sure I got the best deals and warranty! Our conversations and interactions reminded me of something that you would see in a commercial. I will definitely be coming back to get my mattress in a few months.

I strongly discourage you from working with Ashley Furniture of Fayetteville, NC. They seemed very genuine and professional to our face, but all of the paperwork was extremely sketchy and contradicting what we discussed and agreed to on the sales floor. They said one thing to our face but billed us something totally different ($3,000 more). Since my wife missed it at the store, after she got home, I noticed it immediately and demanded a full refund the next day. Ashley Furniture told us they would issue a "full refund," but they shorted us $400. Fortunately we noticed the discrepancy and threatened to chargeback the purchase, which motivated the store to give us the remaining amount as a credit on the renegotiated purchase price of our sale, but only after 3 weeks of fighting and several trips to the store. If you do still work with them because they have an item you love and can't find anywhere else, check every number on your sales invoice, including tax, before signing and at checkout. They initially billed us at a higher tax rate than the NC sales tax rate, billed us amounts that differed from what we negotiated, and even their addition of the numbers on their sales invoice didn't add up properly and were "too confusing to explain" to us. We eventually got them to close out the purchase properly.

Phil and Joshua were exceptional today on our visit. We receive a comprehensive session on the different Temper matresses, allowing us to select the firmness for us. No pressure at all!!! He also showed us the Ashely brand for our guest rooms. They treated us very well!! We will definitely be back! They were awesome! Very professional. And will tell friends about them.

Holly is great. Helpful, patient, and kind. Edit: Paid hundreds of dollars for delivery i had to wait over a week for. Day of delivery they called to say half my couch was damaged so they'll deliver that half, then deliver a replacement other half later today. Then they called back again to tell me they actually won't be delivering at all, won't tell me when it will be delivered, and won't accommodate that I can't take off additional work to receive delivery now that they missed the date I paid for. Extremely bad customer service, avoid this place.

"Ashley Furniture embodies everything that shopping for furniture should look like. Adrian was a wonderful help to my Fiancé and I. She has assistant me each time we have been there, everyone else we have come across, which has been around 5 others, has been equally amazing and "normal" as I call it. When I say "normal" what I mean is relaxed yet available, and receptive to what our needs are while being jovial and having fun. We bought all new furniture for our house, and were given quite a few concessions on different pieces that we liked. Bottom line, Adrian will work with you on what you want. Exactly the way customer service should be handled. At this point, I feel like Ive known Adrian for years...an old friend. And now that I do know her, Im so happy to know she will be an old friend one day. Thank you Adrian.

I would recommend a thousand times over because of my experience here today. You guys rocked today. (Four days later) Had to edit this review, I'm very disappointed in Ashley's furniture. We were able to take the Queen bed we bought that day home. Got home, was given the wrong footboard. That's not the problem. We call the store told them the problem and we took it back the next day and it was corrected. We were also given the wrong platform legs and they didn't have them to give us that Sunday when we went back. Still no problem, they said, they would call us that Monday so we can pick up in store. We live 35-40 minutes away. The problem starts when Monday came and no phone call all day. I called Tuesday morning and asked about the legs, I was told they had no idea that I still needed anything and would call me back. The call never happened. So hours later I called again asking about legs I need for this queen bed (I only purchased the bed because family is coming in on July 3, which I explained at the time of purchase). Was told the person that can search for the legs was out the store, he would get them when he get back in today and I would get a call to pick them up. Guess what? NO CALL! So it's Wednesday, family will arrive today and I have no bed for them to sleep in, even though I purchased this bed last Saturday. I'm disappointed in Ashley's unprofessionalism related to their stalling tactics. The plan is to go first thing this morning , take the bed back and request a full refund because of merchandise not received in a timely manner. Guess I will be looking for an decent queen air mattress today.

Will not buy from them again. They delivered the wrong item to us, not once but twice. The second time the delivery people got up to our door and rang our doorbell then ran away only for my husband to go after them only for them to say sorry we can't deliver your item bc it is wrong. Then it takes a month to get the correct one and the one they gave us had scratches and we were told they will have someone contact us to come out and fix them...still haven't heard back. Overall super poor business.

He was patient with during the process and did not rush me, being military and away from family most of my purchases are virtual. He understood that and allowed time for me to talk it over with my family he even moved the furniture around to give the best estimate of what it would like in my new home! I have nothing but good things to say about our shopping experience at Ashley furniture store. I was assisted by Melinda Brizuela. She greeted us with a smile, and a friendly atmosphere. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there, and she helped me realize it was the right choice. We got a love seat and sofa at a very reasonable price. I think she is very professional and helped make our choice to go to Ashley's, the right one. Thank you for being a great salesperson Melinda. Post Delivery I was happy to finally get my furniture in late June, but only for a little while. The folks came in, set up my couch, as he was taking picture of the setup, I heard a loud crash outside. Imagine my dismay when I stepped outside to discover that the clowns that delivered my furniture had allowed their truck to roll into the back of my SUV, and pushed it into my wife's car. the individual responsible for this disaster were somewhat uncooperative, but they did stay until the accident investigator was done. The owner of the truck got there before the police, and jumped in the truck to pull something out of the glove compartment, and when I ask him if it was the registration, he informed me that it was the inspection paper, that he refused to show me. The insurance is in the process of getting my car fixed, but Ashley has yet to reach out to me in the slightest way. I am not at all happy with this situation, and am sadden that I spent good money to bring this misery upon, myself.

She listened and remembered everything we said so well. We didn’t purchase that day, but she texted me pictures and descriptions of a new set a few days later, because she knew it fit our needs/wants. She wasn’t pushy, had great communication skills, and even continued being helpful after the sale. She made sure I loved everything, and even sent me inspiration pics to help me style my new living room furniture. Had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. Mike was a great salesperson-showed us what we asked for and didn't try to add on things I didn't want to buy. I still wanted to shop at a few other stores before I made my final decision-but then came back the same day and worked with Mike and bought the bed I wanted. It was pouring rain when we were done and Mike had an umbrella and got drenched walking my 80 year old mother to the car. He definitely went above and beyond for us that day.

After having an excellent experience with Ashley this past December it was a no brainer to go back as a return customer. So here it is only 3 months later and we're making our second large purchase from Ashley. The staff is extremely professional and so very willing to not only get the correct piece, but tried different options to get me the best deal. I'm a bit of a tire kicker and a thrifty shopper, regardless the staff was exceptionally patient with my 99 questions and practice sitting on nearly every sofa... lol. Ms. Holley is so nice, she worked up my transaction and ended agreed to do a price match for the more expensive sofa, giving me the sale price of a similar item saving me a huge chunk of money. Actually that one of a few price drops. She made it a point to ensure that I was also getting serviceman's discountI and a break on the warranty/delivery fees. She was actually the same salesperson to draft up my earlier purchase as well. All that being said we will be needing to get my daughter a new bedroom set once school is out for the year, without a doubt we will back at Ashley getting quality furniture for a reasonable price... I grade them A+++ seller, thanks.

My wife and I had been looking for new living room furniture for a house we had just purchased. After a month of not finding “the one”, we walked into Ashely in Fayetteville just to get more ideas and look at options and was greeted by Phil. Very upset with the sales rep in Raleigh, told of a promotion of no interest for a year, then after a year interest would be charged monthly. What I was NOT told was that after the year promotion ended, I would charged almost $300 of interest that accrued during the promotional period. My bill went from $480 - $700 with monthly interest charge of 29%. Poor business.... will be reporting this activity to BBB

Me and my fiancée walked into Ashley wanting anew king mattress. Alexandra greeted us with a smile and asked us what we were looking for and we told her a kind size mattress. We went into the store looking around wanting a mattress. It was a random idea we came up with when we took our bed apart to move. When we walked into the store we were approached by a lady, I believe her name is Alexandra. She asked us what we were looking for in a mattress and we told her soft and plush and that we both are side sleepers. She was friendly and matched our energy. We appreciate the time she spent with us and all the information she gave on the different mattresses she showed us. Her customer service was excellent and appreciated. Having just moved here from Arizona I was quite shocked that the furniture prices were so expensive here compared to the same stores in Arizona. People in Arizona make more money so you would think the prices would be more. But it was just opposite income is less here but for some reason it seems That they are capitalizing on the military presence and overcharging the prices for their furniture.

I will say that to start, we had a really good experience. Our sales rep was very helpful, she was kind, and she made purchasing furniture for our first home very easy when I couldn’t make my mind up. However, policies prior to purchasing the furniture either have changed or we were misinformed on the return/exchange policy… multiple times. First we were told we could exchange items for store credit (this was prior to purchasing) and this gave me comfort in all of my uncertainty of picking out furniture for my first home. Then when I called customer service the first time I was told I only had the first 72 hours to report a problem and request an exchange. Finally today was my last straw where I was told the third DIFFERENT thing and it was that once you accept the delivery, you cannot exchange/return (so how can you exchange/return up to 72 hours if you can’t once it’s accepted. Make that make sense…) Per that same customer service rep from today, a store manager was supposed to call and that never happened. I’ve messaged the in store sales rep the day the furniture was delivered addressing my concerns and today and haven’t heard back. I will not be shopping with Ashley store again. At this location or another. We are very happy with our sectional. We just didn’t want a table… that literally still has the tags on it. Picture included. I will not recommend and I hope this location does a better job of communicating with customers and staff their policies so that future buyers don’t run into the situation we are having to deal with.

He was without pressure and explained in detail pieces we were interested in. Upon making our selection the paperwork was a snap. Delivery was arranged for a date convenient to us. I’m revising a post from several months ago to address a pretty egregious experience. Initially, I commended Ken for his seemingly excellent service, but it turns out his performance was marred by deception and neglect. When purchasing my couch, Ken assured me that no payments would be due for 12 months and that no interest would accrue. Additionally, he promised that all payment-related correspondence would be sent to my new address since I was moving. However, I later discovered that payments began immediately, and all information was indeed sent to my old address. So I had several pass due payments. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer needs is appalling. Every attempt to rectify the situation with customer service was met with scripted responses or outright dismissals. Needless to say, I will never patronize this store again. I would save my money y’all and find a different establishment.

Demi was an excellent sales associate and provided my Grandmother and I with the most excellent service possible!

Would never buy from them again delivered mattress but did not have all parts to assemble bedframe. Delivery and installation crew left had to sleep with mattress on the floor. Second crew didn’t have parts neither did the third crew. Finally, the fourth crew came after weeks and assembled the bedframe, But still had issues due to them stripping out screws not installing screws and places. With all that said, I would never buy from them again, or recommend them for anyone after this experience.

Decided to make a purchase from the Fayetteville N.C. store, Anna was our sales representative, appeared everything was in order and purchased the furniture, got home and wanted to recheck the order and went on line only to find out that we were way OVERCHARGED, went back to the store the next day and talked to the so-called manager, he stated that corporate and the individual stores can’t keep up with the ever changing prices, didn’t want to deal with the issue, Anna stepped up and got the issue corrected, she was the only one that was very apologetic, Check your pricing on line with what they have in the store, it may save you thousands!!!

"NO RETURNS" .......I won't leave 1 star because it's partly my fault for not reading the fine print. We bought a server table in store and after we got it home decided it didn't fit well for what we wanted. Brought it back and was stopped at the door by an employee "WE DON'T EXCEPT RETURNS". Was told no matter what you buy from the store no returns accepted delivery or in store pickup. The sales rep didn't ever once mention that and who in their right mind reads the fine print on the ipad when they say sign here? Now i'm stuck with a $350 purchase we don't like. My bad live and learn.

I’m going to share my terrible experience with this company I was waiting four weeks for my delivery when the delivery was supposed to arrive in three days when the furniture arrived it was dirty , burnt with cigarette burns and water marks. It was four piece set but two pieces were damaged and had to be returned to the warehouse , I refused to take the couches that were damaged because of the quality and smell of the furniture. I was expecting to receive new furniture but extremely disappointed when it arrived , I payed cash for my couches so there shouldn’t be an excuse for it . When asking for an update for my couches they were severely rude telling me i can’t return the couches and they don’t have an update because “ the system was down“ I’m extremely upset and don’t know what to do I just wanted new couches.

We visited the Fayetteville store with the intentions of looking around to get some ideas for our new home. We felt overwhelmed as we had an entire house to fill. As we walked in we were instantly greeted at the door by Kenneth who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, helping to make us feel comfortable and at ease while we “window shopped” after a few hours later we left with most of our house complete with furniture!! As a family of five, three kids and a mix of interests and options .. we all left happy. Kenneth was very patient with us…and our children as we ventured into this new exciting journey in our lives. Rebekah is the perfect saleswoman! I came in looking for relatively inexpensive furniture that met particular personal requirements. She took my wife and I around to items meeting my desires and was very friendly. I chose to check out expensive items and my wife and I decided we wanted to spend more. She continued to give us the same level of great service. All to often it seems salespeople treat you differently based on what you want to spend or they try to upsell you, that was not my experience here. Ashley Furniture in fayetteville is a great place to shop for what you want, any other place will just push what they want to sell you.
