My wife and I bought a Leather Powered Loveseat with a Console. It was not cheap paid $1395. for it. After 2 and a half years the frame on the reclining Mechanism broke with normal use. We purchased it with a 5-year warranty. After contacting Ashley's repair company and already waiting over six weeks. We are told it will take between 2 through 16 weeks for this part then need to schedule the repair person to come out. It's very possible that this repair will take 6 months to complete and that's Only if the correct part comes in. This is an ongoing problem with these Mechanisms breaking which means this item should be stocked so they have it on hand. 6 months is not an acceptable amount of time a customer has to wait for a normal repair that is happening over and over after 2 years. I believe it should be replaced if you need to wait this amount of time. I also believe Ashley should change to a stronger material for this product to last at least 7 or 8 years and not put customers in a horrible situation with their repair company. Maybe choose a repair company that can have this and almost all repairs completed within 1 month which is a very long time without use. However 6 months Ashley should be ashamed to have a customer waiting this long.

Rebekah Palmer was amazing. She didn’t hound us the whole time like some sales people do. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with her throughout our search for a couch and glider. She was very understanding and informative. I’m really happy we had a great person such as Rebekah to help us throughout our time there. It's been over 6 weeks and we have no idea what the status is on our love seat. Last time I contacted their outsourced repair company over 3 weeks we already had someone who determined the problem. Now after the problem is already Diagnosed we are told it would take another 3 weeks for a determination if and when parts can be ordered or a replacement of this broken section of our leather love seat console, was going to taken place. This was not a cheap piece of furniture and with our 5 year warranty we truly thought we would have had this matter resolved by now. Plus along the process we hoped to be updated with their very long process. We are very disappointed and frustrated since this love seat may not hold up much longer. This item is only two and a half years old. I don't recommend their furniture with my experience I'm having with this very expensive piece I can't have repaired. Nor do I think it should have broke on us in such a very short period of time.
