I am very indecisive and take way too long (probably 4 hours each visit) to make a decision. Faith (for our first visit) and Phil (for our second visit) were absolutely amazing!!!!! They both took their time explaining pros and cons of each item we were considering. Prices may be a little higher than other places but quality and customer service definitely make up for it. We will be back next time we need furniture!

First off- I’m very picky when it comes to furniture, I am also not one who impulse buys on expensive items. Amirah went above and beyond to help us find a found the I loved the style and it was comfortable for me to curl up in when I’m in pain or stretch out when I’m not! She handled my family’s wild personalities as we navigated through the store until we found “The Couch”! It is because of her we bought the couch that day and I am so thankful we did!

This location is fantastic. The showroom simply looked amazing and the office manager Amanda. She was a delight. Super helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better visit. 5 star and I could add more stars if I could.

Recently I sat behind a gentleman at this store who was paying hundreds of dollars in coins (for who knows what conceivable reason). The service throughout was great, so however obnoxious this fellow shopper was intent on being, I waited patiently to make a purchase. And wouldn’t you know? After all that counting, it was still customer service with a smile 🥲 You love to see it.

Never in the history of retail have I experienced this kind of revelatory, life altering level of customer service. The checkout process itself should have its own surcharge, that’s how good we’re talking here.

Just had a great experience with Alex, a fellow Vet who walked us thru a new couch, bookcases and dresser for my daughter. From the first moment we walked in. Never tried to sale us but just waljed us thru our options. No pressure at all which made for a perfect experience throughout. Well done and great customer service.

10/10 recommend Alexander.. he took us through the store to show up rocker/glider options and once he heard it was for a nursery he knew exactly which chair would be the perfect fit and he was right.. he was not pushy like a lot of furniture stores salesmen and was personable to make the entire experience great.

My experience in store today was great! Anna listened to my unique situation and found me two sectionals and recliner for my home that's easy to clean and "oops" resistant. She was also able to be lower than my quoted prices from other stores that sell Ashley Furniture, for the exact same sectional and slightly upgraded sectional.

I was greeted by Tiffany right away. I told her that I was looking for living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. She asked me about my style and color preferences before showing me pieces. When helping me decide on a dining room set we walked through the whole store discussing which pieces would fit best. I really enjoyed getting a second opinion since I struggle with decorating interiors and really understa ending how pieces can make or break a room. She was very helpful, kind, and professional. When I need more furniture, I will be returning.

And when you do make it to the store ask for Melinda and she will show you around the store until you find those furniture items that you are looking for. Folks, Fayetteville has several furniture stores but Ashley is the store that has a good selection of furniture with very attractive prices. Anyways…

The sales agent who helped me with my furniture purchase told me that changing my billing and delivery address would be easy — he said I just needed to call, and they would update it right away. However, when I contacted Fortiva, I was informed that the address could not be changed and that my furniture and bills would still be sent to my old address. I believe this situation shows a lack of professionalism and communication between the store and Fortiva. As a customer, I should not have had to spend extra time fixing an issue that should have been handled properly from the beginning. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future customers.

We came in today looking for specific couch that we have seen at another store but we wanted to look at it and see it on it and be able to experience it and we were not able to do that anywhere else Fayetteville Ashley store had exactly the couch we were looking for and had in mind also we wanted two leather recliners to compliment and are associate faith is her name she walked us around that store took a straight to the couch we described recommended a leather accompanying reclining and rocking leather recliner and gave us an amazing deal all within about 45 minutes we will be receiving our furniture hopefully by December 1st or in that range thank you so much job well done faith is amazing

Holly was great. I sent her a text before arriving to the store, explaining to her what I was coming in for Once I arrived at the store, she greeted me with a smile had my options picked out for me and was very professional. She has such a warm and inviting spirit. I will definitely be returning.

My first initial experience was good, staff very friendly and respectful. After leaving the store and attempting to cancel the order things changed drastically. I called to cancel the order received a confirmation number, I was asked to hold, and was transferred to the sales representative that helped us while at the store. I informed the Sales Representative I’ve decided to do something different with the spare bedroom and would like to cancel the order. The sales representative did not want to hear that which I completely understand, but I’m a customer choosing to cancel the order within the 72 hours timeframe. The sales representative was persistent and did not want me to cancel the order, the sales representative suggested putting the order on hold for six months to which it would cancel automatically and wouldn’t impact my credit. I agreed to put the order on hold, 2 weeks later I received a text stating prepare for your delivery to which I responded no furniture should be delivered I cancelled the order. A few days later I received a bill for $160.00 with $2,300.00 pending. I called several times attempting to fix the issues and have the 160.00 waved the store management would not return my calls they pretty much ghosted me. That’s a direct reflection of how this store treats customers. They were happy to have the sale when I cancelled things changed. I would strongly suggest if you shop Ashely Furniture in Fayetteville, NC you’re 100% set on the furniture you purchase. If you attempt to cancel you’ll see the other side of the business that’s not customer friendly, disrespectful, and will leave you hanging. The management team does not care about repeat purchases or customers visiting the store again or giving potential customers good feedback. My neighbor had the same issue with a different Ashely furniture store, seems it’s probably a business practice that’s used when customers attempt to cancel orders UPDATE!!! Ashley furniture contacted me after posting this review, they refunded the cancellation fee and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you for making things right and fixing the issue!

Prices were good, we purchased a dresser and 2 nightstands, the payment methods were a bit confusing because they showed us a paper with a couple diffrent lengths of payments and the price breakdown but when we put our Info in the computer it only gave us 1 offer with not good intrest rate and was more expensive than the options shown. Otherwise the customer service was nice and the store is organized well, and better prices compared to the 3 other stores we checked that day

I worked with Xavier and he went above and beyond with helping me. I looked at everything and he was helpful to say the least. Will be going back for a new bed frame and mattress. I will also make sure he is there before I go to make sure I work with him especially.

Bought a couch for my daughter on October 1st, and discovered they took it out of my account twice, but are “pending” reimbursement. I don’t understand why they won’t release the funds to reimburse. The couch was over $2,000, so having $4,000 taken out of my account is not okay and to go without that money potentially all weekend is ridiculous. They act like I’m the crazy one for complaining. 🤷‍♀️

If I could give this store ZERO STARS - I certainly would!!!! I work hard for my money….and I will NOT just hand it over to rude, disrespectful people who know little about customer service. I furnished my house with a different company. VOTE WITH YOUR FEET PEOPLE!

Giving a 3 due to delivery only. The furniture is beautiful. The salesperson was wonderful to work with! Delivery not so great although the delivery people themselves were fantastic. The first delivery arrived with some dirty pieces. Not the fault of the delivery personnel as they washed their hands immediately. I refused the dirty pieces. The second delivery, missing pillows. I offered to pick them up at the warehouse and was told no. They have to be FedEx'd. When will they arrive... Unknown. Again not the fault of the delivery drivers as they deliver what is given to them. Very disappointed!

Had an item break that was under warranty. Took 6 months to have two separate third party repairmen show up. Ultimately, they said the item was not repairable and required a replacement. Went through warranty department which identified the item was no longer made and to either accept a credit or find something similar. We went to this Ashley Furniture to look. We ended up ordering a similar item with support of a few staff members. The experience was solid enough. We did have to get another warranty package, which is understandable but kind of annoying. We got told that there wasn’t a shipping estimate due to delays and supply chain issues. We didn’t see this as a big deal until we reached month 6 with no updates. Tried calling store with electronic receipt and information, they claimed that it’s not on record, but I had the paperwork. Then an associate (after being transferred for 2 hours), said they found it, but the item was canceled due to the item being discontinued, annoying but I was relieved. Next I was told I should have a call back with how to proceed in using the original credit… 8 days later after no reply I called again to end up getting the original answer that they can’t find it, and saying it isn’t normal to come in to order a warranty item… This experience has been a mild nightmare. Definitely consider elsewhere for future furniture purchases. I’m likely to reach out to corporate and other actions if I continue to be passed around or ghosted on the matter…

Update to my review. My original review comments, which I have left at the bottom of this post, have not changed. What has changed is that we are unsatisfied with Ashley’s handling of our mattress exchange under their 90-day Comfort Guarantee. Bottom line - we bought a $5,000 medium firmness mattress with the understanding that if we were not comfortable with it in a minimum of 30 nights, we could exchange for the same mattress in the firmness we desired. Our HFC, who was referenced in the original review, specifically told us that the mattress we purchased was available in soft, medium, and firm. When we attempted to exchange for a soft version, we were told it did not come in soft and we would have to either pay an additional $1200 to upgrade or downgrade to a different, lower priced model with no reimbursement. Nobody we spoke with was willing to concede that the HFC with whom we dealt on the day of purchase was responsible for not knowing the availability of the product and presenting incorrect information which led to this and therefore would not work with us to find a reasonable resolution. So, my wife and I are now stuck with a $5000 mattress that we aren’t completely comfortable on. Original review - Very friendly, helpful staff! Our HFC, Michael P., was very cordial and assisted us through the purchase!

I love this store and to think I had decided I didn’t want to to this store. No reason. I have been looking for a table, a kitchen table, and I had gone to all of the furniture stores surrounding me and in surrounding areas and I did not find what I want. I was not opposed to looking at Denver furniture either, but you know it wasn’t a priority All the other places they greeted you but once she told them what what I was looking for, they really didn’t seem interested, and this is not the case when I came to Ashley Holly, a.k.a. I tried to give Ashley Furniture another chance after my last bad experience and they have showed me once again that they have the worst customer service of all time. I ordered a couch on 7/6 and told the salesman I wanted it in the other color, not the one on display, which he acknowledged cause he pointed to the ottoman in the other color so i could see what it was and i said yes so I had assumed he would listen to me. Then i signed the paperwork cause how would I know that the color he selected wasn't the right one without having to look it up on the website. Then a week later something told me to take a look at the paperwork again and realized the color wasn't right when I looked it up on the website. So I called this store and had them fix it which delayed the shipment even more (they never called me back to even tell me they fixed it i had to call them). Now it's 3 days before delivery and they failed to tell me that part of the couch was still on order with no estimated arrival time! Again no communication on this whatsoever what kind of business doesnt communicate order delays? If I hadn't looked at the sales paperwork on the text I got confirming delivery I never would have even known they weren't sending me the whole couch as ordered! Mind you it's a modular couch so youre going to send me the end piece and the middle piece so I have no arm rest on the other side for who knows how long?! And the best they could do was "sorry" after I waited a month for this couch. You're better off going to Rooms To Go because Ashley Furniture will never get it together.

Sales team was very knowledgeable about their products. I found just what I was looking for on clearance. The whole process was smooth and easy.

I will say that I went into the store expecting it to be overly expensive with high pressure sales. I was pleasantly surprised. Our sales person was Alex. He immediately greeted us and made a connection with my daughter because she was wearing her Rugrats shirt. He asked what we were looking for (a new sleeper sofa) and he showed us every option in the store, and he answered every question we had. He even showed us some dining sets and explained all of our options to fit within our space and our budget. He was very friendly through the whole process, even when challenged with our questions. In the end we decided to buy the new sleeper sofa, and hold off on the dining set, but Alex stayed positive throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Ashley furniture and I would buy from Alex anytime. I also think the couch we chose was comparable in price to the "discount" furniture stores.

We came in right at opening on Sunday, Holly greeted us at the door and asked if we needed help finding something and let us know where to find her if we needed help. We were offered water and lots of patience while my kiddos had to try sit on every single couch. We ended up finding a set we loved and a new bed. Kevin De Jesus, one of the managers here at Ashley, was one of the most personable and professional employees I have ever met! He took his time, gave me all the information I needed, and made me laugh. I am very happy with the purchase I made here with him and this Ashley team! I will be back.

If I could rate this zero I would. We purchased furniture in march of 2025 and it’s been broken since we received it. Including seams coming apart. We have called several times, been in contact with their repair department since April waiting for someone to come out and fix it. We haven’t received any call backs, we have been in the store, spoken to managers etc. My father is sick and has seizures, my mother has neuropathy in her feet (she can’t feel them) which makes it very unsafe due to the electrical functions being broken, including the seat being in the reclined position, we are very disappointed and haven’t been taken seriously. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from Ashley furniture especially electrical.

Tiffany has been wonderful helping design a couch configuration that fits on my living room. When I realized the couch pieces I chose were too large, she made changes to my purchase over the phone and never lost patience with me. I appreciate all her help.

Buyer beware, especially older people who are more trusting and believing of people. Make sure you check your invoice before signing it. I know it’s hard to check because it’s on the computer. Have them print it out first. You can’t trust what the salesperson tells you. I will never shop there again.

I bought a table of more than $1,500 dollars, which started to get ugly every month if you put on a hot plate, it sticks or it turns white, the paint turns up, I went to see how they could help me, since it was inside the warranty and they gave me a phone number that I had to call, but they never solved the problem. I am even seeing if I buy another table (of course somewhere else) because theirs no longer look good, it seems that I was years old when I was only months old.

Going to 5 furniture stores including this one,I returned to Ashley because of the GENUINE kind knowledgeable service I received from Daniel . He is the BEST. I will recommend him with kindness... respectfully submitted Starr Piganelli.

Item arrived defective and the person who put the beds together assured me it was supposed to look like that only to break 2 days later and of course there return policy is only for items purchasing line and no in store. I wanted to just exchange for a totally different bed but they said they could only send out parts even though the bed broke within 48 hours. The floor model In stores had sturdy slates vs what they sent me. Daniel was my salesman and I asked him for help but he seemed in experience In sturdy furniture sales.

I received excellent service looking for bedroom furniture. Michael Pridgen was very helpful in comparing various pieces based on my taste and room size.

Melinda was the best. She introduced herself when we walked in and was very attentive but then gave us space to walk around and shop. It was so nice. As soon as we found what we wanted, she had her phone ready to give any pricing questions or any questions about warranty and what not. Holly did a great job helping us last night. We came in about an hour before closing and she had us out of there within 30 mins (sooner if we weren't so choosy). She offered us many price points and answered my questions honestly, which is something I wish would have happened sooner with an earlier purchase. We're excited to have our dresser soon and I wish her good luck with her goals this year. Thank you so much!

Nice furniture-- horrible service after the sale. My 92-year-old mother was proud that she was able to finally purchase a leather sofa set in January. The delivery was prompt, but they damaged the couch during delivery. We called immediately to advise them of the damage. Ashley sent the leather strip for repair, but for almost five months no one has been able to schedule the repair. Calling corporate doesn't help. Everyone gives the same response, "we are awaiting on the schedule." If you get something delivered be sure to check, check, and check - if not you will wait forever for a repair and get a customer service cycle of "I do apologize, We are waiting on the schedule, etc." If you shop here ---proceed with caution.

I knew today was the right day and time to come in to look for the much needed furniture I needed for my new house ! I was sweetly welcomed by Tiffany:) Tiffany was so helpful and knowledgeable! Tiffany is a fashionista for putting together any room. I had showed her pictures of the new house and we put together a living room set and kitchen table. Definitely recommend and will be back for more furniture:)
