The showroom is incredible. There is plenty of space to walk around and look at all the arranged furniture. The sales Associates, Karen, introduced herself and said she was available if we had questions but truly let us roam the store with no pressure. We went to the Ashley Store + Outlet in Four Oaks to look for a sofa/recliner and chair. We were greeted by Josh Earp. Josh was very happy to show us all of our options in every price range. He explained all the differences in quality and materials for the different price ranges. He then left us alone to try all the different models that we liked and reach a decision that best fit our needs. We are very happy with our choice of a beautiful power reclining sofa and matching rocker recliner chair in leather. Josh walked us through the purchase process and explained the Diamond Care which was optional but recommended. Josh was very professional and very knowledgeable throughout our whole buying experience! He has definitely earned our business for future furniture purchases and we will be recommending him to our friends and neighbors!

Carolina was absolutely amazing and helped the process go a lot smoother than I anticipated! She really worked hard to make sure the experience and the finance process was top notch. Definitely recommend anyone going in to work with her if possible!

Josh Earp is the best! I got a new couch, table and rug, he did fantastic with what discounts he could do and showed me all the numbers. The location is really big too, better than another I've been to. He let me take my time with looking around, gave me some options, and is super chill! Got to know each other a bit, made some jokes, now I have a really good couch. He even made sure the amount I was financing wouldn't hurt too bad with my credit based on the limit / amount financed, he knows his stuff. I would recommend coming here and finding Josh everytime, he's the manager of this really nice store. He even moved a table around for me to get a comparison next to the couch I wanted!

We walked in looking for a mattress and possibly a bedroom set. We were greeted by Karen, she was very informative and helpful. She didn’t push us to buy a better mattress she let us look around and gave us space. We tested out a few mattresses and found one we liked as well as a new frame and dresser. Laura S. was great with handling all of my questions and completing our order. My mother and I had previously went into the store and decided on a few mattresses. When we returned to purchase them we were given incorrect information by Karen and did not make a purchase. We returned again and Laura corrected the information and completed the sale. At first I was irritated that we were mislead because that would have saved us an extra trip being that we live an hour away but I’m glad that it did allow us to return while Laura was there and able to give us more accurate information.

We had a great experience with Jacqueline helping us with a chair for our dog (as he thinks.) She was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her manager (didn’t get his name) was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning to shop with them! It is also a plus that the warehouse is next door for pickup if the items are in stock. I don’t leave reviews often, but some of the previous ones mention pushy sales experiences, etc. Our visit was nothing like what others have mentioned. We were left to roam and would get checked in on periodically. No pressure at all.

Super happy with our experience today. Shopped with Deric and couldn’t have asked for a better sales person to walk us around. We brought our whole brood 6 year old and baby in tow and he was so patient and attentive - even including them in conversation. He gave us time to browse on our own and checked in at just the right times to answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable on every piece of furniture that we looked at today - took all of our preferences in mind. He was very transparent on the cost and quality of everything. He pulled the cushions right off the couch we did end up purchasing to show us the frame and gave us an interactive experience on their tempur pedic bed. We had no intention of purchasing a mattress today and walked away adding one on 100% because he gave us the confidence and peace of mind that it was the right choice. She was helpful in pointing us to some items for consideration, she was very knowledgeable about the performance fabric and modular couches, which were items we were very interested in ordering. I had my kiddos with me, which was a challenge but Jen eased my mind and let me know it was not a bother. We ended up purchasing a couch but were not able to purchase a console because it had to be picked in 48h and we didn’t have the right vehicle. That was the only disappointment in our trip. We even called back and added on a chair!!

We've been looking for the right couch for a few years now. Today, we found the perfect one at Ashley with Karen's help. She let us look though her online catalog to check for matching pieces, made the purchase process quick and easy, and just generally had a great vibe. Also, she gave us space to consider our options on our own, and while unattended, every associate checked to make sure we were being helped. It never felt pushy or hurried even though we arrived late in the day.

We stopped into the show room about a week ago. B.J. greeted us- we truly are in the beginning stages of our search, and he respected our distance and time. He would answer questions and gave us advice as needed. We went back today to measure a few items - again just looking. Again - B.J. was very helpful. We plan to go this week to purchase the items we liked and will DEFINITELY ask for B.J. to help us.

One of the better customer experiences of our lives with Deric. We had just come from RTG(Rooms To Go) and didn’t enjoy the sales pitch. We were fully prepared to walk into RTG and spend some significant money on furniture. That changed when they were not going to offer any discounts and I felt like we were being pressed to buy or else we’d miss out on delivery timing. We then went to Ashley assuming we wouldn’t buy anything but wanted to look around. We walk in and Deric greets us and asked us what brought us in today. We let him know we were just looking around and would let him know if we found something we liked. He immediately let us know about how we can capture some significant discounts based our tier of spend. My wife and I spotted a dining room table that was absolutely perfect for us. We let Deric know we wanted to get that table and he started to gather the info for the table and we went over and sat down on a beautiful leather sectional. I then came back over to the table to finalize the table as my wife walked around some more. He then asked me about my interest in the sectional and I said I loved it but not for that price. Deric then made me aware he could knock over 20% off the couch and he had me sold. Overall a terrific customer service experience with a knowledgeable and friendly sales person. When I left RTG I felt like a number. When I left Ashley I felt like a valued customer. The customer experience won the day and I’m glad I was able to spend my money with Deric.

Karen Baird did a phenomenal job of selecting home furnishings and decor for each room. The color schemes were nothing less than beautiful. She even went the extra mile and assisted in furniture placement and picture hanging. I really can’t thank her enough. This has been the best customer service I have encountered thus far.

I'll be contacting corporate about our experience there regarding Karen, the manager. We go in, greeted by Derrick, who was awesome. Derrick was really great. Told him right away, hey, we spent an hour plus at the other store in Durham today, a salesman named Marlin helped us, we know mostly what we want but are still open to love seat options. Derrick was like ok cool, showed us a few love seats and let us look around. Didn't see any we loved. The main couch/sectional we liked from the other store was at this outlet too and I said I'd like to measure it one more time to see if we do or don't want to add the cupholder piece. Derrick was kind and helpful and got us a tape measure! Then Karen comes over to us and says that if we buy it there, she can give Marlin credit for the sale. No thanks, we really just want to measure it and buy it from Marlin, because we spent a lot of time with him. Karen gets aggressive and tells me that we need to buy it there to give Derrick half the credit for the sale because he spent time with us too. I'm like ummm, this is uncomfortable. I told her that we have already made our decision. She insists that this isn't fair, Derrick works on commission and he needs to get credit for the Sale. We spent maybe 7 minutes talking with Derrick, who is absolutely wonderful. Since she won't back off, I told her, I've been in sales most of my life, the Worst thing you can do is try to make the customers buying experience about your salespersons pay. She said well I don't pay him, he works on commission. I said well maybe you Should pay him more if this is a problem! She wouldn't back down with her aggressive Karen attitude and I asked her to please let us just finish measuring before we decide we want nothing to do with this store. So she went back to her desk. While I was talking to my boyfriend, not even a minute later, I was asking him like omg, was that uncomfortable or what? Was I rude, I think Karen was way out of line? Karen heard this and said we were being rude and told us we need to leave! We left immediately. Yep. That seriously just happened. Poor Derrick, what a terrible manager to work for. Karen needs to be fired, she's out of touch, rude, aggressive, doesn't understand what sales is about and is an embarrassment to that store. That was awful. I will be writing to corporate about this experience.

The one star is because Ashly does not stand on their warranty I purchased a rocker recliner and the base and mechanism bent so they sent new parts the tech came out and replaced the parts however the chair still doesn’t sit properly and tilts forward even the tech could see it wasn’t right however didn’t know how to fix it but noted it as “up to standard” so because of that they refuse to fix or replace the chair and offered a 70 dollar credit This experience is why I didn’t jump to give a review at time of purchase they love those 5 star google reviews I will no longer do business with Ashley furniture in the future simply because they don’t stand on their warranty Edit: i wish I could give zero stars after I emailed the email below nothing got resolved it’s alright tho

I visited Ashley about 2 months ago and had my eye on a particular sectional. It was on sale but I wanted my husband to see it before purchasing it. When I went back it was no longer on sale and had gone up in price by about $1,000. I spoke with an individual and he stated that he would have someone reach out to me regarding the price though they never did. My husband and I went back this past week to see if it had gone on sale for Labor Day. Upon entering the door we were met by David the district manager. We shared our story with him and he was extremely helpful in making it right so that we could get the couch. Karen took over our sale after we spoke with David and was extremely helpful. We were able to secure the couch and a matching recliner almost for the price of the sectional when not on sale. I would hands down recommend both David and Karen.

Salesperson Brian sold me an adjustable bed with an incompatible frame (money grabbing). I bought the bed for an 82 yo. She tried to use the bed and it completely fell apart (the frame). The frame was never attached to the slats. Ashley came out a total of 3x with no resolutions. I have called over and over again with no results! UTTERLY FRUSTRATING. The sales person's are UNETHICAL! and will sell you anything even when they know said items aren't compatible. I have a 6000 bed that I can't use!

This was the first time in my almost 70 year old self that shopping for furniture was not like going to the dentist!!! Nicole was super. When she greeted us at the door, I thought "Oh no, here we go again". It was nothing like that. She asked what we were looking for, told us where to look, and said "I will be around if you need me". Went to the store looking for a living room set for my mom. Bj was awesome! He made sure he went over everything with her, confirmed the heights she was looking for, and showed her several options she may be interested in. His time and expertise paid off, and she ended up buying a living room set. Prices are comparable to rooms to go outlet and other furniture stores in the area. They had a great selection to choose from and were laid out nicely throughout the store. While I was there, I found a table I fell in love with! However, I was able to find it slightly cheaper online through a different vendor and had free delivery opposed to the $99 delivery fee they charge at the store. So if you dont mind assembling things yourself, you could possibly find it cheaper elsewhere. Overall, I would still highly recommend it to anyone looking to update their furniture or decor.

We had a great experience with Karen at Ashley Furniture. I had come in a few days before our purchase and Karen showed me furniture that would fit with our lifestyle. We have kids and dogs and wanted something that would stand up to them both. A couple days later I brought my husband to see what Karen showed me. She kept us informed and printed out different sets showing cost and helped us narrow down the right furniture. We can’t wait to get our furniture delivered.

Laura asked me one or two questions about how she could help me and then just let me look. As a result I found a piece of furniture that I liked but wasn’t really looking to make a purchase. However, when I asked Laura a question about something I saw, I made the decision right then to buy because she genuinely wanted to inform me about the furniture I inquired about and didn’t make me feel as if she was eager to push a sell. She was pleasant and friendly but most of all, she was professional.

Avoid Ashley furniture at all cost. In my opinion ,they do not have a clue what is going on . We have been trying for 5 weeks to get a 1 month old sofa cushion fixed. They keep giving us the run around . They do not know where the parts are . They told us the parts would be shipped to our house. No parts ever came to the house. They told us the parts will be with the furniture tech when he arrived today fix the prom. The tech showed up empty handed and we knew it was back to square one... AGAIN! Not sure where we stand and don't believe anything they tell us any longer. Still waiting 8/22/25 They showed up with a replacement chase and parts were missing. A part also fell off the new chase they replaced the old one with . The cushions are terrible and the wood is not covered by cushion along the top. It has been a horrible experience dealing with Ashley.. remember we have had problems with this brand new furniture a month after we purchased it . Four months later still waiting for the problems to be resolved.. we also cancelled out extended warranty due to zero confidence they would ever come out to fix the problem.. If they are taking this long on a newly purchased sectional I don’t ever see them coming out to fix a problem a couple years from now !!!

I wanted a recliner with my living room set and I of course picked out a set that didn’t have one! If it was not for her amazing service and willingness to accommodate my family we would be sitting on the floor of my house. I checked out other furniture stores in the area, and nothing was reasonably priced. Carolina hooked it up and even gave us a mover to get our sectional on the second floor. While the workers there are nice the furniture is absolute trash. We’ve only had our sectional for 2 years and it is completely broken and falling apart. The dresser we bought there also never worked correctly with drawers getting stuck. One of the drawers has lost pieces of metal and its ball bearings. Good luck with their warranty, too, because they will not cover ANYTHING

Will was fabulous. I came in saying we aren't going to buy anything that night and certainly no extended warranty. I told him what we were looking for he showed us what you had in the regular side and clearance. Some great prices in clearance but we loved the sofa in the front part. In fact we loved it so much we bought two for are very large den. They had the zero gravity recliners and are beautiful. He even somehow convenienced my husband to purchase the extended warranty. He helped us with making a purchase that I am extremely happy with today. Total professionalism. I have been going to Ashly Furniture for years now, and this day with Will has been the BEST by far. I will be furnishing my upstairs (three bedrooms and a game room and possibly a new dining room set next year if all goes as planned and Ashley Furniture will get all my business because of this young man. Our experience with Nicole in the Four Oaks store over the phone with a recliner we ordered was great. (Dec. 2024) On delivery the chair didn’t fit my husband right. So the movers took it back and they were very professional. So we went into the store and BJ helped us and again it was a pleasant experience. We picked out a sofa/loveseat set, we did not purchase that day. Only because we had to make sure this is what we wanted and that the set would be good for our living room. The next day we ordered it through Nicole, she was actually able to get us the best deal possible. We received it March 1st. We are very happy with the living room set and our full experience with everyone we dealt at Ashley in Four Oaks, NC. Great team work. Thank you.

Went to Ashley Furniture after visiting a few other places and we were instantly greeted by Will. We were able to browse at our own pace and he was there for any questions we had and helped us through the whole process of getting our living room furniture, will definitely come back for any other future furniture needs!

Cliff notes: Recliner was $999.99 in store. Online price from Ashley site was $679.99. They agreed to honor online price but would not allow store pickup and required $149. Delivery fee. With out delivery fee, I would have to pay the store price. Keep in mind this is the regional distribution facility where I have picked up every other Ashley Furniture purchase I have ever made. I'm not sure if it was an incompetent and greedy salesperson or a "smoke and mirrors" sales policy that cost them the sell of three (3) recliners. Worked out for the best as I purchased the exact same recliners at a local furniture store for $530 each.Same warranty and picked up in just under a week. No more Ashley Furniture in my future.

I brought my whole family—my 4-month-old, my brother, my mom, and my husband—on Presidents' Day, and we all had a FABULOUS experience with BJ! He was incredibly kind, patient, genuine, and informative. As a new mom navigating a huge learning curve, I’ve found that much of my life now happens on the couch with my little one. From showing me sofa sets, wear & tear ability to helping me decide on a setup & checkout, all was very lights, kind & pleasant. Did not feel pressured in my decision at all but rather well educated on current sales, possible price changes, etc. Delivery was also very smooth. Really sweet, careful men delivered and set up the sofas, checked power & were patient with me putting pads on, moving some items out of the way, etc. Sofas are beautiful & comfortable! No regrets at all!

We needed a new mattress so since it was Presidents Day holiday weekend we decided to visit the Ashley HomeStore in Four Oaks, NC. I knew that I wanted the Sealy pillow top (queen size) since that is what we currently had & it helps my bad back. My husband just wanted something a little firmer. Our sales person Nicole was able to help us. We tested out several mattress brands in the store. The Sealy pillow top mattress that I wanted was way too firm for me. Surprisingly we ended up buying an Ashley brand (recommended by Nicole). We bought a plush hybrid mattress. It had the pillow top feel for me ( even though it is not pillow top) the firmness that my husband wanted. Also it is gel cool which we both love especially in the coming summer months. So far so good. Thanks Nicole for this mattress recommendation!

I found the most comfortable reclining sofa at Ashley Outlet. It is difficult to find a sofa for tall men, I'm 6' 1", and this sofa has an extendable, tall headrest and the footrest is long enough that my feet don't hang off. Karen made my purchasing experience very easy and fast, with no high-pressure tactics. I really like Karen because she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, she didn't lie to me about any gimmicks, and she gave me a President's day discount that was the best deal available. The couch is very comfortable, attractive, has plenty of cool features, and it was in stock at the store in the color I wanted. I am very pleased and I will certainly be returning for my next furniture purchase. Ashley makes excellent quality furniture that lasts, has a great warranty, and the most reasonable prices. We've had the WORST experience for the last month. First our sofa set arrived damaged. The sofa was shattered. We told the delivery drivers we weren't taking damaged furniture. They took the sofa but told us to keep the other pieces and contact customer care. They contacted customer care while they were here and the representative told us to keep the furniture that isn't damaged. We go to the store and we're told we should have refused everything.....we contact customer care again while in the store and explained what happened. We've had to go to this store 3 more times. We finally think 2 weeks ago that everything has been worked out and our furniture would be delived 1/17. We then get a message on the 15th that our order was canceled.....my husband calls the store, AGAIN & speaks with the manager. She says that someone in the store went in the system and did something and apologized. The next day supposedly the issue has been fixed and we have a delivery date of 1/23 (Thursday). Today we receive a message that our delivery date is now Monday 1/27 instead of Thursday the 22nd.....Thursday is the 23rd not the 22nd!!! *Update* After 5 weeks, we have an entire set and we love it. The driver that delivered the set knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job. I wish this process went better than it did and maybe we were just a one off or maybe it was just this particular store. Just happy to have the furniture we wanted, finally.

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Karen Biard. She spent some time with us to understand what we were looking for, then directed us to the appropriate section of the store. We liked that she gave us space to look around on our own and not feel pressured or watched over. After we decided on the couch we wanted, we chatted with Karen about colors, the use of the battery, where the couch was made, and the warranty. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the couch, the material, warranty and was able to answer ALL of our questions. As a veteran, we also happy to get a military discount, and she thanked us for our service- truly means alot. This was our first visit to this store and we definitely will return. If you are looking for quality furniture, affordable price and an extremely knowledgeable sale person, visit this store and ask for Karen Biard. You won't be disappointed. Karen was definitely not a “Karen”. She was a super sales person with superb knowledge of the Ashley store and the pride that she shared of the Ashley brand. She asked what we were interested in, then showed us the areas in which to look in, then allowed us to browse on our own. Once we made our choices, she returned to answer any questions we might have and reviewed our purchases in full detail answering any and all of our questions which assisted us in making our decisions. Above was my previous review of Karen and Ashley’s Store. It was such a fantastic experience the previous times we have been there, that we have gone back again and naturally found exactly what we wanted for our new house. Karen is still there and everyone there is a fantastic friendly sales force. There is no rushing and no one follows you around, but if have a question, they always appear so they can help you. Therefore, shopping and testing the furniture is fun so you can make your final decision.

My husband and I were looking for a new recliner loveseat for our rv. Not an easy task. We started before Christmas with Carolina. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Showed us a couple different ones that might work. One definitely. We came back after Christmas and talked to Valerie, I believe, and she helped us since Carolina wasn’t in yet. Very nice and helpful. She was doing the paperwork when Carolina got back so we got to see her too. We also talked to a few other people while the paperwork was being processed. This place is huge and has so many pieces to look at. Prices are good and they have a sale going on now. Great sales associates and a beautiful store. You can’t go wrong.

Was greeted at the door and thought it would be a good experience, unlike rooms to go, but after being greeted I was pointed a direction on where to find what I was looking for and all the associates preceeded to get back on their electronic devices. Even when we went to leave they didn't even bother looking up from their screens to say goodbye.

My husband, daughter and I went to look for a bedroom set. Laura met us at the door and explained how their prices worked. She gave us space to look, which we appreciated. We made our selection and checked out at her desk. She was friendly and courteous, explaining all of the details thoroughly. We were very happy! When we left, I decided to see the names of the furniture online. When I did, I noticed the prices were a little cheaper on the Ashley site. I called Laura and she said they would price match. Amazing! A little while later, Kaitlyn called and explained the price match discount! Laura then followed up to let us know that we will hear from Kaitlyn soon. It was so great to have the discount, but even greater to know that Laura really took pride in getting us all the savings we could! I would definitely recommend Ashley to friends and family!

What an absolute disappointment. We purchased our furniture a while back and the delivery ended up being delayed for literal months. Also purchased a ridiculously expensive protection plan that gets refused to nearly every client. We would have been better off throwing $500 dollars down the drain than having purchased their useless protection plan. A few searches and you can see this is a reoccurring issue and basically a way for them to get more money out of you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Experience in the store with our associate was great. We purchased a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat set. When we removed the cardboard and the wrap from the sleeper sofa, we noticed there was a tear on the back. We contacted the store, and they said they would have someone come out to repair vs delivering a new sofa. We purchased on 11/24/24 and we don't have an appt for repair until mid-December. Brand new furniture paying over $1500 and they prefer to repair vs replacing.

My husband and I stopped in Ashley Furniture in Four Oaks just to look around as we just picked out a furniture set at Rooms to Go! Laura S. Helped us out and we found something we loved that was way more affordable than what was at Rooms to Go! Laura was so friendly and personable! We recommend this store and Laura to everyone! Thanks for all your help Laura S. We will be back for more furniture in the future for other rooms in our home. ☺️

Much higher prices than Rooms to Go but my wife found a couch here she didn’t find anywhere else and well you know how that goes. Nicole was our sales person and the whole process was smooth and was able to negotiate a bit. The only part I felt misled was in store I was told if I didn’t use the protection plan that in 5 years I’d get the 500 dollars back. In reality after reading the paperwork at home you get a 500 dollar store credit….just be up front and choose the right wording when explaining things to customers.
