We had a great experience with Karen at Ashley Furniture. I had come in a few days before our purchase and Karen showed me furniture that would fit with our lifestyle. We have kids and dogs and wanted something that would stand up to them both. A couple days later I brought my husband to see what Karen showed me. She was very patient with me as I looked over the entire store and kept going back and forth between two sets of furniture. She kept us informed and printed out different sets showing cost and helped us narrow down the right furniture. We can’t wait to get our furniture delivered.

Laura asked me one or two questions about how she could help me and then just let me look. As a result I found a piece of furniture that I liked but wasn’t really looking to make a purchase. However, when I asked Laura a question about something I saw, I made the decision right then to buy because she genuinely wanted to inform me about the furniture I inquired about and didn’t make me feel as if she was eager to push a sell. She was pleasant and friendly but most of all, she was professional.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Ashley Store! Nicole was my home furnishing consultant and she made my dream come true. I wanted a recliner with my living room set and I of course picked out a set that didn’t have one! However, with Nicole’s knowledge and taste she matched it perfectly with a recliner from another set. Her quotes were fair and very competitive with neighboring furniture suppliers. Carolina was amazing! She got us furniture asap when ours was lost by our moving company moving across country. If it was not for her amazing service and willingness to accommodate my family we would be sitting on the floor of my house. I checked out other furniture stores in the area, and nothing was reasonably priced. Carolina hooked it up and even gave us a mover to get our sectional on the second floor. After I recover the rest of my belongings, I’m returning to get more pieces from her. Loved my experience.

While the workers there are nice the furniture is absolute trash. We’ve only had our sectional for 2 years and it is completely broken and falling apart. The dresser we bought there also never worked correctly with drawers getting stuck. One of the drawers has lost pieces of metal and its ball bearings. Good luck with their warranty, too, because they will not cover ANYTHING

Will was fabulous. I came in saying we aren't going to buy anything that night and certainly no extended warranty. I told him what we were looking for he showed us what you had in the regular side and clearance. Some great prices in clearance but we loved the sofa in the front part. In fact we loved it so much we bought two for are very large den. They had the zero gravity recliners and are beautiful. He even somehow convenienced my husband to purchase the extended warranty. We had a wonderful experience. Will was gracious, not pushy, able to answer all our questions, and very polite. You are lucky to have Will on your team. Ty for such great service.

From the first moment I first spoke with Will Copeland I was impressed. I was looking for two recliners for my husband and I. I went right over to the store and immediately Will was there to take care of my husband and I. He was very informative about what the store had available. He escorted us around to show us items we might be interested in. Never once did we feel like we were not his absolute priority. He helped us with making a purchase that I am extremely happy with today. Total professionalism. I have been going to Ashly Furniture for years now, and this day with Will has been the BEST by far. I will be furnishing my upstairs (three bedrooms and a game room and possibly a new dining room set next year if all goes as planned and Ashley Furniture will get all my business because of this young man. Also I live 2 hours from the store Will works at and I have two other Ashley stores within an hour of my house. However I will be driving the two hours to the Dunn, NC location specifically to have Will handle my purchase. A true Gem of a young man, courteous, polite, respectful and attentive.. Our experience with Nicole in the Four Oaks store over the phone with a recliner we ordered was great. (Dec. 2024) On delivery the chair didn’t fit my husband right. So the movers took it back and they were very professional. So we went into the store and BJ helped us and again it was a pleasant experience. We picked out a sofa/loveseat set, we did not purchase that day. Only because we had to make sure this is what we wanted and that the set would be good for our living room. The next day we ordered it through Nicole, she was actually able to get us the best deal possible. We received it March 1st. We are very happy with the living room set and our full experience with everyone we dealt at Ashley in Four Oaks, NC. Great team work. Thank you.

Cliff notes: Recliner was $999.99 in store. Online price from Ashley site was $679.99. They agreed to honor online price but would not allow store pickup and required $149. Delivery fee. With out delivery fee, I would have to pay the store price. Keep in mind this is the regional distribution facility where I have picked up every other Ashley Furniture purchase I have ever made. I'm not sure if it was an incompetent and greedy salesperson or a "smoke and mirrors" sales policy that cost them the sell of three (3) recliners. Worked out for the best as I purchased the exact same recliners at a local furniture store for $530 each.Same warranty and picked up in just under a week. No more Ashley Furniture in my future.

I brought my whole family—my 4-month-old, my brother, my mom, and my husband—on Presidents' Day, and we all had a FABULOUS experience with BJ! He was incredibly kind, patient, genuine, and informative. As a new mom navigating a huge learning curve, I’ve found that much of my life now happens on the couch with my little one. Really sweet, careful men delivered and set up the sofas, checked power & were patient with me putting pads on, moving some items out of the way, etc. Sofas are beautiful & comfortable! We needed a new mattress so since it was Presidents Day holiday weekend we decided to visit the Ashley HomeStore in Four Oaks, NC. I knew that I wanted the Sealy pillow top (queen size) since that is what we currently had & it helps my bad back. My husband just wanted something a little firmer. Our sales person Nicole was able to help us. We tested out several mattress brands in the store. The Sealy pillow top mattress that I wanted was way too firm for me. Surprisingly we ended up buying an Ashley brand (recommended by Nicole). We bought a plush hybrid mattress. It had the pillow top feel for me ( even though it is not pillow top) the firmness that my husband wanted. Also it is gel cool which we both love especially in the coming summer months. So far so good. Thanks Nicole for this mattress recommendation!

I found the most comfortable reclining sofa at Ashley Outlet. It is difficult to find a sofa for tall men, I'm 6' 1", and this sofa has an extendable, tall headrest and the footrest is long enough that my feet don't hang off. Karen made my purchasing experience very easy and fast, with no high-pressure tactics. I really like Karen because she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, she didn't lie to me about any gimmicks, and she gave me a President's day discount that was the best deal available. The couch is very comfortable, attractive, has plenty of cool features, and it was in stock at the store in the color I wanted. I am very pleased and I will certainly be returning for my next furniture purchase. Ashley makes excellent quality furniture that lasts, has a great warranty, and the most reasonable prices. We've had the WORST experience for the last month. First our sofa set arrived damaged. The sofa was shattered. We told the delivery drivers we weren't taking damaged furniture. They took the sofa but told us to keep the other pieces and contact customer care. They contacted customer care while they were here and the representative told us to keep the furniture that isn't damaged. We go to the store and we're told we should have refused everything.....we contact customer care again while in the store and explained what happened. We've had to go to this store 3 more times. We finally think 2 weeks ago that everything has been worked out and our furniture would be delived 1/17. We then get a message on the 15th that our order was canceled.....my husband calls the store, AGAIN & speaks with the manager. She says that someone in the store went in the system and did something and apologized. The next day supposedly the issue has been fixed and we have a delivery date of 1/23 (Thursday). Today we receive a message that our delivery date is now Monday 1/27 instead of Thursday the 22nd.....Thursday is the 23rd not the 22nd!!! *Update* After 5 weeks, we have an entire set and we love it. The driver that delivered the set knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job. I wish this process went better than it did and maybe we were just a one off or maybe it was just this particular store. Just happy to have the furniture we wanted, finally.

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Karen Biard. She spent some time with us to understand what we were looking for, then directed us to the appropriate section of the store. We liked that she gave us space to look around on our own and not feel pressured or watched over. After we decided on the couch we wanted, we chatted with Karen about colors, the use of the battery, where the couch was made, and the warranty. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the couch, the material, warranty and was able to answer ALL of our questions. As a veteran, we also happy to get a military discount, and she thanked us for our service- truly means alot. This was our first visit to this store and we definitely will return. Karen was definitely not a “Karen”. She was a super sales person with superb knowledge of the Ashley store and the pride that she shared of the Ashley brand. She asked what we were interested in, then showed us the areas in which to look in, then allowed us to browse on our own. Once we made our choices, she returned to answer any questions we might have and reviewed our purchases in full detail answering any and all of our questions which assisted us in making our decisions.

My husband and I were looking for a new recliner loveseat for our rv. Not an easy task. We started before Christmas with Carolina. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Showed us a couple different ones that might work. One definitely. We came back after Christmas and talked to Valerie, I believe, and she helped us since Carolina wasn’t in yet. Very nice and helpful. She was doing the paperwork when Carolina got back so we got to see her too. We also talked to a few other people while the paperwork was being processed. This place is huge and has so many pieces to look at. Prices are good and they have a sale going on now. Great sales associates and a beautiful store. You can’t go wrong.

Was greeted at the door and thought it would be a good experience, unlike rooms to go, but after being greeted I was pointed a direction on where to find what I was looking for and all the associates preceeded to get back on their electronic devices. When we left, I decided to see the names of the furniture online. When I did, I noticed the prices were a little cheaper on the Ashley site. I called Laura and she said they would price match. Amazing! A little while later, Kaitlyn called and explained the price match discount! Laura then followed up to let us know that we will hear from Kaitlyn soon. It was so great to have the discount, but even greater to know that Laura really took pride in getting us all the savings we could! I would definitely recommend Ashley to friends and family!

What an absolute disappointment. We purchased our furniture a while back and the delivery ended up being delayed for literal months. Also purchased a ridiculously expensive protection plan that gets refused to nearly every client. We would have been better off throwing $500 dollars down the drain than having purchased their useless protection plan. A few searches and you can see this is a reoccurring issue and basically a way for them to get more money out of you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Experience in the store with our associate was great. We purchased a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat set. When we removed the cardboard and the wrap from the sleeper sofa, we noticed there was a tear on the back. We contacted the store, and they said they would have someone come out to repair vs delivering a new sofa. We purchased on 11/24/24 and we don't have an appt for repair until mid-December. Brand new furniture paying over $1500 and they prefer to repair vs replacing.

My husband and I stopped in Ashley Furniture in Four Oaks just to look around as we just picked out a furniture set at Rooms to Go! Laura S. Helped us out and we found something we loved that was way more affordable than what was at Rooms to Go! Laura was so friendly and personable! We recommend this store and Laura to everyone! Much higher prices than Rooms to Go but my wife found a couch here she didn’t find anywhere else and well you know how that goes. Nicole was our sales person and the whole process was smooth and was able to negotiate a bit. The only part I felt misled was in store I was told if I didn’t use the protection plan that in 5 years I’d get the 500 dollars back. In reality after reading the paperwork at home you get a 500 dollar store credit….just be up front and choose the right wording when explaining things to customers.

we purchased some new living room furniture this past weekend and Karen was our sales person. she was perfect. She let us wander around, and look at everything we wanted, and then we even left and went down the street to a competitor and came back and made our selection from her store. she did a great job.

Went 11/10/24 and met Kimberly. She was so nice and helpful. Gave me my space to look around and shop. Edited: so I bought my furniture on 11/10/24, had it delivered 12/02/24, and had to make the first call 2/17/25 that my sofa had broken. After numerous calls, as of 3/24/25 I sill have a broken sofa sitting in my living room and no idea of when it will be fixed. People are great during the purchasing experience but once you get the over priced, low quality products in your home, it's virtually impossible to get them.to come fix it (and YES, I purchased the additional warranty!)

She listened to our needs and went above and beyond to help us. We had just had a housefire and lost most of our furniture and she showed empathy towards our situation and got her manager involved who also went above and beyond to make sure we could afford and get a good deal. Ashley furniture will be getting my business in the future due to these two individuals.

We visited the Ashley Outlet in Four Oaks to inquire about mattress prices. Due to a surgery, I have been unable to sleep on our current mattress for almost two years. Salesperson BJ Teel kindly assisted us during our two and a half hour visit. He patiently demonstrated various mattresses and allowed us time to try them out. He periodically checked on us to ensure our comfort. After narrowing our choices down to two mattress brands, we ultimately decided on a Tempur-pedic mattress. The Adapt Regular model fit our budget, and BJ worked diligently to meet our pricing needs. Initially, we planned to explore other stores, but the exceptional treatment we received at Ashley's convinced us to make a purchase. I also considered the durability of my Ashley sofa and loveseat, which have lasted for an impressive 20 years, despite the fact that furniture these days often has a shorter lifespan. I express my sincere gratitude to BJ for his exceptional service and kindness. If you are considering a purchase from Ashley's, I highly recommend requesting asPsistance from BJ Teel. ******* UDATE 1/3 2025 3:55PM ******* While the sales team at Ashley's and Four Oaks provided excellent service, the delivery and installation team's performance was unfortunately unsatisfactory. We believe the initial assembly was incorrect, as a subsequent installation by two new technicians still resulted in errors. Specifically, the control panel was not properly secured in the net beneath the stationary platform. Further inspection revealed that the platforms themselves were installed in the wrong locations, causing the control panel wires to rub against other components. The USB platform was also mispositioned, and a crossbar was installed upside down. Although the technicians returned to correct the platform placement, even with clear instructions from the assembly manual, they made further errors within a short timeframe. Despite assurances that the control panel was correctly installed, it was later found on the floor. This occurred on three separate occasions. All three visits were rushed due to it being the end of the workday. The crossbar remains unfixed. We contacted the delivery service and Ashley customer care, but have not received a response. Therefore, we have not received the delivery and installation service we paid for, resulting in significant frustration and days without use of the bed. This revised review reflects solely on the delivery and installation service, not the sales team; however, as Ashley Furniture employs these contractors, they bear ultimate responsibility.

We went in to see an online bedroom set in person, and we were immediately greeted by BJ. One the nicest associate you wanna meet When I first entered the door he greeted me with a smile and helped me every step of the way Even looking @ my Floor plans and the size of my house 😊 ..I made a purchase that day and even came back the next weekend and purchased my whole bedroom furniture from them and actually encountered another associate name Nicole which she was also nice and helpful and I also advise people to get the protection plan on your furniture because when Nicole explained it it made sense. So I purchased that as well If you don’t use you never loose and in 5years there’s store credit which I never heard of I guess Only @ ASHELY”S .. They also have Great Selections As Well !!! We were so impressed that we decided that then and there, no matter what, we would buy our sofa in this location and no where else. We sat down with Mr. Randy Parnell and told him exactly what we were looking for. He listened intently, asked us questions, then proceeded to explain pros and cons of the different styles, coverings, and quality features of various sofas. What an education he gave us! With the information he gave us, we were able to confidently make our decision and purchased from The Emilia Collection a leather sofa and oversized ottoman. We left having no doubts that we had chosen the furniture that was absolutely right for us! We shared that we were just browsing and she provided some very valuable information regarding their sales as well as the St. Jude fundraiser. She allowed us space and time to browse, then checking with us later to see if we had any questions. We ended up purchasing a sofa, love seat, & ottoman. I will say that one of the main reasons we made the purchase was Carolina's professional assistance and demeanor throughout our visit. I would highly recommend shopping here. We had visited other furniture stores in the area but the quality & price of the furniture at Ashley's could not be beat. We definitely will be repeat customers. UPDATE #2: So the loveseat was delivered 9/7/24. They arrived nice and early. The color matched and we are now satisfied. Thank you for making things right. We really appreciate it. Hopefully we can use your company again in the near future. UPDATE: My original review was from 8/24/24. Our furniture was scheduled to be delivered on 8/31/24. When they arrived on 8/31/24 to deliver the new sofa and loveseat, the colors did not match. The sofa was gray and the loveseat that came was brown. I don’t know what happened from the time we left the store and the time it ended up on the truck but somewhere…somehow the order that came to us was incorrect. We had been waiting a week to enjoy our new living room furniture. We even had friends coming over from out of town the weekend, only now we had limited seating. We had already gotten rid of our old furniture so that we could have room for the new furniture. I know mistakes happen but this was very disappointing. We contacted the store. They were apologetic. We now have a new delivery date for the other chair. We paid in full and it would be nice to be compensated for the inconvenience with a floor lamp or side table. We were so excited going to Ashley Furniture. From this experience I can say that if we need anymore furniture, this may not be our first stop. 8/24/24-My family came out this morning to visit different places in hopes to find some living room furniture. Our first stop down 95 was Ashley’s Furniture. Once we walked through the door we were greeted by a very friendly young lady named Laura. She was very very personable, patient, great smile, and excellent customer service. We were debating on another furniture store but Laura sealed the deal and left us extremely satisfied. Thank you Laura.

We needed a bigger couch for our family and went to several furniture stores in search of one, but we had no luck finding one we really liked. We decided to check in the Ashley Store+ Outlet and we were blown away by the selection options. Karen helped us find the perfect sectional couch, my family and I are so happy with it. The atmosphere and customer service here was wonderful! Karen was amazing and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase!

After having much difficulty getting Ashley furniture pieces delivered in “good condition” from Amazon, I contacted the Ashley Store in Four Oaks. They have amazing staff who offered me better customer service than I could have asked for. I am awaiting my delivery from them but am still very pleased with the service I’ve received. Attached are the photos from damaged Amazon deliveries. I suggest not ordering furniture from Amazon.

This location was by far the best experience because of their large selection and great customer service. I walked in and everyone was nice. BJ was sweet and immediately told me if i donated $25 i would get 25% off. I eventually found what i liked and he gave me a paper stating it was a certain price and I would get the 25% off. I told him I wanted to pay straight cash and he said he would go to a manager to get me free delivery. I said of course. Minutes passed and I needed to go get extra cash & come back it was a completely different price and $50 delivery fee. I brushed it off because I really wanted the furniture. Something didn’t feel right so I asked about another employee name Kaitlin and she was very sweet. I must add she did not know the price that BJ TELL told me but she worked her magic. Days are going by and I receive a receipt for a different price & I was charged for the whole set of furniture instead of the three pieces I purchased. I’m getting my refund today and I don’t suggest anyone go to BJ TEEL as a salesman because he is a liar and a manipulator. I work hard for my money just like anyone else. If you wanted the sale that bad you should start by telling the truth AND STOP STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.

Laura has been the most fantastic, kind, empathetic, and helpful person I've met in a long time. We are better off for her being here and helping us out. We were unsure of the process, so she made it way better. She went above and beyond over and over to make sure we got the furniture we love, for a reasonable price, and made sure we understood the financing terms. Drove from Richmond, VA to the store in Four Oaks thinking it was a warehouse, however, Laura provided excellent customer service and support. The staff was wonderful. They did not follow you around upon entering the building. They answered all our questions and were very helpful. I definitely recommend visiting this location if you are buying furniture.

This was my first visit to the Ashley store in Four Oaks and it was by far a great experience. The staff were friendly and pleasant to interact with. They made sure that we were able to walk away satisfied with our purchase and overall experience.

I have been shopping for a new recliner for a little while. I went to four different Ashley stores….the first three I did not have a great experience with the sales associates that greeted me at the door. The fourth time was the charm……Will, the sales associate that greeted me and then Dan the General Manager made me feel very good about what I was asking for. I didn’t get the price I wanted but I did get a good deal and had a very good experience in the Ashley Homestore in Four Oaks NC. Thank you Will and Dan.

Kaitlyn and the team in Four Oaks were amazing! She resolved my issue in 1 trip. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. They made the visit worthwhile! I would definitely come back. 7/18/24 Update: While the team was friendly and helpful during my visit, unfortunately, the issue that I thought was resolved has not been. After leaving several messages, I have yet to receive a return call. Instead, I am sitting with a $600 charge and a $900 store credit in a state that is over 600 miles away. I am sadly disappointed.

We had a great experience with Ofelia this week as I needed to purchase a new kitchen table set. She was informative, kind and patient. She did some price matching with the set as the online price was showing less than the store price. She was not overbearing; gave us time to look around and discuss among ourselves. I had visited previously in January and a former employee was very overwhelming, every time I turned around she was standing there. Needless to say, we had a better experience this time and are happy with the purchase!

We had a fantastic experience at Ashley HomeStore! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our visit. Anytime we showed serious interest in an item, they promptly ran the numbers and explained all the features. Thanks to their assistance, we ended up ordering a reclining couch, a reclining love seat, a kitchen table with chairs, and a kitchen server. The Memorial Day sale initially brought us in, but the excellent customer service and quality products will keep us coming back. Highly recommend!
