Ashley’s had the quality and look we were looking for and our sales person was fantastic. Will Copeland was easy to work with. He knew his product and matched our wants exactly. We looked around and came back and bought two chairs.
My sleep manager Carolina Reyes was fabulous. I was greeted with her friendly smile and welcoming personality. She gave me an introduction to the furniture I was interested in and gave me time to browse the beautiful showroom.When I was ready Carolina helped me decide upon a purchase in a very knowledgeable way, answering all my questions which made for a relaxing shopping experience.
From start to finish the shopping experience was excellent and I had a wonderful person assisting me with the process name Diamond and Laura!
I worked with Carolina Reyes and her customer service was outstanding. She worked with me to pick a great bedroom set and mattress. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to visit Carolina in Four Oaks!

9/17/22. Still don’t have my bed. Still haven’t spoken to a manager. Called yesterday and the woman who answered said she could take my number but there was no guarantee that Katelynn would call me back and that I should call back at 10 when she gets in. Called today and of course no one answers the phone at the store which is often the case. This location is all about taking your money but no providing the product or quality customer service. Asked the woman that answered last night who the district or area manager was and she claimed not to know which I’m sure is a lie. I filed a formal complaint with customer care to be contacted by the district manager whom from research I think is named Bobby. Customer care woman claims the order for my missing parts were put in but I needed to talk to someone in service to get more details and of course the call disconnected when she transferred me. Again I stress to anyone reading this to never give Ashley Furniture your money. At this point I want my money refunded. I paid over $1200 and I’m sleeping on my mattress on the floor. Thinking about reporting them to the BBB also. 9/3/22 The manager Katelyn left a voicemail apologizing and asked to call her back to confirm my parts to my bed were ordered. Also stated she would have a technician come to my home and put it together. Called back twice and never actually spoke to her. Received a text at 8 last night from the number below stating that they couldn’t give me a refund because of their 72 hour pick up policy (didn’t open the box to find my parts missing until I got my mattress the following week). The text also stated that my parts were ordered and that it could possibly come sooner than the 7-10 days mentioned. Also said they would be more willing to compensate me if I have any further issues after getting my parts. Ultimately I’m still dissatisfied. I only ordered the bed because I was to have it by 9/2. It still doesn’t change the fact that I’m sleeping on my brand new mattress on the floor because they dropped the ball. I still would NEVER recommend buying anything from Ashley Furniture especially this location. I suppose I’ll update this review when I finally do get the whole bed that I paid for. 8/31/22 After my experience with this location I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from this company. I paid in full for a bed, I only ordered the bed because I was told it would be available by September 2. I received the bed early, brought it home and several pieces were missing. I call the location and asked for the managers Katelyn or Bobby. I was told they were not available by a very rude woman whom I believe was Nicole…she was condescending, kept cutting me off, and said she didn’t want to get blamed for whatever I had going on so claimed she was writing down exactly what I said and ordering my parts. Also told me she would have a technician come to my home to put my bed together. I called back later and spoke to a customer service agent because she gave me no reference for the order. Turns out she never ordered my bed parts or scheduled a tech. She was rude and wasted my time. I’m currently sleeping on my mattress on the floor with just the headboard and rails. Have to wait 7-10 days for parts that I was told she couldn’t order on her own. Never got a call from either manager I asked for. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE.
