Drove from Richmond, VA to the store in Four Oaks thinking it was a warehouse, however, Laura provided excellent customer service and support. The staff was wonderful. They did not follow you around upon entering the building. They answered all our questions and were very helpful. I definitely recommend visiting this location if you are buying furniture.

This was my first visit to the Ashley store in Four Oaks and it was by far a great experience. The staff were friendly and pleasant to interact with. They made sure that we were able to walk away satisfied with our purchase and overall experience.

I have been shopping for a new recliner for a little while. I went to four different Ashley stores….the first three I did not have a great experience with the sales associates that greeted me at the door. The fourth time was the charm……Will, the sales associate that greeted me and then Dan the General Manager made me feel very good about what I was asking for. I didn’t get the price I wanted but I did get a good deal and had a very good experience in the Ashley Homestore in Four Oaks NC. Thank you Will and Dan.

Kaitlyn and the team in Four Oaks were amazing! She resolved my issue in 1 trip. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. They made the visit worthwhile! I would definitely come back. 7/18/24 Update: While the team was friendly and helpful during my visit, unfortunately, the issue that I thought was resolved has not been. After leaving several messages, I have yet to receive a return call. Instead, I am sitting with a $600 charge and a $900 store credit in a state that is over 600 miles away. I am sadly disappointed.

We had a great experience with Ofelia this week as I needed to purchase a new kitchen table set. She was informative, kind and patient. She did some price matching with the set as the online price was showing less than the store price. She was not overbearing; gave us time to look around and discuss among ourselves. I had visited previously in January and a former employee was very overwhelming, every time I turned around she was standing there. Needless to say, we had a better experience this time and are happy with the purchase!

Anytime we showed serious interest in an item, they promptly ran the numbers and explained all the features. Thanks to their assistance, we ended up ordering a reclining couch, a reclining love seat, a kitchen table with chairs, and a kitchen server. The Memorial Day sale initially brought us in, but the excellent customer service and quality products will keep us coming back. Highly recommend!

Furniture looks nice but the quality of the furniture is really bad. They use stables instead of nails and screws. The wood is osb plywood instead of real plywood. We are mid sixty couple and really takes care of couches. We had to fix one of the sections and another we couldn't get it unless we take it all apart. We purchased the sectional 2 years ago and been having problems lately with boards breaking while we are sitting watching TV. Called the store and get a response of bring in the furniture and we would have to play fir the repairs. We have furniture from Big Lots and it's still holding up better and more than half the price.

Purchased my sofa on Friday and it was delivered on following Tuesday and the delivery guys were there 45 min before my scheduled time began and that was awesome !! Made my day easier by not having to sit around and wait for them!! Delivery guys were courteous and had great attitudes about their job !! So my experience was GREAT all the way around 👍👍👍👍👍Will shop there again

First time buying furniture from Ashley Furniture and we have to say that Will Copeland was a great salesman. We went last Saturday looking for a living room set and we left and didn’t buy anything because we wanted to look around. He didn’t pressure us into buying. We came back yesterday ready to buy and he greeted us at the door. His manager was also very helpful and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. I will definitely refer them. Overall, great shopping experience because of them. On a side note, I will have to mention Holly White from Fayetteville store who also helped us in making a final decision. She was very humble in recognizing that Will helped us first and recommended going back to him, since he was our first salesman.

I don’t give 5 stars often, but our experience at Ashley Furniture in Dunn, NC with Will was outstanding! Full transparency - My wife and I went to Rooms2Go earlier in the day looking for the same thing we looked for at Ashley - a mattress and a living room set. At R2G, a seemingly nice gentleman greeted us at the door, asked what we were looking for, and for our entire visit followed us around. He hovered over us, talking over us, answering questions I asked directly to my wife instead of allowing us a little space. At Ashley, Will’s customer service immediately blew us out of the water. He asked what we were shopping for, showed us some mattress options (as he previously explained that he was a Sleep Expert), and then allowed my wife and I some time to browse living room furniture without the pressure of being chained to a salesman for the entire visit. After a while, Will found us to check on us, brought us water, answered probably a hundred questions and ultimately helped us through our entire process of purchase. We will, without a shadow of doubt, be returning customers thanks to Will and his teams hospitality!

I went to Ashley looking for a specific chair for my man cave and i was greeted by Ebony. Man, she was a gem! She was so sweet and her style is incredible! After we received our living room set..Very disappointed that once we received the furniture it was hard as a brick Ofelia communicated with us that we have 3 days to return. We called on the 3 rd day to return and we found out they don’t allow returns. I was waiting on the phone and Ofelia, and her store managers had me waiting and never got back on the phone. I call customer service and I was assured that someone from higher up will contact me and I never received a phone call. So disappointed in Ashley’s home store. Our set cost over $3500 with the warranty and we get use it!

I was lied to about the Diamond Care Protection Plan by our salesman (I have the salesman name if needed) and have been given the run around for MONTHS trying to get a refund after being lied to..to no avail. No one is able to help with any issues I have, whether it’s from Ashley or Diamond Care. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend this location for furniture purchases.

We came in hoping to see what they had in stock and hopefully any deals. Nicole was very prompt to offer help and let us know where to look with the layout of the store. When I had a question she was nearby ready to help and was accommodating with our concerns. In the end we found a couch and loveseat deal we were extremely happy with and happy with the price which luckily was an early Black Friday doorbuster deal. The payment process was very easy and scheduling as well. They sent out various communications of delivery confirmation which was helpful. The delivery team was very friendly and provided a reasonable time window of when to expect them. Once here they were quick, careful, and more than happy to help me move a few pieces to have the perfect layout. They cleaned up everything and made it a very easy process. I would recommend taking a look at what they offer, Ashley furniture is known to be a little pricier than other stores but they also run a lot of offers which is helpful. They also had a good amount of clearance options in the back to choose from so definitely look at that. They also offer a military discount so if it applies make sure to ask! Thank you Nicole and the rest of the staff for making our first couch purchase a breeze.

If you’re looking for a non pressured experience & someone willing to work for you then make sure to see Ofelia. She is probably the BEST salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She was so patient as we weighed our options and allowed us the space to look around. She made the process seamless! We are so excited for our beautiful furniture! She wasn’t lying when she said their quality was higher than other box stores! To add that the rest of the team were so not competitive like you see at many places, they have that family quality so you know whomever greets you, you’ll be taken care of!

I would have rated this store less if I was able to. We visited the store right before closing on 12/08. The two ladies there had zero customer service. The sales team here is wonderful. Shopping for furniture is stressful. Especially during a black Friday sales event. We have been to this location a few times and always received excellent help. Unfortunately corporate Ashley really screwed up the advertising for the current sales event. It caused a huge issue that while resolved at the store level, it could have been 100% completely avoided. We almost left store canceling our purchase altogether. My advice to corporate, if there is a Reduced price OR a extended finance option....and you can only get one or the other...then put that on EVERY tag that has a markdown. And put it in the fine print. Just because on ONE FLYER you put "or" doesn't mean you can get away with it. Again, shoutout to the sales team for keeping cool, walking away when needed, and re-engaging when appropriate. Ashley Furniture I've had over the years have all lasted over 12 years. While my Badcock furniture have only lasted 8 on average.

Went to purchase a sofa. Planned to pay cash and have my son come pick it up. Was told I would have to pay a $49 delivery fee regardless. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything. Very unfair business practice.

We bought a mattress here. Will was very knowledgeable and patient as we made our choices. We will ask for Will anytime we are considering a purchase here.

We had spent the day looking for a sofa loveseat combination. We made our last stop at Ashley Furniture Four Oaks outlet. We were greetted by a Sales associate by the name if Ashley and we described what we were looking for and were guided to the selection available. Our sales associate was well prepared to describe the benefits of what may fit our requests. After a brief description of a sales model, she did direct us too the newest and highest end line they offered in our needs. Upon inspection of the product we were truly impressed with the features, warranty, and qualitity of the product. Great customer service and a knowledgeable sales force carried the day. We made our purchase and this store will be high on our priority list for future needs. Great Job Ashley Furniture and greet Job Ashley sales associate!

UPDATE!!!! I am NOT pleased as I was told I would be contacted on a Monday for a Thursday delivery time. No one called on Monday, instead they called on Tuesday to tell me my order would not be delivered on Thursday or on Friday and they really did not know when my furniture would be delivered!!.. since it didnt pass inspection. I only ordered the furniture I needed it before Thanksgiving which they assured me would happen. After over an hour on the phones speaking with different people, mu furniture was delivered on time. HOWEVER, the delivery guys were extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, to say the least. My husband OFFERED them gloves since our furniture was cream colored. THEY REFUSED the gloves, and ended up smudging our furniture with their dirty, sweaty hands.. not to mention a red stain that they claimed was from the dirty blanket in their truck!! We called, and they told us they would order fabric, send a tech out to replace. We did not have time to wait for all that, so they told us if we could clean it they would process and send us a check right out. We agreed! This was November 2023. It is now January 4th, I call and the rep told me the person I last spoke with was not authorized to submit that request!! WHAT? But she would submit my request. Her customer service sucked. I requested to speak with a manager, who answered the phone and sounded asleep. She had no customer service skills WHATSOEVER! Sounded like I was talking to a dying person. She was very condescending and couldn’t confirm when I would receive my check. Told me she would call me the next day to confirm with information about my check. She did NOT call today 1/5. I asked to speak to someone who could confirm when I would receive my check. She told me there was NO ONE ELSE AT ASHLEY FURNITURE THAT I COULD SPEAK TO. And that she would call me and I was on a recorded line , so I have proof if what she told me. She did not call!! HOW IS THERE NO ONE ELSE AT ASHLEY FURNITURE THAT I CAN SPEAK WITH, other than a “corporate manager “ as she called hrself. Where did you get this manager from Ashely? I have never encountered such a lackluster sounding “manager”. I WILL NEVER SHOP ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. They are a joke, and will hire ANYBODY to represent their brand!!

We called to see if they had a color we wanted and couch. Laura Scott was very helpful and said they did. So we went down and saw it on a Saturday. We met with Laura super friendly and very helpful. Also gave us the time to browse. I would like to say the whole crew was awesome! They even gave us a good deal on the extended warranty. They told us 2 to 3 weeeks delivery. Update they called us today and said they can deliver Monday a week and 2 days later. WOW super happy would recommend Laura and the whole crew at Ashley. Will update later

2 years ago, I bought outdoor furniture from this outlet,sales consultant Nolan Knitlle offered me 3 years of non interest credit card, after 1 year TD bank started charging me interest , when I called TDbank they said that Ashley furniture gave them 1 year non interest credit contract, they connected me to Ashley furniture, no one pick in up the phone. They customer service is bad. And they lied about credit card offer. Beware of credit offers.

BJ Teel went above and beyond to meet my needs for furniture, allowed me to ask multiple questions, make adjustments to my order to better accommodate my living space, and even made an effort to communicate with me about my order when he wasn’t in the office. Even after signing for my order BJ has continued to help me straighten out delivery details and the ability to get my sectional even earlier than the projected delivery date. I cannot say enough great things about his compassion and effort as a salesman and his ability to make this transaction as easy as possible.

At first I gave Will Copeland a five star review, but now I have to revise it to a 1. He was helpful while I was in the store purchasing the furniture because he was trying to make the sale. Once the furniture was delivered, we ran into an issue. The sectional recliner did not work. A bolt was missing and the recliner had to be returned to the store. I also return another peice of the furniture because it was too big for my space, which made two pieces returned. I reached out to Will several times on his cell phone that morning of delivery and he would not answer nor return my text. To this day, he has not responded to my text or calls. Mind you, when I text him to send me a picture of the furniture after leaving the store, he responded very quickly, when a problem arose, he totally ignored me. I've been calling Ashley Furniture for over two weeks now to make sure my balance is reflecting correctly on my purchase, beening a peice was returned to the store for a credit to my balance. I've been told repeatedly that Will or someone from the Four Oaks store would call me back by 5pm on the same day or next day. It's been two weeks and I have not yet to receive a call from Will or anyone from the Four Oaks store.. This is very frustrating since I want to pay my purchase off and don't know how much I owe. The chances of me purchasing again from the Four Oaks store or even Ashley's period is zero. My experience is not good from delivery to now. Will got the sale and that's all he cared about.

I went and spent $1200 on my son's bedroom furniture the first I call to acquire different types of furniture the lady on the phone was very short and rude I'll try to have Aconversation with her and she hung up the phone on me I tried to call back and you hear on the background I'm not here. I spoke to the service manager she was awesome I will give her a 6 star rating if I could. The furniture is a little bit overpriced for being particle board. Even with the attitude the first lady gave me they could not give me a discount for my inconvenience it was all about the money. But again The store manager she was awesome too find what I was looking for. I got a call from the corporate office They said they wanted to contact me. They said it was going to reach out to give me a call never got the call back.

I went to the Ashley store in Four Oaks, NC to look for a replacement sofa and possibly a recliner chair. At the suggestion of my daughter I considered a reclining sofa. I found both items at an affordable price and placed my order with the salesperson on duty at the time. I arranged delivery through a local third party as I also needed removal of the olds sofa. The entire process was completed in less than a week. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. The pieces are comfortable and appear to be well made. I guess time will tell. But so far so good. I found the salesperson polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. May well shop there in the future.

I absolutely loved the customer service I received from Ashley and Nicole. I went a few weeks ago just to look for some living room furniture. After just leaving a competitor store a little further south off 95 I really didn't have high expectations. But boy was I surprised. When I entered I was acknowledged and Ashley introduced herself asked was there anything I was looking for? She gave me the layout of the store and asked if I had any questions. She gave me room to look for myself then she came to check in with me. She was very knowledgeable and nice and I told her I would return in 2 weeks with my husband. On May 3 at 8:30pm we visited the Ashley store in Four Oaks, NC. There were 2 patio chairs in the outlet section we were interested in. I found the man that greeted me and asked for a price. There wasn't a tag on the chairs so he said he couldn't sell them to me without a tag. Really ??? My time and gas was wasted. Why is he working there if he doesn't know how to find out the price ? Very disappointed. We have bought from Ashley in the past but I guess for my patio I will have to go somewhere else. I told him I guess we will have to go to another store. He didn't seem to care.
