Incredible experience! My husband & I walked into Ashley Furniture in Gastonia a few years back - just browsing at the time, but knowing that at some point we would be purchasing a new couch. Stephanie greeted & welcomed us that day, continued to stay in touch, & stayed patient with us knowing the timing wasn't right just yet. Fast forward - we recently bought a new house, & the decision of where to purchase our new furniture was an easy one! Not only did we need a new couch, we actually had room for a new dining set as well. Stephanie was so knowledgable about the product selections, helped us stay within our budget, & even helped with layout/measurements to make sure our selections would fit our new space. We couldn't be happier with our new furniture, & greatly appreciate the level of service we received!
My fiancé and I went to the Gastonia store and was trying to find a couch for our new condo. Gentlemen by the name of Brett went above and beyond to help us find something we liked. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and had great energy while helping us with our purchase? The store manager was also very helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to purchase any home furnishings for your living space.
