Don't. That's all I can say. The sales team is great. It's the quality of the furniture and the after delivery issues. It took me three months to get my bed correct. Now I thought it was complete and I still have an issue. I sent another email and it was blocked. I'm so disappointed with Ashley's treatment.

OLD MAN KEITH IN STILL AMAZING!!!!

I was greeted as I walked in. The associate as if I needed assistance with trying to find an item. I told him what I was looking for. He directed me to the area where I was needed to look. He said he would check back with me to see if I needed anything else. I went to the area where bedroom furniture was located or specifically what I had seen on line. He came over and gave me more details on it which was helpful. I asked about the pricing and everything. He prepared my paperwork and explained everything in detail. It made shopping more easy for me.

My whole experience was great. Marvin Odums assisted me in picking out a living room set. He was very nice to work with. I went back to the store to pick out some lamps and the assistant manager helped me. He was very nice to work with. My whole experience gets a five star rating. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Don't buy furniture here not the best quality. Bought a 7 piece dining set and when they came, most of the chairs were uneven. Called and they said there would fix it but need to order parts. This started in April and we are now in June and they still have not fixed them. No customer service just a text at random that they are working on ordering the parts. This is so unprofessional and an inconvenient to sit at the table with uneven chair legs. Its unsafe! Ashley's will take your money real quick but won't rush to help customer at least be satisfied with what we paid for.

When I walked into the store I had an idea about what I wanted, but Ebony was incredibly patient and kind from the start. She took the time to listen, asked good questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. It felt like I was shopping with a really knowledgeable friend who just wanted to help. Thanks to her guidance, I found the perfect bed and exactly what I was hoping for.What I appreciated most was how genuine Ebony was. She clearly cares about people, not just sales.

Keith works hard to inform you on the options of what you can do when make your purchases

Bought a couch with warranty so as told by the sale person” if the couch gets dirty, they will come and clean it up” , this is false. Do not get the warranty the sales person is just trying to get you to spend more money bc my couch did get some stains due to a toddler and the warranty does not cover that. Paid $500 for nothing.

I had the best experience at the Ashley store in Lowell, NC. Bryan was the salesman that I worked with. He was professional, kind, and excited to help me furnish my new home. He had great ideas that I hadn't thought of and didn't rush me to make a sale. I definitely recommend going to the store to see things in person. I almost bought my furniture online without seeing it first. Once in the store, I realized what I had originally thought I wanted would be way too big for my space. Sadly, the big sectional tik tok told me I needed was not meant to be. Thanks to Bryan, however, I found the perfect furnishings and had a great time shopping and chatting with him and the other employees. Go visit Ashley Furniture in Lowell and ask for Bryan. This location has the best people. Everytime I come here I am welcomed like I am family. I feel like I can take my time and look around without being hit in the face with buying something as soon as I step through the door. I can’t even name just one person who makes this store unlike any one else ! A few I can remember by name are Ebony and Margo. Today I came to the store with a relative of mine is having to put someone in an assisted living home & Right from the start Ebony and Margo were both helpful and so friendly & made the hard yet hopeful process easy and professional! Good job the ladies in Gastonia ! Will definitely refer people to you !

We purchased a bed and box springs. Our sales associate Aziz was wonderful, Knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given a 5 star review except the store's computer system wasn't working well enough to print me a "paid in full receipt" and I left the store with a transaction detail showing that I owed $770.00, when it had been paid in full and there was a zero balance. I was assured the office manager would email me a paid in full receipt which I have yet to receive. My bank confirmed the purchase at Ashley, but I still expect a paid receipt from the store. Otherwise, how would I file a warranty claim (which was also purchased and paid in full) in case of an issue. I will give it another day or so before I start to complain. Janet Ratchford

Still in the battle with customer service about the damaged materials delivered. “Everything is under warranty” diamond care package. Still waiting on pierces of a set, been 2 months. No mention of delay during sale.

We thought our sales rep was great. However, the discounts promised were not accurate. We were told we'd receive a 25% discount on ALL items purchased if we used the 0% financing option and made a donation to St. Jude. Fantastic deal, right? After reviewing our paperwork the following morning the math was NOT adding up to what we were promised. Our sectional had a discount of 20.5%, not 25%. The TV stand was quoted at 1,000 plus 25% off =750. We were charged 1,267.96 for a floor model. The delivery date we agreed on was Nov 30th. However, our paperwork stated Dec 7th. The shipping fee was 350.00. Online it states 229. I called the following afternoon (11/17) and spoke with a manager. I was told I would receive a call back once our invoice was reviewed. I have yet to receive any kind of follow-up. I should not have to review every single charge on 5,000 transaction to ensure we received the prices quoted. The lack of transparency is deplorable. It's easy to see why Ashley agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging false reference pricing in 2022.

Only because you can't give a zero. There were 2 people sitting at the entrance when we arrived. One playing on his phone who never looked up and the other who said "just look around" when we said we wanted to look at dining room suits. Once we started looking he got up and walked by like he was watching to make sure we didn't steal anything. Never said another word.
