We have owned several pieces of furniture from Ashley. This latest experience was less than stellar. I went into the store to pick out a couch. The salesman Dwayne, was very nice and helpful. However, the way that the online system is set up, he accidentally ordered the wrong color couch because only item numbers were visible to him. The wrong color was delivered to my house. My husband was there and was not sure of the color as it was a different shade of brown. When calling the corporate office, they were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They implied that it was my fault and "buyer's remorse" that I didn't want the couch that was delivered. They initially offered me $150 for the mix-up. It took a lot of work to get them to exchange it for the correct color. Seth, the manager, was helpful but still implied that it was my fault. I was disappointed to be treated this way as a long-time customer of Ashley.

England was knowledgeable and very friendly. She wanted specific details of the living room layout to assist us with our purchase. If she is working when you’re there, I would suggest asking for her by name!! Great experience at Ashley as always!
