I will not be back to Ashley Furniture to purchase furniture ever again. They are not truthful when they sell you their warranty Diamond Care package. My couch ripped at the seams and I was told when I purchased the furniture that such rips would be covered. The claim was denied and it is NOT covered. Be cautious when purchasing any warranty from Ashley. I have been a repeat customer for years; however, due to the false information they provide, I will never purchase from them again.

I wanted an item that was no longer on the showroom floor. I had the SKU number and Eric found that Ashley still carried the item so i was able to.order it. Very pleasant transaction. The store in Gastonia NC was a bit harf to find.
