Don't buy furniture here not the best quality. Bought a 7 piece dining set and when they came, most of the chairs were uneven. Called and they said there would fix it but need to order parts. This started in April and we are now in June and they still have not fixed them. No customer service just a text at random that they are working on ordering the parts. This is so unprofessional and an inconvenient to sit at the table with uneven chair legs. Its unsafe! Ashley's will take your money real quick but won't rush to help customer at least be satisfied with what we paid for.

When I walked into the store I had an idea about what I wanted, but Ebony was incredibly patient and kind from the start. She took the time to listen, asked good questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. It felt like I was shopping with a really knowledgeable friend who just wanted to help. Thanks to her guidance, I found the perfect bed and exactly what I was hoping for.What I appreciated most was how genuine Ebony was. She clearly cares about people, not just sales.

Keith works hard to inform you on the options of what you can do when make your purchases

Bought a couch with warranty so as told by the sale person” if the couch gets dirty, they will come and clean it up” , this is false. Do not get the warranty the sales person is just trying to get you to spend more money bc my couch did get some stains due to a toddler and the warranty does not cover that. Paid $500 for nothing.

I had the best experience at the Ashley store in Lowell, NC. Bryan was the salesman that I worked with. He was professional, kind, and excited to help me furnish my new home. He had great ideas that I hadn't thought of and didn't rush me to make a sale. I definitely recommend going to the store to see things in person. I almost bought my furniture online without seeing it first. Once in the store, I realized what I had originally thought I wanted would be way too big for my space. Sadly, the big sectional tik tok told me I needed was not meant to be. Thanks to Bryan, however, I found the perfect furnishings and had a great time shopping and chatting with him and the other employees. Go visit Ashley Furniture in Lowell and ask for Bryan. I did however notice two associates looking at me and probably assuming that I would not be purchasing anything and that is why they did not bother assisting me. It’s all good, you should never ever judge a book by its cover, you may miss your blessings. I really hope that there are incentives when associates makes sales, Cristian, and Garrett should receive one.

Very professional indeed :) We told him that we were looking for a sectional and we had such good conversation. He didn’t pressure us or try to “sell” us on anything, which I appreciate! He even showed us the structure of how the sectional is made and we talked about his experience in mattresses which he was very informative about and I was thoroughly impressed. The order has not even been processed and they just keep moving the pick up date out further and further. 100% unacceptable and if I knew this is how it was going to be, I would have went somewhere else. Go somewhere else, that cares about customer service.

We purchased a bed and box springs. Our sales associate Aziz was wonderful, Knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given a 5 star review except the store's computer system wasn't working well enough to print me a "paid in full receipt" and I left the store with a transaction detail showing that I owed $770.00, when it had been paid in full and there was a zero balance. I was assured the office manager would email me a paid in full receipt which I have yet to receive. My bank confirmed the purchase at Ashley, but I still expect a paid receipt from the store. Otherwise, how would I file a warranty claim (which was also purchased and paid in full) in case of an issue. I will give it another day or so before I start to complain. Janet Ratchford

Still in the battle with customer service about the damaged materials delivered. “Everything is under warranty” diamond care package. Still waiting on pierces of a set, been 2 months. No mention of delay during sale.

We thought our sales rep was great. However, the discounts promised were not accurate. We were told we'd receive a 25% discount on ALL items purchased if we used the 0% financing option and made a donation to St. Jude. Fantastic deal, right? After reviewing our paperwork the following morning the math was NOT adding up to what we were promised. Our sectional had a discount of 20.5%, not 25%. The TV stand was quoted at 1,000 plus 25% off =750. We were charged 1,267.96 for a floor model. The delivery date we agreed on was Nov 30th. However, our paperwork stated Dec 7th. The shipping fee was 350.00. Online it states 229. I called the following afternoon (11/17) and spoke with a manager. I was told I would receive a call back once our invoice was reviewed. I have yet to receive any kind of follow-up. I should not have to review every single charge on 5,000 transaction to ensure we received the prices quoted. The lack of transparency is deplorable. It's easy to see why Ashley agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging false reference pricing in 2022.

Only because you can't give a zero. There were 2 people sitting at the entrance when we arrived. One playing on his phone who never looked up and the other who said "just look around" when we said we wanted to look at dining room suits. Once we started looking he got up and walked by like he was watching to make sure we didn't steal anything. Never said another word.

This is the second time my husband and I made a purchase from Ashley but the first time we purchased from this location. We had a great experience the first time, but the second time far exceeded our expectations! Stephanie Burke took such great care of us. She was very friendly and helpful. I saw a dresser set online but it wasn't available anymore because it was discontinued, however, she showed me two similar sets. She let me take my time at looking at them and allowed me to ask any questions I needed to. She was also assisting other customers and made sure to check on us every now and again. I purchased a sofa and chair 14 months ago. I was sold on the diamond care warranty that It would cover anything. My couch ripped at the seam about 2 inches. I thought a claim and I was denied by diamond care. I went back to the furniture store and acted like I was buying new furniture and again they sold me the warranty stating it will cover all rips, tears, including seams. I talked to the manager. He tried to help me as much as he could. Ashley‘s furniture did not help him as well. They did replace the fabric but I was gonna have to get a technician and pay the technician to replace the fabric . That is very poor customer service. I have been a repeat customer for more than 15 years. I will never go back there and I suggest no one ever buy product from them .
