Long distance communication with Tracy, at the Goldsboro, NC store, who was very patient with my multiple questions, responding with accurate answers. Was available for my every changing purchase times. I payed locally, coming 4 hours away, where family member lives for whom the furniture was purchased. Delivery info was accurate, which was greatly appreciated.

Giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. I ordered a bedroom suite and it was delivered. Upon delivery, I did not get one of my nightstands, 1 of the drawers for the chest were damaged by the delivery team as well as the sides of the mirror when they attached it. I reached out and have yet to get the furniture I paid for. They said they would send me a new drawer but when I received it, it was the wrong drawer. Still have not seen the missing nightstand. Would not recommend them at all!

I came looking for a recliner and Mrs. Tracey and Mr. Craig looked out for your boy. Not only did they price match a competitor but they got me into an even better recliner and if that wasn’t good enough they sold me 2 of them at an amazing price. Thank you both so much!!

Visited Ashley home store today looking for a new bedroom set. Let me tell you the assistant manager Tracey Pickett customer service was phenomenal! she went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. We even cracked a few laughs while conducting business. No attitude and just pure joy to work with. I also must Shout out Craig who was also very professional and helpful from the time I walked into the building. Great team amongst these two.

Disappointed, after Covid, stock and variety have gone down. BUT PRICE sure HASN'T. I guess they want to keep their stock instead of sell it.

Nyviair was the most professional, kind, and helpful sales associate I have ever dealt with. He helped my parents choose the furniture piece they wanted and was great to work with. Will be returning for future business simply because of his helpfulness and kindness.

They didn't have what we wanted in the store. It was all online, but the staff couldn't "get it," so we had to order it online. So, instead, she sent us over to the furniture fair where we had the worst service ever. I see why that place sells Ashley furniture. Tried to get us not to go to Daniel's furniture as it was "they were really expensive ". To have us some back there for her to order the bed online when we could do that ourselves.

The manager today was VERY rude when I went in to ask about some pieces for my new house. Wasn’t a fan

I ordered a queen size bed, mattress, and foundation on Sunday Sept. 15, 2024. Leticia Lipscomb was my sales lady. I could not have been treated better. She was knowledgeable, professional, and her personality was wonderful and fun. I also interacted with the other lady working there. Unfortunately, her name escapes me. But they were wonderful! I hope my delivery experience is just as great and helpful as Laticia was. Looking forward to my new bed! I would recommend Ashley, and these ladies!

I initially ordered a couch from Ashley online. After waiting a few months to have it delivered, the delivery guys would not deliver it. Apparently, 10 years of delivering furniture was enough to determine that the couch wouldn’t fit in my apartment because the delivery drivers never took the couch off the truck to try to deliver it. They insisted that I go to the Ashley store instead. So, I did. My sales person was Anthony. He really redeemed Ashley when he helped me yesterday. It was so many selections, so granted, I kept changing my mind; nonetheless, Anthony was very patient with me. He also helped me stay within my price range. The delivery guys from the online store suggested that I get a sectional. I shared this with Anthony and initially went in the store looking for a sectional based off their suggestion. Anthony, however, suggested for me to pick out what I want , and if it don’t fit then I can reselect. I’m guessing Ashley in Goldsboro will actually take the chair off the truck to try to deliver it. I was perfectly fine with getting a sectional but being treated as a valued customer, who has an opinion, felt even better. I have more furniture to get to make my house a home. So, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Anthony!

My husband and I was in the store today, purchasing our bedroom set/mattresses for our new home, and we worked with Joshua Artis and he was awesome. He helped us in every way and answered any questions we had. He knew a lot about different items in the store and explained so much to us, If you're looking to buy new furniture at Ashley's, ask for Joshua Artis, he is the best and if we happen to purchase any more furniture from Ashley's, we will be coming to see Joshua!!! I went to this location because of Brittany, a former salesperson was there. She was tremendous but is no longer there. She assisted my wife and I through everything. Very disappointing when I realized she was gone. Now I understand. My 1 star is for Ashley Furniture for hiring Anthony. My first experience with him I thought he was good. This visit I saw who he actually was. He did everything he could to avoid my wife and I. He never spoke to us he just hid behind this post in the store. Everything we asked he would tell the salesperson no. We watched him every time from where we were. I’ve never seen a manager avoid the customer as he did. We bought the items only because of the salesman . Anthony was horrible and I’ll warn everyone else about him that I can to stay away because of him. He has terrible customer service and care absolutely nothing about veterans who put their lives in Jeopardy to allow him the freedom to be in the position he is in. He didn’t even offer military discount on Memorial Day as little as it is. If you read this review, do not go to Ashley because the manager Anthony will not do anything to help. He must’ve forgotten that they’re numerous furniture stores in Goldsboro so if someone stops in treat them like you want their business. I don’t plan to attend this store again until he decides to move on. I was very disappointed in him. I guess I should’ve gone to furniture fair to see if they cared more about their potential customers. I saw him peak around the post as we were leaving. Buyers beware of Anthony if you just have to go to the Goldsboro Ashley. I’m done. In response to your reply. Because you’re a veteran doesn’t imply you’re willing to help a veteran. Look how many homeless veterans there are in our country and all the veterans in Government that failed to help them. I was in the store that day so I know what happened. Bought a new sectional today. Jennifer, Tracey and Litisha were all so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to help us. Could not be more pleased with this wonderful group of ladies that helped us today.

I ordered a couch online, from Ashley on Monday night. I received a message stating delivery could be a "longer than expected" wait time. Then on Tuesday I got a message asking if I wanted delivery Friday or Monday. I chose Friday. I got a message confirming my address and that I would be home all day. Thursday night I got an automated call giving me a time frame window to expect delivery. Friday I got a message at 11:18 that they would be here in 45 min. They arrived exactly at noon, put the legs on, took all the trash and were gone in five minutes. Amazing customer service. 💯💯💯

We worked with Trey who was eager to help and efficiently found us items that would meet our needs. He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable, and gave good recommendations without over selling. Trey is a positive, hard working guy who is willing to go above and beyond to help the customer.

Trey did an absolutely phenomenal job spending time to listen to our needs and taking care of us. Our first day here in Goldsboro, he made sure we were set up with a bedroom and a place to sleep. Genuine caring person that really listens to customers needs.

This place is a Dumpster fire.. Sold me a sectional, said they'd Email me payment info.. Never did. Waited 6 months for it. Finally got it and my Payments were outrageous... Finally obtained the contract and I never signed to agree to pay that much But their computer Docusigned it for me and forced me to pay, or go against my credit. Now I've tried calling and straightening this out but Ashley says it's the Finance company and the Finace companies says its Ashley..

Highly recommend working with Barney Alston. I spent over a month going back and forth checking out other stores and each time I always went back to Barney in the Goldsboro store. Great deals and even better service

The Associates in Goldsboro Ashley store was courteous but I wished the Associates would have explained to me there return policy. Also, I blame myself for not reading before initialling as well. I am very disappointed with this poor quality Tulen loveseats I purchased July 2022. The only solution was to polyfill the backs of the furniture...no if it was of quality you wouldn't have to polyfill a damn thing and if you lean on the furniture it will tip over, and not comfortable sitting in them for a long period of time. I guess you get what you pay for....I will never ever buy any furniture from Ashley.

I ordered a bed, dresser, and nightstand. The bed and dresser were correct but they delivered the wrong nightstand. We called the store to tell them and they said we have to send a picture of the nightstand and give them 72 hours to process. It's a inconvenience because the right one is clearly still on the truck and they refused to just check with the driver and see. We're going on vacation in a few days and might not even be here when they decide to drop off the correct nightstand.

Bad service!!! Ordered a bedroom set paid in full up front. Took 2 weeks to deliver but when it got to my residence it was the wrong night stand. We had to jump through hoops to get them to replace the nightstand. I feel the delivery driver knew it was the wrong one they was being lazy. I feel they could've just sent the driver back with the right one but instead I had to unbox it take a picture, email them the picture and wait and still haven't received anything. Never will I shop from there again

The service was great. Everyone was really friendly and informative. However, the one attendant had some real body odor issue that kept me gagging.

Mrs Laticia and Mrs Tracy you guys ROCK!!!!!! The Delivery drivers was not that great. They was rushing saying they had other deliverys and that they needed to hurry up and that I needed to hurry up and decide if I was keeping the Furniture.

Apparently you cannot buy furniture from them on sundays… went here this morning; super like a piece but wanted to shop around and be safe… came back and they said they only do out of store on specific days? Two ladies seems upset with each other and they told us some person wasent at the store todays and that’s why we couldent get the piece… would have paid in full… it’s a shame when people don’t know how to do thier job, worse when they don’t want to.

I went in today with my husband and two kids and was greeted by Laticia. She was very pleasant to work with and showed us around the store after asking what we were shopping for. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture, shipping/delivery, and warranties. We worked with both Laticia and Barney and could not have asked for better customer service. They were both very friendly and efficient. Pricing was very fair. The store was clean and had a great selection of furniture.

My boyfriend and I bought a wonderful reclining sofa from here. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, especially our sales associate, Deborah Howard. She was so helpful and sincere! She definitely cared about us and not just the sale. Such a wonderful lady! Make sure to ask for her if you plan on shopping there!

I ordered a king bed set on 5/6/2021 and was told 10-12 weeks, which was more understandable because of Covid. 12 weeks came and went and we were given more and more delays; every 2 to 4 weeks I would call and was told it would be another couple of weeks. Cut to the beginning of December, I called and spoke with someone again and was told that the ETA was now end December, first week of January - and the same old reason was given “we’re just waiting on the foundation”. I called at the end of the first week of January and was told that I would be called back in an hour with an update. It’s now February 5 and I never got that call back. It’s been almost a year. I completely understand that things are on back order and delays, but I have had a new living room set, a new dining room table and two kids bedroom furniture all ordered and delivered from Rooms2Go in the time that I’ve ordered my bed set from Ashley‘s. At this point, I don’t know what to do. If I go elsewhere, I’m going to face even more delays and I feel like almost year is more than long enough! UPDATE: Michelle, the GM from my local store, called me within 2 days of me leaving my initial review; and done more for us in one week than what was done for us in the almost 9 months since we ordered. She has followed through with every single thing she has said she would; call backs, ETA, and most importantly DELIVERY (in 2 more days :-) ))!! Michelle is the reason why, once I get my furniture delivered, I will change my rating. I wish I had know her name from the start!!! THANK YOU MICHELLE!! FINAL UPDATE: AFTER ALMOST 10 MONTHS….WE GOT OUR BED!!!! THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!! You deserve all the praise and more!!

We were looking for a sofa table for my mother-in-law and LaTisha was very helpful in the store and showed us our options. We got the price of the sofa table me and told her we were going to look around a bit more. I looked online at Ashley’s website and found the exact sofa table for less than what was stated in the store. I called LaTisha and asked about the pricing difference and she said they would give us the table for the online price! SOLD! LaTisha was very friendly from the time we walked in yesterday until the final purchase today! We highly recommend Ashley’s HomeStore in Goldsboro!!!!

I bought a sofa and recliner. The experience was wonderful. Not pressured into buying anything. The sales associate Barney was very helpful. If you are looking for nice furniture and a good deal go see Barney. He was wonderful. Kristy was also.

Lots to choose from. Quite expensive. I was interested in powered recliners. Majority of them weren't plugged in/powered up. The gentleman who helped us was nice.

I am absolutely stunned by the level of customer service we received yesterday from Amiyah. I always dread going into furniture stores because I never am treated like a person; only a walking dollar sign, but not this time. From the moment we walked in it was calm, comfortable and Amiyah went above and beyond to keep the energy pleasant. After finding what we wanted (not planning on purchasing yesterday) we had to stay after closing to get the purchase finished and she never once made us feel like we were a burden for that. I will absolutely be coming back to this location solely for her and her wonderful customer service.

After meeting and working with Hannah I quickly changed my mind and decided to order from here instead. Hannah and Tracie were great to work with at Ashley! Went in to buy several pieces of furniture in a short amount of time and they were helpful making it all work! Also bought several pieces off the floor and they had boxed up and ready for pick up the next day. We had help from Ashley loading the furniture in our trailer too! Will give them my business in the future! Beautiful furniture, professional staff, and great pricing!

Found a sectional we were interested in listed for $1540. The ottoman was listed separate for $400. Their President's day sale was: buy one item, get the other half off. Our sales representative said if we bought the sectional then we would get the ottoman half off. We are both military and asked if there was a military discount. She informed us they did military discount, but that she could get us a better deal with the sale. We tried talking her down to $1400 for the sectional. After speaking with her manager; she came back with a quote of $1864 for both. That included delivery/four year protection. We left and did some research. Ashley offers the exact same sectional online for $1200ish. We found the exact same sectional on another site that uses Ashley and got the sectional for $1200 including delivery/protection plan. Business is business. I get it, but it was shady/definitely not a deal. My recommendation...use this location to get a feel for what you want and then buy else where for a reasonable price.

I had called the day before I went into the store and had spoke with CJ! He told me when I came in to just ask for him. I got there and all of his attention was spent on my son and I! Just bought a sofa and loveseat combination from them and the people there were amazing. Anthony Newell was the best salesperson I have ever interacted with. He actually listened to everything I wanted and did not just try to upsale me. The first sales person who actually just helped me find what I was looking for. If you need help and want honest help he is the man to see.

We ordered furniture June 20th and still have not been called to set up a delivery date. We were told 3-5 weeks and also reassured that it shouldn’t even take that long. Here we are, week 11 and still nothing. There were fake “notes to our account” that they were keeping us up to date on the situation. Last week we were promised a call from the warehouse to set up delivery. But yea, that $50 gift card should keep me calm... Keep blaming it on COVID while I see every local store delivering to my neighbors. Next step is give me my money back so I can go to Furniture Fair!

Buying the furniture was easy and had no issues. We were told 6-8 weeks. It is now 3 months and I still have no furniture. Now I am being told it could be another month. Good luck to all that order. Hope it is in stock for you.

First off my delivery date was rescheduled 3 times. On the final delivery day I was given a 12:30-3:30 delivery window. At 3:00 I received a message saying it would be delivered at 4:30. Long story short my furniture wasn't delivered until after 5:30. I called for compensation for the inconveniences and was offered a $40 Ashley card, that's not doing me any good as I don't plan to order anything else from them. This is the second issue I've had with purchasing from Ashley Furniture, just bad business.

We bought a Living room last month and I can’t wait for it to be delivered to our home, which it is taking a little too long ( which I do understand ).. the sale representative gentleman was very friendly and helpful, we had a great experience with him on our day of purchase. However, Horrible customer service from Lady on the Front Desk I believe her name is Trisha.. I called twice about questions on my recent purchase and delivery questions, and both times I do not appreciate her tone of voice, with her smart talk and laugh, making me as a customer feel like I don’t know what im talking about. She also said she will call me back with information and she never did. If you can’t be polite to customers when we do have questions why have a customer service job. I was happy with the purchase we made but she just made me not want to go back!

Found the perfect new sectional sofa for my home and a great experience working with Anthony Newell. Everyone was so nice and helpful!

Got a good deal on a couch and 2 recliners. Anthony was very helpful and got us most of the information that we needed. However we were told that the recliners would be delivered ahead of the couch due to the couch coming from another location. Said they would be in contact with us to set up delivery on them and never heard anything. Ended up calling 3 days later and found out that they cant deliver the recliners separate and they have to wait on the couch. Once in contact they did say it will be coming this week... Will update review once delivered...

My wife and I visited Ashley Homestore of Goldsboro and were quickly greeted by James and asked what were we looking for today! James was so helpful. He probably spent an hour and a half showing us what he had available. We found a leather sectional couch but seating capacity was short. He showed us on-line the larger sectional where we could add seating capacity. We really liked this option but it was only available through special order. We then found a chair and ottoman to match the sectional. We decided to special order the leather sectional and purchase in addition the other chair/ottoman. We then moved over to the mattress and power base section of the store. James’s explanation of our different options was superb. We discussed several options before finally deciding on the power King divided base. James worked very well with us in order for us to stay within our budget. Once we were ready to pay, Gabby was there to help with the paperwork and payment. Our experience here today was wonderful and we plan to return when we need more furniture.

I went to Ashley’s and worked with Kay to purchase a chair and a half with an ottoman. She really did a great job helping me find the correct piece for my home. She worked with me to get some pillows checked out so that I could compare the print to my existing furniture at home. When I returned the next day to purchase the chair, she did a great job at assisting me with navigating the pricing. She was very straightforward, and I did not feel as though she was playing a game with me. At the end of the day, I am very happy with my purchase and would use Kay again to purchase in the future.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. This whole experience of buying a couch through Ashley Furniture has been truly unpleasant. My boyfriend and I went into our local Ashley furniture and knew from the start what we wanted to get. Guy who helped us out seemed nice enough, we decided to get the extended warranty to cover us. Associate stated nothing about the couch being placed on back order or anything and said normally the delivery people would reach out to us once the couch got delivered to Kinston which usually happened within a week or so. We were completely fine with that, associate stated if we had any question to feel free to reach out. We then didn’t receive an update on our order for an entire month. We had to reach out to the associate to get a update who simply told us it was delayed and that we could call the customer service line for further information. We couldn’t get through on that line at all. Fine we said, let’s just give it some more time. We also checked the paperwork that was given to us and in writing in the corner said 11/9-11/11 was our estimated delivery date. Something our sales associate failed to mention. On 11/11 almost a month and week after we originally placed, we once again reached to the associate who helped us and he stated it had just been delivered to kinston and they would be reaching out for delivery arrangements. My boyfriend received a call on 11/13 stating they had two delivery date options. Thursday or next Saturday?? They also gave us a three hour window but said the delivery people would call about 30 minutes before arriving. That would give my boyfriend enough time to leave work for a little bit so they could put the couch in. Great, no ideal time frame but we were thankful they would call ahead of time. We scheduled the delivery for 11/14 from 2:45 to 5:45. An automated system called my boyfriends phone at 1:15 saying they would be there in 10 minutes...a whole hour before the time window they had given us and 10 minutes unlike the 30 they originally told us. As someone who has a career in customer service for almost 7 years, I’ve never had a company had no regard for promises they made and give some horrible customer service. Everything we were told from the very beginning was incorrect. I suggest NO ONE does business with this location nor Ashley Furniture in general.

I absolutely love Ashley's Homestore here in Goldsboro, NC. First, the young lady that waited me was beyond kind. Kay allowed me to make my own choice without being pushy. What I mean is she walked around with me so I get the exact coffee table I wanted. That means she is patient because I went from section to section looking. To be honest, I was not going to buy anything after I got the credit card. Go figure! Still, everyone I encountered was nice. To be honest, the kind treatment actually changed my mind about purchasing something. Overall, Ashley has the most beautiful furniture I have ever seem. The most important asset Ashley has is courteous employees. That is almost unheard of these days.

Kay was an awesome associate. She greeted us when we walked in and I told her what we were looking for and she took us directly to the items. When there was not a chair that worked for my husband, she went online and searched their site trying to help us out. She was friendly and had a great personality. In fact, all the associates that were in the store were extremely friendly. We did not make a purchase today but I feel certain we will be back in the future.

I went to this location last week looking to replace my current furniture. I went in knowing I wanted a new bed for my son, a new living room and bedroom set for myself.. but I really didn’t know what I wanted. Kensey and Daniel were pretty awesome and patient, after looking at several options and nothing really stuck out to me, they both just talked to me. In that time they were able to offer me something that fit what I was looking for, matched my taste and budget. It was definitely a great experience. We bought the Marsilona Counter Height Dining Room Table that was on sale and are going back for couches next week she’s great keep her around.... Also Veronica helped my boyfriend with financing the table set she was nice and explained everything in an easy to understand manner... the DM was in the store everyone greeted us with a smile and did not seem like they were unavailable to help they worked as a team and I will spend my money here anytime. Just walked out of there a few minutes ago because I had interest in buying a bed. I had a question about pricing, the nice young lady that worked up front helped me out the best she could but when she called for the head store manager to come assist us with the question he said he was coming and was literally in our view joking around with his coworkers as if she never asked him to. We waited “literally” about 17 minutes just seeing how long it would take for him to come over and he still didn’t come over, so we just left! WORST Customer Service EVER!!!! Besides the new lady working up front.

I am absolutely astounded by the unacceptable customer support that this company gives. This will 100% be the first and last time we ever purchase anything from this company. After waiting months for our furniture it gets delivered with a stain on the left arm of our sofa. Now, I am pretty easy going with things and it takes a lot to rile me up to complain much less write a review but I would really hate for someone else to have the misfortune we had with this company. When calling Customer Care about this we come to find out that our information has been put in completely wrong, which took about 40 minutes to get resolved by a very unenthusiastic employee might I add. So we schedule a date for someone to come fix the stain, which honestly I think we should have got a brand new sofa considering I didn’t pay all this money for a giant stain on my sofa. Come to our appointment date and they have to reschedule due to my husband being military something came up, that’s completely on us. However, when it came time for our new appointment my husband gets a call from the guy saying he’s 10 minutes away. Like I mentioned, we live in a military town, we live on base. He then proceeds to tell my husband that we will have to reschedule because he is not “equipped” to come on base. My husband proceeded to ask him why and he just stated he could not come on base. For those of you who are unaware of how a base works, typically it’s no issue for the military member to get anyone on base as long as they are there with the person and that person doesn’t have any impending “issues”. This person continues to refuse and reschedule. My husband (whose also a paralegal) proceeds to ask if he has a criminal record. To which his response was “I wouldn’t tell you even if I did.” I don’t have a problem with second chances, what I do have a problem with is this company has our address, they are fully aware that we live on base, so they should have sent someone who could have access to the base. This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I would email my disdain for this company but I’d rather use a platform that is public where they can’t pick and choose what reviews they keep or not. So, here I am with a big stain on my couch because honestly I’ll just take the L and try to fix it myself, since obviously getting anywhere with this company (besides the cash register) is not worth it. So future customers and military families, you’ve been warned!

I ordered my furniture on March 4th and was given an estimated delivery date of March 25th. It did not come in on time which was ok with me as this was an estimate of delivery time. A week later they delivered my furniture with the exception of my dresser with mirror because it was not in stock and I needed my beds I had ordered for my children. Today’s date is April 30th and I still have no dresser. That is almost 8 weeks!!!! They did offer me a $100 gift card but let’s be honest..... what am I really gonna get from there for $100 without giving them more of my money. I will not be returning to this location for my furniture needs!!

First of all we love Ashley Furniture. We have done business multiple times with Ashley Furniture in Raleigh and have no complaints. However, we bought furniture from the goldsboro location recently and was told the couch was in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks. It is now going on 4 weeks and still no couch and they have requested to push delivery out for 2 more weeks. I contacted the store to let them know of the difference in what they promised and the delivery of services and they had nothing to say other than, "I'm sorry each Ashley furniture is individually owned so you will have different experiences." All this says to me is "We are perfectly fine with you having a bad experience and we could careless to make an attempt to recover." I will and would suggest against doing business with Ashley Furniture in Goldsboro. I will probably second guess my decision to buy from Ashley Furniture at all in the future.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered furniture on March 3rd and still have not received it. Was told half of it was in stock. Told when ordering furniture everything should be ready March 26th. Was called and then told the manufacturer would have everything at the distribution center April 2nd. Was then called and told everything would be at distribution center April 5th. I then asked the person who sold us our furniture when we would be getting our furniture and he had no clue. This is absolutely a horrendous experience. I will report this to the better business bureau. I guess you can take people's money and not give them anything in return.

Came up from Fayetteville on recommendation from my wife’s friend. Got a great deal on a living room set thanks to Brandon, he kept us entertained and was willing to work with us while my wife took her time (lol!) picking out the set. Definitely will be going back when we need more furniture!

I’ve gotta level with you here. If it wasn’t for my wife I’d live on ramen, rice, and venison. I don’t do people or shopping so when she said “we need new furniture” I thought to myself, “Self, I’d rather pull a bobcat’s abscessed tooth in a Prius than go deal with some slimy salesman.” There was no way I was sending her to a furniture store alone with the credit card though, so I agreed to go. Much to my surprise, our salesman Brandon Obin made the experience not only tolerable, but enjoyable. Brandon was a straight shooter, listened to our needs, and took us right to where we needed to be without trying to manipulate us into buying things we weren’t interested in. He’s very knowledgeable and had us in and out of the store in about an hour. The only downside is that the sectional is so comfy I don’t want to do anything but melt into it with a cold one after work. It’s a good problem to have. Hit up Ashley and my man Brandon, he’ll treat you right.

Excellent service all the way around! My husband and I had visited so many furniture stores and were just not finding what we were looking for. We were not even going to step inside Ashley because we thought they would be so expensive, not the case at all. Our salesman James was awesome! He introduced himself and said he was there for us if we had any questions or if we needed anything but did NOT hover over us like a pushy salesman. He did check in on us periodically but again did not push which we really appreciated. We found just what we were looking for and got the best, honest deal. The manager and front office staff were also so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Do not visit!! They were indeed friendly at first, but once I spent over $3000 here I sit 10 weeks later and 4 delivery’s (must of them incorrect) and I still do not have all I ordered!!! I have dealt with 3 different managers and no one can seem to resolve the issues. I have been very patient and respectful to say the least, but yet I have been lied to repeatedly. I have asked for a regional managers contact info and was told he didn’t have a direct line. If I ran this store or owned this store I would would want to know that I had inefficient and incompetent employees working for and representing my company. I’m still waiting on the completion of my order and I really just would like to give it all back and take my business elsewhere at this point Yes, I am an angry customer and it’s based on being misinformed and the work of incompetent employees!!! Update!!!! It is January 27 and still do not have all of my furniture!!! Another delivery is set for Tuesday. This will be the the 5 th attempt to deliver all I ordered I am beyond over all of it and hope they get it right this time Also learned that one of the managers and the person that sold me the furniture is no longer get employed there... hmmm I do not suggest this location

Never again! Go to Rooms To Go! Ordered a living room set for a new place 12 days ago and still sitting on a lawn chair! Should have stated this in advance...super poor service and I’m very disappointed!

I love this store and staff!! We just moved to Goldsboro and sold all of our old furniture so we needed just about everything. Kasitie was my sales specialist and she was wonderful. There was no pressure at all. She looked up items I saw online but they didn’t have in the store. Mr. Rick the store manager oversaw my transaction and was able to locate a particular end table I liked. Everyone went over and above with customer service as far as I’m concerned.

Very friendly staff and great prices. We had a very pleasant experience.

I normally don’t leave posts like this I try to give companies a chance to wring a right but Ashley furniture has been the most disappointing experience I have ever been through!! BEWARE!!! I wish I had listened to all the people that told us not to get furniture from here so please learn from our lesson. We ordered 2 couches. Yes that’s it 2 IDENTICAL couches. Thank god we didn’t buy a whole bedroom suit or something. They brought one couch a week and half after we ordered it. And another couch that was not what we ordered. We called and they said well too bad we will put you in the list again for your other one... EXCUSE ME!?!?!? We of course did not want to wait another 2 weeks for our other couch. They just keep telling us they can’t to anything about it and loving the date back. It was Friday then Saturday then theycall this morning and tell us it’ll be Monday!! It would be different if they tried to help or discounted something for all this inconvenience. Our living room currently has one sofa in it. That’s it!!! They still will not help and he manager “isn’t here today” every day..... yea lesson learned with you idiots. Please take my advice people and AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! They only care about you while you are there once you buy something they don’t care about you anymore. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I will be contacting every Ashley corporate office I can to tell them how disappointed I am and I will be visiting the store for the 4th time as soon as I’m off tomorrow to see for sure if this man is really off every single day which can’t be possible. Ridiculous!!!

Great store beautiful furniture

We didn't end up finding exactly what we wanted, but the store was well-layed out and Kasitie did an awesome job helping us! She continually helped search for different things we asked for online and in the store.

The store is beautiful. When you go into the store you can see the class of the company! The staff is friendly. Kasitie was very friendly and helpful and answered every question I had for her including financing questions. Very knowledgeable! Always nice when you can experience knowledge and politeness together. Don’t find that a whole lot! If you haven’t been here I would suggest going!!
