The service was great. Everyone was really friendly and informative. However, the one attendant had some real body odor issue that kept me gagging.

Mrs Laticia and Mrs Tracy you guys ROCK!!!!!! The Delivery drivers was not that great. They was rushing saying they had other deliverys and that they needed to hurry up and that I needed to hurry up and decide if I was keeping the Furniture.

Apparently you cannot buy furniture from them on sundays… went here this morning; super like a piece but wanted to shop around and be safe… came back and they said they only do out of store on specific days? Two ladies seems upset with each other and they told us some person wasent at the store todays and that’s why we couldent get the piece… would have paid in full… it’s a shame when people don’t know how to do thier job, worse when they don’t want to.

I went in today with my husband and two kids and was greeted by Laticia. She was very pleasant to work with and showed us around the store after asking what we were shopping for. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture, shipping/delivery, and warranties. We worked with both Laticia and Barney and could not have asked for better customer service. They were both very friendly and efficient. Pricing was very fair. The store was clean and had a great selection of furniture.

I ordered a king bed set on 5/6/2021 and was told 10-12 weeks, which was more understandable because of Covid. 12 weeks came and went and we were given more and more delays; every 2 to 4 weeks I would call and was told it would be another couple of weeks. Cut to the beginning of December, I called and spoke with someone again and was told that the ETA was now end December, first week of January - and the same old reason was given “we’re just waiting on the foundation”. I called at the end of the first week of January and was told that I would be called back in an hour with an update. It’s now February 5 and I never got that call back. It’s been almost a year. I completely understand that things are on back order and delays, but I have had a new living room set, a new dining room table and two kids bedroom furniture all ordered and delivered from Rooms2Go in the time that I’ve ordered my bed set from Ashley‘s. At this point, I don’t know what to do. If I go elsewhere, I’m going to face even more delays and I feel like almost year is more than long enough! UPDATE: Michelle, the GM from my local store, called me within 2 days of me leaving my initial review; and done more for us in one week than what was done for us in the almost 9 months since we ordered. She has followed through with every single thing she has said she would; call backs, ETA, and most importantly DELIVERY (in 2 more days :-) ))!! Michelle is the reason why, once I get my furniture delivered, I will change my rating. I wish I had know her name from the start!!! THANK YOU MICHELLE!! FINAL UPDATE: AFTER ALMOST 10 MONTHS….WE GOT OUR BED!!!! THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!! You deserve all the praise and more!!
