Ordered 2 complete bed sets with Ashley outlet and when they were delivered a nightstand was missing. Over $7,000 dollars spent and every time I tried contacting them they don’t ever want to reason with me about the nightstand. They are extremely disrespectful and offered no type of solution to the problem. When it was time for us to spend money and time for them to get their commission they smiled in your face and call you wonderful but when something like this happens their true colors show. One of the bed sets also comes with charging ports but there is nothing that you can connect to an outlet to provide this charging. All around horrible experience and would love to save anyone else in the future the headache that comes with dealing with this company. 0/10 experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ashley furniture took a LARGE order from us and delivered all of our items except three end tables with the matching set , we ordered the items in Feb. In May they informed us the item had been discontinued and we found out since March. They salesman and manager of the store made NO attempt to help find the tables. We had to locate the tables 3hrs away and Ashely made no attempt to correct their issue or have the items delivered from the store. I do not recommend using Ashely.

they push protection plans that are a scam. These plans are managed by a third party and don't cover craftsmanship defects, most forms of damage, normal wear and tear. I have 2 basic claims denied. On top of that they push payment plans that are actually syncrony credit cards. Also you get what you pay for when it comes to quality. seems that come apart, joints that separate, etc. its a step up from AtHome with twice the price

I just want to say that our salesperson Elton was amazing. He was the only person in the store to speak to us and help us while no one else would. He also was the only person on the sales floor besides the manager and she didn’t bother to acknowledge us at all. He was busy with a couple when we first walked in and still spoke to us and let us know he would be right with us. Once he was done with them he came right over to us and helped us with the sectional we wanted and explained everything to us and he had to step away a few times but was very apologetic about it and would come right back to help us. I will definitely be back and hope to see him and to get his assistance again. Elton definitely deserves recognition because it was several people in there and he tried his best to accommodate everyone and make sure no one was having to wait too long. Our salesperson was Cathy, she was fantastic and very knowledgeable . Can't wait to get our new furniture delivered.

I purchased a five year extended warranty and just got denied because I was being honest. When sitting in my recliner I sometimes prop my head with a firm pillow, and it has caused the leather to rip. So I took pictures, entered the claim and told them that it ripped and that I have been using a pillow. They denied the claim because it was not accidental and now it is final and firm. You cannot dispute it anymore, but had I said that I accidentally tripped and caused the damage with my car keys it would have been covered. That sure seems like a shady way to get out of paying a claim. So then I ask the store if they had anyone they would recommend to repair it. They did not so then I ask if I come buy a new recliner & used the store credit for the useless warranty and they said I cannot until five years is up. So, I will never be using that store credit, because I will sit on milk crates before I do business with them again.

The prices are great and what I find online is often in the store or something is close to it and ordering it and receiving it is a quick process

Was going to visit here, but reviews changed my mind. I always read the bad reviews first, and see the dates. I’ve have same delivery issues with RoomsToGo. Missing parts, then wait weeks to get correct items, and delivery is at their convenience not customers. And my daughter pointed out all the 5 star reviews all of a sudden. And said places will review themselves, and/or buy reviews. I will go to Colfax Furniture, same stuff, and much much better delivery, and a nearby warehouse where you could pick it up yourself, if you choose.

I walked into your store today and inquire about a set of recliners that I had recently viewed at another Ashley Homestore in Salisbury and asked why the exact recliner is $899 in your store and $599 at another store and your sales person, Ty, says, "demographics and location and we don't price match" 🙄 😐 Then I tell you that I work at Ashley, and you tell me that I'd only get a 20% discount, and that's only on full priced items not items on sale. 🤨😤😡 That is not the policy ma'am. You're not only ripping me and every other individual looking to purchase furniture on price, but you're now denying me of my benifits by 5%. And for that I won't be back, nor will any of my family and friends. I plan on taking my complaint to all social media platforms. So to anyone reading these reviews DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS OVER PRICED OUTLET.. Go see my people in Salisbury. Save yourselves hundreds of dollars when purchasing furniture. Not only did I get my 25% discount on on-sale items, but it was just a better experience all together.

We had a great experience at Ashley Homestore Outlet. Kathleen Thomas went above and beyond to help us once we explained that we had had many issues getting help with a warranty claim. When we visited the main Ashley store, they were not helpful once they realized it wad just a warranty claim and not a sale. Kathleen took the time to help us get exactly what we wanted and provided great service! Highly recommend this location and working with Kathleen.

09/16, Ashley home furniture was set to come to my family’s home and arrived and started with no problems. miscommunication happened between delivery drivers and my family which resulted in verbal harassment by the delivery driver DEONTAE , (i have camera recording and word of mouth from 4 other people) which then resulted in Ashley home furniture leaving the rest of the things on the street and none of the furniture being set up. I spoke with the store and told me i would be contacted by the warehouse manager for the altercation and to plan another delivery/ set up date. I was NEVER contacted and i was forced to pay for a service to come and bring my things into my home and set up and finish what they didn’t. Ashley home furniture still has not contacted me or my family to make any of this right other than an automated email to bring furniture that they also lost the first time. I feel we are treated like this out of spite because of the altercation.

John and Joe were so great to work with. I wasn’t sure what I needed in our living room space of our new home. They helped me measure and were so patient with me. They were very knowledgeable about their products and took initiative to listen to my taste in style and budget. If they didn’t have it in the store, they showed me some alternatives via their online website that might better fit my space. I would definitely recommend shopping here for super deals on quality furniture! The stellar customer service was just refreshing to say the least.

Absolute worst furniture buying experience. I went into the store 5/16/23 to look at some furniture in person that I had seen online. The salesman, Tony, was nice but very pushy and persistent. He was in a hurry to get our ordered placed and in the process he had the incorrect delivery address entered in. He said it would be no problem and that he would put in the correct address with his manager. I was called not long after to schedule my furniture delivery for 5/30/23 and was told they would be giving me a call 2 days before to let me know a time. On that call I confirmed my delivery address had been corrected and they said it had. 5/30 rolls around and I had not heard anything so I called to check on the delivery time. When I called I was originally told they didn’t have the merchandise in stock, so they didn’t know how it was scheduled in the first place, then I was told they had one item in but not the other, then I was told they didn’t deliver to my address and then I was told they would be out to deliver my items on 6/6/23. I was called 6/3/23 to be told they actually didn’t come to my area on that day and it would have to be pushed out a week to 6/13/23 and that they would call me 2 days before to let me know a specific time for delivery. It is now 6/12/23 and I never received a call about my supposed delivery for tomorrow so I called back again to figure out what time they would be arriving just to be told it wasn’t scheduled and that they don’t deliver to my area. I don’t understand how it was scheduled for delivery 3 separate times if they do not deliver to my area. Complete waste of time and such a hassle to still not have the items I ordered. I’m currently waiting to have my items canceled and my refund issued so that I can go somewhere else to order what I need.

I was told by Teri that my furniture is in stock and will be delivered the 9th-10th of next month and swore up and down I will have it by then and it’s in stock. Only part of my sectional is in also, she did not put the delivery date on there when the lady called me to confirm there was no notes for my delivery date!! Just like I told the lady, if I don’t get my stuff on that exact date which was promised since she said it was in stock, I WANT A REFUND AND WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!! WAS BETTER GOING TO ROOMS TO GO LIKE I WAS GONNA DO BEFORE. I’m in sales and you never promise a customer a delivery date you always give them a range and explain why! I will not do business here or with her again.

We bought a sofa and love seat set a little over a year ago. Our shopping experience was pretty smooth, and although there was a very long delivery delay I can forgive that, there were supply chain shortages everywhere. But it’s been only a little over a year and parts of our couch have already started to collapse enough there is a notable v shaped dip in one side and collapsed lumbar support. And the other side has started to get open tears on the foot rest. This is despite light use only and generally great care of the furniture. I’d hoped to keep hold of this set for some years but at this rate part of it is already unusable without causing back pain. I’m very disappointed in the quality for what we paid.

Please don't buy any furniture from Asyia Thomas, not a knowledgeable sales associate. She just wants a quick sale. Does not have any knowledgeable on the financial aspect nor can she guide her customers. The assistant manager Melissa is a joke. No wonder why she is assistant. At first when I met with her for my initial issue she seemed to listened but then blew me off and didn't bother to call back. Most of their sales associates are sitting most of the time and don't care if a customer walks in. Delivery was terrible, they delivered wrong foundation and I waited 3 weeks for the correct one to come in. From start to end I wish I could rate a 0. Never buying here again. What a disgrace.

Very disappointed at how badly the customer service SUCKS! Went in ready to buy a couch that day and walked around for 10 minutes or so while multiple salespersons were simply just standing around laughing and joking with each other. No one working in the store even acknowledged my presence while I was looking around, never asked what I was looking for, or if I needed any help. I took my business elsewhere to make my purchase and I’m really glad I did.

I was very happy with the service I received during my last furniture purchase from start to finish! I visited the Ashley Outlet in Greensboro NC on November 14, 2022 to buy a bed I’d seen online. Joe was a great salesman who made me comfortable through the whole process. He even followed up by calling me on delivery day which went without a hitch! I was apprehensive going in because I expected the salesperson to try to steer me into a more expensive selection and to try to get me into a long expensive financing deal. But when I let Joe know I knew exactly what I wanted he did not try to sway me, and although he offered me other financing options he respected my choice when I told him the leasing company I wanted to use because I’d used them before. (It does help to know what you want before you visit the store.) He gave me a place to sit and fill out my application in comfort without the feeling of being pressured. And asa result, the whole experience was positive for me. I will return to this store with my future furniture needs and I heartily recommend Ashley Outlet of Greensboro to anyone shopping for furniture. Kudos Joe!!

Priscilla easily explained all of the customization options available to us and helped us understand our financing options. Priscilla was knowledgeable about the furniture, policies, and was very personable. We recently moved and our old furniture just didn’t fit in our new place. We decided to stop in to Ashley’s and Priscilla helped us stay in budget and get a beautiful new bedroom set that we just love!! We didn’t feel like just another customer, she was thoughtful and truly cared about what we were thinking and budgeting. She measured and helped us plan out the layout to make sure we’d be happy when we got it home. We’ll be back for a new couch soon!!!

One of the best expierence I had shopping here. At other places I felt heavily pressured to buy things but everyone here is super nice and comforting. Had great conversations with everyone especially Priscilla. I would order here again very soon.
