I visited the Ashley Homestore in Asheville, NC and Patrick and Rich helped me find amazing bar stools for my new home. They made sure I was aware of every discount and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best options available. I truly appreciate it and will definitely be back. Quality customer service really makes everything else easier.
Went looking for a set and was helped by Big Ben! He answered every question I had no matter how silly with a smile! He was upfront about any delays, etc. I always have a good experience when dealing with this store. Update: I received my furniture Easter Monday. In great condition.
This "system" they use is a joke....the furniture is good/great quality......DO NOT BUY FROM STORES, buy online instead as you can get your furniture in a week or two most cases, I been waiting for 26 weeks on furniture.......I was told at purchase to expect 8 to 12 weeks which was good....but I'm out 26 weeks with no ETA, from the superbisors/managers i spoke with is there is a flaw in their inventory and manufacturing system as when furniture is available it fills the online orders first, then store orders last which is like restaurants where they fill drive thru orders before eat in folks...just beware and have patience if you order in store
Frustrated because we ordered items in Oct 2021 and we still don’t have all of our things. It’s been 6 months and when we call they tell us they’ll keep us updated but our order is backed up. We bought a room set for our new house and already moved in and only 2 items have arrived. We paid everything in full. I get theres a shortage but its been 6 months?? no update about our furniture.
JUST LEFT THIS STORE. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Came in the store only greeted once and she quickly left. My husband tried to get someone attention because we were interested in a set. Mind you it’s about 10 associates just standing around the talking in one area. We were ready to buy furniture TODAY. When leaving a woman with headphones on looking at her phone the whole time didn’t even care. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered furniture from here in September 2021. It’s April 2022 and we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL OF OUR ORDER. Not to mention, we did not finance this purchase. Every time we call to check, we are given the runaround! Some people tell us one week, some 2 weeks, some say “we can’t give an ETA” Was offered a $50 gift card TO ASHLEYS, but in order to use it, we have to buy something else from there. YEAH, right. I will NOT be ordering from them again!
Friendly but was informed upon stepping in the store delivery would be between 8 to 16 weeks. Disappointing but appreciate the honesty.
