Paige very patiently guided me through various options to complete my existing bedroom furniture set, helping me to find exactly what I needed. I love being able to see things in person before deciding on a purchase, and this particular showroom in Greensboro is so beautifully designed! I have purchased several furniture groupings (dining room and bedroom) as well as accessories over the years and have been very pleased with all of them.

If I could give no stars I would..We bought our son a bedroom suite and we had to pick it up..We arrived to pick it up and the box was torn on the end and the end of the dresser was smashed..We didn’t take it with us and had to wait 2 weeks to get another one..Went to pick it up and the drawer rail was torn on the inside..After driving there 2 times and still not receiving the dresser part of the bedroom suite they proceeded to tell us it will take 3 days for someone to contact us..Almost a month and all we have is a bed and night stand and no dresser..Customer service was rude and could careless about our purchase..They sell junk and make you come and pick your items up and then when you get there your furniture is busted and they don’t give a darn..

I have done business with Ashley for years. We have been happy with them until our last interaction. I bought two couches with the guardian stain warranty. Everything was fine until I needed the services I paid for. After two months of chasing this, I have finally reached my limit. Ashley/Guardian have set multiple appointments to resolve an issue. They have failed to meet multiple appointments and actually told me the company was restructuring and had had multiple lay-offs. I went to Ashley today and met with the manager John for the 6 time. He finally told me that they were not responsible for the warranty problems and told me to deal with Guardian. A nice man until it came time to provide true customer service. DONT BUY THE WARRANTY FROM ASHLEY! They DONT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS.

Ben was a great help helping us choose furniture, but customer service after the order was lacking. We were told the furniture would arrive within a week, and when it did not, we received no updates. We tried to call the sales rep and then the store and were given the runaround and were told different stories. One person said the headboard for the bedroom set was on back order, though we were told when we ordered that everything was available. Then, we were told that the headboard arrived but was broken and a new one had to be ordered. Then, we were told the bedroom suit was not at the store for pickup even though we had received an email saying the furniture had been delivered. We were happy with the furniture once it was finally available for pickup, but Ashley Furniture needs to work on communication and customer service.

The mattresses are made with fiberglass and that fiberglass will eventually make it's way out no matter what. If you're reading this DO NOT BUY AN ASHLEY MATTRESS! We are currently living in a fiberglass nightmare after owning an ashley mattress for less than 2 years. We never took the cover off or messed with the mattress in any way and the entire bottom is leaking fiberglass. If you do own one check under the mattress to make sure it isn't already leaking fiberglass

I wanted to share my experience regarding the recent purchase of a queen bed set from your store. Our sales associate, Jason Gayle, was very friendly and engaging at the start of the process, helping us choose the bed set. However, the overall experience was less than ideal due to significant delays and issues with the delivery of the components. First, the mattress arrived late. Then, when the headboard finally arrived, it was broken, which led to an additional two-week wait for a replacement. Most recently, we were expecting the bed parts to arrive two weeks ago, but they have still not been delivered, leaving us with an incomplete bed set. Talked with the customer care and they said that the parts are available and will be delivered within a week. Haven’t heard anything back from them since. Will never buy again from Ashley’s.

Paige Smith was amazing to work with. Experience was the best I’ve ever had with a furniture store. She was very patient with me and allowed me to ask tons of questions! She even made suggestions about an ottoman with a couch that will work perfect on movie nights with the kids. She asked tons of details to make sure I received the perfect selection. With me having younger kids she showed me the protection furniture that was washable and will make it easier on a younger dad.

Jason did a great job understanding our needs and finding what worked for us. Update 12/26/2024: But we have not been happy with follow-up. We were given a delivery timeframe of 1-4 weeks, and it was indicated we'd probably be on the short end of that. After three weeks, my wife called the number on Jason's card and got someone else, who said our furniture was back-ordered and wouldn't be delivered until at least the end of January, and that we should have been notified of that (we hadn't been, which was why she was calling). When we did finally get an update text message a week later, it wasn't so much an update as it was a "we'll get you an update when we know more." As a manager, I would figure Jason would know current inventory and lead times to give us a better estimate of delivery. So we're really disappointed.
