I just want to say that our salesperson Elton was amazing. He was the only person in the store to speak to us and help us while no one else would. He also was the only person on the sales floor besides the manager and she didn’t bother to acknowledge us at all. He was busy with a couple when we first walked in and still spoke to us and let us know he would be right with us. Once he was done with them he came right over to us and helped us with the sectional we wanted and explained everything to us and he had to step away a few times but was very apologetic about it and would come right back to help us. I will definitely be back and hope to see him and to get his assistance again. Elton definitely deserves recognition because it was several people in there and he tried his best to accommodate everyone and make sure no one was having to wait too long. Thanks Elton for your hard work and for your great assistance!

I purchased a five year extended warranty and just got denied because I was being honest. When sitting in my recliner I sometimes prop my head with a firm pillow, and it has caused the leather to rip. So I took pictures, entered the claim and told them that it ripped and that I have been using a pillow. They denied the claim because it was not accidental and now it is final and firm. You cannot dispute it anymore, but had I said that I accidentally tripped and caused the damage with my car keys it would have been covered. That sure seems like a shady way to get out of paying a claim. So then I ask the store if they had anyone they would recommend to repair it. They did not so then I ask if I come buy a new recliner & used the store credit for the useless warranty and they said I cannot until five years is up. So, I will never be using that store credit, because I will sit on milk crates before I do business with them again.
Kathleen and Justin were absolutely superb. Very careful to attention, personable, and careful to attention! They both made our experience first class!

The prices are great and what I find online is often in the store or something is close to it and ordering it and receiving it is a quick process

He introduced us to his manager Kathleen and the two of them helped us and we are so grateful and pleased with our visit. If ever you go, definitely ask for Justin and Kathleen. They are great. On a side note, we were also acknowledged by all the associates at the store as well. The vibe is amazing.

Was going to visit here, but reviews changed my mind. I always read the bad reviews first, and see the dates. I’ve have same delivery issues with RoomsToGo. Missing parts, then wait weeks to get correct items, and delivery is at their convenience not customers. And my daughter pointed out all the 5 star reviews all of a sudden. And said places will review themselves, and/or buy reviews. I will go to Colfax Furniture, same stuff, and much much better delivery, and a nearby warehouse where you could pick it up yourself, if you choose.

I bought this table from Ashley and I payed for the warranty and they said that it will cover if anything happens to the table the table peeled off and we contacted Ashley and they said they can’t fix it or replace it we came to the store like 10 times they always tell us they will contact us and someone will come and see it but that never happened. 0 stars.

Won't ever walk into another Greensboro store. I work for Ashley furniture industries, and with my benefits I receive a 25% discount when purchasing furniture that I help build. I walked into your store today and inquire about a set of recliners that I had recently viewed at another Ashley Homestore in Salisbury and asked why the exact recliner is $899 in your store and $599 at another store and your sales person, Ty, says, "demographics and location and we don't price match" 🙄 😐 Then I tell you that I work at Ashley, and you tell me that I'd only get a 20% discount, and that's only on full priced items not items on sale. 🤨😤😡 That is not the policy ma'am. You're not only ripping me and every other individual looking to purchase furniture on price, but you're now denying me of my benifits by 5%. And for that I won't be back, nor will any of my family and friends. I plan on taking my complaint to all social media platforms. So to anyone reading these reviews DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS OVER PRICED OUTLET.. Go see my people in Salisbury. Save yourselves hundreds of dollars when purchasing furniture. Not only did I get my 25% discount on on-sale items, but it was just a better experience all together.
Sales person was great but the customer service for products that you have issues with is the worst they do not stand by their product. What I paid for a memory phone mattress less than one year they want to insult me by returning me $92 to take the mattress back after I spend a couple hundred. Mind you I have a representative come to the house they told me that mattress was no good I call back well according to their warranty it's not their problem less than 6 months old it's warped mattress got very soft on the edges and it has lumps throughout now My new I bought it because I have a bad back I had post surgery several years ago so I needed a firm mattress and it's nothing but firm. And it was their brand of mattress made by Ashley which is a piece of junk never again! And like I said I pick the mattress because it had good rating according to them and it's supposed to be firm I figured hey Ashley the big company but I was wrong that a bunch of liars. Beware of no honor from them especially when it comes to warranties they just don't care for you they just want your money.
Great sales service on day of purchase. But when it is time to call them, they really need to work on their phone system. I have called them about 10 times and never received a call back and was put on hold with never reaching a person

We had a great experience at Ashley Homestore Outlet. Kathleen Thomas went above and beyond to help us once we explained that we had had many issues getting help with a warranty claim. When we visited the main Ashley store, they were not helpful once they realized it wad just a warranty claim and not a sale. 09/16, Ashley home furniture was set to come to my family’s home and arrived and started with no problems. miscommunication happened between delivery drivers and my family which resulted in verbal harassment by the delivery driver DEONTAE , (i have camera recording and word of mouth from 4 other people) which then resulted in Ashley home furniture leaving the rest of the things on the street and none of the furniture being set up. I spoke with the store and told me i would be contacted by the warehouse manager for the altercation and to plan another delivery/ set up date. I was NEVER contacted and i was forced to pay for a service to come and bring my things into my home and set up and finish what they didn’t. Ashley home furniture still has not contacted me or my family to make any of this right other than an automated email to bring furniture that they also lost the first time. I feel we are treated like this out of spite because of the altercation.

They were very knowledgeable about their products and took initiative to listen to my taste in style and budget. If they didn’t have it in the store, they showed me some alternatives via their online website that might better fit my space. I would definitely recommend shopping here for super deals on quality furniture! The stellar customer service was just refreshing to say the least.
Absolute worst furniture buying experience. I went into the store 5/16/23 to look at some furniture in person that I had seen online. The salesman, Tony, was nice but very pushy and persistent. He was in a hurry to get our ordered placed and in the process he had the incorrect delivery address entered in. He said it would be no problem and that he would put in the correct address with his manager. I was called not long after to schedule my furniture delivery for 5/30/23 and was told they would be giving me a call 2 days before to let me know a time. On that call I confirmed my delivery address had been corrected and they said it had. 5/30 rolls around and I had not heard anything so I called to check on the delivery time. When I called I was originally told they didn’t have the merchandise in stock, so they didn’t know how it was scheduled in the first place, then I was told they had one item in but not the other, then I was told they didn’t deliver to my address and then I was told they would be out to deliver my items on 6/6/23. I was called 6/3/23 to be told they actually didn’t come to my area on that day and it would have to be pushed out a week to 6/13/23 and that they would call me 2 days before to let me know a specific time for delivery. It is now 6/12/23 and I never received a call about my supposed delivery for tomorrow so I called back again to figure out what time they would be arriving just to be told it wasn’t scheduled and that they don’t deliver to my area. I don’t understand how it was scheduled for delivery 3 separate times if they do not deliver to my area. Complete waste of time and such a hassle to still not have the items I ordered. I’m currently waiting to have my items canceled and my refund issued so that I can go somewhere else to order what I need.

I was told by Teri that my furniture is in stock and will be delivered the 9th-10th of next month and swore up and down I will have it by then and it’s in stock. Only part of my sectional is in also, she did not put the delivery date on there when the lady called me to confirm there was no notes for my delivery date!! Just like I told the lady, if I don’t get my stuff on that exact date which was promised since she said it was in stock, I WANT A REFUND AND WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!! WAS BETTER GOING TO ROOMS TO GO LIKE I WAS GONNA DO BEFORE. I’m in sales and you never promise a customer a delivery date you always give them a range and explain why! I will not do business here or with her again.

We bought a sofa and love seat set a little over a year ago. Our shopping experience was pretty smooth, and although there was a very long delivery delay I can forgive that, there were supply chain shortages everywhere. But it’s been only a little over a year and parts of our couch have already started to collapse enough there is a notable v shaped dip in one side and collapsed lumbar support. And the other side has started to get open tears on the foot rest. This is despite light use only and generally great care of the furniture. I’d hoped to keep hold of this set for some years but at this rate part of it is already unusable without causing back pain. I’m very disappointed in the quality for what we paid.

Bought a table set from Ashley approximately a year ago and it was damaged!!!! Contacted the store sent pictures and they told me they would replace it. They called maybe a month or so for me to pick up but I needed to return the table set. Get back to the warehouse. Low and behold there was no table set just the cleaner. They have texted me on several occasions to let me know my order was ready only for it not to be. Year later it’s in and now you want me to return the table set and come pick up the other again. We’re in a different city. The offer was a 25$ gift card I’m assuming to the store. NO THANK YOU I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!! Their furniture is not what it use to be

John Estrada was our sales consultant and he was amazing! He helped us find a bedroom set and a new mattress. He answered his phone on his day off and made sure to look into all of our questions the next day he was in office. It was a great buying experience so far!
Please don't buy any furniture from Asyia Thomas, not a knowledgeable sales associate. She just wants a quick sale. Does not have any knowledgeable on the financial aspect nor can she guide her customers. The assistant manager Melissa is a joke. No wonder why she is assistant. At first when I met with her for my initial issue she seemed to listened but then blew me off and didn't bother to call back. Most of their sales associates are sitting most of the time and don't care if a customer walks in. Delivery was terrible, they delivered wrong foundation and I waited 3 weeks for the correct one to come in. From start to end I wish I could rate a 0. Never buying here again. What a disgrace.
Very disappointed at how badly the customer service SUCKS! Went in ready to buy a couch that day and walked around for 10 minutes or so while multiple salespersons were simply just standing around laughing and joking with each other. No one working in the store even acknowledged my presence while I was looking around, never asked what I was looking for, or if I needed any help. I took my business elsewhere to make my purchase and I’m really glad I did.

I was very happy with the service I received during my last furniture purchase from start to finish! I visited the Ashley Outlet in Greensboro NC on November 14, 2022 to buy a bed I’d seen online. Joe was a great salesman who made me comfortable through the whole process. He even followed up by calling me on delivery day which went without a hitch! I was apprehensive going in because I expected the salesperson to try to steer me into a more expensive selection and to try to get me into a long expensive financing deal. But when I let Joe know I knew exactly what I wanted he did not try to sway me, and although he offered me other financing options he respected my choice when I told him the leasing company I wanted to use because I’d used them before. (It does help to know what you want before you visit the store.) He gave me a place to sit and fill out my application in comfort without the feeling of being pressured. And asa result, the whole experience was positive for me. I will return to this store with my future furniture needs and I heartily recommend Ashley Outlet of Greensboro to anyone shopping for furniture. Kudos Joe!!

My Mother and I visited a few weeks ago, and met a lady named Asyia Thomas. She was very very professional, knowledgeable about her mattresses, and very funny!!! We had visited several stores, but none of our experiences matched the experience with Asyia and Ashley Outlet! I'm furnishing my new home, and I'll admit I don't have quite the eye for interior design, but Drew was so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m delighted with my newest purchase, a lovely sofa that’s as comfortable to relax on as aesthetically pleasurable as it is, not to mention its affordability! My wife and I were shopping for a new living room furniture and we weren’t having much luck, we had looked at Ashley’s website and saw a couple of pieces that we liked the look of so we swung by their local showroom to see things in person. When we arrived the staff on the floor were assisting other customers but we were greeted and pointed in the direction of what we were looking for, after several minutes we were greeted by Dominique W., after she introduced herself we gave her the details of what we were looking for and our ballpark budget, unfortunately the items we went to look at were already sold out, but Dominique went to work and found us a sofa and loveseat we ended up liking more than what we saw online, Dominique then went above and beyond to see if she could keep us as close as possible to our set budget, we did end up spending a little more than we had planned but the additional features the pieces we decided on were well worth the nominally higher price, but if it wasn’t for the hard work and determination of our sales consultant Dominique, we wouldn’t have gotten the two pieces for the price we did pay, and for that we are grateful. If you find yourself at the Greensboro Ashley Outlet, ask for Dominique and you’ll be in good hands, she takes pride in her profession, constantly wears a smile and makes the experience streamlined and painless. I came here looking for a recliner as I was getting ready for knee replacement surgery. I noticed when I entered there was no one the front desk so I figured I'd walk around and soon be greeted. Unfortunately that wasn't the case at all. I walked around the whole store, even sat in a couple of recliners and the only greeting I received was from a janitor that came from the back. I understand that business may be slow or possibly short staffed but to be in a store for 10 minutes and not have anyone ask if they could help is unacceptable. As I was leaving out I saw a lady in the front office but she was on her computer so I was still unnoticed. Unfortunately that experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I would not return/recommend. I would encourage the store to invest in a alarm/bell so that the employees will be aware when customers enter the store that way if they are busy they will at least be aware and hopefully provide them with better service than I received. I gave 2 stars b/c although there was lack of customer service they did have nice furniture.

Bought some bar stools from this place today. We don't often go out for furniture but on our first try we were lucky enough to meet with Jamie the sales associate. Funny asf. An extremely knowledgeable an helpful. This guy knows his shit. An if he's at a lack there of on info. He immediately went to find it. Also knew that some people don't like to be helicoptered. My only regret is that I don't know more salespersons with that same vibe an professionalism. Also the place does take donations for food an book drives. Didn't smell like old mattresses. Superbingly a plus. You'd be surprised how often a furniture store would smell like musk. An this one didn't.
I had previously shopped online and had an idea of what we were looking for when we walked in. Daniel was our salesperson and let us wander until we picked out exactly what we wanted. We put our order in with him and talked through delivery vs pick up. We agreed on delivery with assembly and waited our three weeks for our furniture to arrive. Delivery day came about and the delivery people just dumped it all in our garage, no assembly included. I was extremely upset considered we paid over $100 for the whole kit and caboodle. I called customer service to complain and they were extremely nice and refunded our DASH cost and we just paid for delivery. Overall, it was a up and down experience but I'm happy to say they made it right and we LOVE our new furniture!

The worst place to deal with, I have been on the phone waiting for a customer service person to answer my call for 30 minutes even when the wait time is only 3 minutes. I wanted to call and check on my order that hasn't been delivered for over 5 months. I purchased in mid-November and till now they haven't delivered the bed yet. This is the last time I will ever buy anything from Ashley stores :(

I was lied to by Steadman completely about my delivery time and I wish I would've went somewhere else, because at least the reps were honest with me. He told me a time frame and when I called to check on the delivery, I was told there was a note in the account saying something different. This is just POOR business and I will not be returning work with the rep or to this store. I understand there are delivery delays but don't lie to customers for a sale. It's not right.

Great selection of home furnishings at appropriate prices. Plus plenty of sales and discounts to make the prices even better. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. Dominique was great and helped me pick out everything I needed and went the extra mile to find items in stock and find discounts to fit my budget.
Purchased 5000.00 worth of furniture, I told my salesman I needed it on the 16th. He assured it would be delivered on the 16th , since I took a full day of work off, I to am in sales. Told me I would get an email for my delivery, no email so I called checking in on my order. They told me someone would call back, I waited hours, I called back and was told they would deliver it on their next available day!!!! They lie to you in the store to get sales, don't trust this place. Canceled order, after I get a don't care attitude from the customer service girl. Beware!!!!
Great quality furniture. The sales representative who helped us at the Greensboro location was extremely helpful, and she made sure we knew up front how long it would take for the furniture to arrive. There was never any deceit or misinformation that gave us “false hope” of quicker furniture. That’s the thing though, quality furniture takes time, and we have loved our current living room sofa abs love seat set we purchased.
I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau. It has been 9 months and I still have not received the missing piece to my furniture. You had 9 months since the date of my purchase to contact me in order to repair this matter and you chose not to do so. My living room set is incomplete and I would like a partial refund. Before purchasing from this store, please go to BBB and read the numerous complaints against this store for failing to deliver and to produce items that customers have bought. Not Satisfied At All! I purchased a living room set in June that was listed as discontinued. When I received the living room set, a piece was missing. The missing item was ordered immediately. HOWEVER, IT IS OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM THAT WAS ORDERED! I have called repeatedly to check on my item and to speak with someone who can tell whether or not I will ever get this item. I have asked for a discount on the living room set since an important item is missing. My living room set looks awkward the way that it is. Ashley Furniture, you need to get this right immediately. I purchased this furniture from the store on Gate City Blvd. I will never return to any Ashley Store. I am closing my line of credit with you all. I have nothing good to say about this company.. You have disappointed me tremendously. Either I want the item that is missing from the furniture or a significant discount on this furniture. If you do not address this matter with me, then you are an awful company that does not honor and respect your customers.

Worked with Jennifer at Gate City Blvd location in Greensboro, NC. Short story: If you go there, ask for Jen. Long Story: Here is why you should ask for her. She has a wonderful, inviting, fun personality and has a great eye for detail/combining furniture to get what you are looking for. She listens closely to what you want and she will find items in the store. I had to order all new furniture due to moving across state and bringing no furniture with me. Jen made it go so smoothly and she also made it super fun. She even follows up as delivery date gets closer. She stays on top of everything. She is the perfect example of how everyone should be that works in a customer service/sales position!! You won't be disappointed working with her.
Clark and her manager Rodney were awesome! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Clark was sensitive to me needs and helped ensure that I could get my items as quickly as possible. Stedman was the most helpful person we have worked with across the board during our furniture search. My wife and I went to tons of stores and Stedman was the only person who truly helped us feel at home and okay with such a big purchase. He made the process quick and clearly explained every option we had available.
They can't deliver on their sales. I purchased furniture in April and here we face September and I'm still waiting and no one at the store seems to care.
I shopped at the Ashley Homestore Outlet for the first time this weekend. It was a wonderful experience. The furniture is beautiful, but a lot of places have nice furniture. What made the experience was the staff. Everyone was amazingly helpful. My furnishing consultant (Dominique) and the general manager (Lonnell) went the extra mile to help me and make sure I found great merchandise and that I have a pleasant shopping experience. Be sure to see Dominique. I buy a lot of furniture for my business, and Dominique is literally the best consultant who I have used. And Lonnell will make sure all the back office work is right. I will definitely shop here again. It is nice to leave a store with a smile on your face and having the experience having been low pressure and high quality all the way around.

Some of the people didn't seem to really care to help us. Also the day we went they have some guy out front like a dj playing music extremely way to loud . I my baby with me and I was worried about her hearing. It also didn't seem very professional. We ended up taking our business elsewhere where the staff seemed to care whether we were there or not and had much better quality furniture.

It isn’t cheap that’s for sure. But it is good quality. If you go ask for Big Ben!! He’s amazing, kind, and honest. We laughed the whole time. We had to of been there for 2 or 3 hours but he was patient and never pushed us to buy what we didn’t need or want. He made our trip worth it. When we go back it will be for him.
Terrible delivery on pieces. Everything that was sent was broken. 3 out 5 are broken after waiting months to come smh
Researched the mattress I wanted online. Went to the store to see it and ordered in store. I confirmed I could get old mattress removal. Maybe I dressed too casually because I was ignored while one man sat on a couch playing a game on his ipad. One salesperson walked around playing on his phone and joking loudly across the showroom with the man sitting at the desk. All of which were actively ignoring me. A couple came in and the salesman was right on top of them. (They walked out without spending a dime- don't judge a book by it's cover or me by my weekend clothes!) I was in plain sight and patiently waiting for someone to help me. I had walked over to look for the specific mattress and did not see it so I walked up front to the area where the employees were sitting/hanging out. People saw me. They didn't acknowledge me with even a nod but looked me dead in the eyes. Again, maybe I just looked too poor to waste their time. After saying excuse me a few times and being ignored I looked at the salesman and said a bit louder "can you please help me so I can get this done and be on my way? I already know what I want; I just need you to write it up and take my money please." Finally, the man sitting at the desk told the man right in front of me to help me. They didn't have the mattress I wanted so I asked if they had a comparable one I could see. This is when the salesman walked me over to the man sitting on the couch playing a game on his ipad (yes, we walked right up on him and I saw it plain as day. It was the first couch when you walked in so it seems he was simply ignoring me as I would not think they take their breaks lounging on the front row)Turns out he was the sales manager (may have been a slightly different title but it surprised me that he was so indifferent to customers yet the one in charge at least of that dept). Why did I not just leave? Because I knew what I wanted and I just wanted to order my mattress and go home. I hate shopping. It couldn't get any worse, could it???Finally, order complete- June 6. I paid in full on that day. I was told delivery would be the first week of July. Turned out delivery was the third week of July- not a big deal. Wish they would have emailed or something to let me know instead of making me call to track it down. Bed was set up and left to expand for three days. Looked ok so we slept on it. Edges did not expand as they were supposed to expand- all the way around the entire bed. My husband and I felt like we were falling backward so I raised the head of the bed. It was better, only felt like you were falling off the side. Tried calling but finally got through to someone by using the chat function. Sent pics and gave info- a tech would be out the following Wednesday to check the bed for defects. (The chat associate was extremely nice). The tech came and took pics of the bed. He used a large level and took pictures to document the 3" drop around the edges. He said it definitely needed replaced. He tried to call Ashley twice while standing at the bed but he was on hold too long so he hung up. He apologized that the mattress would need replaced but someone would call me by the end of the day... That was 10 days ago. Not a call, not an email. not a word...I called today and was on hold for a very long time so I hung up and used the chat feature. The chat associate told me she saw that they have a replacement ordered for my mattress but did not have an estimated date. I did ask if she had any idea how long it would be. I even asked if she could tell me if it would be weeks or months? She said she did not know but hoped it would not be long.Seriously, so no idea?! Not even the standard 6-8 weeks or 8-12 weeks... nothing? Why? Because you already have my money? You would think at some point they could at least give a courtesy email for something along the way. Just for an added note- 1) we received nothing the original delivery would be two weeks late (I would not have cared. You would think
I had an excellent experience at the Ashley Homestore. I was in need of a specific chair for a post hip surgery w/ a motor and they were very accommodating. I would shop here again, the chair is very well built and I purchased the additional warranty on the electric motor as well which was reasonably priced and the program allows you to carry forward the value if you do not need/use it.

I bought a living room set and a table yesterday. I had the most pleasant shopping experience ever with sales associate Angel. She helped me finalize my decision of which set to purchase by offering practical advice. She also gave me decorating ideas based on my new set and wall colors. I felt like I was shopping with family rather than being harassed into buying something I’d later regret as has been my experience at other places. Make sure when you agree to purchase something that is on display and electric that you are agreeing on electric and not manual. Whole reason i purchased my sofa and love seat was because the display was electric and thats what I was under the impression I was getting. Once it is delivered its all manual and they want an extra 200$ to switch it to electric. Person who sold it never discussed a manual version with me. EDIT: After a year the seam in the furniture has split causing the foam to break apart. DONT GET GUARDIAN PROTECTION. They will not honor warranty. Its a scam of a company and you will need to file a complaint with NCDOJ.

I keep receiving incomplete items for bedding after 3 deliveries and damaged products. I requested a refund and they refuse to give me even though I haven’t had all the correct items to begin with for 3 months. The compensation is unacceptable. Why would I want a gift card to purchase here again.

When I do get some of my items delivered it's either put together wrong by the delivery men, or I have to return them because it was manufactured wrong to begin with. Our sales associate Cody Williams was absolutely wonderful. he was so patient with my sister and I finding the perfect couch for our living room. We came in with no expectations of finding something, my sister was already frustrated with walking around the store and finding what was seemingly nothing. While we talked in the clearance room, Cody sat and waited for us to be done before pointing out two hidden gems we yet to see. He was kind, thoughtful, and made us laugh. Needless to say, my sister and I left happy. We got our couch!!! Everyone was nice there, but Cody was the light in the room. I would recommend this store to anyone, its clean and the prices are good, but most importantly, the customer service was fantastic.
My family and I have just moved here, looking for a new couch to put in our home. My sister was needing something a little bigger than 64". Cody greeted us with a friendly and very warm voice. We struggled with finding a couch online, but to no avail. While my sister and I were discussing our options, Cody waited for us to be done talking before pleasantly surprising us with two options we didn't see before. We were in such bad moods, and was very patient with us. He found the perfect couch that not only surpassed our "at least a little longer than 64"" requirement, but the price was right where we wanted it. He was the best sales associate I have ever met. Of course, everyone was nice there but, Cody was the light in the room. He made us laugh a few times. Thank you for making this trip out such an easy one. I recommend this store for everyone. Prices are good, store is clean, and the people are nice.
Wish I could give negative stars! Ashley is the worst. Ordered furniture early August, kept getting run around for delivery. Canceled order March 4th was told 7-10 days for refund. Just called and was told refund wasn't approved until March 12th! What was there to approve? I paid for furniture that you knew you never delivered . Now telling me March 24th before refund hits my acct! I bet when I call March 24th they will give me another date just like did with delivery dates. Beware when ordering.
I was in Ashley Greensboro store several months ago. We ended up ordering 2 bedroom suits and getting a few things to carry out.. Steadman was the one that helped me. This was several months ago and he is still going over and above to help me. It took a while to get our stuff in and still waiting on a mattress. Very knowledgeable and helpful not to mention a caring young man. I reached out to him on a day that was his day off and he still responded and tried to help me. I would recommend him to anyone. Great employee you have there

I just have to say.... I do absolutely love my products. It did take over 60 days to obtain my couch , recliner and rug. But I was compensated some in reference to the delay. I want to give the biggest thank you to everyone for trying there best . But the lady at the front desk ( Madeline ) was absolutely the best when it came to fixing the mess up. I have never had that quick of customer service phone call back and problem fixed ! This lady is on top of her game ! And needs a raise 😂 thank you!

I received the color I wanted and was able to pay for assembly In a timely manner. Stedman was always professional and followed up with me when I had questions. The store on W. Gate City Blvd customer service is great. Now I am waiting at the DC in Kernersville for an rug, it's taking forever!!! I understand if it were multiple pieces of furniture, but it is only one rug and I am the only customer waiting for the last 20 mins!

The worse furniture company. There is a serious lack of customer service. I have never dealt with a company that does not stand by their product like them. I purchased a bed & paid for delivery. The bed was set up I sat on it and the bed fell to the ground. The side rail cracked and I was livid. I immediately went to store and was not helped beyond a card to call customer service. Called sent pictures and the solution was they would send me a new rail. Well I didn't want a rail the bed is poorly constructed and who wants furniture that will not last. They would not allow exchange or return of it. I have battled with my credit card company and them for months and still no functional bed. Wish I read these reviews before and avoided this company. 0 stars
Poor customer service and took half a year to deliver a couch
Ordered over 8,000 worth of furniture in August 2020. It is now January 2021 and I am still waiting on my furniture. The store manager LJ is absolutely useless, and unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and filing a lawsuit.

I absolutely LOVE the bedroom set I purchased from here and Angel Ashley was an INCREDIBLE sales associate!!! She welcomed me when I came in the door and she went above and beyond to assist me without pressuring me to purchase anything. In fact, I went in to just look around but because she took so much time with me to answer all of my questions, assist me with testing out a variety of mattresses, and educating me on their products, that I purchased my set during this same visit! I love the quality and elegance of what I purchased and I would recommend anyone to visit this location and meet with Angel because she is AMAZING!!

This had to be the worst retailer I have EVER dealt with. The discounted prices do not make up for the service. I would steer anyone from here. You cannot call the store you get a regional call center hours later they may call you back then they may hang up on you. The furniture looked decent enough . I went back to the store in an attempt to cancel my order I made the night before. The little manager on duty threw his hands up like a child got a huge attitude and said &" that&'s your problem&". Yeah too many good stores around to put up with the pitiful place . So don&'t say I didn&'t warn you...
Ive been waiting for 58 days for my couch no estimated time of when it will be in. It took 53 days to get 3 tables and 2 lamps all of it was damaged, tables are scratched 1 is bowed both lampshades stained. They brought 1 piece of the couch that is the completely wrong piece. A repairman is coming to look at what's suppose to be brand new tables they still don't have a estimate of the couch. A manager sent a email to corporate so looks like we will be eating Thanksgiving in the floor. Also we paid cash the day we ordered almost $3000.00 for nothing.

Don&'t waste your time going into the store and helping the people there get money for selling you items you could have bought online for cheaper and could have gotten delivered faster. Twice I have had excellent customer service experience by Ms. McAdoo. She was very professional, patient, helpful and honest. She did not rush me to make a sale and she gave me good discounts!!!
We purchased a sectional and ottoman on August 12th and were told it would be delivered 10/1. We called last week check status and were told we were on schedule for 10/1. Today we received an automated text stating that they “do not have a firm estimated arrival at this time.” Seriously? If we had known that this would be the situation we never would have paid in full for a sectional we have yet to receive.

I got great service with a real professional at the Ashley Home Store Outlet in Greensboro NC. I had a unique situation. The lady who helped me was Elizabeth Bovenzi. She was efficient, knew her job, very cordial and a real blessing . Because of her attitude and knowledge of her job, I will refer her to everyone I know. that is furniture shopping. Avoid at all cost!
It was a nightmare! We paid full price with debit back in July. I dont think it was worth it to wait 3 months only to receive an incorrect pieces of sectional and spending all day waiting and no sectional at all. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else! Incompetent manager Lionel did not provide any solution to our problem.
In store associates are really nice and professional. The reason I am rating them 1 star is for the constant lies that the call center employees continue to spew. The ladies at the front counter setup up the delivery schedule but for what reason, I don’t know. I was quoted to receive my mattress three days after paying for a new one. I went ahead and got rid of my old mattress only to find out in hindsight that I would be waiting three weeks and counting. The biggest mistake I have made in 2020 was buying furniture Ashley’s.
They delivered my couch right on time. Contactless delivery set it up and was gone in a flash. I love it so far I wish my love seat would have come also. I can't wait to finalize my living room.

I would not recommend Ashley's Funiture. I ordered my bed two weeks after I ordered my couch in may(my couch delivery was postponed twice as well)! My Bed delivery date has been postponed twice. My orginal delivery date was July 8,2020 which was moved to Sept 5,2020. I Called today to check the status of my deliver and was informed that my bed would not be delivered until the "last week in September".It was Very unprofessional for Ashley's Funiture to not to notify me that my bed would not be delivered until I CALLED them.

I am rating the 5 stars for employee Sales Consultant Dominique Williams @ Greensboro, NC location off of Gate City Blvd who has been very helpful and professional in the delay of my order being delivered. My delivery was scheduled for 08/15/20 and on 08/11/20 I received a text advising I would have to wait another week before possibly receiving my order. It's only because of the kindness, understanding and professionalism of responding to my concerns from Dominique that has kept me calm in this situation. Thank you Dominique!
The prices were very affordable, and I was impressed with the quality of the furniture. I received a warm welcome from the moment I walked inside the store, and this made me feel comfortable with buying my furniture with Ashley. The salesperson Angel was very knowledgeable and attentive. Last but not least, the "Delivery Duo," who delivered my furniture were very professional in the handling, and set up of my furniture. It was a great all-around experience!

Dustyn is the best! I had to furnish my entire home after moving and starting fresh. He is so knowledgeable! He took his time helping me find things that match for my home, which I really appreciated because I had no idea what I was doing lol. He was patient and so nice! A breath of fresh air! DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE IN GENERAL NOT JUST THE OUTLET!!! Especially if you live in NC! This was the worst service follow up & delivery experience I have ever had. The Ashley Outlet associate in Charlotte, NC named Daniel started off great but made a mistake with the delivery address which differed from the billing address. Trying to change the delivery address weeks before the delivery date was a nightmare. We drove back to the store and Daniel said he would follow up by calling us that evening once he heard back from the delivery dept. We never received a call which then snow balled into many other issues.I took a day off on 7/14/20 to receive the delivery that never came. When I called Ashley Furniture they said the delivery date had changed due to the address change that they themselves could not rectify. On top of that no one from their company bothered to notify us that the delivery date had even changed. After hours on the phone with a pleasant service rep named Jennifer she assured me the address was changed and guaranteed the delivery to Saturday 7/18/20. I called two days in a row prior just to ensure that all was on track and Nicholas + another rep named Jennifer both on separate calls that I made (in addition to others) assured me that the address was now correct & delivery was indeed on Saturday 7/18/20. Of course the delivery never happened and when we called we were told that due to the address change (their company could not get right) they could not deliver until the following week on 7/21/20. Please keep in mind I had called their customer service 5 times to confirm prior to the 7/18/20 delivery in which I was told each time everything was good to go.I was also told that they could not discuss any compensation due to delivery issues or loss of pay due to taking time off for their lack of delivery until all deliveries were received. And yes, we have another backordered delivery we are waiting on in August!This company along with the follow up and communication is HORRIBLE! I would advise to look elsewhere if you are thinking of shopping here. There are many other retailers with same competitive prices that we can all shop at.
Dominique is the reason why I shop here ! She is the best and helped me with my needs but didn't do that annoying constant hover that most sales people tend to do. She was great and this locations has wonderful furniture deals! Highly suggest but make sure you ask for Dominique

I had a great experience both times at Ashley in the past two weeks. Cody Williams helped me find the perfect dresser and couch to match my home. He was very patient and kind while helping me pick out what works best for me. He and the general manager help me make sure everything I purchased was something could afford and love forever. I've purchased several things from this location over the past year or so, and always had a wonderful experience, and picked up some great pieces at awesome prices. My dad and I stopped in this past Sunday to shop, and we were helped by Terea, one of the consultants there, who is just awesome. She took our time with us; made us feel appreciated and at home, addressed all of our needs, and gave us very valuable information and insight. I placed a order for a bed in january.taylor was my sales person and dod an awesome job. I have been payijg on my bed and mattress since jan yet come march 26th when i was suppose to have my bed delivered to my nee apartment i get a call the day before statijg ly bed is out of stock.they are only waiting for the rails for my bed.i get rescheduled for delivery the following monday and get a call the friday before the bed is out of stock again. I am rescheduled yet again for another deivery daye and get another call that the bed is still out of stock just to get YET ANOTHER DELIVERY DATE.instead of offering me picking out something else or doing something to compensate me for a bed i have been paying for for 2 months they keep giving me new delivery dates and im being told they dont know when the rails will be on. The rep offered a 100 dollar off coupon for something else from ashley furniture.at this point I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN!!! I Went to get my money back just for them to offer me loaner rails and my delivery back.that is not good enough...anyoje that wish to order from ashley think twice.they showed no care nor concern for my situation.they need to retrain or reconsider thier customer service reps
The Ashley HomeStore Outlet is a great local store, conveniently located with a decent selection. You can find a new piece of furniture that fits your budget. If you need to purchase one new piece of furniture then definitely stop by to speak with the friendliest sales consultant, Dominique Williams. She is a sweetheart and she is super knowledgeable. Most importantly, she can find that one item that works the best for your room and your pocketbook.
Dustyn is the absolute best. Definitely coming back just for him. He got me the hookup on a full living room set delivered. Delivery crew was also pretty great. The delivery itself was rescheduled a couple times but I wasn't in any rush.
Would like to commend Tanya McAdoo of the expert customer service received from her in the store with the replacement of a mattress. The Burlington store could take a lesson in the way a prospective customer should be treated. Excellent Management!
I have been in this store twice and both times I had HORRIBLE experiences! Upon walking in the door on my first visit I was almost ran over by the sales rep. She made it very obvious that she gets commision and was just trying to make the sale. I came back a second time because someone price matched the sister company on Stanley road. I ended up calling the police, the SAME sales rep (DOMINIQUE WILLIAMS) was there. She lied on me and screamed at my cousin and I when we were only trying to get my grandmother a recliner before she came home from the nursing home! Never Again!
I stopped in today for a new sofa! Angel Ashley was so informative and took the time to go over all my options! I can’t wait to get the Nemoli sofa in my home next week! Thank you for one of the easiest and best furniture shopping experiences I’ve had to date!
After thousands upon thousands of dollars of merchandise purchased here I will no longer be shopping here. Time to move on to their competitors: 08/2013 purchases a dining room and living room set. Delivery was over 6 hours late and forgot several pieces which I had to go pick up from the warehouse even after paying over $100 for delivery 11/2016 purchases yet another living room and dining room set. Brought the wrong couch. When I stated this was the wrong couch they asked if I could just deal with it. No!? New couch came with loose and uneven thread, so ended up being delivered a third couch 2/2020 purchased a mattress and was lied to about the return policy by the sale representative during the time of purchase. Time to cancel my Ashley's credit card and move on! Hopefully other people can avoid multiple bad experiences by avoiding this store.
I won't go there for anything else ever! Poor communication, they can't stick to delivery schedule because every time they say they are going to deliver something they cancel and say it's damaged and it will be another 2 weeks after already waiting 2 weeks. Go anywhere else!!
We are working on trying to find one specific piece of furniture for our house. We had been to several stores that day already and had not received any help at all. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a salesperson. We told him what we were looking for, he showed us the few pieces he had, and then went online to try and help us find what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we were not able to make a purchase at the store because they simply did not have anything available at the moment. We went ahead and looked around the store for a bit, and we greeted several times by salespersons making sure we did not need any help.They were all pleasant and helpful, which makes shopping so much more enjoyable.

Michael greeted us at the door and answered all of our questions. He was very polite and helpful. He helped us find the exact furniture that we wanted for our home and had us checked out in under an hour. We were very impressed.

My husband and I visited Ashley HomeStore Outlet yesterday in search of a reclining loveseat for our RV. Our sales consultant was Taylor Hendrix; and this young lady was amazing. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her manager was equally helpful and even assisted in loading our loveseat. Ishmael was great as well! I am sad to be leaving this review. Most of my reviews are always positive but the experience I had dealing with Ashley’s homestore has been very poor. I purchased an Enola sectional on November 24, 2019. It was to be delivered December 10, 2019. Three days before the 10th we were called to confirm the delivery. I took the day off to be here when it arrived. The day before the delivery day we got called saying they were not going to be able to deliver until December 16th. It was already too late for me to tell my job that I no longer needed the day off. On December 16th the delivery guys arrived around 10:00AM. We chose to only have delivery to save the $100 assembly fee. After the delivery guys left I realized I was missing a piece. I quickly called Ashleys and was told to email pictures of what I did have. I was told they would stop by sometime to drop it off but wasn’t sure if I’d be that same day. So here I am stuck at home afraid to leave and miss the delivery guys. Thankfully it arrived that day around 5:30 PM. My husband gets home and starts to assemble it when he notices a dip on one of the couches. With further inspection we found out it’s BROKEN. It must had been dropped. Which broke the couch and tore the fabric a bit on the corner. Once again I called Ashleys. They made a report to send a technician out. But it way MY job to call them when I received the “parts” for the technician to come out. In the mail I received fabric. Not sure how the technician was going to fix a broken couch with fabric. But eventually the technician came January 6, 2020! He was supposed to come between the hours of 1pm-5pm. I also took the day off again. He arrived at 5:20!!! I get off at 3:30pm. I could have work if I’d of known he was going to show up late. The technician pulled the fabric off, attached a wooden piece the the broken piece, and stretched out the original fabric so you couldn’t see the little rip. Keep in mind that we paid over $2,000 for this piece. It has barely been a week that the technician came and the black fabric that covers the underneath part of the couch has fallen off!! I called them hoping I could exchange this 1 couch because I am paying for a NEW piece and not a refurbished piece that now has added wood pieces to it and keeps needing work done. All they offered was to send the technician out again to fix the problem. And if he couldn’t fix it then they would exchange it. I know he can fix the problem. The issue is that I am paying for a NEW piece! They could have offered a discount at least with everything we’ve dealt with but sadly no. I am a 26 year old making adult purchases, and it’s frustrating having to deal with greedy companies like this. They DO NOT strive for customer satisfaction! Take your hard earned money to a place that will provide the best services for you!
Bought some furniture in the store December 20 the earliest delivery date they had was Jan 7. I received a text message two days ago to confirm delivery for Jan 7 between 2:30-5:30pm. No one showed up. Tried to call customer service for delivery and they close at 5pm. Tried to call the store and they didn’t answer multiple times. Poor customer service.

My fiancée and I were looking for a set of living room sofa and loveseat and we met an outgoing and respectful guy named Michael Davis that was currently working. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose the right set for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to talk to him again if we were looking for furniture. Thank you again Michael Davis. And thank you for loving your job and loving to help others, not just for your benefit, but for the benefit of the customers.
It's nice stuff in there but to have things separate like a bed but with the bed you need a certain mattress topper and then before you know it a bed you was expecting to spend a certain amount on is now 3x more than you was told because you can't one without the other. I felt like it was too much for me but, to each is own.
Worked today with Michael Davis and had a great experience. Recommend this store and this associate.

Drew Matlick is literally the worst sales person that I've ever dealt with and finding out that he's also a manager makes this whole situation even worse. He hung up the phone on me Monday without even telling me how it where to go to get my refund processed. I had to call your customer service number again today and thankfully Nekia explained it all to me. I'm still shocked that 3 days later no one from corporate has reached out to me to right Drew's wrong. I'll never purchase anything from Ashley furniture again! I just recently bought some furniture here. The furniture was nice, and my salesperson was nice. However the rest of my experience was horrible. I paid for the white glove delivery and was told they would remove my old furniture that never happened. So now I had furniture piled up in the same room. When I talked with the manager he was rude. The lady at the counter had to be the most miserable person ever. She seemed determined to piss everyone off. I have yet to enjoy my new furniture its been over a week. The coffee table they sent me was damaged and I'm still waiting for a replacement. Save yourself some time and go to one of the .any other furniture stores in the triad. Ashley Furniture gets an F-Minus in my book
I have visited Ashley many times this month as they've been marking down clearance and there has been a particular couch I've had my eye on. I've waited patiently until the markdown was where I needed it to be and I called today after working with Shannon for weeks to speak with his supervisor to see if the couch was reduced anymore. He told me in order to split the couch away from the set, it would have to be a lower discount. But agreed to make me a deal because I had been in the store so many times to inquire about it. Shannon has been so helpful through all of this and has genuinely had my best interest at heart.
Tonya McAdoo was the salesperson that worked with me. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn't use high pressure sales tactics to get my business. Once she went over the pricing with me she left me alone to make my decision. I was able to get a beautiful living room set at an affordable price. Happy customer:)

There shipping department is awful. I bought $2,500 sectional on July 19, 2019. A month later the sectional still was not delivered. I set up for it to be deliver 2 different times. The first time it was set up to be deliver between 5pm-8pm. They call me the day of delivery and said that they had some cancellations and they will be delivering my furniture at 1pm( over 4 hours earlier then what I agreed to).so I had to reschedule. The next time I schedule my delivery for 3pm. I switch my hours at work so I would be home. Ashely furniture shipping department called me the day of delivery and said, they had some cancellations. My furniture will be deliver at 1pm. I told them I was still at work but my mom was there. I had the white gloves treatment now, because of the shipping issues last time. They said I didn’t have the white glove treatment and they could only drop my furniture off at the street.After going back and forth with Ashely furniture shipping and Ashely furniture store they said they would give me the white glove treatment. They arrive at my house at 1pm. The workers was rude and disrespectful to my mother. They said the room had to be cleared out before they could set it up. So they left with my furniture and said I had to reschedule. Half of my living was clear for my sectional, but they said they needed more space. I spent a couple of hours on the phone, while I was at work, trying to get my furniture delivered. I was so upset I went to the store and told them to cancel my order. They offered me 50 dollars but after the furniture is delivered. I said no thank you. Without me knowing or giving my consent. They schedule my furniture to be delivered the next week. After talking to five different people, letting them know I never gave my consent for this to be deliver and I will not give them a penny if this furniture is delivered. The furniture was never delivered but I was charged for the furniture. I had to report fraud on my credit card and have to wait about 60 days for it to be cleared up. Buying furniture and getting it delivered should never be this hard.

So sad that I didn’t read these reviews before we purchased a couch from here. Actual experience in the store was fine but delivery experience is A JOKE. We have waited 12 days to have our couch delivered we get a call Wednesday telling us that our couch will be delivered between 6-9 PM on Friday. WE CONFIRM. On Friday we get a text at 6:03 that they will be here in 30 minutes. We get to 6:43 and no couch, no knock, we open our windows so we can see if anyone is coming, nothing. So my husband calls and they say they tried to deliver and we weren’t home, WHAT?!?! We literally never left because we have known for 12 days that we are receiving this couch!!!! And now they say it can’t be delivered until the 13th another week from today, again WHAT??? This is absolutely unacceptable customer service! We live in an apartment on the top floor and they say they have pictures of our building and doors which mean absolutely nothing to me considering you can take a picture of the building from inside a car and you can also make a mistake and go to the wrong door and take a picture of their door considering there are multiple doors that are the same number as ours. We now have no couch because we got rid of ours because we knew we had a couch coming today. This is all in hopes of getting this “resolved tomorrow” while we sit in our house with no couch while they enjoy their Friday night. I have no doubt in my mind that the delivery team was extremely dishonest tonight and this is why I will NEVER do business with any Ashley furniture EVER again.
Worst ever experience!!! I went to the store and picked out what I wanted, then they delivered it and it was the wrong color. They said that my eyes must not be working properly and then they told me that they had filters on their lighting in the stores and too bad, I could not return it now since it was already in my home.TOTAL BS!!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!You will certainly be disappointed.Oh and to make it worse, the manager would not even speak to me and the salesperson said "too bad".JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!
We visited this store yesterday and was blown away by the pricing, the amazing customer service and patience each of them showed. We had our youngest of three with us which ca be difficult and distracting at times and they treated us like famiy! They were all so kind and went over and beyond to help make our dreams come true with new furniture. We worked with Domimique and Lonnell (the manager) also assisted us . They were both so helpful, patient, and just amazing to work with. I cannot imagine going any where else to purchase more pieces in the future. You must check it out for yourself. You will not regret it ! We will definitely be back ! Thank you all who helped us yesterday!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE IF it were possible to give NEGATIVE stars, Ashley Outlet would receive them all. The only positives were my salesperson Teresa and The warehouse delivery man Steve Davis. The horror story begins with being told I would have to wait weeks for delivery, I ordered and paid for a bedroom suit in 7/15/19 delivery was scheduled for 8/16/19... I agreed to that but on 8/13 i get a text message saying ... all of my order did not come in (no nightstand or rails or frame) and they would need to reschedule, mind you we had gotten rid of all my sons furniture knowing delivery would be in a few days... upset I called back and asked if they could bring my sons mattresses and dressers so at least he would have something to sleep on. On 8/16, the delivery drivers brought most of item but the way the bed was set up the mattress could not be used, I spoke with Lonnell Johnson the store manager, who at that time tried to be helpful and we discussed that the items would come in and they would deliver on 8/23 and for the inconvenience they would be sending me a customer appreciation card & I would have it before school started. Next on 8/19 I get a text message saying deliver would be 8/26.. by this point I’m livid, call the store to find out Mr Johnson isn’t in and may be going on vacation, but he may have came by the store and they would have him call me, the lady On the phone looks up my order and tells me in the computer my items are in the warehouse and she does not understand why I can’t get my items by Wednesday since they can usually deliver within two days. She puts me on hold and talk to Carly another manager and was told that they were behind on delivery and they couldn’t get to me until Monday but I could go by the warehouse and pick my items up, I explained that I had paid $149.99 delivery fee and I could pick the items up but somebody would need to come put them together. I asked for Mr. Johnson to call me back and ask for his bosses number which they said they couldn’t give me a number for him (John Nobles who I was told was the area manager) because he only communicated through email so I sent him a email and asked for a car back which I still have never gotten. I decide to go by the store and upon entering the store I saw Mr. Lonell Johnson and he proceeded to try walk by and I stopped him explain who I was( as I had called the store 20 minutes before to be told he wasn’t there) And very dismissive he says that my items won’t be delivered till Monday, I explained that’s not what he told me on the phone that he told me the 23rd , he said he never told me that, and in the process I just told them I wanted a full refund and he told the other manager Carly to give me a refund and he left the store. While Carly was processing my refund Mr. Johnson called back and said they could fix my sons bed by bringing an I frame, and believe it or not they could do this the very next day, Carly She proceeded to show me on her computer with the I-frame would look like that is not what they brought to my house I also asked her to show me on the floor what it would look like and there was a man but she told me it would be it was more sturdy that the roll slays, so the next day they came put the I frame up it did not work the mattress was falling through the I-beam into the floor which was a safety hazard for my son and which made the mattress unstable. I again email the area manager John Nobles and still again and receive no Response, After much debate with the delivery drivers one of them ended up going back to the warehouse and finding a set of slacks that fit my son’s bed miraculously that same afternoon, the I-beam was never removed from the bed and the new slats were just placed on top of them. Having both on the bed made a lump in the mattress, At this point we will have to remove the I frame and the need roll slats to be screwed in.. which we will have to do... again after we paid &149.99 for delivery and set up. I did call the store and talk to Carly to explain to her about the mattress there was never an apology or offered to come out and fix the bed. I will never buy furniture from Ashley again and I hope after this view you will not give them your business either there is much more to this story that I couldn’t even post, Oh and the customer appreciation card finally came in the amount of $50 on 8/26
They have great people in the store. The manger is good with his associates and tries hard to get you to buy from them but i think he has been drinking the kool aid. Im told Ashley is the best out there and again the sales peopke went above and beyond but after i purchased the ball was dropped completely. They changed delivery date twice and when i got furniture it was dinged up by two hispanic movers who spoke spanish while assembling and they didnt bother to tell me where the dings were and i had to ask if they had everything which they did not. Bed set missing 2 big drawers and i have to wait another two weeks to get that. Plus..they mentioned i may be charged. You have to sit around all day bc they wont give you a time until last minute and that is not practical for someone who works and has no other adult. Assembly was poor the post under the bed came out and it looks unsturdy. They obviously didnt care because its not their time or money. The mangement at store has good intent but Ashely as a company is not one i recommend. Had better experience with badcock..im still waiting on Ashley. Not to mention you have 24 hours to cancel or they charge re stock fee even tho they havent even done anything because u wait so long for your furniture anyway. I wish i had chose another company. Just have to be honest

Why did I get that call, yet no one is here did something happen? The customer service line should always be open if there are operating hours so that way we can get in contact with someone. I did find they had an online track your delivery website. On that site you are able to write a message to your service team so I did. But never heard back, no call, text, or email notifying me about the delivery or that everything was okay. The delivery wasn't even my main concern at that point. My concern was they said they would be here in ten minutes and never showed, was there an accident, did something happen? But nope don't communicate that with your concerned customers. Finally it's 12:30 and the guys show up with no call to notify me they were on their way. They delivered my table. But the dresser was not delivered as the legs were broken. Then I was told it was the last one in stock and was also a discontinued item so I said well return it and I'll find a new dresser elsewhere. I was then told if I did not get a dresser from Ashley furniture then it means I am cancelling part of my order and have to pay a 10% cancellation fee. This is rediculous I shouldn't have to pay a fee for that at all. It came to me broken and I can not get a new one. This is not my fault it is the Ashley furniture stores fault and they should own their mistakes. So I called the store because now I am beyond heated. I find out my kitchen table and chairs are now not going to be delivered until the 30th!! That's more than a month from when I ordered it. And there's nothing they can do to get it out sooner. I explained I should be priority based on the situation. Dawn the rep I spoke with advised me "sorry but you're not top priority I know you think you are but we have thousands of customers" okay, now that I understand, however there is a way to say that and that is not the way to do it. Now I'm even more pissed. She told me as for the dresser, once it's returned, they will waive the cancellation fee.

Customer service not good. All I wanted was a bar stand. Went in ready to pay cash I lady was ready to go home could not help other was helping someone with credit card after she finish look at me and said some is in front of you. Which he was doing something with 2 cards all she had to do was ring me up take my cash and I would have been finished. No I waited 15 mins so they lost business just on that. And when I walked in manager like make sure u give a good review. Ok I did smh
Great deals on nice furniture sets! The sales people are nice and professional. My toddler accidentally broke a vase when we visited this store, but the managers were kind enough to not charge us for it.
I originally went to the wrong location so by the time I got here it was 5min to close! I was still greeted in a professional manner, not like they were aggravated that I showed up right before closing time AND on a Friday! Theresa helped me and she was awesome!!! Very sweet lady & very helpful! The general manager Lonnell was also extremely nice & very helpful. I am glad I made it here on time or I would have never found the furniture my daughter was looking for & most likely would not have had such a positive purchasing experience !! Thank you guys!!!!
The packages for furniture is amazing. The customer service was also amazing. Amy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. The manager was also very kind with assisting me regarding payment options. I recommend everyone to get furniture from here, you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a sofa and two mattresses on July 2nd. Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted so the only thing that my very nice Salesman, Shannon actually sold me was white glove delivery. Shannon checked his tablet and told me good news, they had all but one piece in stock in their warehouse. Guaranteed delivery on July 20th. I was a bit disappointed having to wait but it is what it is. Today, 4 days before my guaranteed delivery date I received a call coldly stating that only one half of my sofa could be delivered on time and maybe the rest could be there by July 27th. I explained that I was guaranteed delivery, was in a new home with only bed and had my daughters Birthday party scheduled and needed furniture. Caller didn’t apologize said it wasn’t put on truck and I had to wait. Nothing they could do. So I called my nice Salesman who told me to hang on cause he couldn’t help. I am then told by another lady that I can get my furniture if I drive to Kernersville and pick it up myself. I tell her that this is unacceptable. She said she would have someone else call. Hours later the store manager, Christian called and said he was going to make some inquiries and call me back. All day waiting and no call back. Poor customer service is an understatement. I am a Realtor who will pass this information on to all of my clients along with the over 800 apartment homes that I manage in this region.
Do not shop here they make nothing but useless promises that they cannot deliver on. Placed a order a month ago still waiting for half my order to come only to find out if you can’t be there at the exact time they give you then you can’t have it delivered. I have tried dealing with multiple people and nobody seems to have any answers for me or cares to help solve the problem. Xavier only cares about selling and the GM just doesn’t care at all about representing the company he works for. This is the first and last time I deal with this company, Rooms To Go should have been where I went to begin with.
Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. While the prices are good the customer service is terrible. I was given a date for pick up in Fort Mill, got there and they said the sales person gave me the wrong date and the couch wasn&'t available. The distribution center said they couldn&'t help me so I had to go back to the store where I demanded free delivery which they did give me and scheduled the delivery. The delivery then was rescheduled 2 times after that. So now we are on date 4 where the window they gave me was 12:30-3:30, no one shows up so I call and they inform me that they are 90 minutes behind schedule but never had any intention of calling and telling me that. I couldn&'t wait and was told they would call me on Monday to reschedule. Not shockingly I heard nothing and made the call to reschedule, 2 more weeks until they can schedule the next delivery. So still sitting on a couple chairs and maybe I&'ll see my couch almost 2 months after the date of purchase. There sales team and distribution teams clearly don&'t talk and the people employed are clearly not given any authority to truly handle customer complaints. It is quite possibly the worst display of customer service I have ever seen and will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again.
I was greeted at the door imadeatly. Told the gentlemen what I was looking for. He showed me several recliner. I found what I was looking for after sitting in what I favored. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I went back next day and bought another rocker recliner

The price was listed as $1299 after at least 30 min the sales person comes back and has two sheets in his hand. The "original price " sheet and the "deal sheet". I notice he's trying to distract us with typical sales person tactics so I request to review the sheets myself. That's when I realized what was supposed to be $1299 was now over $2100 and the "deal" had a total of $1900+. How did this sectional almost double in price when the configuration was identical to the listed price on the sign with the exception of one ottoman? Not only did they not proce match, they fully intended on charging nearly twice the listed price. We opted not to purchase and will not return because of this experience.

We were there for 20 minutes looking for a dining table and none of the salesman offered any help.
The sales manager Xavier was nice and I placed an order yesterday however when I returned today to add to my order after being able to measure I encountered the GM Lonnell who was extremely rude and arrogant so much so I canceled my entire order and took my money elsewhere. Beware they will lie to get that purchase and screw your in the end!!! Take your business elsewhere!

Ordered bedroom set, living room set, extra bed and dining room set at the end of February 3 weeks before moving to a new house. Sales manager Xavier assured me everything except 2 small pieces is in stock and will be delivered right after we move(promised date was March 18th). However on contract it said April 11th delivery date because of the 2 pieces not in stock. Xavier assured me the rest of the furniture will be delivered on promised date. I learned that promise was just to make quick sale and was a flat out lie. Eventual delivery got pushed back without any notification from the store to April 27th(that's already month and a half later than promised). I had to call the store and ask why my delivery got rescheduled and nobody notified me. That's when I learned that half the furniture is not even going to be delivered on April 27th. So fast forward million phone calls and 3 separate deliveries, and exchanging defect delivered nightstands, I finally got all furniture delivered on May 23th. Furniture is not even that good of a quality, please stay away from this nightmare of a store. I wasn't even offered a discount or apology from the store manager. They just said if I cancel the order I will have to pay 25 percent restocking fee which is ridiculous because they did not even have the furniture in stock. Worst customer service experience I ever had. Will report them to BBB and everywhere else I can.
Don't waste your time unless you live local or drive your own delivery truck. Just wasted an hour or more of my Mother's day getting my hopes up that I'd soon have a new living room only to be told they don't deliver to my zip code, even though I told our sales person where we would need it delivered very early in the conversation and she assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. Liar just hoped it wouldn't be a problem so she could score a fat commission on me. Never mind that she ruined my Mother's day in the process.
Absolute nightmare. We bought a couch, rug, bedframe and mattress. The first thing that went wrong was the salesmen in the store told us we didn't need boxspring for this model of bedframe. After the first delivery, I sat on the bed and went straight down to the floor. Then a day later, customer service calls me, to ask why we refused the drawers that are attached to the bedframe under the bed. They never brought them when they delivered the bed frame so how could we have refused them? ...So we ordered the boxspring from Ashley furniture and try and get that delivered. Just got the text message that they were 45 minutes away, but they sent it to our billing address instead of our home address. You would think they would send the boxspring to the same place as they have delivered our other furniture. My wife and I have been sleeping on the mattress on the livingroom floor for 2 weeks now waiting for the boxspring. And now the earliest cannot be delivered for 5 more days. We are also still waiting on the rug (we did actually know this was on backorder) and drawers for the bed frame to be delivered. The quality of the furniture has been good so far, but it is an absolute circus trying to get it to our house.
The prices listed a lot of savings compared to the actual store. You have the ability to mix and match table sets with packages created. Tim Spear was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely come back to get new furniture because of the sales rep and prices.

I had went to 5 other furniture stores before going to Ashley Outlet on Gate City Blvd. I was looking for something specific and after all my searching I found exactly what I wanted and below my budget I was sticking too. All thanks to a FABULOUS sales consultant Taylor Hendrix. She was so pleasant, patient and very informative in what the store had to offer. I highly recommend asking for Taylor Hendrix when you are there!

Can I give 0 stars???? The sales lady knew exactly what we wanted (I made it very clear what we wanted), she came up with a price we were ok with (for an entire king bedroom suite and mattress set) got us back into the store and had excluded 2 pieces in her figure. I had found it much cheaper online and she asked the manager about price matching and he was VERY rude about it and said they don't price match that place. I will NOT do business there and do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Good customer service goes a long way.
Taylor was extremely helpful! She was very knowledgeable about the furniture. Taylor made sure that we were comfortable (and happy) with our decision, and that I was getting my money's worth. She wasn't a pushy saleswoman. She helped me look up items that weren't in her store, and went above and beyond to make sure the sectional I got was the one that I wanted. She made it more about me and my family, and less about making a sale. I would gladly return to the Ashley Homestore Outlet, should I need furniture in the future.

This furniture is cheap and will breakdown on you. I had mine less than a year and it’s been a mess. I actually threw out the sectional (the springs were broke when I got it home). Called Ashley’s and they said somebody would call me about it (never happened). Also the legs to my table was broke out of the box. They so called replaced but sent the wrong part. So I called them (spoke to the manager) and they said they would send me another table. Here it is 2 months later and still nothing. I will never shop here again. Went to colfax furniture for my replacement set which I paid for. BEWARE!!!!
Do not order anything from this store!!!!!! We ordered a living room set including rug, table set, and 2 lamps back in November. Here it is January 2nd, 2019 and no table set or lamps!!! Even when we had a scheduled delivery, it would change last minute or they overbooked!!! They are so unorganized, say one thing and do another!!!
