The experience I had was a memorable one for sure... So much so I recommend my MOTHER to visit this store within that same week! I have gone to this location in the past and always had wonderful people helping me, ALWAYS! However, this particular visit was mind blowing!! Had a GREAT experience working with Jordan Angie! He stuck with me, showed me several pieces, gave me multiple purchase options, wasn't pushy & didn't make me feel pressured. Loved how upfront he was and u willing to waste my time. I found the perfect 3 piece bedroom set! Furthermore, I wish I remembered the delivery guys names because they were awesome! So nice, friendly, quick, efficient, & helpful. 100% recommended shopping this Ashley location!

We had a great experience at Ashley Homestore Outlet. Kathleen Thomas went above and beyond to help us once we explained that we had had many issues getting help with a warranty claim. When we visited the main Ashley store, they were not helpful once they realized it wad just a warranty claim and not a sale. Kathleen took the time to help us get exactly what we wanted and provided great service! Highly recommend this location and working with Kathleen.
Jordan is the man! Walked in and got helped very quickly, and ended up buying more than I intended. But with the friendly service and great prices I still walked out right under budget.
