I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau. It has been 9 months and I still have not received the missing piece to my furniture. You had 9 months since the date of my purchase to contact me in order to repair this matter and you chose not to do so. My living room set is incomplete and I would like a partial refund. Before purchasing from this store, please go to BBB and read the numerous complaints against this store for failing to deliver and to produce items that customers have bought. Not Satisfied At All! I purchased a living room set in June that was listed as discontinued. When I received the living room set, a piece was missing. The missing item was ordered immediately. HOWEVER, IT IS OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM THAT WAS ORDERED! I have called repeatedly to check on my item and to speak with someone who can tell whether or not I will ever get this item. I have asked for a discount on the living room set since an important item is missing. My living room set looks awkward the way that it is. Ashley Furniture, you need to get this right immediately. I purchased this furniture from the store on Gate City Blvd. I will never return to any Ashley Store. I am closing my line of credit with you all. I have nothing good to say about this company.. You have disappointed me tremendously. Either I want the item that is missing from the furniture or a significant discount on this furniture. If you do not address this matter with me, then you are an awful company that does not honor and respect your customers.

Make sure when you agree to purchase something that is on display and electric that you are agreeing on electric and not manual. Whole reason i purchased my sofa and love seat was because the display was electric and thats what I was under the impression I was getting. Once it is delivered its all manual and they want an extra 200$ to switch it to electric. Person who sold it never discussed a manual version with me. EDIT: After a year the seam in the furniture has split causing the foam to break apart. DONT GET GUARDIAN PROTECTION. They will not honor warranty. Its a scam of a company and you will need to file a complaint with NCDOJ.
