I had such a great experience! Ashley's had a great selection of couches (what I was shopping for), and the staff was very friendly. The employee that helped us, Shayne Griffin, was incredibly friendly, and really did a excellent job helping us pick a couch. He was not pushy, and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was a true professional, and I would encourage you to ask for him by name if you go in.
If you’re looking for a sales person at this location, please choose Kevin Cooper. From the moment I walked through the door, his burst of energy and willingness to help was exactly what I needed. I absolutely felt no pressure at all and he stood by me through my indecisiveness and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase choice. I can’t recommend him enough and will be definitely purchasing from him again.
I picked out the perfect bed. I will definitely be coming back for more furniture. I had the pleasure with working with Paula Collins she was so helpful and made everything a breeze. And I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. I just wanted to say Thank you for having people like her, It's very refreshing to be greeted with a warm smile. By far the worst customer service. They can’t do math and will hang up on you for requesting a refund behind their own errors. Highly disappointed with the staff.
