Jason & Adam [Hickory location] were both friendly and helpful making this an easy purchase. Delivery was awesome! Guys set up new sofa and were gone in 10 minutes. Two weeks with the new sofa and still happy! It's so comfortable that I cannot wait until my next fight with my wife so I can sleep on it!
Brian was very helpful. He showed us exactly what we were looking for. Not high pressured at all. That’s what I enjoy about a shopping experience. He answered every question I asked and took extra time to make sure I saw all of my options. After considering a sectional or sofa and loveseat I decided matching electric recliners with charging ports would be more of a movie theater look I am going after.
I definitely recommend you go see Brian. He made it really easy for my husband and I to take the time we needed to try out any of the mattresses we wanted to try. He was patient and did not try to push us into buying, but instead offered knowledgeable advice and suggestions so that we could make a well thought out decision. the employees in this store are so nice and helpful! we worked with brian and he was AWESOME. highly recommend him, especially for mattresses. he knows anything and everything about mattresses. and he was extremely nice and patient with us and answered all of our questions. brians the best!
