I had the pleasure of working with Dan twice now buying furniture for my new home. He was great! I had an amazing experience kind of down when I walked inside. And then I met this awesome associative Ashley's furniture sales rep. Mr will, a very decent young man great conversation list help me so much. I had a layaway I was paying on and I was looking at a painting he actually took the painting this off the wall this huge painting probably taller than the both of us. And he put it beside the piece that I wanted so I definitely want to get the painting along with my layaway. It's such a great sales rep I left out of there with two pieces that were on sale marked down and I'm extremely happy for my experience with Ashley furniture. I've been a member with Ashley furniture for well over 10 years. And I love coming there especially when you have people like Mr will to assist you and go above me on cuz he definitely went above and beyond for me so I left out the store feeling way better than I did when I was walking in.

We were in need of a new sectional and went into Ashley in Mooresville during their President’s Day Sale. We told Samie our needs and she quickly directed us to 2 possible options. Once we made our decision, Samie was quick with the paperwork and on our way out the door with a fast delivery date and a little extra discount for being a law enforcement family. Samie was great to work with.

Daniel was great to work with and made sure to get us taken care of in every aspect of our transaction.

We worked with Daniel C. He was very attentive, super helpful in guiding us through what made the most sense based off of our needs, and really laid back during the purchasing process. We truly appreciated not feeling pressured to make a decision in the moment. We weren’t quite ready to buy the day we went to the store, so he shot us a text where we could reach him and ended up speaking with him a few days later to make sure he got the sale. Not sure if they get commission, but we could’ve absolutely completed the purchase online. However, we had such a great experience with Daniel that we wanted to ensure it went through him. Even after I accidentally sent him the wrong zip code for our address, he was able to quickly rectify my blunder, and we have delivery scheduled for less than a week from our date of purchase. If you’re in the market for furniture, I recommend working with Daniel.

My most recent visit to Ashley’s in Mooresville was to purchase a new mattress. While in the store, the salesman was very helpful and mentioned several times that he came from the industry. We purchased two Twin XL mattresses for our king frame—no complaints there. During the visit, I also mentioned that I suffer from frequent headaches and was interested in trying the Purple Pillow. Initially, I thought the pillow might help, so I decided to purchase it. At over $200, it was not a small investment. When the pillow arrived, it had a strong odor—difficult to describe, but similar to rubber. I reached out to the manufacturer first, assuming that given the price and their reputation, they would have helpful guidance. I was told to allow the pillow a couple of weeks to air out. I was also informed that if I needed anything further, I would have to contact Ashley’s, as the manufacturer would not honor their customer satisfaction guarantee and that Ashley’s would handle it. I did reach out to Ashley’s and was given their customer service number. I spoke with someone who said they would assist with the return process. Unfortunately, more than two months have passed, and I have received nothing—no phone call, no email, no follow-up of any kind. As for the pillow itself, the odor eventually went away, and I made a genuine effort to sleep on it for over a month. The truth is, it made absolutely no difference—no improvement in my sleep or comfort level. In the end, there is no one to blame but myself for assuming that a high price would come with good customer service and a backed guarantee. For anyone in the market for a good pillow, I would not recommend the Purple Pillow based on my experience with comfort, price, and customer service. I would also reconsider purchasing from Ashley’s, as it seems that selling—not service or sound advice—has become the priority. Best regards to those who read this. ---

We went to Ashley Furniture in search of a large sectional that fit our lifestyle where our whole family hangs in the living room ALL.THE. TIME. Three kids and a pup! We wanted something durable but incredibly comfortable and Sandy at the River Hwy. Mooresville location helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions- there were many- and provided financial help as well. We had a great experience in store and can’t wait to get our new sectional and ham it up in the living room!

Nightmare. I purchased a chase in June and in only a few months the cushion has virtually collapsed. Now the ongoing nightmare of getting them to replace the defective cushion is taking up way too much of my time. Multiple visits to the store, multiple phone calls, and still having to wait until January 13th for delivery! Believe it or not, one of the reps at the store told me I could spend “only a few dollars” to buy replacement t filling for the back pillow myself! This is exactly what a customer wants to hear about their practically brand new sofa. At this point I wouldn’t buy another piece of furniture from Ashley for 1/2 price.

Needed to furnish our new townhouse in Mooresville and we were referred to Ashley furniture. Today Steve in the Mooresville NC store had the knowledge and the patience of a Saint in dealing with an issue I had. He helped me to cancel an online order and reorder in store….. everything I hoped to accomplish today was accomplished……. It took a minute (online end) but it all worked out!!!!!

Scott Rader at the Mooresville store was so helpful. Showed me all my options, gave me plenty of time to think it over and handled all the paperwork quickly. I highly recommend you ask for him. Store has a huge selection for all budgets and reasonably priced.

We purchased furniture from this store almost two years ago and it is absolutely junk. We were told the sofa and love seat would not wear to the point wear it would get "fuzzy". However this started happening within a year. Also, the auto recliner adjuster covers partially broke off within a few months. The one in the pic is rarely used. I do not recommend purchasing furniture from this company.

We recently moved to Mooresville, NC and were in need of help buying furniture. Daniel Caffin took the time to help us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great experience with our salesman Dan. He allowed us time and space to look around but was also avaliable for all of our questions. We went in the store looking for one thing, but left with 3 things. The reason the rating is 4 starts is due to the Ashley delivery fee and schedule. The schedule for our area is Tuesday and Thursday which will cause us to miss a day of work or work from home if possible. Our jobs are in office jobs, not remote.

I purchased a dining room table, 4 chairs, and a bench from the Ashley store in Mooresville on 7/26/25 with a delivery date set for 8/19/25. Leading up to delivery, I received multiple text confirmations, and the delivery team arrived on time. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The crew began unpacking and assembling the table (“white glove” delivery), but quickly discovered they didn’t have the hardware to put it together. Neither delivery person spoke English, so they had to call a translator, who then had to call customer service. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, I finally got on the line with a representative who told me I’d need to wait 7–10 more days for the missing parts to arrive and suggested I just accept the order as-is. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience—especially since I had already gotten rid of my old table—she said she couldn’t answer that. At that point, I refused the order and requested a refund. The delivery team packed everything back up and left, then called the Mooresville store. I later spoke with the manager, who apologized and promised I’d receive a refund once the furniture was returned to the warehouse. To make matters worse, when I first purchased the set, the salesperson was extremely pushy about selling me a 5-year coverage plan. Out of curiosity, I checked online afterward and found the exact same set for $500 less than what I was charged in-store. As of today (8/20/25), I still have not received any confirmation about my refund. Between the poor communication, lack of accountability, missing parts, higher pricing, and the overall hassle, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. This was my first (and last) time shopping at an Ashley store. I cannot recommend the Mooresville location—or Ashley in general—based on this experience.

BEWARE- Never accept the furniture that is delivered if there are any defects. Make them take it back and bring you a new one because this will be prioritized. If you keep it you have to deal with Customer Service. It was delivered in Jan 2025 It is now going on 6 months and we haven’t to have a service man out to do repairs or bring us a new cushion. I spoke to Customer Care multiple times with promises to call me back and they do not!!

My mom and I walked into Ashley's yesterday to look at new bedroom furniture for her room. Dan approached us and he was very friendly and provided us with some suggestions, yet he let us have our space to look at all different options. Once we looked around, my mom picked out a set that she really liked. So, I informed Dan that I would be back in an hour with my husband. We are very loyal to a salesperson who assists us and will always come back to that person. My husband and I came back around 5:00 p.m. and purchased the bedroom suite plus the TemperPedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid mattress for my mom as a gift (since she made the trek here with us from California). Dan was amazing. He assisted us and got us additional discounts, and told us about an amazing floor model opportunity for the TemperPedic mattress. At no time during the process did he try to pressure us or upsell us. He spent lots of time with us. By the time the deal was done, we felt like we have been friends for ever. We will stop by again to furnish our guest room and we will definitely see Dan. I think we need to take him out to dinner! He was amazing and such a joy! Definitely a 5 star for Dan!
