Absolutely positive experience!!! Ryan was our salesman and he was wonderful!!!! He deserves a raise!
Went there to look for some good bed pillows as ours were worn out. Ryan greeted us and showed us what was available and let us try out several different models. He was professional and courteous and we never felt pressured to purchase anything. We ended up buying some pillows from him and are happy with our purchase. Thanks Ryan for the good experience.

Had a great experience at this store. I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped my mom & I, but she spoke with an accent from another country. She was very kind and helpful towards us. My mom had $10,000 to spend and this sales lady was the only one who seemed interested in helping us when she saw us walking around trying to find a new living room set. She helped us get a great set & some extras. I just wish I remembered her name, cause she was awesome
We were shopping for a new bed and mattress. Dan pieszchala sales associate at Ashley was extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience that was professional, informative, and helped us to make better choices for our purchases. Process was so very easy as it was a quick trip in and out of store knowing we have perfect furniture for our home and that it will last for many years to come. Dan made our trip fun with his personality and comments so we actually had fun while shopping also! Any questions we did have were adressed in clear, concise manner that really helped! We went into the Mooresville store to look at dining room tables. Sandy Ruhlin met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. She was helpful without hovering. We not only found a table but walked out with a couch and loveseat too. We really like Ashley furniture and won't hesitate to come back when we're ready for something else.
Walked in for a new mattress, knew exactly what I wanted, confident I didn’t need help, but Samie quickly proved me otherwise! This girl… she’s amazing. Not only did she know exactly what to show us based on our comfort preferences, she walked us all around the store carrying a pillow and Sani-cloths (so we could truly test out the feel of the mattress with a pillow without putting our faces on it), showing us mattress after mattress until we found one we liked. She isn’t pushy, didn’t make us feel rushed, let us mess around with our “cart” to see what fell in budget and what didn't. Great experience, great prices! Excited to get our pieces!!!

While Ewa was absolutely amazing, I have to give a one star based on company’s return policy. We were told we could return any pieces we were unsatisfied within 30 days. Unfortunately, this is partially true and not thoroughly explained. I was away for a family emergency and was unable to be there for delivery. Once I was home and able to see the dining room in the space, we decided the space was not big enough for how bulky the piece and chairs were. I asked to see if it could be picked tomorrow when we are scheduled to have another delivery and they said no. Once any piece is brought to the home, you have to decide then whether you like the piece of not. Once the delivery drivers leave, here can be no return. This is horrible as we are left with a huge table we don’t want, nor does it fit. And we had another table we wanted to exchange it for from Ashley’s. This took our 5 star experience down to a 1. My recommendation is be 110% sure of your items, or shop with another furniture company that will honor their return policy and explained upon buying.

I bought a loveseat and recliner yesterday. It took me forever to make up my mind. I just wasn't sure what i wanted. The sales associate was Samie Williamson she was so patient and very nice. She was very knowledgeable about all the furniture.

Ashley Angels I just moved here this Tuesday due to a family emergency, and needed to furnish a home in a short time frame. My Home Furnishing Consultant, Ryan, is extremely professional, compassionate , patient, organized & thorough. He helped me measure the furniture and sketched out a room diagram to ensure that we were ordering the right dimensions per room. Ryan reviewed my order with me and assured me that I would have a house full of furniture this weekend so that I could create a home for my family member. Sammie, one of the managers, was gracious and provided me an opportunity to make it a home at a discounted price with protection coverage. I truly feel that I had angels watching over me and my family-Ashley Angels. I am humbled and grateful to Ryan & Sammie.
The lady who worked with us, I believe her name was Ewa, was amazing and patient which made our experience even better. She attended us immediately then gave us time to look around, and even worked around our price range that we were comfortable with. Overall a great experience here, we were very pleased.

Once decided the purchasing process was super quick and delivery took less than two weeks. I even changed my mind on one piece two days after purchasing and it was very simple to cancel partial order. The online store was giving me trouble ordering the bedroom set i wanted and Ewa helped me over the phone efficiently and was able to do everything I needed for the delivery which was more complicated then most. He was also helpful directing us to the warehouse when he found out we needed the sofa right away. Bought a 5000$ couch in November. It’s been broken ever since. Have had 5 different service people come out and claim they fix it but yet the whole couch is leaning. Demanding a replacement piece at this point. But no one seems to be of any help at this establishment. Better off going to rooms to go. We’ve been loyal customers, bought from here several times over the years and this is beyond ridiculous customer service.

We were at Ashley Store Mooresville. Items purchased were Bedroom Set and Dining Set. Thankful to be assisted by Ewa. With her professional insights, patient listening and clear explanations; we were able to purchase items of good quality and a good match to our home colour themes. Thanks a lot, Ewa!! The Customer Services at the backend did a great job too. We were initially informed that complete furniture delivery would take 2 separate days. But they were so thoughtful to have ALL of them delivered within the SAME day. Delivery team was commendable too. Informed us in a timely fashion of their ETA, and did a neat and wonderful job in their delivery and assembly.
Scott in particular was great and very patient with us very helpful in every aspect of the purchase process. Even went as far as to show us high definition pictures online, as what we were looking for was not in store. Definitely check out Mooresville, Ashley and ask for Scott.

We found a sectional we liked (Lyndeboro) and decided to order it. The sectional that was delivered was made of an entirely different fabric from the display model that was in the store. Also the delivery team assembled the furniture incorrectly by mounting the legs on crooked. One leg wasn't even attached, and the delivery driver took all of the spare hardware when he left. I've been trying to get customer service to correct the issues but none of the customer service reps have been willing/able to make us right. I would recommend avoiding this particular Ashley store.

Today we bought a beautiful bed and mattress at the Mooresville, NC store. Our Salesman was “The Best”, Dan Pieszchala. He was very patient as we were there about 3 hrs., but also very knowledgeable not just anout the furniture but mattresses in particular. He worked for us and we got just what we needed. If you need help with mattresses or furnishings, ask for Dan.
Went into the store to purchase a mattress and was met at the door by Sam Williamson. She took me around looking at different one and I couldn't make my mind up and she was so patient and very personable. She made the experience easy and wasn't pushy. Needless to say if we have the experience we had today we will go back.

We went into Ashley Furniture yesterday. My family has been repeat customers. We had an amazing experience with the team members and customer service. They made the buying experience extremely quick and easy. I want to give a huge shout out to Steve who went above and beyond.
**IF STEVE IS NOT AVAILABLE, COME BACK LATER** Had the experience of working with Steve after a family member recommended him when buying furniture and I'm so happy she did. Steve was phenomenal and truly made the buying process quick and easy with low pressure. Another sales men approached us while working with Steve and attempted to "sell us" by saying the bed frame could be considered a legacy purchase and passed onto our children (we are in our 20's with no children???). It was extremely phony, unauthentic, and came off rehearsed. If we had to work with that salesmen the entire time, we most likely would not have purchased as I didn't trust the information he was giving us or that he had our best interests in mind. It sounded like he watched Wolf of Wall Street one too many times and was using the penny stock scene as his playbook for selling. We bought the Hennington bed with 2 night stands when working with Steve. We had asked about a mirror that had been staged in the showroom near it and Steve let us know that it wasn't part of the collection itself if we were looking for a matching suit. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a great salesmen who provides honest information on the furniture pieces and also does not hover like many do when you are looking at prices and weighing options. Salesmen like Steve are a rarity in the industry and an absolute asset to the entire Ashley brand. I will only work with Steve when purchasing from Ashley. If you are at the Mooresville location, you must request Steve or you will regret it!

We recently purchased an outdoor furniture set and a table and chairs for a living room at the River Highway store in Mooresville. Our salesman, Dan was extremely helpful and efficient in handling the sales process. He did all the paperwork while we continued to shop and it only took us aa brief time to settle up and be on our way.
Great service in store. But bought a couch a month and a half ago was supposed to be delivered last week and said it got ripped during delivery process. Called again today and said it’ll be at least another month and a half until we can get the new one. Absolutely ridiculous, considering we got rid of our old Couch the night before it was supposed to come so now me and my pregnant wife are couch less for a month. Last time we do this with Ashley’s

I purchased a floor model couch and I got to say I’d rather buy from west elm. Same scenario, great deal on the floor model purchased immediately however the employees at west elm were all hands on deck with assistance. The employees at Ashley’s handled themselves like the couch had spiders on it. Watching us. So frustrating. No one greeted us when we walked in. The guy that ended up helping us was very nice. Over all, don’t work at a furniture store if you can’t assist with the actual furniture itself.
We went to the Mooresville, NC Ashley store location to look for a leather couch with recliners. We had purchased a sectional last year from another manufacturer and the material and cushions were not holding up with minimal use. We were met very politely by Richard Peterson and explained to him what we were looking for and he led us to the appropriate section and told us to please look around and if/when we had any questions to please come ask. Richard was nothing but polite and helpful and , and let Richard pushy or overbearing. We found a set we liked and let Richard know we would go home and measure to ensure it fit and would be back tomorrow. He very kindly gave us his business card, told us what time he would be working the next day and again call if we had any questions/concerns. We returned the next day, on our way to pick our granddaughter up for a Doctor appointment and let Richard know the set would fit and we were looking for tables. He quickly picked out tables that matched our decor and gave us the measurements to ensure they fit and told us to get on the road for our granddaughter and we could come back and finish the transaction. We did come back the next day and finish the purchase. We really enjoyed working with Richard and appreciate all the hard work and knowledge he brought to the table to make sure we got both the quality furniture that fit our needs and a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure to work with Richard and we highly recommend both Richard and the Mooresville Ashley location!

When moving to NC, my wife and I sold just about all of our furniture so as not to have to ship and store large bulky items. While my wife had done a lot of research up front, Sandy not only listen to our needs and initial thoughts, but helped with design ideas and suggested alternatives. I kinda of had color and possible material I was looking for in mind but Dan pointed out some features I would not of pursued and decided on purchase for sofa. We have shopped and purchased at Ashley furniture for years. Three years ago we had a salesperson help us named Sandy Ruhlin. Sandy’s professionalism and store knowledge kept us coming back the next two years to purchase. She makes purchases by the costumers consistently confident that you’re getting the best prices and customer satisfaction. Sandy is a standard all sales personnel should strive for. With that being said, I guess we’ll see you again next year for the fourth year in a row of purchases. 👍🏼
Started shopping here about 6 years ago and we've bought a few large items. Initial experiences were fine. Polite salespeople, easy deliveries, which I'd read a lot of recurring issues about, so we were thankful there. Seemed like nice enough furniture for our price range. But the longevity of the furniture has been... underwhelming, to say the least. Disappointingly, that's not even what brings me here to review the business today. I had already decided not to re-purchase here because of the low quality. But I had a balance from the protection policy we didn't use. I was originally told it would be refunded if we didn't use it, but now I was told it was a store credit. Fine. We needed a new mattress for my 8 year old. I'll use it toward that. We were an easy enough sale. Walked in as soon as they opened and politely told the saleswoman what we needed. We picked the 3rd mattress we saw and said we could take it home ourselves. Nothing major. The second I mentioned the credit, the salespeople were falling all over themselves to find excuses as to why we couldn't use it, blaming the company's everchanging policies. After being told I couldn't use it all toward the mattress, I finally lost patience and stormed out. Keep my damn money. I don't even want it anymore. Do not send an auto response with a "your review is very concerning to us" and a # to contact. That's a disgusting excuse for customer service and I know whomever you're urging me to contact will likely be even less helpful and just as frustrating. I won't contact anyone. I won't be back. And I will make sure everyone I come across in the market for furniture knows that this company makes money on sleazy sales scams and cheap garbage furniture.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The customer service is trash. I made an online purchase and part of my order was canceled which they never notified me of until I called to check on the status of my order. I then was told I would have to go in store to purchase the canceled items which I did. Then I got an email that the remainder of my order was delivered by fed ex, which it was not, so once again I called and was told that order was also canceled. No one could give me any explanations so I canceled the rest of my order and I will be taking my business elswhere. This review is more for Ashely Furniture online.

We went in to Ashley Home Store to “look around” for a recliner. We were greeted by Ryan S, a pleasant, friendly salesman. He walked us to where recliners could be found. He was very helpful and informative about the current sales. Then, allowed us to walk around without hounding us or lurking as we looked! We went to make our first quality mattress purchase at Ashley Furniture, not knowing a whole lot about what to consider. Dan Pieszchala greeted us shortly after we began assessing mattresses. He was very kind, helpful, professional and still made our experience casual and fun, as we would prefer it to be. Dan was our ideal salesman. Dan was AMAZING!!! My husband and I came in today just looking for furniture options in bed options and Dan had saw that we were interested in getting a new bed. He used his expertise in helping us and was very patient with us as we are going back and forth trying different mattresses to make sure that we were going to be comfortable and he used his expertise to make sure we have the right mattress for our back since I am a nurse and I had a back injury. My husband was also hit by a drunk driver and Dan used his knowledge in helping us find the right mattress and bed set to help us as we get older! To start, the store was very attractive, and the furniture was lovely. My son and daughter and I walked around in store for 45 minutes perhaps, and while the staff was very friendly, saying hello and smiling at us and doing quick discussions, no one came to ask what we were looking for or if we needed help And I was a little amazed at this laissez-faire approach to sales . When we finally did decide on an item that we wanted, the gentleman who came to help us was extremely helpful and friendly and supportive. Really provided us with good information and helped us find the best deal possible for the day. I would shop again at Ashley at any time and I would recommend my friends to do the same. I would just make them aware. Won’t be overly sales pitched! I just want to say at this point thank you Ashley I love my purchase and I’m going to be very happy with it.

The dealers in the store were great. Very welcoming and informative. The deals were good as well. The delivery is the problem. They gave us an ETA of 730-1030. My wife took the morning off to be here when the couch was "supposed" to be delivered. They changed the ETA at 9am to 1130-130. My wife could have gone into work. She ended up having to take the full day off. This is unacceptable. If we have to change the time of delivery for any reason, there is a fee you have to pay. They can randomly change times and waste people's time and nothing happens. It's 2 pm and the couch still hasn't been delivered.
Sandy was amazing! She helped us find the right accent cabinet for our dining room and even contacted other Ashley stores to find the color we wanted. We would definitely recommend Ashley Homestore in Mooresville and Sandy for anyone looking for great furniture!

We purchased several pieces from our local Ashley store when we purchased our home three years ago and we purchased the extended warranties with each piece. Fast forward three years and the zipper on one of the back couch cushions split open and all the stuffing started to fall out. This was in April 2022 and I immediately called for the repair which is still not resolved in September 2022 but is totally out of the stores control. After waiting so long and dealing with picking up stuffing for almost 5 months we decided to go back to the local store and just look for a replacement. We were immediately greeted by our salesperson Ryan and shared a tidbit of our experience that brought us to the store today and he immediately jumped into action trying to help and called over his GM Nate to help. The way these two guys immediately took ownership of a problem they didn’t create or have very little control over since the extended warranty division is a third party company was simply outstanding. We got more help from these two guys in 15 minutes than we ever did with the multiple phone calls to the warranty center. With their help we walked out of store tonight with some faith restored in Ashley. Can’t say thanks enough guys!

Our son and I had a wonderful experience buying a dining set with Dan Pieszchala. I am very excited, awaiting the delivery. I mentioned to Dan that I have a very bad back, having difficulty comfortably sleeping on my current mattress which is not a tempurpedic. He asked to show me what they have being his expertise, not planning to buy a mattress. I bought another tempurpedic and now will have comfort at night. Dan is truly a very honest and wonderful person.

After finding online what I wanted I called the store and got a quote in regards to delivery after I said great we are driving to the store to purchase, I was told they would not not honor the price I was told. So I went online and got the same EXACT piece of furniture cheaper and at almost 1/2 the delivery price. I would be careful purchasing from the store. Go to Ashley online and get better prices and cheaper delivery!

Sales staff was rude. Like Yankee rude. Not impressed with the quality of their products either. They're a bit deceptive about their credit line that they offer as a credit card but then each purchase has to be approved and they offer payment terms even if you are buying something not even half your "credit limit". Would not recommend.

When I walked into Ashley Victor greeted me, listened to what I needed, and provided me with so many options I had trouble choosing! Richard helped me process my order and make changes as needed. Both gentlemen were professional and willing to go above and beyond to help me. I appreciate good customer service and it’s something I don’t often come by these days. I was greeted very cordial when entering the store by Dan. He was very very helpful but not pushy at all. He helped me make very informed decisions regarding my needs for new sofa and chairs. What can I say about the Ashley Homestore in Mooresville, NC? My family and I just moved to the Mooresville area on this past Friday 3/4/2022. I was trying to find a furniture store where I could get a sofa and dining room table with chair. I checked at the competition a couple of miles down the street. I was not pleased with the service I was shown, not to mention, the sales representative was not paying attention to anything that I said. So of course, I left and told my children, let us go to Ashley furniture. Upon my arrival, I met Ryan Sharpe at the door, and it was on from there. He kept checking on me and my children while we were browsing the store. Once I set my eyes on a couple of items, he was there to assist. I went for the financing because of this recent move and making sure I had everything in place. I was shocked of my approval amount for the financing and again, it was on from there. Ryan, well, "Sharpe" is his nickname at the store, showed me and my children some of the cool gadgets with some of the products on the floor, which kept my children entertained (LOL). He introduced me to Nathan Jeter, the General Manager and I will say again, it was on from there. There was an accent cabinet that I was looking for to place my baking pans in for my baking business and both Nathan and Sharpe jumped on it and found me what I needed. A few hours were spent in the store but to me it was worth it. I left the store pleased by not only the outstanding customer service, but the feel of these two gentlemen and how important their job is along with the customers who come into their presence. Sharpe and Nathan rock!!! Thank you both for an awesome experience in your store. Ashley Homestore Corporate office, you should be proud of having these two gentlemen on your team. I am proud of them, and they do not even work for me. With me working for the government/transportation, I see a lot that goes on within a daily base. I have made several purchases in the past from Ashley HomeStore and have always been amazed at the very friendly professional service. Yesterday I went to check prices on a bed. Jason took me under his wing and told me ALL the information I needed without one bit of pressure to buy. He put together an amazing offer. I wanted to check other stores before I decided. While eating lunch, I decided that Jason offered me everything I wanted. Why should I keep looking around? So I went back to Ashley& bought my bed. I am so grateful to Jason for his help. I will always come back to Ashley when I need furniture. I just find what I want there.

He was with another couple so he came and spent a few minutes and continued checking on us multiple times while Nathan helped. We finally closed with Mayberry for our order processing. Very happy with my bed, but not with delivery guy, very rude, showed up 2.5hrs early, was told they had cancelations no one called to see if we were available or home, our time was from 2 till 5. Correspondence would have been nice.

Was told we would wait 10-12 weeks at the time they took our money. 6 months later we continue to receive texts and emails that our complete order is ready then we talk to a live person who says its not. Multiple damaged pieces and multiple deliveries. Rude delivery folk. Confused customer support. Realistically go anywhere else for a better experience. Salesperson is nice but that is the sales pitch. Absolutely no idea how a store can stay in business like this.

Visited this location on 12/22/2021 and purchased a lift chair for my father who was supposed to come home from a nursing on 12/24. Unfortunately his health took a turn for the worse and he isn't able to come home. I called the store on 12/27 to inquire about trying to return the chair for a refund and was told I would receive and email or a call back. I never got either one so I called again today(1/1/22) and was told I wasn't able to return it. Even though the item is still in my truck bed, has never been unloaded or used and now I'm basically out $1,100.00. I would've even exchanged it for store credit but I wasn't even given that option. Very disappointed in this and would not recommend purchasing from Ashley. I will not purchase anything from them again. And I still haven't been contacted to make it right for me. Two months ago, we were in search for a dining room set and finally found the set we knew would fit perfectly in our new home. At the time of purchase, the representative (Antoine) told us that the furniture was available. When the furniture arrived, the leaves to extend the table did not fit correctly. We asked for Ashley to send a tech to fix the minor issue (keep in mind that it was NOT damaged), but the customer service supervisor said we HAD to reject the delivery because it was damaged. Antoine called me that day and said that he would make sure we got our table before Thanksgiving. Never heard back from him after that day. We called him to ask about the status of our table and said my husband texted him to cancel the order. He started arguing about the fact that my husband DID NOT text him. He realized he got us confused with someone else and said he would cancel it when he got to work and would call when he completed that cancellation. We NEVER got a call from him. If you all go to the store out in University area in Charlotte, do NOT work with Antoine. After all these issues, we decided to give Ashley Furniture one more chance. A Sales Representative, Dylan Price, listened to our prior experience and we told him that we are losing faith in Ashley. He went above and beyond to find what was in stock and work with us to find the perfect table. He was able to provide the same discount that was originally given to us for the furniture we didn’t get. He knew how upset I was at the horrible service provided by Antoine at University store and tried his best to rectify the situation. Thank you very much Dylan and cannot wait to receive our furniture.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Nothing but problems since ordering. I ordered two bedroom SETS. Night stands shipped to me immediately via fed ex and then they decided to cancel the rest of my order claiming “high demand” weeks later. This left me to deal with just the nightstands that I never would’ve ordered without the matching bed and dressers. After hours on the phone complaining it amazingly came in stock the next day. I then paid extra for delivery AND INSTALLATION. ** PLEASE BEAWARE that installation does not include INSTALLING the handles nor feet on dressers ** . Awesome customer service here. When I called to complain they stated outside companies are contracted to deliver and install and it’s not in their “contract that they have to install handles nor feet”. Had this been told to me I never would’ve went with this co nor paid the extra $ for the service that’s NOT provided. Disappointed. They did offer a “percentage” back to help correct “inconvenience” but I’m not finding anyone that’s willing to help out. Completely uncalled for. Also be aware when you pay for installation that doesn’t include putting the feet and handles on the nightstands they ship via Fed Ex. Pretty much installation means carrying beds up and putting footboard pieces together while throwing rest in the room for you to assemble yourself. Pictures provided to show completely INSTALLED dressers without feet or handles! They did, however, leave the pieces to install the dressers conveniently inside drawers for me. Do better.

My experience with Ashley Home store in Moorseville, NC. Its was awesome. The team members were extremely nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions with expertise. I was very comfortable and relaxed. When initially entering the store, I was not looking to buy. They team members didn't bother me after they came and introduced themselves. I was left to browse alone. Which made me very comfortable. Also giving me time to think about purchasing without being pressured. Which i did purchase. I really loved my overall experience.😁. Ended up getting a very comfy couch, a mattress, dining room table, chairs and my Favorite part, 2 "fluffy pillows"!! We can't wait for our new furniture to get to our home! Since the original 5 star review, everything has gone wrong. 1000s of dollars and a huge headache is what this experience has turned into. Ripped couch, mismatched box springs, chairs not properly built for dinning room table. They have ATTEMPTED to replace items with other wrong items. Corporate takes forever to respond. We are not happy. Having strangers enter your home over and over again, with incorrect or damaged items that cost you your hard earned money is getting exhausting.

I will not step into an Ashley Store again. Waited 5 months for tables expected to be delivered in 2 months. Still no tables, cancelled orders and sales person hung up on me. Very rude.
Extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture for not yet delivering our furniture. It has now been 200 days since we purchased our furniture in November, 2020. It is now June 2021.I understand delays related to covid, but it's been 6.5 months and you continue to sell the product line. Not one call from Ashley Furniture, not a single text, and no email to even update us. At a minimum you would expect an apology and for someone to tell us what as a company Ashely Furniture is doing to resolve our order. When we have to call for an update to customer service (which we shouldn't have to do) all we get in reply is "we don't have an expected delivery date and we can't give you any further information." We have even drove the 40 minutes to our local store in Mooresville, NC to speak with a manager and the employees at the store have claimed once it would all be delivered within 15 days and another time said they don't know either. Both the customer service department and store have said they would put us on a SMS text system that would update us every two weeks but they have promised that 4 times and we have yet to get any type of update. We were originally told the delivery date would be mid-January. Save your time and shop at a local furniture store where they actually care about their customers and where service matters to the business. I expect more out of a company where we have spent $6,000+ on a furniture order.
Extremely disappointed. We have spent thousands of dollars with Ashley Furniture over the past 9 years. A 60 day delivery promise turned in to just over 4 months. Unacceptable. We were frustrated when we bought and paid in full our furniture that it'd take at most 60 days, but understood because of the pandemic it was out of Ashley's hands; but over 4 months?!?! Long time customer that will not be coming back most likely. Poor communication on the status and was told I'd receive compensation for the extreme delay and inconvenience and of course have heard nothing from Ashley.
This review is really on the delivery service. We had the pleasure of dealing with Gina in the store and she was fantastic. We bought our sectional in November 2020. One part had to be ordered and wasn’t going to be in till mid January. That’s fine. Delivery was set. Dude shows up HOURS before schedule. Doesn’t call until he in our in our driveway. Refuses to wait 30 minutes for one of us to get there and makes us reschedule the delivery. Another 2 weeks out!! So when the couch is finally delivered, they were in such a hurry to get it off the truck and get to the next delivery, they ripped a huge tear into our brand new couch and we had to call customer service so they could send a patch out. And then when the patch arrived we had to call again so they could send someone out to repair it. This is not what is expected when purchasing a brand new couch but it is what it is. We were told the delivery fee would be refunded because of the hassle of everything and it has yet to be refunded. It is now May. My advice is if you’re going to buy from Ashley Furniture, buy in store and take it home yourself.
I made an order almost a year ago some of it was delivered on Oct 23 2020. When it was delivered there were missing parts for our vanity, our couch had picks in it, and dinning chair broke when we sat in it. Terrible experience... we bought the warranty because Ryan Sharpe said it was excellent service! He also had our furniture delivered on the wrong day! Terrible service! I went back to the store and simply told it isn’t there problem and they can help... call warranty... we every time we call no one answers, the few times we called an work order was done... we no one shows up we call back and no work order has been done! Made another one and made sure we got the name... called back and that person switch departments and no order been made... it is April 23 of 2021 and we haven’t had or stuff fixed still and we called in October 2020. Please save yourself the trouble and buy someone else!!!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Delivery service scratched BRAND NEW hardwood floors by cramming furniture in one room. He pushed the chairs through the front door reminding me of Winnie the Pooh and the honey hole. They brought bedroom chest in by flipping box end to end all the way down the driveway. They also damaged my mom’s siding on her house and she never saw them again for repair. Delivery service denied the claim for our repair. DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!
Wish I would have read reviews before moving forward with Ashley Furniture. We have had multiple problems since day 1 and I should have took it as red flags. For months we waited and waited for them to tell us a delivery date on our first choice couch l, decided we waited long enough and just changed our order for a different couch. When the new couch arrived, the pieces were all different heights and at first they refused to fix it. Once I mentioned the damaged door frame, the terrible delivery experience where no one spoke English.. they decided to exchange it. Mind you this is a $2000 couch. Well then our last piece arrived today. Delivery guys were great (besides running off before I could put the couch together) but once we put the middle piece in with the others you instantly notice that the pillows don’t match the others. It’s meant to be a plush couch but the newest piece is over packed with cotton or whatever they use making it harder than a rock and the back pillow/cushion is WAY to small to where there’s a ridiculous amount of room between the back cushions. More than likely will be selling this couch on FB market place within the next week or so (if anyone will even buy it). I don’t even want to look at it. My store experience felt great, until after I got my delivery and now it feels like they just don’t want nothing to do with me. This company is a joke & I really regret purchasing here. Spend your money else where.
Very big showroom of innovative furniture styles. Very inspirational walking through the store. Gives you all kinds of decorating ideas- and items are very affordable. They also have great financing options with no interest. Update: I returned to the store to purchase living room furniture. My salesperson Ryan was probably the best- most knowledgeable, and no pressure retail salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I could tell he really enjoys selling and thrives giving ideas and help when you explain your "needing furniture for a specific reason" situation! I'm waiting for my delivery as I update this review. Absolutely recommend shopping in this particular independently owned Ashley home store in Mooresville!

They were very helpful to put all the things I want together. They took the time to show me all the options I could have, switch between colors and styles. How it will looks if I add certain rug with certain furniture. Switch back and forward so I can have a complete view of how it will look like before I make a decision.
Spent thousands on a good mattress and adjustable bed at mooresville store, when it was delivered the adjustable bed was wrong. I called before men left and was told to keep it and they would make it right first of week . They never did I called and called main office , it was never replaced with right bed. Never buy from these people again, wish I would have read their bad reviews.
Buyers beware!!! My husband and I recently moved to the area after my husband retired from the army. We decided to go through Ashley furniture for all of our major home furnishing needs, as we had done years prior without issue(a store closer to Fort Bragg). It took months to get our shipment, this was attributed to COVID. After over 2 months, our bedframe was delivered and assembled. This morning, just two months later I sat on the edge of the bed to wake my husband and it split in half. Im not going to divulge our weight but I can assure you that we are of average built. In speaking with customer service they informed me I could not get a refund because the bedframe has been in our home and I signed to this upon delivery. This is how Ashley Furniture stands behind their products. They’ve offered to replace the broken piece....forget that the entire bed is now likely compromised due to the single break and we’re sure to run into more issues stemming from this along the way...surely this will occur after the allotted period to replace. We’ve spend over $7000 dollars w/ Ashley’s only to be told that they will not refund us over a $500 bed that didn’t even hold up 3 months. Luckily we’re in a part of the country that specializes in furniture and our options many. Even better you won’t have to wait several months and overpay to get a less than mediocre product. Shop small business, shop local! This(Ashley’s) has China written all over it!
Will never shop here again. Ordered a product from the store and didn’t receive what I ordered. Come to find out they don’t make the product in the size I ordered. Call to get my money back and they don’t put the cancellation in for another week. Still no bed frames for the kids and no money back. Terrible service all the way around.

Bought 2 new couches and have only had them 8 months and the recliner ottoman broke on one of them! I am very disappointed in the quality of furniture I got for the price I paid! There is only 2 boards holding the ottoman part of the recliners! Then it is going to take 2 weeks for the craftman to come out and look at it, then decide what they will do next! VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

This was our first time shopping with Ashley Furniture and we will never use this company again. My husband and I recently moved to the area and ordered our bedroom set and living room coffee table after we viewed the items in-store. I will say, the staff in the store was actually very helpful and I do appreciate them! But as for the overall company, we are beyond disappointed. We ordered the furniture one month prior to our move to ensure enough time for delivery. The coffee table and bedroom nightstands were delivered on time, but then we waited over THREE MONTHS for the bed to be delivered!! We were told “two more weeks” each time we called for an update. We paid extra to have the furniture built for us and trash removed. When the bed was finally delivered, the crew showed up four hours prior to our scheduled time window (which was a problem because we had an appointment and were getting ready to leave when they showed up with no warning at all). They “assembled” the bed as if it was the first time they had done so. We found screws on the floor that they didn’t place correctly (or at all) and left trash/cardboard/styrofoam under the bed when they were done for us to find and clean up later. When I went to sit on the bed it was wobbly and clearly not assembled correctly and is not stable. After calling the company, we were told they could send the parts needed (since the original guy putting it together bent some of the washers needed). We were told someone would be at the house in THREE WEEKS to reassemble the bed. After waiting MONTHS for the bed to arrive in the first place! We are now four months from our original delivery date and still do not have a functional bed to safely sleep on.
We had a great experience at the Ashley Homestore in Mooresville NC. We went in looking for a bedroom suit with a bed that had storage and possibly a new sofa. We were greeted and taken care of by Scott Rader who showed us multiple options of exactly what we were looking for. We even went in close to closing time because our jobs didn't allow us to go earlier and he was very patient and helpful. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all! Ended up getting the bedroom suit and new sofas! Very pleased with our experience!

Horrible Customer Service. We ordered our sectional 2 1/2 months ago. When our delivery day finally came we were contacted at the last minute that only 2/3 of our couch would be coming and the other piece would come a week later. We received a call to confirm out delivery would be this Saturday, 9/12/20. Today, 9/11/20, we received another call stating that they were sorry but now they can't delivery tomorrow because they are overbooked. WHAT!!! I have already been rescheduled twice. Why do others get there items and I, once again, am being pushed back. We have wasted days off, adjusted plans and still nothing. When you call all they can say is sorry, there is nothing we can do and don't be surprised if you don't get bumped again. We are more than welcome to come pick it up ourselves but they won't pay for us to rent a truck to do that. So, BEWARE, do not buy your furniture at Ashley Furniture. They don't care about their customers at all. We were also told not to contact the store/sales person because they have no authority over delivery. They have had my $$$$ for 2 1/2 months. At the very least, they will owe me a discount off my purchase and my delivery charge back. And 10% will not be acceptable for my valuable time lost.

I would highly encourage anyone NOT to purchase from Ashley. They have the worst customer service and I WILL never shop from the again. They want to do nothing to assist with any delivery damage. I don't think I have had an order where something wasn't damaged!!!! I WILL be filling a BBB claim. Oh and the store customer service is just as bad. Lisa Griffin is the worst to work with. We shared all of our bad experiences with her and she said don't worry by ordering from her she would take care of our issues. WRONG she sent us straight to customer care and they are pointless. Tried calling back to the store and waited an hour before I decided I'm not wasting my time in them.
I purchased a bed room set a month ago and have not received my merchandise yet they have given me three different delivery dates but on today 8-28-20 my delivery was supposed to come between 1:30 to 4:30 they came early did not make my delivery but the worst thing is that I use to contract for Ashley the delivery guys were very unprofessional and I know that's not how the delivery service goes I trained drivers and if those guys were under me they would lost contract very disappointed in them and Dispatch because they should have been made to come back and make delivery
Yesterday we stopped by this location to look at their couches. Our sales representative Scott was awesome. We tried other furniture stores in the area but came back today. We luckily had the same sales rep. Scott was great. He was patient, helpful and not pushy. We bought more than expected but things we needed. If you are looking for a tempurpedic mattress ask for Scott. He will give you great information about their mattresses. With the pandemic all furniture stores are on delays with delivery. So if you find something you love its worth the wait.

Beware of Ashley not compensating in any fashion for broken parts that are no longer available to repair a bed purchased in July 2017. Not even a good faith credit in any amount. Warranty nor store covered or did a turning after a horrible customer service experience.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, I will NEVER be purchasing from Ashley again. Not only was my delivery delayed for weeks on end, but it was incomplete when it did happen, missing half of the pieces to the couch I paid for. ZERO support when calling to complain, I had to call multiple times per day for a week before I could finally take time out of my workday to drive an hour to pick up the missing parts of my couch. I really appreciate Ashley keeping my delivery fee too when they failed to deliver what I bought, what a joke.
Bad costumer services ever, and lied sales services as well. I’ve been waiting for the furniture that I bought it from this [big company] a month and half and they delivered to me 3 times it has damage and broken. Tried to go back to the store to replace the order they don’t have other choices. Tried to cancel the whole order they refused . The sales man and the managers in the showroom they just sell furnitures after that they can’t do anything for their customers. This is a shame on the company. Ashley home furniture just sell products no costumer care at all after you buy anything from them. Do not trust this company at all.

First off, this is a review of both of my shopping experience and my delivery experience. The later of which I am extremely dissatisfied. My shopping experience with Scott was great. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. The store is also beautiful on the inside. Honestly, the only reason I didn't given it a one star was because of Scott. And I realize this is not the stores fault, but the delivery people. But where else can I leave a public review? Long story short on the delivery, I ordered 4 pieces. One of which was TV stand. They have attempted to delivery this to me twice, but because of damage, I rejected it twice. The second time, I know for sure it was the delivery team putting it together who severely damaged my piece because I watched them. They also were 30 minutes late after my delivery window ended and never called me to let me know they were on their way. There was also slight damage to the dresser I ordered and was told that someone would be contacting me in 3-5 business days to schedule a repair. That time has come and gone with no call. This also the now the third time in total I've had to reject furniture at delivery due to damage when buying with Ashley due to delivery incompetence. Ashley furniture needs to step up and hire delivery people who are actually intelligent, careful, and caring about the hundreds or even thousands of dollars you spent on the furniture. If this is how they handle the products you spend your hard earned money on, its clear they don't appreciate you as a customer. It's also clear they do not value your time since not only were they late, but I've waited for hours on two separate days waiting for them and they still didn't accomplish my delivery. I will be shopping else where in the future. Now my TV sits on my floor for a few more weeks while I find a replacement and it's been three already.
OMG! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. This place is such a scam! David, the manager, was great, but when it came time to receive our furniture it was not delivered. They canceled the delivery without letting us know. We had already gotten rid of our bedroom furniture and are now having to sleep on the floor for the last 3 days. When we contacted customer service they gave us some run around over and over about a piece being out of stock and some warehouse fire, blah, blah, blah. They extended our delivery date but it wasn’t guaranteed and could take even longer. It’s a shame because I really fell in love with the bedroom furniture we purchased. Needless to say, we got our money back and took our business elsewhere. I blame myself for not reading the reviews first. Apparently, this is what they do. BUYER BEWARE! You’re better off shopping somewhere else.
Scott helped us out a lot by helping us find the right furniture for our apartment. Because of that we ended up finding a great sectional and two recliners for a good price. Scott really helped us out on getting our furniture for the right price. He even stuck around after they closed to get us squared away. I will definitely be back to get more in the future.

Delivery man told me to call customer care, customer care is saying there is nothing they can do because I didn't give the delivery team the furniture to return. I'm just going to tell you how my purchase went, and you judge what you think. Salesman was nice. Furniture was pretty good. They offered us an extra 5% if we signed up for an Ashley credit card which offered no interest for 12 months, which we signed up for. There was a 4 week wait for delivery of furniture. Fine. 2 days before scheduled delivery, we got rid of all of our old furniture. The next day, we got a phone call that delivery was delayed two weeks. I asked how they could only know one day before that it was going to be a two-week delay. When I expressed my problem that I now had no furniture in my house, the customer rep replied, "That's not my responsibility. You should read the contract you signed about delayed deliveries." So, that gives you a flavor of the company. When delivery finally was scheduled, it was between 2-6 pm. By 6:30, there had been no delivery, and no phone calls. We called, and were told they were out for delivery. Time passed. At 8 P.M., we received a call in broken English from the delivery center asking if we had received delivery. When we said we had not, they asked, "Why not?" Good question - not sure why they were asking us. We called Ashley, and they got in touch with delivery, and told us they would have to reschedule for the next day. Predictable. At 10:15 P.M. I got a call in Spanish asking where our house was on the block. They were here, but they had the wrong address. We took delivery from some hard-working guys. Clown-show over-all, but we finally got our furniture. Months later, we find out that Ashley got our address wrong on everything, including our new Ashley/TD Bank credit card. So we never recieved our statements, and they began assessing penalties for non-payment - and the TD Bank collection agency began harassing us by phone multiple times a day, despite our attempts to explain the source of the problem. So you be the judge. Is a company that screws up on so many fronts and treats its customers as the enemy the second after the payment clears - is that a company worth doing business with?

Bought a new bed frame and backboard(which was all I really needed) gets delivered and assembled 10 2nd night and it collapsed on me . Now I grant that I'm a 6'2" 250lb adult male but you'd think it was made for children. Broken slats screws, nails, splinters and yes rubber bands all over. My bed at an awkward angle. Sleeping on the couch and they tell me it'll be over a week. When then new one arrives I'm bouncing on it until I'm sure won't happen again. Any problems they better haul away this garbage and reassemble my perfectly good old frame.
Back in November, I came to Ashley Furniture in Mooresville, NC, with the intent to purchase a dresser and mirror set for my new room. Found a beautiful one, solid piece, real wood, all that. I told her I was specifically ordering it in November to be ready for February because I have purchased with them before. I know they have a long turnaround time and I needed it for this specific date in February. She understood, we made the sale, etc. Cut to today - I just received a call, a few hours before it’s supposed to be delivered, that my dresser is delayed. Now if I had purchased this six weeks ago, I would be way more understanding. But Ashley has had THREE MONTHS to ensure this would be here on time, especially when I specifically told my sales associate that was my reason for purchasing it so early. They didn’t care. “It’s the manufacturer’s fault - we are at their mercy. Sometimes we don’t even know until we load the truck up and your piece isn’t on it.” News flash - it may be the manufacturer’s fault the piece is delayed but it is Ashley’s fault this wasn’t found out until the day of delivery. I told them that’s unacceptable. She told me that’s just how the process works. I told her that process doesn’t work for your customers. There should be a time between ordering and delivery that Ashley is reaching out to their manufacturers to ensure everything is on time. And if it’s not, your paying customer should be told way before the day of their delivery. That is unacceptable. I told them to cancel the dresser and then they tried to tell me I was going to be charged a 10% restock fee. Absolutely not. I will not be paying a restock fee on something that is the manufacturer’s fault. That is between Ashley and the manufacturer; not me. I did everything in my power to give Ashley plenty of time to get my furniture to me. Ashley dropped the ball in a major way. If I was the CEO of Ashley Furniture, I would greatly consider rethinking your quality control processes, customer relationships and the services you offer. How things are done right now is absolutely unacceptable. It does not work. And I had to go through FOUR different people to get the restocking fee removed. The last lady tried to convince me that I owe the restock fee because I agreed to this delivery date. I agreed to the date pending all my items arriving. And they had three months to make it happen. Ridiculous. Bottom line - do not shop with Ashley Furniture. It’s not worth it. Bring your money to a company that will care about taking care of their customers.

However when the people came here to deliver it, they put holes in our walls, got my carpet disgustingly dirty when they assembled the bed one of the pieces were faulty on the bed frame. They didn’t tell us!! We didn’t find out until our 25 lb daughter sat on it & it collapsed. (Mind you, this was very expensive furniture) We called, sent pictures & they said they can’t do anything about the holes bc we signed a waiver?? Just completely unsatisfied with this. Never buying from this place again.
Employees at this @AshleyHomeStore #MyAshleyHome, are all doing what they should be doing, selling furniture. The problem is they are selling furniture that can't be made and delivered. We bought our furniture in October and they still haven't completed the delivery of the full set, 3 months later!!! We are now going into the 4th month!!!!!!!

Not only did the sales associate Ryan Sharp overcharge me and try to lie about it but then the store put my stuff on the wrong truck and it ended up 2 hours away from me. I was told I would have to wait 2 more weeks for a new delivery date because they couldn’t come back my way even though they messed up. I ended up canceling my order all together and going to Havertys where I was treated much better and received much better customer service. I had to choose at least one star otherwise I wouldn’t have even done that. Ashley Furniture and their service is a complete joke. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

TLDR: New homebuyer looking to spruce up home gets ignored in store, $300 delivery fee followed by incomplete delivery, and hole in wall. Customer service offering 0 compensation until delivery of all pieces is completed 2+ weeks after initially scheduled. I recently bought my first home and figured that it was time to upgrade from my IKEA bed set to something nicer. My parents had been long term customers and highly recommended Ashley for a shop so I decided to check it out. I fell in love with one of the bedroom suites in the store and my sales rep Leonor was very excited for me to purchase it on day 1. I told her I’d have to wait but would be back. On my return visit when I was ready to purchase I asked for Leonor and was told to wait for a few minutes as she wrapped up some paperwork. Figured no problem so I sat down at the set and waited. 20 minutes went by and no one had checked in on me. At the 30 minute mark I asked a sales rep for a time check and got the same “oh she’ll be right with you” remark as before. Conveniently, after 50 minutes of waiting as I was headed out, they stopped me and were able to coax me back to the set. I signed up for the payment plan and a delivery was scheduled for the 20th within a 3 hour time slot. The delivery and installation fee was roughly $300 due to the size of the order. The day of delivery, the crew arrived an hour into the given window, and I let the 2 guys into my house. I offered to charge phones and drill batteries as they were all practically dead and offered water or soda which they accepted. While I was working in my office I heard a thud, followed by some explicative words under someone’s breath. I went to check and they said no problem so I took their word and went back to my work. Towards the end of the installation they called me back to the room and informed me that one of the night stands was missing all the legs for it and I would need to call customer service. About shipping a new set of legs then having a technician scheduled to install. Keep in mind, I had paid a $300 additional cost for delivery and install on 11/20. I said no problem and I’d call customer service. After they left and I was walking the newly set up room, I noticed there was a hole in one wall roughly the size of the corner of one of the first pieces that was brought in. Also a few tiny scratches near it, and I even found the dry wall pieces on the handle of one of the Chest drawers. I also looked under the bed, and found that all of the tools that came with it and some trash were left in the middle of the frame. When I called customer service, I was politely told, the shipment for legs would be an additional 7-10 business days from shipping time. Also refunds on parts of shipping orders that aren’t met, can only be processed after all pieces have arrived. I brought up the hole, and was told I would receive a email from claims and have yet to receive it after a few days of calling. I would highly advise against shopping here. They will do everything they can to get you to buy the furniture, then leave you out to dry when they mess up. I will not be coming back and will update this review as time goes on concerning the legs and hole in the wall.

Will never shop here again. Bought a memory foam mattress and frame 4 weeks ago and had it delivered. The delivery crew broke a window and delivered the wrong mattress. Here we are 4 weeks later and we've not gotten a call from claims about the damage and we've only gotten one call about the mattress and they basically said they'd look into it. Called the lady in the store that sold it to us and she was unwilling to do anything or help us at all. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Make sure if you buy something from this store that you examine the furniture and move it around in your home to check for stains that may be left by the feet of the furniture. My white carpet is stained by this dark furniture and Ashley will not cover the damages. I should have just paid a little extra and avoided the headache. Don't waste your money or more importantly your time.

Be careful when purchasing a mattress from here. Their guarantees and warranties have VERY fine writing and not every mattress qualifies for their sleep comfort guarantee. Now I’m stuck with a mattress that is not what I expected.

If you want to wait 60 days to get your furniture and have to spend hours of your time waiting at home for things to get delivered, shop here! My moms bed was put on backorder 60 days after order date and her dresser was delivered damaged twice! She lived out of boxes and slept on the floor. Called customer service and the best they could do was $60 credit when she spent $6,000 with them!!!

I was lied to about the price. I took the man at his word and didn't look close enough at the bill What I was told would be $ 3,000.00 turned out to be over $6,000.00. He didn't tell me aboutI the base being separate. It was never mentioned at all. People like me on social security can't afford to be deceive. I tried every thing I could to get them to fix it but the manager wouldn't help me change it.
Worst customer service in the world! Just look at feedback on their Facebook page, it is very consistent, you pay and it takes months to deliver with nothing but excuses. I bought my son's furniture set in November and it didn't fully arrive until May. The first 2 pieces arrived quickly but the rest took months. I tried returning the 2 and they wouldn't take them. Once they had my money they didn't care at all.

I haven’t never been more disappointed with a company. Do not shop and buy here unless you are 100% sure you like your product. After a week of using our new couch, which we only were able to use the last few days since it was delivered the day we were going out of town, we’ve come to find it’s extremely uncomfortable. Seven days later I called to see if there was any options for a return or refund or exchange. I was told (after waiting 10 minutes on hold) that there was absolutely nothing they could do. Nothing. When you say everything “looks good” when signing it’s yours and if you don’t like the feel of sitting on it for extended periods yours out of luck. I asked if there was a specific customer service number I could call and the answer was no. Extremely unhelpful... absolutely no customer happiness guarantee.

Do not trust these people. They are super nice and attentive until they get your money and 2 months later you still don't have your furniture. I was continuously lied to and when they still didn't have my order the 2nd time I was supposed to get it they tried to pull a fast one on me and send me half of my order but I caught it the day before in the delivery text. Then the manager would not get on the phone to speak with me and had the staff say she was busy with a customer and they were short staffed....well I drove there immediately and there were 4 staff members and 1 guest....then they tried to give me a hard time about a refund and said it had to get approved by cooperate until I called them out about being privately owned....they are horrible!
If I could give negative stars I would! My husband and I purchased a 4 piece leather living room set which we waited 2 weeks for the set to be delivered. Once it was delivered we had to refuse ALL 4 pieces because EVERY SINGLE piece was damaged, any where from scratches to holes to missing leather spots. So we called corporate to verify the refusals and after speaking with a women for 10 minutes she tells me that I have to call back tomorrow to set up another delivery date bc she has no way of telling me any time frame for the next delivery. So in the mean time I am suppose to be without living furniture for however long because apparently there merchandise is LESS than quality and they are so very sorry but there is nothing they can do. So after calling back at my specific time I was told still there was no estimated delivery date due to the system being locked and I would have to call back again @ 2. Spent another 20 minutes speaking with a manger to find out that I have to wait another 10 days for furniture to be delivered! I was told they do offer compensation but nothing could be discussed until delivery. Well Ashley Furniture looks like you stand behind your name of unsatisfactory service and quality!
We had great time shopping at Ashley with a lot of help from Leonor Batalha. She listened to all my concerns about size, cost, and looks. She will always be my go to girl for buying at Ashley''s, which I plan to do again in the near future. She was so helpful in giving me time and information to make my choices. Would recommend her to all my friends looking to buy furniture.
10/2023 - Came to Ashley Store again, four years after my first shopping encounter/review and the experience was equally positive. The entire staff was accommodating, and none more than our sales person Dan P. He's great to work with! June 1999 - Staff was great, especially our salesman Dan P. He was patient and full of quality recomendations. I would come back again and ask for Dan.
Please watch out for this place and save yourself a headache! I have never in my life have dealt with such inconsiderate people who could care less about making their customers happy! I don't even know where to start, first I went to buy a dinning cabinet for my dinning room to match my table and was pressured into buying a whole living room set b/c the lady told me I had to get it now or I wouldnt get any of the discounts. So she told I had time to cancel if I wanted to come back in with my husband to look. Went online to look at other furniture and found the same sectional for $700 less on their website, but was told they can't price match due to the finance company that approved me. What does the finance company have to do with the online prices and discounts. They just didnt want to lose any money. Why do you advertise a price match guarantee if your not going to honor it, false advertising! Second I finally recieved my dinning server but it was nothing like what I saw in the showroom the color was different the doors were jamming and would not shut properly and there was a big junk of wood missing out of the back! Oh and also is was poor quality. Then I received my sectional that had a NAIL sticking out of the back of the chaise, Really this is ridiculous after paying about two grand for it and I could have got it online for $600 less, but that's not the point they shouldnt have sent me not only one damaged peice of furniture but two! So after that I called several times to get some kind of help and nobody would do anything to fix it, so I finally called the Corporate office and they said they would send someone out to fix the dinning server and sectional. I have been waiting weeks to have nobody show up to fix this. So I called again and said I want to cancel everything and they said NO we cant! So the bedroom furniture I ordered has not arrived and I told them I dont want to have that delivered b/c I dont want to get anymore damaged furniture. So now they are charging me a 10% fee for canceling the bedroom furniture, and they refused to send new furniture for the damaged stuff they already sent me! So this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with buying furniture . The customer service is the worst, they send you poor quality furniture at premium prices. I have read many reviews of people complaining about furniture being sent damaged and they don't want to replace nor take it back. They false advertise, to get you in the door and then scam you! This place will be lucky if they survive the rest of this year. I hope people realize that this place is bad and they are falling apart. I hope this will help a few people to not make the same mistake as me and get ripped off!
Very helpful INSIDE of THIS store. Stay away from the outlet store in Charlotte, very little help, long wait and nothing but order delivery problems. And the 800 customer service # is a nightmare, horrible, absolutely NO help. Only use Ashley retail stores or stay away all together.

Bought a couch it was damaged my end tables and coffee table came damage as well. Wasnt the delivery guys watched them take it of the truck and right in my house! I will never buy from Ashley furniture again!
I went in on what one would call a "furniture emergency" after we had misjudged some bed sizes. I needed to walk out of a store with a full-size mattress (didn't have the time to wait for an order). Ashley Furniture was my third stop and sure enough they had what I needed. Lisa was VERY helpful and pointed me to their "bed-in-a-box" product. She also pointed out that a box spring was likely not necessary and even tried to get me a floor model. I walked out of the store in less than 20 minutes with everything I needed. Once home, everything worked exactly as she said. Will definitely shop here again and would recommend.
Lisa helped us from the moment we walked into the store with a smile and lots of knowledge in helping us buy a mattress. We really didn’t intend to purchase all that we did😊. Lisa had us try all mattress types and did an excellent job in the explanation of each one. The same with pillows. It was a very pleasurable experience in dealing with Lisa and would highly recommend her as well as the Mooresville store.
Just purchased a beautiful sectional from the Mooresville location. I was hesitant about going in for a few reasons. I am so happy I did. I had such a wonderful experience. Dave Boyd was AMAZING! He was kind, patient and went above and beyond. I was very indecisive and he took the time to make sure I made the best decision for my family. I highly recommended Ashley Furniture Mooresville. I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as awesome but I recommend you ask for Dave!

Lisa was fantastic!! I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted and with a budget. After the poor experience I had at the last store, I went in looking for furniture without expecting anyone to help me. Then Lisa greets us and we got straight to the point! She took me everywhere and only showed me what I asked for - she’s a mind reader! She had another customer and she balanced the both of us professionally and perfectly. She is straight to the point and seemed to always leave us be at the right moment, when thinking time was necessary. I will be back!!! Great customer service - especially considering nowadays it seems customer service is hard to find!

My wife and I stopped in the Store on our way to sushi one night. We spoke with Dawn who was very polite and listened to what we were looking for. Never once was pressured and we ended up picking up an entire living room setup. Can’t say enough good things about Dawn. The delivery was horrible and their customer service if you call in is about as horrible as you can get. But Dawn is what held everything together and make it all happen. Thanks Dawn!
Dawn was a big help late last year when I purchased my couch. Initially there were some small issues with the size of the seat legs being bigger than the other. However, Dawn ensured I was in contact with the right people and she assisted me with looking for other couches if my needs changed. I truly appreciate her hardwork and efforts! Great experience with Ashely Furniture Mooresville! These folks were not pushy and they really knew their stuff. We purchased 2 couches and a love seat in the last 2 months and both times were a great experience. The delivery crew came to our home yesterday 15 min early, carried the couch to the 2nd floor, set it up, all in 10 min. We were very pleased with Ashley Furniture customer service and we will be searching for a sleeper in the next couple of months and we plan on checking out Ashley’s again.
