The sore itself I've always had a good experience but my situation happened when they delivered the wrong bed left me with a mattress for over a month my wife and I couldn't sleep on was stuck with either sleeping on the floor or the couch to not end up with a sleepless night and a painful morning. The corporate office said they was giving me a 50 dollar gift card. (Oh and everyone at corporate is a labeled as supervisor so dont bother asking for one they all are ive learned) figured I could use that atleast for the gas to our chiropractor visits we needed while sleeping on the bed turns out it was just a gift card to the store to try get me to make another purchase. After spending about 10k in this store in the last 2 years wish I could return it all..... thank you for your reply I did call the number you provided and even the customer service knew nothing of an "option 2" as they research what this means and promise me a call back. You are more than welcome to call the morehead city store they maybe able to connect you to me easier than me calling the corporate office. I am more than happy to give you feedback that could possibly give your costumers a better experience

BEWARE! We ordered two loveseats and a matching sofa online. The order was fulfilled thru the MOREHEAD CITY PERFORMANCE GROUP LLC ( Morehead Ashley Home Goods Store / The Parrott Group, Inc) The modules were delivered to and assembled in our home. We were told by one of the delivery personnel that everything was good, took photos and left. After sitting on the loveseats only a very short time our backs began to hurt and realized none of the bottom cushions were level which was causing the pain in our lower backs. After MANY repeated calls and waisted hours on the customer service number provided a very nice technician was sent to our home to inspect furniture. It only took him a few minutes to confirm that the modules were defective and he was recommending they be replaced. Since we are paying almost $10K we did not want to own DEFECTIVE or REPAIRED furniture ( this is what outlets are for ) so we requested a refund or exchange be done. We we then informed that NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES is the policy when ordered online and home delivered. So far no repair or replacement of defective modules has be forthcoming. I guess we will have to ask friends and family to stand when they come to visit us in our new home. So here we sit (but not on our furniture) waiting.....BEWARE!

I am so unhappy with my purchase. I ordered furniture for my new house. Delivery day came and they had actually forgotten one of the bed frames. They also forgot the hardware for my bed to put it together when I paid for delivery and for the furniture to be put together. They said that I would have to call customer service to get it. I call customer service and they say that they will send out the hardware pack and have someone put my bed together as well as deliver the bed frame they forgot. It took over a month to get the bed frame they forgot and when they sent out the hardware pack for my bed they only sent out 2 screw caps and not the actual hardware pack. I call customer service again and tell them what came in the pack and they start to argue with me that they sent out the pack. This is ridiculous. I spent $8,000 at their store and they are arguing with me over screws! I am so unhappy with my purchase and the customer service, I would never recommend anyone to go here. I was left waiting over a month for a frame they forgot and am still left with an unfinished bed thanks to them.

It took a while to get my furniture and that's understandable. But I paid extra to get it delivered upstairs. And when the guys got here they couldn't take the dresser upstairs. I get off work and me and my wife had it upstairs in 15 minutes. Called about some type of refund and no response yet. It's been about 3 weeks now. I'll WAIT 🤦

Low key shopping experience, not pushy but we were greeted right away and checked on while browsing. I had been shopping for a loveseat for some months and found exactly what I wanted in the store. The only problem was that I ordered it in November 2021, was told it would be "2-4 months, but likely about 8 weeks", and didn't arrive until mid-April 2022. Five months waiting. The delivery was easy and quick; the assemblers were polite and worked fast. (in and out within 15 minutes). So far I'm pleased with the Beaconfield dual power reclining loveseat purchased.

Mary Margaret is our go to sales person and she goes out of her way to help when buying new furniture. We bought a new leather sectional and with all the shipping and manufacturing issues it was supposed to take between 2-3 mos. Mary Margaret staying in touch with us to let us know updates and when the delivery date got slid back again she arranged with the manager for us to buy the floor model sectional even though they usually don’t sell floor models. She was so helpful with all our needs and will be the person we go to when we buy again.

Ordered a couch and bed frame in December 2021 for delivery in mid March 2022. Couch arrived broken, see pictures. Not from their delivery team, I’m not sure who’s in charge of QC but they should get someone else. And no bed frame or update on when that would be delivered. I called, they said they would send us the replacement part in 7-10 days and have a tech come out within 72 hours…. Part arrived, I called on 29th, they said they would contact me within 72 hours.. they did not… so I called April 2nd today to schedule it. The customer service rep Chandler was very helpful, unfortunately she couldn’t contact the store so I was left with an email sent and still waiting on a tech to even be scheduled. Also asked about the bed frame, chandler informed me it is now expected to be delivered by end of April… wish someone would’ve told us that…poor communication all around.

Waited almost a year to get all our stuff finally just got our last piece for our bedroom customer service lacks a lot of things no one could seem to help me when I called but when my husband called things sort of got done but not really we’ve had a broken nightstand drawer since October no one seems to be able to help and keep saying they’ll send someone out they said in October a tech person would be out then in November and now still waiting for someone to come out to help I’m never shopping at Ashley’s again absolutely the worst experience me and my husband have had.

Mary and her manager were very kind to sell me a lift chair off the floor which is not their policy. I explained I was terminally ill and couldn’t come to the store. Mary forwarded photos and prices and explained what I needed to know. When I said I couldn’t wait for one to be ordered, she spoke to the manager who agreed to sell the floor model. The delivery was prompt and efficient. Nancy Boyle
