Solid experience, we were on a time crunch as we just purchased a home and wanted to have a mattress and bed that same day. Our sales rep, Colby, helped us and we picked up the mattress and bed same day.

My husband and I visited the Ashley Store looking for a sofa and matching chair, and we had a wonderful experience working with Jim Holland. We shared what we were looking for, and he showed us several options while also offering thoughtful suggestions for other sofas and chairs. We ultimately purchased a different sofa style that he recommended-and we absolutely love it! Jim was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with.

Today my family & I were greeted by a big smile when we entered Ashley's. We came in looking to upgrade our current couch. Mind you our THREE little children were with us and it felt really good to be greeted in such a manor because in our experience most people would run when they see kids. Not Rebee! That was just the beginning. Rebee listened to everything we said when we described what we were wanting/needing in our next couch. She was very attentive and showed us many options that she thought we would like based off what we told her. Of course our kids were full of energy and running a mile a minute. She never wavered and continued helping us find the right couch for our family. Once we finally decided on the right one, she expedited the process and helped us get the best deal possible for what we were wanting to pay monthly. Also very thankful for that. She was patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable ALL the things we could have only hoped for in our visit today! To be honest our plan was to go to other furniture stores to compare but we wanted to make our purchase from Rebee. She built value in the product and reassured us with a warranty. We are happy with our purchase and cannot wait to have it delivered! Our boys even got candy and got to ring a bell at the end when the purchase was complete! This is a very bad place to buy anything from they don’t tell you you literally have to buy a box spring with the mattress they are very unprofessional

He also gave us plenty of space to enjoy the process of testing the coaches we liked. Which was a huge plus for us. Once it was time to purchase our coach, Frank and the team was super supportive, patient, and provided the best deals for us. We had the best experience with Ashley’s this weekend. We dealt with Karen and she could not have been any nicer. She spent a lot of time with us helping us pick out a couch. We opened a CC and they gave us 20% off l, which was over $400 in savings. There was no pressure to open it and we’ll pay it off after the furniture arrives so it’s worth it for the extra savings. Delivery was a little expensive in my opinion, but we love the quality of the furniture.

I love the experience that I got from here. Definitely will come back to buy the rest of the set

Horrible communication! I went in to purchase a new couch on Tuesday (Jan 21) and worked with Ava the sales rep. She was very friendly and told us our couch should be available to be delivered this weekend. Then suddenly she said she wasn’t sure if it would be this weekend anymore but “it shouldn’t be long” and that since she was not back in until Friday she would have her manager give me a call Thursday. I informed her we were selling our current couch so needed to know asap for planning purposes. Well 4:30pm Thursday rolls around and I’ve heard nothing so I texted, got no answer. So I called and was told neither Ava or her manager were there. Then the customer service stated all they stated all they could tell me was the couch was on back order with no ETA. I called and texted AGAIN on Friday because once again I haven’t heard from them. Finally spoke to the corporate office and they stated I wouldn’t receive my couch until AFTER February 26th. Over A MONTH FROM NOW. I wouldn’t be as upset if I didn’t have to call and text a thousand times for a freaking “estimated arrival date” because they don’t know how to appropriately communicate with their customers who just dropped thousands on furniture. I never did hear from Ava or her store manager….

My wife and I went to the store to look for certain new pieces of furniture. We worked with Garrett Lewis, who was phenomenal. He showed us a color for the sofa that went perfectly with the curtain colors. It was a color that we would never have thought of. We were also looking for a new dining room table. He moved chairs from other tables that my wife looked at to see if they would work with the one we picked out. It was a wonderful experience.

We had a very positive experience with Barbara at Ashley. She was pleasant and professional. We appreciated her help with the process as well as the information she shared with us. We would gladly work with her again in the future.

Had an amazing experience at Ashley Furniture. After a really bad experience with another store in the area, I reluctantly went into Ashley’s. I was immediately greeted by Zack who not only provided outstanding service but was just an overall great shopping experience. Zack was knowledgeable, attentive, polite, informative and just what a traditional sales person should be which we don’t see much of these days. Had I not worked with Zack, I probably would not have made this purchase at the store. Cheers to Zack for an outstanding service experience at Ashley. I received an office desk with manufacturing defects. These issues were not visible at the moment of delivery, but a few hours later I noticed that the surface on the right side was uneven and the front drawer didn’t close properly and scratched the table. I contacted the store to request a replacement, but they told me it was not possible. I was advised to file a bank claim and contact the North Carolina Attorney General to protect my rights as a consumer. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this store. If you buy anything here, be aware that your consumer rights may not be protected.

Went on the Sunday after Thanksgiving around 1130. Was greeted by Karen, but not harassed which was a lovely change from other furniture stores! She left us alone to walk around for a while. Once we were ready Karen was very helpful with the checkout process. We are looking forward to our new couches!

I went all over Charlotte, looking for furniture, bad pricing, bad quality then I ended up at Ashley when I walked in my sales associate. Christine immediately asked me if she could help told her what I was looking for. Found two bed sets that I wanted the one I decided on no longer came in a queen after thinking about it as Christine her opinion, I chose on the king which was available. It took a moment to apply for the credit to sit down and work out all the discounts but at the end of the day it made my whole day worthwhile getting the bedroom set that I really needed. I was so impressed with the manager who gave me manager discounts who assisted Christine to get me the best value it was a wonderful experience. I would always shop Ashley again.

The store is very nice and the sales guys very helpful. Unfortunately the DASH delivery service is the total opposite. I bought a bed and a Tempur-Pedic mattress and the so called “white-glove” delivery service struggled to build the bed and it’s drawers (3 out of 4 are not working properly, not being aligned of opening fully) and build the bed like a 10 years old children team. By trying to fix one of the drawers, they chipped the wood top layer. After that, with their greasy fingers from the drawers sliders, they put my almost $5k mattress on the bed and stained it with their fingers. Thank you for screwing up my mattress warranty on delivery day!!! Also they were unable to align the headboard properly. On top of that, they transported and stored the mattress vertically so the top part shifted and as a result the sides of the mattress are not vertical anymore but inclined. Be very particular when reading their terms and conditions. The Diamond care should be refunded after 5 years if not used, BUT once delivered, they consider it was delivered in perfect conditions. Now I have to use their service to fix the bed they assembled like amateurs. So no refund on the long run… very disappointed. I recommend you rent a truck and pickup your stuff and assemble it yourself. This is TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE, I can’t believe they wanted to originally charge me $699 for it! NEVER AGAIN ASHLEY!

Rebee Shaw took great care of us. Very patient and kind. She took us thru the store to look at all of the love seats and chairs. We finally picked out the love seat! She also showed us the mattresses. We loved the temperpedic one but are holding off buying one for now! One room at a time! Everyone that we interacted with in the store was so nice and we were able to compare notes on college football teams! (Go Canes!) we definitely will go back when we are ready for that mattress.

Very Disappointing Experience – Buyer Beware! My wife and I made the mistake of purchasing several pieces of furniture from Ashley Furniture in Charlotte, convinced by their promises of high-quality, long-lasting products. On top of that, at the constant urging of our salesperson, we also purchased an extended warranty plan, which we were told would cover any and all issues for the next five years. Well, that turned out to be nothing more than a sales tactic. The warranty company is a third-party operation that seems to exist solely to deny claims for the most ridiculous reasons. Most recently, our ottoman developed a tear, and when we submitted a claim, it was immediately denied. Frustrated, I went to the Ashley store in Pineville to address the issue. The manager there, Melissa, was initially understanding. She spoke with her manager, apologized, and assured me we would be contacted to resolve the problem. However, I never heard back from the warranty company, so I went to the store again. This time, Melissa seemed to have developed amnesia and couldn’t remember anything about my case. I’m left wondering if Ashley Furniture just hopes customers will forget about their broken promises. It’s incredibly frustrating when you're dealing with a company that treats you like this. I’m deeply disappointed. We spent thousands of dollars on furniture that was supposed to last, and now it’s falling apart after only a few years. We’re a mature couple with no kids, so it’s not like the furniture is being abused. It’s frustrating to be lied to and treated like our concerns don’t matter. Ashley Furniture has lost us as customers for good, and I’d strongly recommend you consider other options before making the same mistake we did. Extremely dissatisfied and regretful. Ashley Furniture replied to my email asking for a ton of info and photos—which I sent right away. Then… silence. The irony? Their email address is “WeCare.” You can’t make this stuff up. If I’d read the reviews first, I’d have never spent a dime there. My experience is one of many—a couple-thousand-dollar lesson learned. And the cherry on top? Their first response to my review was pure gaslighting. I wish I could say they made it right, but this story doesn’t end with “happily ever after.” It ends with me shopping literally anywhere else.

Miss Rebee is amazing! We went in to handle an issue with furniture we ordered not being available in the time frame we expected! We were actually not very happy being we had not received what we originally had ordered. Rebee took such great care of us even though she was not the original sales agent that we ordered our furniture from. She talked us through and helped talk us off of the ledge from cancelling our order which is what we had intentions on doing. She helped us explore other options but ultimately encouraging us to wait on our original order. We even ordered another piece of furniture before leaving the store. Now mind you she did not get compensation for her help. She was not the sales agent we had started with but she definitely helped us resolve the issues. Thank you Rebee and I hope you are at a minimum recognized as being a great team player!

I saw a few tables that I really liked online. I called into the store and a gentleman named Kelly picked up the phone, and I asked him information about the tables. What was nice was I had a lot of questions; was it in stock, was it something I could come see in store, how quick could I have it delivered? he told me to ask for him when I got in the store and I did. I took a few minutes to look around and then had him show me the three tables. What was really nice also is that he showed me how the company graded certain furniture and how to look for which level of quality you’re looking at. Which was really helpful. We had recently bought a table from Arhaus that was five times the price of what we wound up purchasing, and returned it due to quality issues. I live in Fort Mill, and what was really nice is I found out that the distribution center is right over by Carowinds, so I bought the table literally had the table picked up and dropped off at the house and assembled all in the same day. Definitely a good experience. I would certainly ask for Kelly if I were you.

They lie about delivery dates, “misplace” items, they won’t give you a straight answer on when you will get your items, & it’s just despicable customer service. I can’t delete my review from 2 mos ago either. The reps ask for a review while you’re in the store & before you even get your order or know that you’re headed for a nightmare with them!! Go anywhere else but Ashley.
