I had been looking online for a mattress for a guest bedroom. I had only one thing in my cart from online when I decided I needed to go into the store. I needed quite a number of items in time for Christmas, because I am moving into a much larger apartment. I had previously sold my furniture with the sale of a home and gave away most of the subsequent furniture I had purchased when I moved into a studio apartment. This Christmas I am hosting the family for dinner after losing a loved family elder. So it was really important that things looked special. Karen was a true partner with this very important purchase.
Best furniture team in Charlotte! They were incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We brought up prices for furniture elsewhere and they were willing to price match and help with everything.

England was incredibly patient, understanding, and flexible. She took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, guiding us through the vast selection with genuine enthusiasm. I was impressed by her extensive knowledge about the various sectionals, including materials, styles, and configurations. She even offered thoughtful suggestions that perfectly suited our family’s lifestyle, especially with kids in the mix! What stood out the most was England's ability to keep my children entertained while answering all my questions. This was my first experience with Ashley Funiture. I had lived in Memphis, Tennessee for over 18 years and many commercials and advertisement for Ashley but never purchased. My mother just moved here from Illinois to Charlotte and we knew she needed some furniture so we happen to go down furniture row and stopped at a couple other places, but landed at Ashley’s where we were serviced by amazing sales person name England she gave us excellent customer service and I would highly recommend her .

My experience with the Charlotte, NC location of Ashley Furniture has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a dining room table on Memorial Day, and as of today, we still haven’t received it. The lack of professionalism and responsibility from this store is shocking. From the start, communication has been terrible. We’ve had to call multiple times and even visit the store in person just to get updates, only to be met with empty promises and excuses. After months of waiting, we were offered two options: spend thousands more on a different set or keep waiting indefinitely. Neither of these are acceptable solutions, especially considering the inconvenience we’ve already endured. The real issue lies with their regional manager. Complete lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue is beyond unprofessional. Despite the ongoing delays, there has been no genuine effort to make things right, no compensation for our time, and certainly no empathy for the situation. To be clear, this review is specific to the Charlotte, NC location. I’ve heard good things about other Ashley Furniture stores, but my experience with this one has been nothing short of a nightmare. Buyer beware.

Let me preface this by saying this is my first 1 star review I’ve ever written. I also do not direct this review towards any of the sales people I worked with or the customer service representatives. All of them were very kind and attentive. My issue is with the company as a whole and management. My husband and I ordered a dining room table and chairs set back in May. It is now the end of September. We called to check in a couple of times but were reassured that they will call me when it ships and I don’t need to be calling. I called in again recently since we have family visiting soon with no table for everyone to sit on. The customer service representative contacted the Pineville store manager. They said I could come in and look at different tables and they’d “work with me on price” or I could continue to wait. I am 8 months pregnant and live 30 minutes away but decided I’d go in. When I arrived, no one knew who I was or that I was coming in. I was told it’s going to be over a month before it’s delivered( end of October). They had me look around at different tables. The regional manager happened to be there and was going to look to see if she could get it any faster than end of October. The regional manager told me, after driving out there 8 months pregnant, someone can call me to give me a quote on the table that I was interested in swapping out/if there was any progress in finding my table. She said I could leave the store becaus this process could be “2 minutes or 2 hours”. I got home and no one called me so I called back right before close. Their solution to not calling me back was either continuing to wait or paying almost $1000 more on the table I inquired about swapping out. They mentioned how I’d got mine at a really good price. I bought it during Memorial Day weekend for that reason. I’d already bought a $3500 couch from them, it’s not like I don’t spend the money there. Now, 8 months pregnant, I find out I am due for my baby a week earlier than my original due date which just so happens to be the week they can deliver this table. I call customer service to ask what happens if I’m in the hospital when they deliver the table, how do I reschedule etc. They told me someone I trust could accept it and let the delivery guys in. I explained my husband and I have no family in Charlotte and he will possibly be with me in the hospital. Their response to this was that I’d be charged a fee unless I call two days in advance to cancel. I asked if this was really the case with the table being delivered almost 6 months late and while I’m in the hospital giving birth and they said yes. I have been nothing but kind and patient but this is so wrong in so many ways.

MATTRESS BUYERS: BEWARE Our experience with Ashley Furniture in Pineville has been nothing short of a nightmare. My wife and I initially wanted a Purple Restore Plus mattress, but our sales associate, Karen Cedeno, and her colleague upsold us to a Tempur-Pedic that was $1,000 more expensive. They assured us buying from Ashley was better than direct to the manufacturer because we could exchange with any other mattress brand in the store as many times as needed, only paying a $99 exchange fee each time. To get clarification, we specifically asked if we could exchange the Tempur-Pedic for the cheaper Purple mattress later and get a refund for the difference at the Labor Day sale price. They confidently assured us we could if we ultimately didn't like the Tempur-Pedic and they would honor the current Labor Day price of the Purple mattress. However, when we tried to make this exchange, Karen sent us the fine print stating that the price difference for a cheaper exchange would be forfeited, and mattress returns are only allowed for damaged/defective deliveries. This directly contradicted everything we were told in-store. What's more appalling is that knowing we initially wanted the cheaper mattress and that exchanging down to a lower value mattress would mean forfeiting the difference, they should have logically suggested starting with the cheaper Purple mattress and exchanging up to the more expensive option if we didn't like the Purple. Instead, they deliberately upsold us, knowing we could not return the mattress for a refund or get a refund for the difference if we exchanged down to the Purple. This was a blatant scam to get us to buy from Ashley under completely false pretenses. As we purchased the mattress later, virtually, the DocuSign agreement we received didn't reflect any of the verbal promises, and no one walked us through the agreement to explain the fine print, which contradicted everything we were told. Who would think that you would need an attorney to review a contract before buying a mattress? When we spoke with the manager, Garret, he said there was nothing he could do. We're filing complaints with the BBB and North Carolina's Consumer Protection department. We'll update this review if Ashley makes this right, but as it stands, we strongly warn against trusting this store's deceptive and unethical sales practices. Potential customers: Be extremely cautious, read ALL fine print, and know that you can't simply trust what the sales associates tell you.

Do not buy anything from them the furniture is not durable, and the warranty group they offer does not want to help you at all. I have gone 3 couches with them in 4 years all of them are poor quality they either rip or the metal pieces break. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.

Karen did an amazing job helping me pick out my furniture. The issue didn't happen until we discussed getting it delivered. The originally deliver date was pushed out 30 days so we could wait for my pieces to come in. Then she was suppose to call me so we could schedule an actually date to get it delivered. When I called in to inquire about the pieces and the delivery date is when the issue happened. My days off was the only two days that they don’t deliver. I asked Karen to give me 24hrs to think about my decision. She immediately caught an attitude on the phone. Which was very shocking since she was so nice during the entire buying process. She informed me that if I didn’t get the furniture they would charge me a 10% restocking fee, and to call customer service. Then she hung up on me. Totally two different personalities.

Ordered a cabinet that was scheduled to be delivered last Friday, I had to reschedule which they said wasn’t a problem and would probably be delivered the following Tuesday, I’d get a confirmation. Now it is Tuesday and they are not only not delivering it but they don’t have it. My sales person is off so “when she comes back they’ll tell her to cancel “ then my refund will com in 1 to 2 billing cycles, so could take 2 months? WTH? This sounds like a scam!

I would never shop at this store location again Ashley Home Store Pineville NC the service was terrible, I purchase a Mattress around 7:00 pm and called back the next day when they opened to cancel the purchase because after reading the fine print it said Comfort not gaureented and they kept passing me around from person to person and they refused to cancel the order. There was nothing on any paperwork that stated non refundable.

I was on the hunt for coffee tables and encountered her when I entered the store and she was just the sweetest and didn’t pressure me at all, but told me to just look around and see if I saw anything that I liked and then she would come check on me later, which she did. Later, before I left the store, we had a conversation about what I was looking for and she just seemed really interested in me finding the right tables for the couch i had just purchased which I really appreciated! She didn’t try to sell me on what Ashley had but really wanted me to make sure that I didn’t make an impulse purchase and got exactly what I want. Kudos to you Reebee and if I come back, I will definitely look for you!!

I purchased a dresser from this store and bought the extended warranty. Flash forward 2 years and the dresser drawers are not closing. I reach out to them and the extended warranty diamond care and because the issue started 35 days ago it cannot be covered cause it’s more than 30days. So I’m stuck with a dresser that doesn’t close! What a waste of money and it’s nots worth it purchasing a warranty and paying extra if it doesn’t cover this issue. Now I have to buy another dresser and it will not be from Ashley’s!

I purchased a sectional couch with an ottoman from Ashley in December 2022. I was talked into buying the 599.99 Diamond Care Plus package which would include free couch cleanings and would cover damages even damages caused by pets. We have several rips in different spots in the couch. I have filed multiple claims with Diamond Care, but it is like they are non existent. The website isn’t under Diamond Care it’s under “5 Star Service” and the website is very hard to find. They give you a claim number, but never contact you. Our ottoman broke and I asked for a refund from Ashley Furniture. Ashley Furniture stated they would issue a full refund in May. I called today (July) since I never received the refund and they stated they issued me a $170.00 store credit that was good for six months. The ottoman was 399.99. I was advised since it has been over a year since I purchased the couch they could only issue half of the cost of the ottoman. I asked for some type of refund for the Diamond Care Plus Package since I feel like I was scammed, but the lady I spoke with stated they could not issue me any kind of refund since I received the 170.00 store credit from the ottoman after I was told I would receive a full refund on the card I used in store. I spent over $2,500 on this couch including a diamond care package that will not respond or fix the rips. I have read several reviews regarding Diamond Care Plus Package and I will warn everybody about this.

I was promised for my furniture to be delivered on 06/06/24 and I received a call one Day prior to my delivery stating my delivery is not ready I was so disappointed how they do business after spending over $5000 in that store I have bad experience with Ashely store last time I had bought some Kitchen dining and was coming apart on the first day sat on it they send 3 people to come fix the same issues never got it fixed For bad experience I got with then and I gave them one start I believe I’m a title be compassed for not respecting the contract i had signed for my furniture to be delivered on the 06/06 as I was promised I had requested a vacation day on my job to wait for my delivery . I was so mad and very disappointed

I had the worst experience at this location anf corporate TD bank never followed up after an 2nd credit card was issued without my permission and under false representation. Please do not sign anything at this store without full reviewing the small print! After Receiving my furniture the mattress was not same as the floor model and couch was broken. I had just moved to the clt area and this was added stress that I at the time could barely deal with. What I experience horrible. Yes the furniture is not as expensive but it was not worth it the damage that it cost for me!
I went to the Ashley Home Store in Pineville for the second time. I was greeted by Jim who let us know he was there to help if we needed him. This time I was able to purchase not one but two dining room table sets. There was a great sale going on. Jim was very helpful and explained everything to us concerning the tables and the chairs. We went back to purchase another Boxberg reclining sofa to add to our living room. We have loved this set and how well it complements everything we currently have. + Added a Havalance office chair, another collection we love from Ashley. Of course we asked for Kelly right away as he has been amazing through the process of furnishing our new house. One thing we did not add this time was the warranty as we have had bad experience twice now trying to use it. Last time was last month when we tried to get repairs in the large Boxberg sofa purchased last year, since the back broke when reclining it against the wall, and this is yet another thing they don’t cover! For sure, we will not continued to add warranty from Ashley anymore.

The shopping experience was nice, but we have had issues since then. The delivery experience for me was pleasant, but my boyfriend’s pickup experience at the Ashley Store in Pineville was terrible. They were supposed to have someone from the store to help him, but no one assisted him with getting the base broken down and loaded onto his truck. He had to go into the store and do it all himself. I still had not received my emailed receipt by this time. Our pillows were not delivered or available for pickup when we got our other items, as we were told, so those were delivered a month later after being told we would receive them on a few different dates, after calling several times and it not arriving. When looked at my account on TD bank, it looked wrong, so I filed an inquiry with them. The issue was not with TD because they were going by what the Ashley store in Pineville had sent. When I finally sat down and calculated both of our bills, I was overcharged $300 on my purchase and my boyfriend was not given the $300 additional discount he was supposed to receive for donating $25 to the charity fundraiser they had. The line item for the $300 discount was listed on my boyfriend’s account, but it was not calculated into his final total. They gave him the additional $500 we had negotiated for the table, but not the other $300 and he as charged for the $25 donation. I was charged $5176.98 for original total not including discounts, but 3,599+ 478.98+ 799=$4,876.98. The $5,176.98 - $4,876.98 = $300 overcharge. The amount was before the additional discounts that were negotiated for mine, so they made it look like they were giving us discounts, but did not. When I called the number listed for Ashley’s, the guy asked if I had talked to TD, which I had and I told him what they said. He said I needed to speak with the sales associate, so he called Ashley’s in Pineville and was told she was not in, but he left a message for her to call me when she got in. It was 10:00 when I called and she got in at 12:00. I did not receive a call back, so I called on my way home and was told she was with a customer and would call me back. That was at 6:30 and they closed at 9:00, but I did not hear back. I called again the next day and it went to the customer service line again, and I told them the issues again and that I had not heard back, they again said I needed to speak with the sales associate and it was noted in the system as an issue for her and she would call me back. She finally called me back and after pleasantries, I told her about the overcharge as she was looking at my account and about my boyfriend’s miss discount. She said she would give me a call back after speaking with her finance person because she does not know how it is calculated. That call was on Thursday, not it is Sunday and I still have not heard back from her. Normally, I do calculations while dealing with a sales associate, but I did not that day and I regret it. Needless to say, but they have lost a repeat customer, my boyfriend, and I will never buy anything from there again. We will see if they respond, but I will be calling them back on Monday, if I am unable to get to the store to talk with them in person. If it was not for the delivery crew that delivered my items and the other customer service reps I had spoken with who helped me figure out the pillow delivery, I would give them 0 stars.

After looking online and talking about the Raelyn bedroom set for 2 years, we finally went to a store and met Rebee in Pineville a few weeks ago. She was pleasant from the start and made this a truly seamless experience for us. We had brought our kids along to check out the kids’ bedrooms, although we ended up not purchasing one. Rebee was kind to them as well and sampled endless imaginary ice cream flavors with our 6 year old daughter. Rebee worked to get us a great price during the Memorial Day sale and spent a few extra minutes at the end of our visit explaining what to expect for delivery. Today we received our furniture and it’s absolutely stunning in our main bedroom. The delivery team arrived on time, worked quickly, and was very polite. Everything arrived in working order with no damages. We couldn’t be happier!

I've never written a bad review on a place and am definitely patient and all for giving chances to make things right, but since my situation has been going on since January and nothing has been resolved, I have no choice. Plus I don't want this happening to anyone else! This is about to be LONG! My husband and I bought an entire bedroom set, dining room table and couch here. We were very happy until a little over 1 year later when we were noticing the table chipping and the couch literally falling apart. The couch is falling apart in the strangest places too (the top of the back cushion and on the side of another). In January I went to this location to speak to the manager. I showed him these photos and he said that this is unacceptable and told me Diamond Care would take care of it. We had a very nice talk and I was happy to go reach out to Diamond Care. He was so sure that they would handle this that he actually wrote down his personal cell # and told me to call him if they didn't take care of this for me. Well Diamond Care was beyond rude and unprofessional and the entire phone call they were making excuses as to why they can't take care of any of it. After that, I did call the manager's cell # and left a voicemail explaining how they will not handle this situation. I received no call back from the manager. As I mentioned I am very patient so I gave it a few weeks and when I still hadn't received a call back by then, I called the customer service and asked to be transferred to this location. The lady on the phone was very nice and asked me what I needed. I told her that I am looking to see if this manager is still working there (because in my mind if I didn't get a call back he may not be working there anymore). I gave her his name and she got back to me saying he does still work there but wasn't there at the moment so she was connecting me to another manager. This new manager was SO unbelievably kind, understanding and really made me feel like he was going to help me out! I even told him at the end of the conversation how thankful I am for his help and how much better I feel that I know now this will finally be taken care of! He told me he was going to get in touch with Diamond Care and instead of having me wait on hold while he does, that he would call me the following day. He asked what time I work until and we set a time for him to call. That was in March and there has never been a call back. I sent two follow up emails to him. I have his email address because while we were on the phone he asked me to email him the photos so he can see the damage I'm talking about. He couldn't believe the photos either and agreed that this has to be taken care of! But.....you guessed it, neither of my 2 emails were responded to either. I can't express how disappointed I am. It's sad that we gave SOOOO much of our $ to a place that clearly doesn't care about you once you walk out their door. To reach out to TWO very nice and seemingly caring managers, get no calls or emails returned, and have absolutely no help from Diamond Care either, is the worst feeling. We are stuck with falling apart furniture and everyday we look at them is a reminder of this whole horrendous experience. **UPDATE 6/25: I spoke with a 3rd manager at this store who PROMISED me she would get to the bottom of this. Just like the 1st manager, even gave me her personal cell # and told me to use it if I have any other questions. She got me to a point where I thought we were finding a resolution here, but nothing has come of it. Also when she told me to call Diamond Care, they gave different info than she told me. I texted her asking to call me. She responded that she will call when she's back in on Wednesday (that was 3 weeks ago). I sent another text asking to call days later..nothing. I called the store last week. They said she would be in at 12 which was in 3 minutes. They told me she would call back. NOTHING! I can't believe I let another manager here make me think they'd actually help me get this resolved all the way through. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
My husband and I have shopped at the Pineville location several times and they never disappoint. Specifically, Asher helped us pick out a new table and chair set as well as side tables and a new coffee table! We’re excited to receive our new furniture!

I dreaded (because of previous bad experiences) going to a furniture store to buy a chair I needed. But for this chair, I couldn’t risk ordering online. I needed to try it out. I hadn’t even planned on going to Ashley, but was specifically given a recommendation for Jim Holland at the Pineville, NC store. From the time I walked into the store I felt welcomed and as if I was the most important customer he had, even though I was only interested in buying a single item. Jim asked questions about my needs, then took me through the store to look at each chair that might work, providing information, but also space/time to think on my own. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We found a chair that fit my needs exactly, at a price that fit my budget. I went to one other store, just to make sure, but the salesperson was so horrible that even if they had the “perfect” chair I would have never have bought it there. I returned immediately to Ashley. I definitely recommend Ashley and Jim Holland for any furniture purchases - I’ll certainly be going back again! Thanks Jim!

I love Ashley furniture but this last experience was awful. We picked out our furniture, we waited about 45 minutes to exit/ pay for the furniture. The salesman was so slow. His peers was useless and not supporting of his needs when he asked for assistance. I was very disappointed and don't plan on going back to this store. All other salesperson was either sitting or talking amongst themselves

Zack at Ashley’s in Pineville, NC is the best! I arrived near closing time but he helped me select a sofa, table, and Tempur-pedic bed, and he stayed past closing time to help me finish my order. Delivery will be quick too. This is my 2nd time purchasing from Zack (and 4th or 5th with Ashley’s) and I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to return again. He quickly understood my style preferences, and offered very helpful advice about what went together nicely, and he was very mindful of my price range. It is really refreshing to encounter a sales professional who you immediately know you can trust and it’s not all about selling for the sake of selling. He really wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. Well, I haven’t received my items yet, I feel confident based on prior purchases that they will be quality pieces that will last for years to come. If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a new couch and love seat and it was delivered a week ago on April 27th. When it was delivered, they dropped it off, didn't put it where we wanted it and left and spoke zero English so there was no process reviewed., we couldn't even ask questions and get answers. After they left we noticed damage to the leather on the love seat and the frame of the couch was bent so the recliners won't work. We immediately contacted the support line in hopes they would just replace our furniture that wasn't even 24 hours old(again i called the day they were delivered) Well they didn't, we had to file a claim and now it's a week later and they want to try to repair it rather than doing what they should and replace it. We have to now wait for the parts to arrive before they even have someone come out. So our brand new couch is not usable and our love seat has noticeable damage. I am beyond disappointed in Ashley and will never do business with them again. I will be posting this review everywhere I can until this is resolved. I have now texted the store as instructed in this review's response multiple times and have received no response. I was told parts were ordered, however the parts ordered will not fix the issue (the frame of the couch is bent), so now I have to wait for the parts to come that wont fix this, then wait for someone to come out to look at it, then wait again for another order of parts then wait again for some one to come back out. I have now had my furniture for a week, no resolution and I had family in town this past weekend, we had no where for them to sit because the couch cannot be used at all due to the bent frame. ALSO, I found out the "promotional" rate we were sold on is not what we received. So now we have to go BACK to the store to get that figured out. This is infuriating.

Sunshine was a pleasure to work with in finding the perfect bedroom furniture, but the rest has been a nightmare! Got my furniture. It was damaged. They suggested that a technician would come out to fix it. Technician said it was too damaged to fixed. Started an exchange. Weeks go by, still haven’t heard a word. Second load of furniture comes and it’s damaged too. It’s been 3 months and I still have NO furniture! 10/10 do NOT recommend dealing with Ashley Furniture.

My son purchased a sofa online and the delivery was going to take several weeks. I called the store last night and spoke with Kelly. He said he could get the sofa delivered next weekend so we cancelled the online order and ordered it over the phone. He was great to work with and made the process so easy! I had a wonderful experience with Ashley Home Store in Pineville - First I had purchased a new bed frame and a top of the line Serta Mattress set - I went back a week later and picked out a new sofa to add to my already made purchase - Everyone was very nice helping me with my order, however the lady named Sunshine could not have been perfect, not only did she work it out so I could have them delivered at the same time but she was so helpful, professional and super nice. Once I get settled in with my new sofa and bed I plan to return to add many more items, thanks to her I only want to shop at Ashley for all my furniture needs - Thank you Leslie
I had to redact my previous review. This store has provided me the absolute WORST customer experience I have ever had in my adult life. I purchased a split adjustable base from this location and the store WILLINGLY let me collect it knowing that there was ONLY 1 REMOTE. I am not sure how dense they thought I was, but no one in their right mind would purchase a SPLIT base with 1 remote. I collected the bases 3 business days after purchase. There was plenty of time to find and ensure I had all of what I needed in this "AS IS" sale. Now if we are being technical, 'AS IS' would mean I KNOWINGLY purchased a split base with one remote. How dumb would anybody be to do that. The only resolution would for this store to take back this base, but Ashley as a company and this store took ZERO accountability and is essentially forcing me to keep this while they SHIP me a remote. So I have I will have a base with NO ETA on when I will get the second remote. They seem to think this is okay. I cannot help but believe my grievances were not taken seriously for a very particular reason. The sales woman Sunshine, I have no issues with. She has to be the most honest and delightful person. I don't believe she sold me this product knowing it wouldn't be functional completely. The GM Bonnie gave me an honest response and was very understanding but her title came with limitations, and that isn't her fault. Jim also was very kind. Kindness however does not negate the lack of transparency. Ashley got one over on me and that I will have to deal with, but I will never in my life shop at this store again! Oh let me not forget to mention, we can't even have a proper compensation conversation until I get the second remote!! What an F'n joke!
Called in to the Pineville store to see if they had a specific piece in stock. I spoke with Sunshine who was a total pleasure. Bottom line I placed a phone order and my piece will be delivered next week! What a pleasant and stress free experience. When I buy new living room furniture you know who I'll be going in to see. What a delightful shopping experience. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by a lovely sales lady by the name of Sunshine. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her friendly attitude and knowledge of the products made shopping of breeze. We purchased two beautiful alabaster lamps, that will look great in our living room. The shopping experience was HORRIBLE! When we walked in, we shared with the representative that we wanted to look before being stalked. A few moments later, he popped up like a car salesman. He then talked and talked and then we did make a decision and it felt like we were at the car dealership. It took over two hours to check my account and then to process a simple payment. We did not believe we got the best deal as the manipulation of retail; raise the price and then offer you a 25% off discount was in full effect. It was the “WORST” experience and I’m pondering if I will cancel the order and seek a full refund.
Matt bugged us in the best way from the beginning of our visit… we are so happy about our purchase and his and Ana’s customer service and laughter.

I realize that the sales job but literally you can't avoid when you just want to look around on your own. This is why I will order the furniture online after I view it in the store with Captain creeper lurking in the background. My issue with this and other furniture stores is the fact it's all spread all over the place and difficult to shop. What much rather just have living room furniture all together then kitchen furniture all together and so forth. Creates too much of a cluster for a shopping experience

Paid for warranty on a purchased bed, took a year to get them to finally send me the replacement parts and they didn’t even send all of the parts to fix it. Now they won’t send me the right parts because they closed the account. The absolute worst customer service. I will never shop here again. BEWARE.

5 stars is nowhere near enough for Ken at Ashley. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He made it so easy to purchase furniture by giving us suggestions, and really taking the time to walk us through everything we were looking at. We never felt rushed to purchase anything and he was the most honest person we have worked with.

The service person was great. However, I have a major problem with their return/exchange policy. The fact that it isn't posted visibly or pointed out during the sale is shady. And it's ok for them to deliver a damaged product TWICE! But the customer who spends thousands can't make an exchange. Disgusting! Someone may need to revisit the return and exchange policy. It is not customer friendly!

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!!!! I waited two weeks to get my furniture. It came damaged and now I am waiting to get it fixed. I called 5 minutes after they left and I was told that they couldn’t return the product even tho it was faulty (the door on the nightstand doesn’t shut properly). There customer service is a joke and I have been given the run around and they still haven’t fixed my product. I was told that they would ship repair parts to me and it would take around 3-5 days. Over a week later and still haven’t received any repair parts. I called a few days ago and was told multiple responses. First I was told it doesn’t take 3-5 days instead it takes 7-11 days, then I was told it was on back order. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. There’s a value city furniture store right down there road.

When we entered the store, we were greeted by Patricia Duarte who said she would be available to answer any questions that we had. We were allowed to browse the store at our leisure (and our preference) and after a while Patricia approached us to ask specifics of what we were shopping for. One suggestion to the store: the staging is really unappealing. Furniture pairings don’t match style-wise, and colors of staged areas clash. You would definitely sell more if the store was set up more aesthetically.

I purchased several pieces of furniture in November 2023. I have been told so many lies about why my furniture has not arrived. Now they are telling me they don’t have a clue when my furniture will be delivered. They said I can cancel, but I will be charged a restocking fee. I will never purchase from this company again, horrible customer service.
I bought everything from Ashley to furnish my house in 2021, the quality of the furniture, tables and chairs is not good material, I bought a protection plan and I have complained about what in itself has been damaged by the material that is of low quality. they rejected all my claims. It is not fair to buy something and not recognize it, even seeing the furniture and evaluating it, they only reject it.

Edit - still waiting repair and still no follow up. Purchased 12/3. Had to edit previous review - store requested original review before you left the store on day of purchase of in stock deliverable furniture- that should have been a first red flag. Furniture then scheduled for delivery and was told nothing was available or in stock and had it to be made. Basically overselling reserved in stock product. Both salesperson and then new manager make it our fault and after patiently waiting for credit (offered by manager ), assistance both on delay and twice delivered damaged items - manager said she is basically is a glorified salesperson. Again, could have said that 6 weeks ago instead of saying she was working on it and would call me back. Never was it about money - did not ask for credit - it was offered by manager - but surely warranted.
