Came to Ashley’s over the past weekend with the intent to just look around since we were seeking to acquire in a bigger couch soon. Needless to say, we fell in love with a sectional couch and had to get it! Reebee Shaw provided us with excellent customer service and care. She was very helpful and determined to assist us within minutes from the store closing. I definitely be back in the future.

Not only do you need to visit this store, you need to work with Reebe. Easiest, happiest furniture buying experience ever!!

Carolyn was awesome! She helped me find the perfect sectional and made great recommendations on what works best for my unique situation.

Amazing shopping experience! Simply way beyond the call of duty customer service. Ask for Kym. She really knows her stuff! The best mattress shopping experience I've ever had. Didn't try to upsale me at all, just really concern with finding the perfect match for me. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

Nice store layout and all but man... didn't like being approached before the door even shut behind us. Also, ignoring "we're just looking" and being persistent about asking questions was very off-putting.

This store is so clean and very big! Lots of displays to look at! A manager, Cody, helped me decide on which sectional I wanted for my home. Outstanding service!

Had to file a police report regarding the delivery!!! Can't make this stuff up. :( I'm torn on writing this review...because the store didn't technically cause the problem. Ashley Corporate needs to own their drama and make things right. They are happy to take a consumer's money, but when it comes to a company THEY contract for delivery...leaving the consumer with a bag full of drama...they simply don't care. First of all...Manager Cody Williams is AWESOME and I'm sad that because of my experience, outside of his control, I will NEVER shop there again. So...if you do choose to brave shopping at Ashley...please trust me when I say...Cody rocks and he's probably too good/hard of a worker compared to what Ashley deserves. But if he is there...work with him and you'll enjoy the shopping part. :) Cody had emailed all he needed to weeks ago, etc. And no one...not a soul followed up on the situation. I finally called today after a few weeks of not hearing anything and spoke to the store manager, Matt. Seems nice enough...had not heard my situation before today. Also said having a bad experience with delivery isn't uncommon any more these days. I PRAY that having to go hands-on with a delivery person to get him to leave your home is certainly not common. :( My delivery experience was horrible! Here is the review I posted on Riverstone Logistics, a delivery company Ashley contracts with. "Beware!!!! Had to go hands-on with removing one of their two delivery people. I filed a police report with CMPD. Purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture and this is one of the companies they allow to enter your home if you purchase from them." I told the delivery person several times to be careful and even more times to bring the stuff inside and just leave. I told him several times to "Get Out!" in English AND Spanish and he refused to comply. My background includes protective services and fortunately, I was able to physically remove him from my home!!! I helped him out the door before he even had a chance to realize I had my hands on him." I was a victim of domestic violence and this situation kicked up some unexpected PTSD for me. Even CMPD was confused at why this person wouldn't leave when ordered to do so several times." In addition to his "planting his feet" in my home, he was rude, reckless, belligerent, etc. I have spent too much time on this situation already and just thinking about stirs up emotions that aren't going to get me anywhere." Ashley Corporate, it is time to put on your big boy pants and own your "stuff".
