I saw a few tables that I really liked online. I called into the store and a gentleman named Kelly picked up the phone, and I asked him information about the tables. What was nice was I had a lot of questions; was it in stock, was it something I could come see in store, how quick could I have it delivered? he told me to ask for him when I got in the store and I did. I took a few minutes to look around and then had him show me the three tables. What was really nice also is that he showed me how the company graded certain furniture and how to look for which level of quality you’re looking at. Which was really helpful. We had recently bought a table from Arhaus that was five times the price of what we wound up purchasing, and returned it due to quality issues. I live in Fort Mill, and what was really nice is I found out that the distribution center is right over by Carowinds, so I bought the table literally had the table picked up and dropped off at the house and assembled all in the same day. Definitely a good experience. I would certainly ask for Kelly if I were you.

They lie about delivery dates, “misplace” items, they won’t give you a straight answer on when you will get your items, & it’s just despicable customer service. I can’t delete my review from 2 mos ago either. The reps ask for a review while you’re in the store & before you even get your order or know that you’re headed for a nightmare with them!! Go anywhere else but Ashley.

I bought an Ashley hybrid bed (2nd one, loved the 1st so much) from the Pineville, NC store. Barbara assisted me and she was amazing. Very helpful and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Just made great suggestions based off my needs. But once it came to the delivery continually being delayed, I went back to the store and Josh solved all my problems like the phenomenal wizard he is. His customer service was A++ and he melted my frustrations and stress right away by quickly handling the issue. I will shop again at this store again simply due to the great customer service I received from Barbara and Josh. Thank you!

She consistently checked in with us to make sure our needs were being met during the visit, and maintained her friendliness throughout. Moving is super stressful!! Especially when you’re moving to a different state, and want to buy everything new for your new home! Big shout out to Karen! The minute me and my son walked in she greeted us with a smile! We had a vision and she helped us, and guided us to come as close as possible to execute it! Karan goes above and beyond! Here are some of the reasons why.. she doesn’t pressure you, she’s very knowledgeable, and she’s super friendly! When you find someone like this, it leaves you to put all trust in them while they handle everything for you! Last night, we were almost at the finish line, until I hit a corner at the store and saw a bedroom set that I absolutely fell in love with! I mentioned to Karen that this was the piece that I actually wanted. She did not hesitate to change everything in the system, and make sure that we left out of there with a smile. Do you wanna know what’s more? Stressful is finding movers! She explained to me everything with Ashley Dash! Now that’s one less thing I have to worry about! that was one of the concerns that I had about pulling the trigger last night was because I didn’t want to move one thing from one state to another not only that a month away! I have to say I’m more than satisfied with the way everything went! The furniture is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable as well! thanks to Karen at the Pineville location for helping my son and I with our new beautiful furniture for our new blessing! Also, what an amazing way to pay it forward by doing a small donation to St. Jude’s! I hold that foundation very close to my heart since I’ve been donating to them for years.! everything has been a win-win with this whole shopping experience! All thanks to Karen!

We had a great experience purchasing our new sectional at Ashley! My wife went in yesterday and Rosa helped her tremendously! We then returned today as a family and were helped by Rebee. Rosa and Rebee were beyond helpful and professional! They allowed us time to make the right decision and we did. The showroom is huge and beautiful. Gaby was awesome! The minute I entered the store she was friendly, introduced herself and asked why I was there! When I shared I was furnishing a condo...she sat down drew out my rooms, ask me about my style and we proceeded to walk the store for 2 hours and make suggestions but not push. It was delivered on time; and we found a small defect after delivery; and their repair department has already fixed it under the manufacturer's warranty. I still wish they would offer a discount for paying cash instead of insisting on the "same as cash" credit card for the "best deal". Great for some people; but not as great for us personally. I'll be able to comment on the protection plan in 5 years; bet we don't use it; again, great for some people, but I'll have to see how the "refund for purchase" actually stacks up for 5 years of insurance.

We went into Ashley Furniture with the expectations to LOOK at the dining room furniture we had looked at last time and rugs. England allowed us to move several pieces of furniture to achieve our desired look, which ended with putting it all together with the finishing touches of a rug. I would have lived to buy from this store but the gentleman at the front with a blue hat would not leave my husband and I alone long enough to look or even discuss what we wanted. We told him several times that we were looking and we would get him if we needed someone. Tried to get us to sign up for financing even though I expressed to him we were paying cash. So we finally left and went across the street to rooms to go and bought what we needed. I hated to do it. I like Ashley's furniture but the constant hounding was too much.

We have shopped at Ashley many times over the years in different states we have lived in. This was our second time shopping at this location. The first time we bought a recliner for my father-in-law and on this visit we bought an electric reclining loveseat for us. We enjoyed our experience shopping at this Ashley. They had a good selection at various price points. Unfortunately for us, we fell in love with one of the most expensive models, but that's on us. Our salesperson Stanley was very helpful without hovering. He appeared when we needed him and then vanished, like the wind. Delivery is about a week and a half. Not too bad. Overall, satisfied.

Just as I was going to leave I waved at a saleswoman who gave me a big smile and I felt comfortable asking her a question about one of the favs that I took a photo of and she was so kind and helpful her name is Rebee and she was simply a pleasure! I DID NOT leave to check out the other stores as she had shown great hospitality to me and I made my purchase and scheduled my delivery in just minutes! Talk about quick an easy ! Thank you Rebee! Update - i ended replacing it for king bed as their cal king was not working and unstable. I will have to purchase new mattress now and I am still waiting on an update on promised compensation update Original review: We recently purchased a California king-size bed from this Ashley Furniture store. The in-store experience was fine, but the overall product quality and customer service have been disappointing. The bed was delivered with multiple defects, which we reported immediately at the time of delivery. We were assured that someone would come to fix the issues within 48 hours. It's now been over five days with no follow-up, and customer service has been unhelpful. They asked us to resend photos and provided no clear resolution. To make matters worse, we were told we shouldn’t have accepted the delivery — something that wasn’t communicated clearly at the time — and were given the impression that nothing more could be done. The customer service representative didn’t seem interested in listening and directed us to resolve the issue via text message, which felt dismissive. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a premium-priced furniture purchase. We expected better service and accountability from a brand like Ashley.

The sales person’s was very informative. We told them what our needs was. They showed us several different styles, Materials, And functions of a loveseat and recliner. Guided us through the process and payment plans and we got the contract done very quickly. Was in and out the store in a little over an hour, and our furniture will be delivered on Thursday. It’s perfect for hosting and will comfortably seat plenty of guests! The second time, we found a beautiful king bed online and called Kelly directly to help with the purchase. Inventory was running low, but he went the extra mile to track one down for us and arranged delivery. We opted for the white glove service, and it was well worth it—they brought everything in, assembled the bed, and cleaned up all the packaging. Snobby sales people, terrible service. Bought a couch and a warranty. The back support of the couch failed within 6 months. Warranty company approved the claim and sent us an email and confirmation with a barcode. In the reimbursement form it said we had 6 months to use. The store couldn’t find the funds and had no way to scan said barcode. They asked when it was funded it was in January is march. They called 2nd tier support and they were able to locate the funds but it was half the amount on our approved claim reimbursement form. I tried calling that number and it’s invalid. Go figure

We entered Ashley’s store, laughing about how the morning was going we were met with a smile and a soft tone from England. she ask if she could help us with something. We’re looking at sofa sets and they had many. She showed us a few and with the non verbal reaction she continued on to the next tone that caught our attention, then she continued to the other one that really caught our attention We went back and forth with hearing all the amenities of the other one. She’s telling us about the last one she showed us how it function the color everything. Hours later we’ve finally found one the one that she said was gorgeous and it is. If anyone need help with finding gorgeous furniture go to Ashley and ask for England. She amazing, knows her stuff furniture. Hire her for that executor

Frank was our sales associate. He allowed us to shop freely but was available to answer questions about features, fabrics, colors warranty. He wanted the typical sales person. The store manager came over to meet us and offer any assistance needed. We made our selection of a new power reclining sofa then added a sofa table. Frank advised us of the Diamond protection plan and we decided to purchase that as well. Wow coverage for almost anything and the ability to get the cost back off not used. How could we go wrong? Payment was tendered and a delivery date set. Although I haven’t yet taken delivery, i believe we will be satisfied . I found this Ashley store to be fully stocked with a wide variety of styles and price ranges. Frank was amazing in helping us to select the perfect furniture for our needs. Stanley the salesman and the manager Chris seemed great, promising my top of the line tempurpedic mattress would be able to be delievered next day, if not the next Monday. Well that was not the case. The following Monday they said there was a delay. Then Stanley it was on the truck to be delivered Friday. Friday comes and not a peep from either of them. So we called and spoke to Chris. He said they had been calling and leaving voicemails (which was not the case). The salesman had called me from his personal phone twice and I was working so I couldn’t answer, but no text or voicemail after our previous conversation. But there was another delay and Chris said it could be delivered Saturday or Monday. By the end of the conversation he said it would be tue following Thursday when it could be delivered because of the delay. And promised he would keep in touch and call us the next week. Still haven’t heard a peep! But did get a text from an automated system with a delivery time. During the phone conversation with Chris I asked to cancel my order because of all the hassle and the fact I needed my furniture when promised not almost two weeks later & he said there would be a 10% cancellation fee. Not sure many people have $2,000 to drop for furniture they won’t be getting, I know I don’t. I absolutely would not recommend anyone shop at the Ashley furniture in pineville & I will not be back.

My brother and I shopped at the Ashley Furniture in Pineville this past Saturday as I was looking for a new living room set (my very first real one, mind you). Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Karen who proceeded to ask us what we were looking for, etc. I had done some looking online prior to coming into the store so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. They didn’t have the exact set I wanted, so instead she showed me a similar style of couch and then showed me a set with the similar material so I could get an idea of what I’d be getting. She answered our questions and then proceeded to leave so we had time to talk, think, and get a feel for the different options we were looking at. She temporarily would come around to check in on us and offer us water, etc. I ultimately ended up finding a couch and an oversized chair that I was obsessed with and that my brother approved of as well and it was a done deal. The store itself was laid out very well with good options and set ups so you could really get a feel for it. I will definitely be returning for my furniture needs in the future. I also once again am thankful for Karen who made the experience so enjoyable and stress free by listening to my wants/needs and working with me to find the right pieces, pricing it out for me, and then also making the actual buying process so easy. She was great to work with and very relatable to talk to so it made the whole thing seem effortless and exciting as it should be.
