I genuinely wish I didn’t have to give only 2 stars. We purchased a sectional, a dining room set, and two queen beds. The sales experience was pleasant, and based on that, I expected a smooth delivery—especially since we had important events planned around the promised delivery dates. Unfortunately, the problems started the moment the truck arrived. I was informed that the headboard for one of the beds was missing, meaning the beds couldn’t be delivered at all. Then, when the sectional arrived, it had a large tear, multiple smaller tears on other sections, and visible dirt. It looked more like a used piece than brand new furniture. I had to reject the entire order. Now, with guests arriving, I have no furniture to accommodate them. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I honestly did not expect this kind of experience from a brand like Ashley. I’m attaching the pictures of my sectional which I refused.

To start : Assisted by Randall and Nasir Parker, who were 5/5! Great help, courteous, and patient. The DASH service people as well, who came and setup the furniture for us, were kind, helpful, and fast. 5/5 Why 3 stars : Though we received great service from the people we interacted with, Ashley return policy caused an issue. From 1 Ashley store, we purchased a bedframe, and from another Ashley store 3 days later, we purchased a box spring. There was no indication in the display or purchase details of the bed frame that a box spring pallette was already built into the bed frame. We only realized this once we setup our bed frame. So we still have the box spring within the original packaging itself, didn't even remove the tape off it. However, Ashley does not allow us to return it. It is now just a product purchased that is not even used, not even unopened, that is wasted both in use and money. Not sure why they have this policy when it is unreasonable in certain edge cases.

Joe is FANTASTIC! He was so thorough and helped me find the perfect bedroom set and mattress that fit my needs best! The rest of the team was very friendly and knowledgeable! I’m sure that I will be purchasing more furniture from Ashley’s!

Nas was very helpful with finding a new mattress and dressers. It took a few trips for us to decide but he was patient and helped guide us to what we've decided on! Would recommend!!

Sales person was good. Sofa looked good for about a month, they replaced the seat cushions a few times, that did not fix the problem. I asked to exchange the item with something else and they would not allow it. Had to give it away and purchase its replacement at a competitor. Very poor customer service, I will never go back.
