Had a horrible buying experience with this Ashley store (and in general with their corporate office). We were charged 400$ more for our dining table set and the receipt had wrong chairs on it. We then had to call them at least 3 times to get the right order and correct amount. They said we will get the refund in 10 days but never got it. Called them again in 15 days and they said refund never got started so now it will take 10 more days. Have called them 2 more times since then and nothing. Here we are 2 months later and still havent gotten our 400$ refund!! Speaking of the actual furniture we bought, two of the chairs are defective. One had one leg shorter than the other so its wobbly and the other has one leg completely coming off. We have bought furniture before from so many other places and never faced these money or quality issue. Have been calling them to come out and fix the chairs but they keep saying they are “too busy and to call them next month”?! Please dont waste your money with these people.

I must say the customer service in this locate is nothing other than outstanding. I purchased some furniture back in May and my sales person name was leanne she was super great from the time I entered the store until the time i left she provided me with the best service she explained every detail to me regarding my purchase. So here it is July and Im back in Ashley ordering more furniture just so happen Leanne was there again and greeted me as I walked in the store.I was flattered to hear her say hello Mrs Boyd she actually remembered me.I was very impressed so once again she made another sale from me, so just to sum this up not only is Ashley a great place to shop, the customer service they deliver makes is so much nicer I will always be a Ashley Furniture fan.

We met with Cory and Sam for our bedroom sets.They helped us to found the best sets with best prices. They both were so patient and explaining things.

I have been a customer of Ashley Furniture for over 14 years and I have never experienced such poor service. The delivery of my furniture went smoothly, however I noticed some dirt marks throughout the furniture. When talking to customer service they wanted to send me a bulk of material so someone could come and re- upholster my brand new couch. That seemed a bit much as it only needed to be cleaned. So I accepted a 15% discount to pay for my own cleaning. Upon further inspection I noticed a small tear at the corner of the loveseat and I called back (same-day) and wanted them to just send out a new loveseat. They refused and they further refused to provide me any information so I could contact someone higher up in corporate. Additionally the attached photos are pictures of how dirty the water was from having the sofa cleaned (same day)So my brand new sofa came with more dirt then I what I had initially seen. It was not the delivery team because the furniture was thoroughly wrapped in plastic and other covering. Ashly Furniture has just lost a loyal customer for refusing to rectify the situation. I spent over $2200 for my new furniture and this is their response. I will never shop with Ashley’s Furniture again. UPDATE!! Thank you Ashley Furniture for reaching out and making things right. I appreciate your following up on my review to correct the things that went wrong. My new living room furniture looks amazing.

REVISED: Unfortunately my positive initial experience went on a downward spiral. I can't get an itemized bill despite several messages and phone calls. The furniture was damaged by the delivery company along with my home. They sent a replacement and the furniture was still faulty and they damaged my home again. Delivery company made me accept the furniture and would not let me send it back. NO RETURN POLICY! DO NOT SIGN FOR DELIVERY UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE FURNITURE BECAUSE ASHLEY WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE IT BACK. Just a warning to save the next person Ashley's will try to con. Guess they are trying to make up for all their lawsuits. First set of delivery men actually argued with each other in front of my family. I am extremely stressed and stuck with faulty damaged furniture. People don't have time to do multiple exchanges and deal with repair men. The initial order should be right the first time! See attached photos. I will leave my initial review so you can see how happy I was to receive my new items. I will no longer be a returning customer and will be closing my account. INITAL: Leann is absolutely amazing! I worked with her on two visits and she was kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She gave me room to shop, but was close enough to answer questions when needed. I despise being pressured and hounded while shopping so I appreciated her style and felt comfortable while shopping. I also communicated with her via text and she got back to me immediately and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location and to work with Leann. I didn't catch the others names, but I also had great conversations with other staff there and loved the friendliness all around. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I bought a whole bedroom set. The box spring was added at the checkout time. They never told me about the size of it and when i receive it i just realized that it was too high. I tried to return it or exchange it and they didn't accept that.. Now i can’t use my bed untill i buy another box spring and i will have to sell the one that i got by myself.

After a short time, we settled on a nice sectional w/ a chaise. Hubert was able to help us price match a local store and get us set for financing and shipping. He was friendly, straightforward and professional - hard to find these days. 10/10.

My experience was good. Is a lot of variety to choose from in the show room. After making my purchase, I looked online and saw that the product I purchased was four hundred dollars cheaper online. Call my sales man brought it to his attention that it was immediately corrected to the lower price.

Decided to give Ashley another chance after dealing with them 6 years ago total nightmare. Started off good salesman was good. However delivery gets cancelled. Called like I was asked told I can’t reschedule until after 2 the next day. Talked to a supervisor about this because we literally removed all our beds because they were going to be replaced. Promised a phone call back by the end of the day. Never got a return call. When I called back the new person had no clue what I was talking about. Ashley supervisors just blow smoke and say whatever it takes to get you off the phone. So now we’ll be sleeping in the floor until they decide to deliver our order that I paid 8000$ dollars for. If I could go back I would just avoid Ashley like I intended to. But I will not make the same mistake again.

Larry our salesman was extremely helpful! He listened and showed us all our options. He made suggestions and had patience. He made the purchasing process easy.

We went shopping for a bedroom set and mattress. The financings was very easy and the two sales representative we worked with were amazing. Naz and Joe Parker thank you so much for the time and effort you took with us.

Everyone was kind and friendly. Greg was especially helpful and patient in helping us find a bedroom set.

Let me break this review into two parts - purchasing the couch and then everything after that. Purchasing the couch was easy and Lindsay and her manager worked with us and were patient while we tried a variety of couches. After we purchased the couch, it has been 2 months and still don't have a couch that isn't messed up. On February 3 we purchased a reclining couch set. We received the couch on February 10. On February 17 we called Ashley and provided photos that one of the reclining chairs is bent/not level. It took us a week to notice this since we had not used that seat. I asked for a new reclining couch piece and they said that we would have had to call withing 3 days of it being delivered, so now it's under the maintenance warranty we paid for. The same protection plan that if we didn't use in so many years (5 I think), could be a credit towards new furniture in the future. So within one week we already had to use the protection plan that we weren't even sure about purchasing. If we didn't, I guess we'd be totally out of luck. 2/19 and no one has followed up. I check in again and she says they have to send a new part. 3/15 still no part and I ask AGAIN to just replace the one reclining chair because this is supposed to be a new couch. She says again that it is maintenance now because it's past the 3 days. We are also past the 30 days to just return all of it while waiting on a part. Part arrives next day and is all bent and unusable because not packed or secured at all. I call and get another part ordered and they can't pick up this other gigantic part that is sitting in our garage. Second part arrives 3/29. I call for two days to schedule. On third day I text and they say we are scheduled for 5/17. They aren't doing the repair until 5/17 - more than 3 months after purchasing new couch. I would not buy anything from Ashley that could possibly need a repaired item (reclining couches, etc). I have asked for a corporate contact and they say I have it. At this point if we could we would just return the entire couch. We will never buy from Ashley again.

Beautiful store and Great Team! Their VIP Program was a great tool for my family and I. It Saved me money and I can pay 30 days after my delivery. Thank you Ashley for a great experience

Nice.. really nice furniture, but it was like being at a used car dealership. All these options and pressure pressure pressure. Furniture was quality made and the prices reflected it. They really weren’t too thrilled we were going to pay cash for everything. Decided to think about it and come back later. Needed to escape the high pressure sales. Then the manage walks out.. like a car dealership.. and makes us special discounts to not leave and buy right then. Nope.. we left and bought nothing. They need to chill out just a little and let people pay cash and lay off the pressure a little.

I was very happy with the furniture selection. Raj was very helpful as we tried to select a new sofa for our home.

Well we decided to buy most of our furniture from Ashley in Raleigh and we had the most amazing sales person Hubert. He was so nice & pleasant, personal able & knowledgable. We were looking for a dining table and went to Ashley after trying another store that didn't have styles we liked and long delivery times. We were met by Nas at the store. He was courteous and showed us around the store. We found the perfect piece and it could be delivered in less than 10 days. The price was reasonable and we ended up buying it. Now we're waiting for it to arrive.

This was our third time buying a piece from Ashley and working with Joe Parker was easy. We called ahead and when we arrived he took us right to it, explained the promotion and then gave us some time to think about it which was appreciated.

Went to Ashley furniture to buy a dining room set I found on their website. Joe was working the floor and greeted me as soon as I walked in. His customer service and friendliness was exceptional. He knew exactly what I was looking for. They did not have the table in store, however, he helped me find another Ashley Furniture location 5 mins up the street that had the whole set on the floor and recommended me to the sales manager Patrick. Patrick was at the desk as soon as I walked in and brought me right to the set I was looking for. His customer service went above and beyond. He was personal, great conversation and helped me get the best price, saved me some money so I ended up getting an extra piece of furniture to add to my set! I just moved into a townhouse and will most certainly be going back. The furniture is high quality and reasonably priced. Thank you Patrick and Joe for all your help!!

We were very pleased with the store having a good selection of sectionals to consider and actually found one that perfectly fit our needs and price range. Patrick assisted us with a quote based on the options we desired. We checked a couple more stores finding Ashley very competitive. We called Patrick and completed our purchase with him. Leann was magnificent, knowledgeable, professional, kind & personable. Leann also was extremely helpful with other furniture/decor as she helped us pick out a few pieces. Leann was an absolute delight and I would return to this store and ask for her specifically. She will go above and beyond. Along with Leann, we were greeted and provided a layout of the store as well as blank documents and a pen for jotting down notes by Wayne. Wayne greeted us immediately and followed our lead based on our needs. He checked on us as we went through the store and also spent some time recommending and sharing tips about spacing with furniture. His personality was also magnificent.
