The experience started out well. Then their internet went down as our consultant was finishing our paperwork and payment and it went downhill from there. We waited for an hour and our consultant tried to get help with his computer from the finance manager ( I can't understand how she is anyone's manager) and her attitude was out of this world with him and us also. If she had as much common sense as she had attitude, the experience would have been better. I called the 1-800 customer care line when we left to make sure our order and payment went through and was correct and that call only took 2 minutes versus the additional hour at the store. As someone who has always been in customer/client facing careers, it amazes me the lack of service that happens today. Management please give that woman a job in the back where she doesn't have to constantly interact with others. She does not have any people skills. Just from my time there, I can tell her attitude is damaging to her co-workers as well. Pretty disappointed in my first and now last purchase at Ashley's. **Update: I have reached out to the number sent in the reply to the review twice and still have not heard anything back. To add to it, our leather sofa was delivered with a tear on the back. I called right after it was delivered when I saw it and I am still waiting on a confirmation for the tech to come out. The guy I spoke with on the phone sounded rushed and in a mood. This has been the WORST experience ever. I guess if we want furniture in the future we will stick to local furniture company's and if need be try Rooms To Go. I will never shop at Ashley's again and will never recommend them.
