shopping at the ashley outlet was an easy, no pressure experience. my sales consultant Rachel was great; from the initial greeting to the final sale! she listened to what i was looking for and pointed me in the right direction for options, but let me shop without hovering and didn’t push for a sale even when i was leaving to continue shopping at other locations. after consideration at other locations, i returned to look again and ultimately decided to purchase with Rachel. i’d recommend this ashley outlet location to friends and family!

My experience was surprisingly better than I expected. When I entered the warehouse it was only for a quick browse. However, my sales consultant Greg was not only friendly but knowledgeable. Update 3 we got the new cup holder in 3 days after delivery back to 5 stars. Just wish they would have let me know it’s coming fast. Update 2 dropping 2 stars: delivery day 10am: couch arrived damaged saw delivery guys trying to cover it up. I get it I would too if I delivered it lol. But they told me to call for a new cup holder. I called they told me 10 business days to even process a new cup then it will be shipped so maybe a month? The couch looks awful without the cup holder. $1200 for a broken couch that’s going to take 1 month to repair. Kevin was excellent for a couch and mattress we are coming back to buy again. Ask for Kevin! He knows his stuff.

Had an amazing experience purchasing a dining room table today. Our sales associate was Rachel and she went above and beyond to help us pick it out, take measurements, and find a way to get it home. All around incredible and friendly customer service. It was going to be tight, if not impossible, to get in our SUV but Rachel and Cash found a way to partially disassemble it so that it would fit. Our sales personnel was good, but being a new hire was not familiar with the full purchase experience and the pricing due to their current event. She invited the store manager over to answer our questions/ concerns and at that point things when down hill with the manager putting the buy pressure on using their financing option which we don't want to use. This would be a check or debit card sale. When he understood that is when his attitude changed from treatment like we were friends to loosing interest in us. At that point we left. Our purchase would have been 3-4k.

Marcus was absolutely fantastic. I just moved to Raleigh yesterday and was somewhat on a time crunch getting primarily a bed frame but in addition, a dresser and nightstand before starting my job. He was very nice, accommodating, and gave me space to find something that worked for me without any pressure at all. I found the set the worked for me and was able to find a suitable delivery/assembly date that worked for me. Highly recommend purchasing furniture here as they will take care of you and are very friendly. Prices weren’t too bad as well. I haven’t received it yet but you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for an economy option, they got it. If you can splurge a little, they got it as well!

I went to the Ashley Outlet in Raleigh Nc recently and ordered a Full size headboard and Rachel the sales representative assisted me with the purchase of my order and she was very helpful and professional and kind and funny as well.she was able to find a headboard at a good price and she assisted me with the purchase.on the way home she called to let me know that the headboard was not available for pickup because they were out of the headboard in the warehouse but she was able to make a pivot and was able to work out another headboard that was available for pickup at the warehouse the next day and I was able to pick up the headboard and she was the best at getting the job done she needs to be regonize for her assistance

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered assistance. I wanted to look on my own so Marcus, the sales associate told me where to look. There was a variety of living room tables and a variety of prices. I found what I needed in a price I wanted to pay. While I was looking Marcus asked if I was finding what I was looking for and answered questions I had. Check out was easy. I would definitely go back here first if I need something else.

Great customer service and very customizable options. We had many questions that were all answered instantly and concisely by Kevin our in store representative. Would recommend coming here, they always have great sales going on!

Service at the store was good. Delivery and post delivery was terrible. When we originally bought the bed we were told it did not need a box spring, just a mattress, that was not the case. Had to buy a box spring. Delivery guys damaged our wall and floor and all they said was “we took a picture of it”. No instruction of who, when or where to call. Called Ashley Store and they are unwilling to do anything because I didn’t call within 72 hours (another item not disclosed). I will not be shopping at Ashley again.

Worst customer service utter rudeness & disrespect they don't even deserve the one star. I witnessed rude disrespectful employee & his manager verbally assaulted an elderly woman for no good reason. You all need to do better you lost two customers that day. The manager was totally out of line. One star too good for this trashy store.

If zero were a star, this place would win the Academy Award for Worst Performance in Retail. It’s a junkyard of dysfunction rudeness, mismanagement, incompetence, and zero price integrity. The store manager leads charge with dismissiveness and chaos. I’ve never felt so disrespected or misled in a retail environment. Avoid unless you enjoy frustration.

As a senior citizen above 75, I am compelled to warn my fellow consumer's about this horrible establishment. After spending more than 4 hours over a two day period looking for honesty in pricing integrity,I found the rudest salesman, Robert and Jose. Once the bait and switch was called out, the behavior showed itself with arrogance without apology. On Wednesday the price was quoted at one cost, the next morning when I went to pay it was a $100d different. I will quote verbatim what was said to me, ",you ain't getting it for that,"

From the time I entered till the time I left, we were given superb customer service. Staff weren't aggressive, and gave me my space to explore the store in my own time. Would recommend store to all for a relaxing atmosphere. I purchased a dining table, and chairs, a couch, and 3 bar stools. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Bought rec sofa 2 years back. Paid $500 for 5 year warranty. Now the leather is torn and no warranty support at all. Ashley is asking to contact 5startservice and they are saying this is not covered. Then why was i proposed 5 year warranty service or replacement. Very bad customer experience Pathetic customer support Hopeless warranty services Nowhere to go. Frustrated customer.

Stopped in to see what they had in stock. I presumed this was a damaged good store. While they may have some, you can also get typical Ashley items at a savings!!!! Worked with Joe, the sales manager, good guy and best of all, even donating to charity we saved upwards of 20%. Plus, if you get the 5 year extended coverage and don't use it, they will give you store credit for that cost!! This is our new found, go to furniture store!!!

I've never been more insulted in my life. Recently moved to Raleigh I'm in need of furniture. Looking around with the salesman "Robert" I was very specific about my needs. After explaining everything, Robert told me his delivery fees are in the price! At getting me my final numbers, the delivery fees were in fact extra! All he had to say upfront, those fees are extra. It wasn't explained upfront. After calling him out; he says "I speak well". What a condescending tone for him after being caught lying. I would avoid this place if salespeople are not upfront and unethical as this person has presented himself. I've gotten more honesty from a used car salesman.

I have only bought furniture once in my life before, and it wasnt at at Ashley. Well Sarah was exceptionally helpful in walking us through all of the options on a bedroom set that we saw. A nice wide selection, at reasonable prices (did go on Labour day), and great customer service.

This was absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had shopping for ANYTHING. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and "what can I do for you!" Jon was there not to sell me something but to genuinely serve me. I was picking out furniture for my college bound grandson. Jon was so helpful in helping me find and coordinate the items I needed. My wife and I stopped into the Ashley outlet store to look at some chairs and sofas, buddy Eubanks provided great customer service, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We ended up buying several items from the store and will definitely return in the future.

Customer service was fine until I asked about Ashley promotions that are “In store only on the website”. The sales rep insisted on using their own promotional pricing that was higher than the website’s; even though this is supposed to be an outlet store. I let them know that his quote was not a price match and asked if I could obtain the promotional pricing that was for in store purchases only. He said he could not run me a new quote because I was not “ready to buy” even though I was if he had offered the fair price. I asked if I needed to go to a regular Ashley’s store to get this offer and his response was yes and ripped the sales quotes out of my hand. I doubt he would have treated a male customer the same way when trying to negotiate. Case in point, rude customer service and predatory sales tactics.

Visited the Ashley Outlet looking for a dresser for my bedroom suite. I was immediately assidted by Robert, who was able to help with the selection and find a delivery date that fit my schedule. Great customer service!

Chloe was knowledgeable and helpful without being a pushy salesperson. The store was clean and easy to navigate. Prices were a bit high but it is a high end brand. We were aloud to take our time without any pressure tactics. Everything was explained and all financial options were given. Enjoyed our shopping trip

We are super grateful to have met Dakari on the day we started our search for a mattress. He was super knowledgeable of the brands of mattresses, their technology, and complimenting accessories to enhance a mattress that may not have been in our budget. We didn’t buy the same day because we thought we’d find a better mattress elsewhere, but found ourselves back to him because everyone else around Raleigh had nowhere near as much knowledge about mattress technology as Dakari did. Every other sales person made every mattress sound the same or even gave false information or didn’t know what some mattress lines had to offer! Fortunately we came in the store again when he was working and bought the mattress and adjustable base we had discussed. I honestly don’t think we would’ve found the right mattress for us without him. He’s passionate about people getting a good nights rest and understands it’s direct role in a persons health. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because these google reviews reflect this Ashley’s as a whole I’m sure and I must say this Ashley’s best asset is Dakari, he is very professional in presentation, personal in his connections with customers, and is knowledge about the products they’re selling. Everyone else kind of stayed out the way or kept it to the bare minimum. The manager is very reasonable too but kept his distance. So I don’t know that I’d return to this Ashley’s, but I would certainly seek out Dakaris advice on mattresses!

Dakari, Laura and Jose the manager were fantastic. They didn't pressure us but they were so helpful and kind! We found a quality sofa and got it on sale with an affordable delivery fee. Highly satisfied and highly recommend. Can't stress enough how nice and knowledgeable everyone was!!!

I've been looking for a sofa with a chaise. My salesman was Jon and he was awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable but no pressure. I was looking for as much seating as possible but it still needed to fit into my condo. We looked at a sectional where you you custom fit your space. It hasn't been delivered yet, but it should fit nicely.

This was or last stop after being frustrated everywhere else. I feel like it was meant to be. Jon was our sales associate and by far exceeded my expectations! There were only 2 salesmen there at that hour and he managed to handle our needs while working with other people and hardly made us wait at all! He even called his manager to accommodate our pickup schedule even though it was out of the time frame! We ended up getting a sofa and a rug at which he offered to help load the sofa himself when we returned! He also folded up a huge rug and loaded it in to my car for me. My son is injured and can’t help and Jon’s genuine and helping nature really stood out. His customer service is beyond excellent. Super nice guy and very good at what he does. My husband and I were looking for a sectional for our living room. We needed one that wasn’t too big for our living room. We first were helped by Pat at a different Ashley store. I recently called, hoping to get some information about delivery for furniture I had purchased. Instead, I was met with the epitome of unprofessionalism. The "boy" who answered the phone & refused to give me his name, couldn't hear me, and rather than handling the situation with any semblance of maturity, he had the audacity to have someone else respond with "Domino's Pizza." This childish and rude behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I expected even the bare minimum of decent customer service from what is supposed to be a reputable store. Clearly, there needs to be a serious overhaul in training their staff to act like professionals rather than petulant children.

I went in to Ashley Outlet today to get an idea of which living room set and bedroom set I wanted. I ended up purchasing both sets unexpectedly with the help of Jose and his coworker. Both were great and I am very pleased with my purchase!

Yesterday my daughter and I came to look around at some bedroom sets. My daughter had found one she liked and Joseph seemed to come around at the right time. He helped us out a lot. He made sure we understood everything we were getting. I was so impressed that i decided to get me a set the same day! I decided to get the adjustable base to help with my back and I'm excited to get it. Joseph was truly nice and we will be back!

Yesterday me and my mother came to look for bedroom set for our rooms. We were looking around and Joseph came around and asked if we needed anything and that started an amazing day! When I expressed my excitement for a beautiful white set he sprung into action and was so nice to show all possible option for pricing. I had a great experience at the Ashley Outlet. Jon was very helpful and personable, he price matched with online offers, and he made it a very easy process to find and order exactly what I needed for my space. Really appreciated his service! Delivery went very smoothly and efficiently as well.

We walked in to this store with high expectations based on what we have heard from my friends. So, what happened was that we ordered two items - a dining table set and another coffee table set. We could see the dining table in store as it was on display there but not the coffee table. The sales rep, Joe told us that we could cancel the order for the coffee table if we ever feel it will not fit in the space in our living room. We paid in full for the entire order on Jan 03. The dining table table was delivered on Jan 13 and once we received that, we felt that the coffee table will not fit in properly and we requested a cancellation for that. At that point, we were told that cancellations after 3 days of placing an order warrants a restocking fee of 10% of the item price. Joe never told us about this clause when we asked him on the day of placing the order. We then talked to the store manager, Demi as well but nothing changed. It really left a bitter taste. We were just setting up our new place and they lost a decent customer. Will definitely not be back

Demi at Ashley Outlet was great. She helped me find a bed that I could take home that day along with a new table. She was extremely helpful and I’ll be sure to purchase furniture at Ashley Outlet again in the future.

Ashley Furniture has always been my go to for Furniture. After years of being an customer, I feel now as if I wasn't valued. Since November of purchasing $11,000 worth of furniture, I believe this is my last time. After going to this store on Glenwood and dealing with Rich and Joe, the first time I had horrible customer service and follow up from these managers. Still to this day I am waiting on a call back from Rich and Joe for my refund of my acct. adjustment. Several times I have spoke with manager after manager and customer service after customer service. RICH nor JOE helped the situation after promises to get my acct resolved. After putting $2k down and going back into the store to make additional purchases of $700 cash, the managers still can't get my order correct!!!!!!! Please do not consider this store. I would not recommend bc the managers customer service is terrible. They should be fired or retrained on how to provide conflict resolution to valued customers. Never again! My next stop is corporate.

My encounter is not even worth a 1-star review but that's the lowest I can go on the rating with Google. They tried me by saying they couldn't offer the Lindyn Sectional 2 piece RAF w/chaise at $1,150 with free shipping and said they could only do it for $1,700ish when their website offered it for $1,500 I walked out of that store at that moment and purchased it online for $1,100 with free white glove service...less than what I offered them. Same exact brand, model, and everything. How is another furniture store more honest and less expensive than the actual source that is considered an outlet?! Seems like they are money hungry and will charge you higher prices just for being in the store. A smart and experienced buyer sees straight through their games. I came in as a serious buyer and came out making sure I'd give my business to a completely different company over this encounter. My suggestion to management: Please find another place to exist.

The Ashley Outlet is a lovely place to shop for quality furniture. Upon entry I was approached by Laura and she kindly let me roam around and try out all of the sofas they had on the floor. It was a real “no pressure” experience, something I really appreciated. Once I made up my mind, we sat down and discuss the features of the sectional I chose and I was able to ask questions. Demi joined us and helped me ensure that my choice would fit and work in my home. Both ladies were wonderful and I enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend this outlet location and their sales staff. They took the time to really answer all my questions and figure out the layout with possible diagrams. I will shop here again. And I know their prices are lower than the regular Ashley furniture for the exact same home goods!

Amazing Experience! This was my first time buying furniture and from the time my boyfriend and I walked in Chole was eager to help us. We were purchasing a mattress for our new apartment. Demi was also a big help in finalizing the purchase. Her personality was warm and friendly and it made me want to come back and shop for more furniture! Demi was able to get us a fresh mattress from the box instead of the display which really made me happy and valued. The mattress was so comfortable and it help us have a great night sleep. The staff is superb!! Slightly inattentive initially, but once you engage them, they were extremely helpful. BUT Ashley... those prices were crazy for this to be an outlet location AND it was their Black Friday prices. I selected a chair ($999) and sofa ($599). The total came to $2100 BEFORE he added the protection plan. Needless to say, the math didn't math, and I left.

Robert was the right balance of helpful while also leaving us be to make decisions on our own. He made not very comfortable and also got us the best pricing by far.

Chloe was very professional from the minute I walked through the door of Ashley's Outlet. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me lots of options.I am very happy about the sleeper sofa I bought. However, I was very disappointed that it wasn't in either of their warehouses. Chole assured me that she would do everything in her power to get my new sleeper sofa to me as quick as possible. This is a follow-up on the sleeper sofa that I purchased September, Labor Day 2024waI was told that my sofa wasn't in their warehouse and they wasn't sure if I would receive it within a 2-3 week period. I have family coming for Thanksgiving and needed a sleeper sofa. We are a few weeks from Thanksgiving and I received a call that my sofa was no longer being built. I was told to come in and someone would be available to give me a refund. Unfortunately, when I drove there yesterday no one was qualified to refund me for the sofa. On top of that I was interrogated by Joe when I explained to him that the sofa I paid for was no longer being built. The nice lady that Chole that helped me with the sofa and who 's name is on my contract was there and he still refused to listen. When I asked him to give me back my contract he threw it on the counter and walked off. He was rude, arrogant and extremely cocky. He sound like he was sick because he was very hoarse. But, he should have stayed home with his nasty altitude. Needless to say I didn't receive my refund and I have to wait until Demi come back to work so that she can process my refund. Very disappointed!

This is my 2nd time shopping at this location. I must admit it was another great shopping experience. I walked in and Joe greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. I love how they allow you to browse without following you around like most furniture stores do. Demi was amazing, very sweet and we laughed a lot. I was in out quickly. I didn’t receive furniture, no one at this store would assist, manager will not call you back after leaving 3 messages, Wayne will hang up when you try to call him 4 days after the promised delivery date because he’s trying to ‘sell’ to someone else. They gave me the incorrect smaller product to walk out with, horrible experience! First review on date of order: Wayne is the best. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was patient with me as I was deciding on which pieces to purchase. Thanks Wayne!

If i could give less start, I would! I bought a sofa here and told the sale reps that I don't need warranty. He pushed me to get the warranty stating that it was given to me for free. He said it was free. I was in a hurry to go so I didn't check the receipt and the final price. But when I finally look at the receipt a couple months later, he charged me everything, including the warranty. It is such a SCAM! DON'T GO HERE

We just happened to find the coffee and end tables set for our living room that we absolutely loved. We were actually just looking for a console table. We sat down and he took the time to help us find what we were really looking for in a console table for our front entry hall. There was one on the floor at the Ashley store just down the street that might be a possibility. He suggested we go look at it, and if we liked it, we could order it along with the living room set at the outlet price. We loved it. We even loved the rug they had with the coffee table set. We saw this fantastic set of furniture (green set pictured with end tables and coffee table) and ended up purchasing it! Jon made the process really smooth, explained everything in detail and was even able to get us a discount. There is an impressive warranty available upon purchase, which we included as it definitely added peace of mind. She introduced herself and asked for our names and what brought us in. After telling Chloe what we were looking for, she gave us the space to browse the showroom. We were impressed with the samples in the showroom. Chloe checked in, but wasn’t pushy at all. She pointed out an area we hadn’t explored and said there was a sofa that was a popular purchase. It happened to be the perfect option for my daughter. She ended up purchasing a sofa and chair and excited that it could be delivered by the end of the month. Chloe was great to work with! We also observed how well the team works together as Chloe needed some assistance from Ty to complete the transaction. All the staff were friendly. Finally we sat down with Laura and I had several questions about the sofa and chair we did pick out. She knows her product well and that was so helpful. My experience was fabulous. Dakari was a great consultant. I was sold an amazing couch, mattress and pillow. At a reasonable price I will definitely be coming back. I ended going back weeks later and Robert helped out that time around and he was extraordinary as well I end up getting a dinning room table, a really cute coffee table, and an ottoman. I can’t wait for it to get delivered.
