Robert was super helpful! Easy to talk to, and we didn't feel pressured by him or like he was hovering. He gaves us the space to make our decision but was around to give us the help we needed when we needed it! The young lady who was a manager was also super bubbly and had a great presence. Overall we just felt very welcomed and I'm glad we chose to go here and get our couch! (Super comfy and GREAT price for what we got by the way!) Thank you guys!

Beware!!! Ashley Furniture is garbage and they do not stand behind it at all. Their warranty/protections plans—-BS. Save your money and your sanity, shop elsewhere. I’ve had multiple issues with them over multiple purchases and will never, ever shop there again.
Amazing Experience! This was my first time buying furniture and from the time my boyfriend and I walked in Chole was eager to help us. We were purchasing a mattress for our new apartment. Demi was also a big help in finalizing the purchase. Her personality was warm and friendly and it made me want to come back and shop for more furniture! Demi was able to get us a fresh mattress from the box instead of the display which really made me happy and valued. The mattress was so comfortable and it help us have a great night sleep. Thank you to the team there. We will definitely shop there again!

The staff is superb!! Slightly inattentive initially, but once you engage them, they were extremely helpful. BUT Ashley... those prices were crazy for this to be an outlet location AND it was their Black Friday prices. I selected a chair ($999) and sofa ($599). The total came to $2100 BEFORE he added the protection plan. Needless to say, the math didn't math, and I left.
Robert was the right balance of helpful while also leaving us be to make decisions on our own. He made not very comfortable and also got us the best pricing by far.

Came into this store to purchase a dining table. Demi, the General Manager, was so kind and helpful that I ended up with 8 pieces of wall art, and all the i formation I need to purchase a complete bedroom set and the dining table with chairs. Demi was awesome and extremely professional! I highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Demi!!

The in-store experience was great. Both gentlemen that I worked with were very helpful explaining features of the furniture and as I paid in full, it was a quick purchase. I scheduled delivery for about 2 weeks out so I can't speak to that just yet.

Chloe was very professional from the minute I walked through the door of Ashley's Outlet. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me lots of options.I am very happy about the sleeper sofa I bought. However, I was very disappointed that it wasn't in either of their warehouses. Chole assured me that she would do everything in her power to get my new sleeper sofa to me as quick as possible. This is a follow-up on the sleeper sofa that I purchased September, Labor Day 2024waI was told that my sofa wasn't in their warehouse and they wasn't sure if I would receive it within a 2-3 week period. I have family coming for Thanksgiving and needed a sleeper sofa. We are a few weeks from Thanksgiving and I received a call that my sofa was no longer being built. I was told to come in and someone would be available to give me a refund. Unfortunately, when I drove there yesterday no one was qualified to refund me for the sofa. On top of that I was interrogated by Joe when I explained to him that the sofa I paid for was no longer being built. The nice lady that Chole that helped me with the sofa and who 's name is on my contract was there and he still refused to listen. When I asked him to give me back my contract he threw it on the counter and walked off. He was rude, arrogant and extremely cocky. He sound like he was sick because he was very hoarse. But, he should have stayed home with his nasty altitude. Needless to say I didn't receive my refund and I have to wait until Demi come back to work so that she can process my refund. Very disappointed!
This is my 2nd time shopping at this location. I must admit it was another great shopping experience. I walked in and Joe greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. I love how they allow you to browse without following you around like most furniture stores do. Demi was amazing, very sweet and we laughed a lot. I was in out quickly. Dakari welcomed us into the store, pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for, then let us explore amongst ourselves. When we were ready for questions/help, Dakari was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and materials used in the construction of the sectionals that we were considering. He was very informative without being too pushy and helped us make a decision that was best for our needs and budget. He gave us his personal contact in case of any questions, needs, or troubles. I didn’t receive furniture, no one at this store would assist, manager will not call you back after leaving 3 messages, Wayne will hang up when you try to call him 4 days after the promised delivery date because he’s trying to ‘sell’ to someone else. They gave me the incorrect smaller product to walk out with, horrible experience! First review on date of order: Wayne is the best. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was patient with me as I was deciding on which pieces to purchase. Thanks Wayne!
If i could give less start, I would! I bought a sofa here and told the sale reps that I don't need warranty. He pushed me to get the warranty stating that it was given to me for free. He said it was free. I was in a hurry to go so I didn't check the receipt and the final price. But when I finally look at the receipt a couple months later, he charged me everything, including the warranty. It is such a SCAM! DON'T GO HERE

Jose Zendejas was our sales consultant. He wasn't pushy at all, but so nice, friendly & courteous. My husband & I just like to look around the showroom first, before we talk with the consultants. We just happened to find the coffee and end tables set for our living room that we absolutely loved. We were actually just looking for a console table. We sat down and he took the time to help us find what we were really looking for in a console table for our front entry hall. There was one on the floor at the Ashley store just down the street that might be a possibility. He suggested we go look at it, and if we liked it, we could order it along with the living room set at the outlet price. We loved it. We even loved the rug they had with the coffee table set. We bought that to. We had such a great experience. I would definitely do business with them again! Ask for Jose.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this location, Jon was very helpful and knowledgeable! Shopping for furniture can be a bit of a hassle dealing with pushy salespeople and not feeling like you’re getting the best deal but Jon was available for any questions we had while shopping without being overbearing. We saw this fantastic set of furniture (green set pictured with end tables and coffee table) and ended up purchasing it! Jon made the process really smooth, explained everything in detail and was even able to get us a discount. There is an impressive warranty available upon purchase, which we included as it definitely added peace of mind. The store had a great selection of furniture and their prices were remarkable. 10/10 would highly recommend that you come here if you’re hunting for furniture at a great price, be sure to ask for Jon!

I’m very indecisive and have been a little overwhelmed with my move, but he was pretty good at knowing when to give my mom and I some time to talk about decisions. Very nice but didn’t literally follow behind us the entire time.

My daughter and I visited Ashley Furniture Outlet in search of a sectional or sofa with chaise. We were greeted by Chloe who was friendly and courteous. She introduced herself and asked for our names and what brought us in. After telling Chloe what we were looking for, she gave us the space to browse the showroom. We were impressed with the samples in the showroom. Chloe checked in, but wasn’t pushy at all. She pointed out an area we hadn’t explored and said there was a sofa that was a popular purchase. It happened to be the perfect option for my daughter. She ended up purchasing a sofa and chair and excited that it could be delivered by the end of the month. Chloe was great to work with! We also observed how well the team works together as Chloe needed some assistance from Ty to complete the transaction. All the staff were friendly. The team works well together, and they seem to have created a family in the store. It was a a great experience! We highly recommend visiting Ashley Furniture Outlet. Ask for Chloe, but I don’t think you can go wrong with any member of their team.

I had a great experience at this place! I needed furniture for my new house and had been to Rooms To Go and Big Lots, but this had the best options for couches more resistant to cat scratches. Kila was very helpful and knew exactly what to look for. The prices were quite reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

My experience was fabulous. Dakari was a great consultant. I was sold an amazing couch, mattress and pillow. At a reasonable price I will definitely be coming back. I ended going back weeks later and Robert helped out that time around and he was extraordinary as well I end up getting a dinning room table, a really cute coffee table, and an ottoman. I can’t wait for it to get delivered.

THIEVES! I ordered a couch set that I was ASSURED by the salesman that would fit through the doorway into my bonus room. When the delivery drivers got to my house and realized it did NOT fit in the room, I was told by the drivers AND the Ashley Care Team on the phone that I would not get charged a restocking fee because it was NOT my fault that I was mi-informed by the salesman. It took almost 5 MONTHS to get the majority of my money back, but refused to refund all of what I spent because of the "non-refundable delivery and restocking fees" that I was told would not apply to my situation. BE UPFRONT WITH YOUR TERMS and don't lie to the customers just to make a sale!

Absolutely abysmal. They ordered the wrong color chair, then our entire order had to be rescheduled. Nothing was delivered when it was supposed to be. Every time we were told someone would call us back, nobody ever did. When the furniture finally arrived, the delivery company could not fit one piece through the door. Since they couldn’t deliver it, they are now charging us 10% of the price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This entire experience has been awful. I wish I could give zero stars.

Horrible experience at this store. I would never give business or recommend this store. I have put a complaint in with the corporate office. I drove over an hour to this outlet because I was told a piece of furniture was in stock the day before. When I arrived, the piece was not in the store. I guess it could have been sold but interesting enough I was told on the phone they had 2 in stock the day before. Since the piece I wanted was not there, I decided to purchase another similar item. The sales lady who claimed she was a manager could not locate the item or sku for the item in her computer. After waiting about 30 minutes, they told me they could not sell me the item because it was not in their computer. Keep in mind, I was physically holding this item that was in their store. They did nothing to try to resolve the issue. They could have called another manager or sold the item under another sku number and fixed later. When I asked for a store manager or district manager name, she refused to give me a name. This store has HORRIBLE customer service and untrained employees. Do not waste your time or money here. I drove a few miles down the road to the Ashley Homestore, not an outlet, and they were amazing. Great customer service and they actually had the item I wanted in stock. The outlet store told me only outlets would carry the item and did not even offer to call another store for to check for me. I have never experienced such bad service in a furniture store as here.
Went to help my daughter pick out some furniture for grad school and Ashley Outlet was the perfect place to go! Our salesperson, Laura, was FANTASTIC! Not only was she super friendly yet respectful of our desire to walk around on our own as long as we needed but she was very helpful in helping my daughter work within her budget. Would definitely recommend. Also, want to shout out how helpful Joe, the manager, was in working with us. Great experience from start to finish.

Absolute worst service we have ever received. Their system went down for over a week and the company won't even answer their phones to try to get ahold of anyone. The one person we talked to when our delivery did show up was dismissive and unprofessional, and defensive and rude when we tried to inquire why it was late.

This wasn’t where I expected to buy a mattress. But after having Joseph’s help, I didn’t want to buy from anyone else or anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend working with Joseph for mattress or furniture needs.

**If you buy furniture here you’ll have to pray the correct items get delivered or you’re on your own** The couch we got is nice and the salespeople at this location were kind but as soon as we called saying the delivery team brought the wrong item, all we heard was “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do!”. For the low delivery price of $150, Ashley will bring you the wrong couch, leave you to call and figure out what to do to fix it, then tell you to wait six days for the right piece to come and that the delivery cannot be expedited despite them causing the error. Best part is being told 3x that a manager would return your call (which they didnt) and after all that, they tell you you’ll have to call the 1800 customer service number for assistance. I promise the furniture is not worth the nightmare of dealing with the delivery team and customer service. Thank you for the wild goose chase, Ashley Furniture!

Cleo is the goat! My mother and I came in and she priced matched the other Ashley store, which helped us get the furniture cheaper than the other place. Our experience here with Cleo felt less like predators trying to catch prey by forcing you to buy something. Cleo is so funny and extremely helpful. My go to for any furniture for sure! 10/10 So recommend!

I bought an Abinger loveseat at this location. The gentleman that assisted me was Jose. Very polite & knowledgeable of the loveseats and sofas. A very positive sales experience. I did not feel pressured to buy. Would definitely recommend this store to potential customers.
I am beyond mad and frustrated. I went to this store and made a t.v stand order costing over $300 & i was informed that it would be delivered in 6 days. I waited and on delivery day, i was called and they unloaded the alleged boxed stand to my cart and as i spoke to the delivery guy he says that " i must leave a voice recording ontop of my signature. I politely tell him that the sales order i signed stated that only a signature was required and not a voice recording...he gets loud and starts yelling that it is their delivery policy to get a signature and voice recording and proceeds to inform me how they had been there for 15 mins. I even called customer care and to my surprise the customer care lady was stating "maybe you should just do what he says: and i said no because the document i signed stated that the signature was all that was required. Nowhere was it stated that i had to leave a voice recording proof. I worked the night before and for me to wake up for this delivery and have this man yell at me and grab my tv stand stating well "i will just delete the signature you signed does not make sense and was a waste of my time and money. And i call customer service back and their main question is " are you calling to reschedule then, and i am still very mad and frustrated and i inform them that i was never calling to cancel or reschedule because my product had been delivered by a rude delivery man with rules that was not on the sales order terms and at this time i wanted my money back. And again, they say "oh we will have the store where you bought the tv stand contact you before we can cancel the transaction " i will never ever shop ashley store and they can keep their rude yelling delivery person away from me. 9/6/23 after speaking to multiple ashley reps and them promising to refund me my full money they suddenly claimed "i canceled yet what transpired is still up there for them to read" i did not cancel neither was i not there for delivery. I would avoid ashley homestore/outlet is my suggestion. I hope they are happy to have received $311 at someone expense.

The absolute worst experience we have ever had purchasing furniture. I would never give Ashley furniture my business ever again. Not only is it absolutely horrible customer service but none of the warranties they claim you have are ever taken care of if you do reach out. Rather you get the run around to call 3-4 other people before being hung up on. We bought our furniture through them a little over a year ago and the couch looks like a 10 year old couch with how poor of quality it has. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere els.

The customer service at this Ashley outlet is INCREDIBLE. They really put the client's interests at best. We bought a dinning table and a TV stand, and the expirience was so great that we came back in the next two weeks to get a bed and nightstand tables. We had an issue with one of our orders and they were very open to help and try to make up for the inconvenience. 100% recommended. We went to other Ashley's stores and the experience wasn't nearly close to the great service that we received here. Joe, Rich and Jesus did really good at taking care of us, but even other staff members recognized us from going multiple times to the store and they were very friendly. As a first time furniture buyer, I had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture outlet store. It was a Saturday morning that my mom and I went to start our furniture shopping day. I went to another furniture store before Ashley’s and was able immediately turned off when I was bombarded with store reps who wanted to follow me around the store. With the overwhelming choices and money that I was about to spend, I didn’t appreciate the added layer of stress with someone being shoved down my throat. So I left that store and headed to Ashley’s outlet store. Upon arrival I was nicely and gently greeted by a store rep by the name of Lauren who was very helpful and let me look at furniture without any pressure. She was present but not overbearing. And an added plus that she was very knowledgeable about the furniture and easy to bounce ideas off of to get what I wanted. Very pleased and would recommend the store and Lauren to anyone looking to buy furniture in an amazing atmosphere.

We have been buying at Ashley for over 12 years. We recently built our new home and needed furniture for new areas. Our 12 year old furniture is also at the new house. Their furniture is that good! We met Rich at outlet store Glenwood Avenue and he took care of us like we were his family. Thank you Rich for going to extra mile for us and making sure we had what we wanted. Beware of fraudulent practices at this store and other Ashley locations. We bought a sectional with a computer desk and they both broke within six months. We filed a claim and found out the extended warranty sold by this store is a scam. The insurance company will immediately deny your claim, no matter the cause. There is currently a class action lawsuit for the fraudulent warranties stores like these sell, and Ashley Corporate does nothing about. The couch was fixed under Ashley's own 1 year warranty and we spent a year fighting corporate to get the desk reimbursed. Throughout all this, the store would not take responsibility, even when pressed by Ashley Corporate. The couch broke again 8 months later, now outside of the factory warranty. Garbage quality, garbage customer service, and garbage warranty.
They were quick, sweet, affordable, and loved on our pup constantly.
I visited the store and had an excellent experience. Leann was very helpful and friendly. What turned from me shopping to price compare turned into me making a purchase. In part due to her. I definitely recommend this team.
I ordered a sofa from this store and it was damaged during the delivery with rips and paint all over the sofa. In addition, our wall and railing up the stairs was damaged in the process. I'm pretty understandable when things accidentally happen. However, after weeks of trying to get my full refund for the "set-up" I gave up. They shorted us close to $100. I must have called Ashley at least 20 times requesting our full refund but they gave me the run-around and a month later, we still have not received the payment in full. We repaired the wall ourselves and did not have any issues doing this, but I am absolutely shocked that they would not complete our payment in full. I am attaching photos of the damage to both the couch and our home. Highly unprofessional organization and we will not shop here ever again.

I made the mistake of purchasing a bed from this store, wrong bed was written up, delivered (guys banged things around initially setting up), I rejected the bed as it was wrong bed, paid the difference at the store for the correct bed, then discovered it wouldn't fit so requested a refund, they agreed but yet no refund was issued so I had to use a dispute charge on my credit card and wait up to 90 days before its settled. Please do not believe anything the managers say and I mean all three of them. Good luck if you buy anything from these guys. I wish I could give them a negative rating

bought a bed set at this location with leann before delivery i was super happy 10/10. The delivery guys are not careful at all when installing the furniture. One pc to hold the head light on my headboard was missing. they did send me a bag with screws few days after. but not the correct piece to hold the head lamp. I went to the store to talk to manager Joe and let them know the situation. He said he would send an email. for them to send me the missing piece that he would let me know. I never receive a call or email from him. his attitude was quite improfecional. I waited 10 days and no one contacted me. I decided to go back to the store to see what had happened. i spoke directly with joe and he told me that they had not received an answer yet. This time I also spoke with the general manager Rich Smith. This is what he told me.I understand that you bought the product with us but we are not responsible for what happens after delivery. I understand that it sounds strange but those are the company's rules and I can't do anything about it. I recommend you call them directly and solve the situation with them. I felt quite disappointed, it is not the type of service that I expected from an assistant manager Joe and the general manager Rich. If I had known that they would not be take responsability for any problem that happened after receiving my bed set, I would never have bought from them. I thought that Ashely had professional employees who s gonna take care costumers needs. the truth is that I m very disappointed. I will never buy at this location. Or any ashely store either if these are their policy. Costumer service at this particula locations its very bad

Went to Ashley HomeStore Outlet on a whim tonight. I’d been admiring the furniture for months. Joe greeted us at the door, and was very helpful while my daughter and I tried out couches. Then looked for a dresser. And then tried the mattresses. I appreciated that he gave us space to look, but still made sure we felt cared for. He brought us water bottles, and a toy for my daughter to play with. I appreciated his patience with her energy level. We ended up finding the perfect furniture for us, and we got a great deal. Joe stayed after the store was closed to finish the sale, and make sure we were happy. I can’t imagine a better buying experience! I’m so glad I decided to stop by.

Staff was nice. Salesperson was a bit too “assume the sale” aggressive. The negative part of my review is the pricing. Most of the items I found in store, I also found on Amazon for much cheaper. Do yourself a solid and search Amazon before buying Ashley brand furniture.
Great shopping experience. We were greeted right inside the store entry doors by sales consultant Laura Ficken. She introduced herself clearly and asked how she could help. After several questions were answered she directed us to several products. Laura never followed us around, nor did she pressure us to buy or complete a sale right away. She allowed us to look around the store and would stop by periodically to check to see if we had any questions that needed to be answered. The whole process was flawless, quick, and enjoyable. We had very helpful service from the Glenwood store in buying a new mattress and bed set. I can't say the same whatsoever for the delivery/installation of the bed set. The mattress and part of the bed set had been delivered but was missing the foot boards. After the parts were left in the room on the floor by the installation team and given a verbal confirmation that they would track down the missing parts to finish the job as soon as possible, I never received any further updates. After this, I reached out to the customer care department where the representative stated that a replacement bed set would be delivered within 72 hours, only to receive an order sheet and find that the set would arrive almost approximately 12 days later. I'm giving this 2 stars as the associates in the show room were very kind and professional in helping us pick a mattress as well as providing a great deal, but the delivery and installation left a LOT to be desired. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for buying furniture.
Ashley's sales team was awesome. We were sitting down to buy our bedroom furniture when we needed to sign a document for financing. My daughter (who is almost 2) wanted to sign her name too, so she threw a tantrum of all tantrums. She wanted nothing to do with me or my wife. We were ready to wait it out, but the sales team took noticed and brought her a freshly printed picture with some highlighters so that she could color. She calmed down right away and stayed happy for the rest of the visit. Edit: we were delivered the incorrect bed size. They are refusing to exchange it inspite of there being a clear mistake on their side. A bad and a good make a medium review.
Great customer service from the salesman all the way up to the managers. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we got the best furniture at the best deal they could provide. Can't say how thankful we are!

There was a young woman named Yaya, who greeted my mother and I directly upon entry. She spoke professionally, calmly, and presented the information and answered questions quickly and concisely. We must have been in the store a total of 15-20 minutes, with no hassle. Honestly the entire staff was friendly and interactive but on a level of customer service that isn't seen much these days. Would recommend this location, anyone can and is willing to help, I'd say ask for Yaya if you're looking for a sales person who genuinely wants you to be satisfied and secure with your purchase.

When first shopping I would’ve given it a 10/10 but we decided to cancel our order and go with another company for a couch and our sales guy here never called us and didn’t speak to us after we told him we were thinking about canceling our order. He didn’t call us the day we tried to speak about going through with canceling and he cancelled the order a few days after we had said we didn’t want the couch. On top of that we had to speak with Ashley customer care because he never let us know if he did cancel the order or not. After seeing how they act when you want to cancel orders I will never shop here again.

Javier was great. It was overall a good experience. Only downfall was that we were demonstrated the king sized tempurpedic pillows and quoted price and I thought that is what we were buying. When picking up pillows and mattress cover for the mattress we just ordered we were disappointed to be given queen sized pillows.

Joseph Orosz greeted us the door and that was the beginning of a productive and entertaining afternoon. My sister-in-law and I arrived with the difficult task of of furnishing my father-in-laws new assisted living apartment. He kindly articulated the layout of the store and then left us on our own to browse and narrow down some options. He then rejoined us with bottles of water (which he replenished often) and spent the next hour and a half with us providing warmth and humor as we tackled some tough questions. We had a lot to accomplish and he was ready with explanations and recommendations every step of the way. He made this experience, what otherwise could have been a difficult and challenging one, an enjoyable and productive afternoon.
My sister in law and I came to the store needing to find furniture for my dad’s new apartment at an assisted living facility. We worked with Joseph Orosz who was amazing. He was incredibly patient as we walked around the entire store several times and considered items. On his own, he looked up the assisted living facility website to do a virtual tour of the room, and help figure out measurements. He was so fun, by the end of of time we felt like old friends. ***Huge FRAUD alert*** I have reported to BBB. I have been dealing with Ashley furniture problems for over a year. One problem after the next after the next after the next. They lie and do not uphold their agreements made before purchases. They will tell you anything you want to hear in order for you to make purchases. Be aware of fraud that goes on with this outlet store. It has been nearly impossible to fix these problems and find anybody that’s helpful.
We came in with an idea of what furniture we wanted. We went about our way and Travis was the first person to greet us in the store. He was efficient with our furniture showing and was extremely helpful with finding us a mattress to suit our needs. Definitely the best experience in finding a mattress that I've ever had. I will be asking for him the next time if I ever need to make another purchase here.

Definitely the worst furniture company in the country. I went to the store on Friday 10/21 and ordered 2 power recliner loveseats to be delivered on Wednesday 10/26. When the delivery was finally here it was the wrong items. I spoke with 6 various people from different parts of the company who said that they would get back to me but they never did. I explained to all of them that on Monday my mother and two brothers were killed in a car accident in California and that I needed the furniture for people to sit on who were making condolence calls at my home before I leave for the west coast. I was told that I would have to wait until at least 11/1 at the earliest and that I could cancel the order and pay the cancellation fee. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP OF LIARS AND CUTTHROATS. THEY ARE ALL DISHONEST LIARS.

Joseph Orosz was extremely helpful and answered all our questions while giving us the best deal. So disappointed. Service has been ridiculous, passed around through customer service, no escalation pathway to speak with anyone in leadership. We ordered an entire living room set from glenwood store (couch, loveseat, chair, ottoman, end tables and area rug) in DECEMBER 2021. Here we are in mid September 2022 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR ORDER. To date, we have received 1 end table, loveseat and a rug. Missing the sofa, chair, ottoman and end table. Our phone number and email was entered wrong by the sales clerk, so we are constantly trying to reach out and get answers. No one seems to care. We were most recently told September 7th for delivery, and when we reached out on that date (again, we have to reach out, no one tries to help us) we were told now late October. We need furniture! I’m also contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint. This is absolutely ridiculous- our sales receipt has an estimated delivery of May 2022- we are just constantly being lied to. So sad.

Once delivered Rich continues to communicate with us making sure everything was delivered appropriately. One section of the couch was delivered with a slight tear in the back at the seam. My shopping experience was great at this location, thanks to Danica! We walked into the store, already knowing what we wanted, and Danica greeted us with a warm welcome. We were able to purchase the dining room set without any issues. When shopping at other furniture stores, my husband and I felt one of two ways, either neglected or pressured into buying something we truly didn't love. NOT HERE! We walked in and were greeted by Travis. He was fantastic. I personally have never enjoyed furniture shopping but Travis made it seem like we were chatting with a friend the entire time.

When we first walked in we were not greeted. I had to track down a sales person. That’s why I removed one star. Once I did get help, he was friendly and accommodating. Prices were good. The piece I wanted to buy however was discontinued, so I had to make a second choice. I don’t know why they just didn’t take it off the floor or put a sign on it that said floor sample only. All in all I might look for other pieces there since the pricing is good compared to other outlets.

This place is good for finding a few deals here and there if you’re lucky. It’s the same Ashley Homestore furniture but sometimes they have a discontinued item you can get for a good deal and if there’s something you wanted from another Ashley store the staff here can just order it for you. Danica helped me out and she was great! Super knowledgeable and honest about different pieces and her opinion of them. She also helped me pick out a dining table when I’d only gone in for a couch. I’d been hesitant because I wasn’t sure what length of table I wanted at the time and she helped me visualize the space in a way that made me feel comfortable going forward with the purchase. The table she recommended also had a folding leaf so I could adjust the length AND was cheaper than other options I was looking at from IKEA.

Went in to purchase furniture from Laura. I would like to clarify that my experience with Laura was great. She’s highly energetic and will try to work with you the best that she can. She’s sweet and genuine and that can be hard to find. My frustration comes from the company itself. It seems extremely hard to make a return and get thousands of dollars back on furniture that hasn’t been shipped. I would just like all of my money back with no troubles.

After failing to deliver my furniture as promissed, this store then pushed me to the bottom of their list, adding two weeks to my wait time on furniture. They had me wait the entire day, until 9:30 pm for my furniture and then cancelled my delivery. I was confused as to how someone could go from top of the list to the bottom at no fault of their own, but was only offered an apology with no change. After being unhappy with this service, I went into cancel the order, which they did for me, but refused to waive their "10% restocking fee". I felt I should not be charged this, as I was already inconvienced, blocking off the enterity of my day to receive order, waiting till 9:30, and then not receiving it, only to be pushed to wait two more weeks. To still have to pay them $170 I thought was an obtuse request after this chain of events.

I definitely recommend the Ashley Outlet in Raleigh, NC. Update... I had to make changes to my initial order. Leann was awesome in assisting me. I do not normally write reviews, but I had to for this wonderul experience at Ashley Furniture Outlet. We were greeted right away by Travis who personally walked us over to the kitchen table section. He was SO helpful every step of the way. He asked questions that helped us figure out exactly what we wanted and needed. He looked up pricing details, measurements and availability on the sets we were interested in. I even changed my mind on which table set a few times and he showed such care and patience with me. He took the time to get to know us and made us feel important. Oh, and he is super funny! We are very excited about the table set we purchased. The store employees are professional and courteous It is their delivery team and customer service that are an utter failure Was promised delivery on June 17th, they call me the day of the delivery to tell me that can't deliver because their trucks are full, so why schedule it that day? Then I rescheduled to July 1st, then to find out that no one actually put it in their system altogether because the original delivery was canceled Now I have to wait on the delivery team to call me for a new date, and with their record track I don't think I will be getting a call anytime soon So unprofessional

I was not told that the company that financed my purchase was a rent to own. The delivery was horrible. They could not get my furniture upstairs and left the sofa stuck in my stairwell, I was trapped upstairs and had to call someone to help me. They asked to take the sofa back but it was stuck in the stairwell and I would have to pay a 79.00 restocking fee. My wall are messed up paint chipped, sofa scratches. And to think I was going to give a tip.
I went on a weekday, and they were very busy. However, the were very helpful in helping me find a new sofa for my home.

He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was excellent in balancing giving us our space when we needed it and providing help when we were ready. When we arrived at the store we were immediately greeted by Joseph. He explained that they were short staffed and he would be with us shortly. We looked around and found some really nice pieces. We settled on furnishing our loft with Ashley Outlet. Everyone was so kind and patient with us. Joseph worked with us on pricing and delivery details. This was one of the best furniture shopping experiences. This is the place to shop for inexpensive furniture with beautiful accessories to complement the room.
I initially gave 5 star rating but now updating it to 1 star with the issues I am facing. Long story, I along with my friends bought 3 sets of sofas on June 5th and the agent has placed wrong set of sofa in my order, I denied the item during delivery and has to visit the store couple of times to resolve the issue. The agent again told me that they rectified the issue and I will get correct sofa without any additional cost. This time I received correct sofa but now they charged me additional 1100 USD, when I reached out to store, manager asked me to file a claim with bank as they don't recognize those charges and bank denied the claim saying that I was in store. I went back to store (drove 45 miles one way) and the front desk receptionist said he wont be able to help and manager will call me next day.. I am waiting for Manager call for last 3 days and no one called me. I initially thought they are very good but with the experience I had, I am totally fedup and I am not going to recommend this store to anyone. Also, I am going to reachout BBB and complain on this fraud activity. Had they told me initially that they are going to charge additional money, I would have returned everything. Also, I never authorized the second transaction and I am not sure how they are able to charge extra money.

I’m editing my review on this place. I was delivered the wrong furniture and I made them aware of this last year! It’s now a new year and they are still REFUSING to make this right! They even offered $300 as an incentive when all I want is what I ordered and paid for! This place is so dishonest. I had a manager curse at me then acted like he was helping me only for a rep to send me his email where he was talking about me like a dog!! Two of their own workers came out and confirmed the furniture I had was not what o ordered. Yet this place refuses to make it right!! Do not go here!

If there was a zero they would get that rating !! It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. After 8 months of waiting for 2 Bedroom sets the last pieces were delivered today only to have the delivery team not wanting to put the furniture together because they didn't have a "work order" 2nd time this happened...they charged us $50.00 to put our bed together and put the feet on the dressers from the last delivery that wasn't put together ... totally unacceptable!! They put a large gouge and scratch in the floor as well. Extremely unprofessional!! One worker Stormed out refusing to put furniture together... plenty of other furniture stores around ...never again !!

Everyone is nice when you go to the store for a purchase but pray there is no error with the delivery or item because the customer service team and delivery team is the worse you will ever encounter.

**ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE** After I walked out the doors and signed all the paperwork I received a completely different experience. To start, I was promised that I would receive all my furniture on the same day (didn't happen) then I was told I wouldn't pay anything until I received my furniture (also didn't happen) I was then surprised $300+ drafted from my account. I was promised that I would receive regular updates regarding delivery (didn't happen) I left multiple messages from the store with NO call back. When the $400 "white glove delivery service" showed up to deliver my $3,000 couch it was pouring down rain & they were dressed in joggers, hoodies and flip flops. Drug my couch down the stairs and ripped the front. They cussed and giggled the whole time and asked my boyfriend to help them. Called the store with questions regarding delivery and I was told to go to the Ashley home store down the street, not the original store I bought from. We went and spoke with a representative there and they stated they had "heard" awful things about our furniture rep, the outlet store and apologized for their inconsistencies. Tried to call the outlet store AGAIN and the customer service rep refused to transfer me to the store due to a memorial sale. LOL Still waiting on my dresser & bed frame. Nobody can give me any type of estimate of when I will get it. This was supposed to be an exciting time moving in to my new place with one of my first big purchases and it has turned into a stressful nightmare. I feel 100% taken advantage of and duped. This store has a rep of being so bad that our local spectrum store had an employee that had the same experience as we did and conveniently had the regional managers mobile phone number, Kevin! If someone from Ashley would have actually told us and explained properly what the process is, there wouldn't be an issue. INSTEAD we were lied to, and now because of ashley homestore outlet's inconsistencies.. nobody wants to deal with an upset customer. Thanks ashley homestore for the added unnecessary stress that has been added to our already stressful moving process!

I had visited another (non outlet) location literally 2 days before and was told the headboard I was looking for wasn't in stock. I decided to check the outlet just in case. Laura promptly greeted me at the door. She listened to my question, searched her computer catalog, and in a matter of two minutes, found the item! She was even able to arrange for it to be delivered the same week! I decided to pick up since the warehouse wasn't far. Also, apparently Laura did everything correctly. Ran into the store last second looking for furniture for our apartment and Laura was the absolute best person I’ve ever had assist me at any store I’ve been too, highly recommend asking her assistance when shopping at this location, she is the definition of putting the customers’ needs furst! avoid the location up the street, this location ( next to ulta) has nicer options in terms of more choices and quality as well as the staff is 5/5 with caring for their customers. I have not went furniture shopping in quite some time and initially I chose another furniture retailer but was soon directed to the Ashley Outlet store. So happy that I was! I was assisted by Leann throughout the store and she was extremely patient (as I can be very indecisive at times), helped me stay within my budget and gave me great suggestions on coordinating certain colors and patterns! I wish I could give negative ... we order in September 2021 and recieve the bed in nov with damages .. called Ashley for replacement part or new order, they said it will take some time and it has been 6 months , we are yet to know when will we get bed...PLEASE DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY .

Customer service is great, but the quality of the products and the delivery times are not. Ordered two loveseats in the first week of January. One was delivered within 2 weeks, and it was defective. I can't return it until they have another one in stock, so I'm sitting on this rickety broken thing until then. While I'm waiting for that, the second loveseat has still not been delivered and they won't give me an update. I have to chase them down every several weeks to find out what's going on. So I finally gave up in April and had the order cancelled. It's June now and they still won't give my money back.

It was a wonderful experience shopping in here. Everyone was so courteous. The store has nice collection of furnitures and has a great deal. We ordered a bed, dresser and 2 power recliner sofas. Laura was so friendly and down to earth and helped us thoroughly. She nicely described all the features and prices and also got us the best deal. We have had good experiences with this store and had ordered a couch set, dining set, and most recently our bedroom set. The staff were helpful and friendly. Jamiecka was our most recent sales person for the bed set and helped us over the phone. She was pleasant and very accommodating.

Very disappointed with this store. We spent a lot of time shopping for a dining table that could get delivered before Thanksgiving and finally placed an order at the Ashley outlet in Raleigh. The table with 4 chairs was scheduled to be delivered today. We picked up 4 chairs that were available at the store with us and the salesperson assured us that the delivery and assembly cost we paid on our online order also covered the assembly for the chairs we picked up. She said she had made a special note for the delivery people about assembly for the chairs that were picked up by us from the store. However, the delivery people who came today refused to assemble the chairs that we picked up. Called the customer care, but they were of no help. Even worse, THE TABLE CAME WITH A MISSING PIECE and the assembly could not be done. We were given the choice of either returning the whole dining table set, except the 4 chairs we picked up or ordering the missing part. We went with the option of ordering the missing part and the customer support not sure about the delivery date of the missing part. after couple of calls , they said , the delivery time is early December. We got rid of our old dining table to make space for the new one in our house but we are stuck with a bunch of wood pieces in our dining room now and will have to eat our Thanksgiving meal at the kitchen counter. Very hard to believe that a store who claims to be number 1 handles things so carelessly.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with poor employees and service my initial sales person was great she was very nice l! I was super excited to receive my bed l! Upon arrival of delivery I was greeted with and incompetent delivery person who was dropping stuff at my door to leave! After speaking with a customer are person I was informed it would take several of days for someone to come and assemble my bed at that point I informed her I could not wait and I would assemble myself! Trying to keep a positive attitude I spent over 2 hours only to find out I was missing 2 parts I called the store and received excuses and no concern as to how I could be helped in a more efficient way considering the circumstances I had already been through! Then after being transferred to several of different people my situation was still not resolved! I wait to call first thing next morning o lay to be told that I would have to wait another 7-10 days for these parts and being told that it was too early for me to be upset! I do not recommend ever using this company for anything due to you will not be provided with the experience that is advised also along side of things being wrong you are subject being told that there is nothing they can do to move with urgency on your situation! I highly recommend using another furniture store! Poor service and no accommodations! I understood how things happened whoever they need a better way to resolve situations where individuals have already been through the process! It’s seemed as if this company has no Avenue to correct issues promptly and I will not now or ever buy anything from not will I recommend there products considering the answers and service received after my delivery!

Ordered a dining room table and they delivered it without the hardware so the delivery crew left it in my dining room in pieces. When I called Ashley told me that they probably just didn’t feel like putting it together. I’ll never buy another thing for Ashley. Terrible experience
We worked with Miranda from this store over the course of 2 days last weekend. Would just like to commend her for patience, knowledge of products and great advice on options available to us. We had a whole lot of furnishing to do for our new apartment, so there was a breadth of items we covered. Miranda was brilliant in her support and made sure we were comfortable with our purchases.
If I could give a zero review, I would.Bought a dinning set a couple of months ago at this store.Chairs were delivered about 1 week ahead of time and then the table.When the table arrived we discovered that 4 out of the 7 chairs were wobbly. The legs are uneven meaning some legs are shorter than the others.I called the repair center and I was told that replacement legs would be shipped and a technician would be dispatched to install.Due to COVID I was told it would take longer than usual for the legs to be shipped.As the time passed the table's surface started chipping.Well weeks passed by and I called the service department.I was told that I there wasn't an order placed for the legs and was told that is not a common practice.I was then told that a technician would be dispatched to repair the chairs.The technician showed up and basically said that the chair legs were simply lose and started to tighten the screws. I told the Technician that the legs are not the same size and tightening the screws will not fix the issue I need new legs. The technician said there's nothing he can do and left.I called the Ashley store and spoke to a manager who listened to my frustration and I asked for a refund - don't want the furniture anymore.The manager started quoting from Ashley's policy which is that refunds are only given when the item is delivered. I told the manager that this was unacceptable since as a consumer I'm hesitant to purchase items from Ashley due to the poor quality. I mentioned that in addition to the table I ordered an office chair which I waited over 1 month to have it delivered and once it did it was broken. Then weeks later they delivered a replacement and it was also broken. I finally asked for a refund on that item.At the same time that I purchased the office chair I also purchased an office desk. The first desk literally fell apart as it was being assembled. I received a replacement weeks later.For this reason I wanted a refund which I was denied. I guess they don't care about repeat customers. I told the manager I will never buy anything from Ashley ever again. The manager only works there so she could have cared less for my repeat business. I guess I'll be taking my 10k to furnish my new house somewhere else.Please don't let the low prices fool you. You get what you pay for. Purchase your furniture from other stores like Costco who really care about their reputation and go out of their way to help - even if it means going around their existing policies.Moral of the story. Take your business somewhere else.
We purchased several pieces of furniture from this location back in May. We were told that a loveseat and couch set that we purchased was in stock and available immediately, and we scheduled delivery at the time of purchase. They showed up with just the loveseat. They apologized, and told us we could have the couch delivered in August, and again scheduled a date. They cancelled on us 2 days before the scheduled date. We still do not have the couch. Customer service is telling me that these deliveries were never scheduled because the item was never available, even though I have evidence of the dates being scheduled in writing. On top of that, an additional item was delivered damaged, and they offered us compensation (because they delivered damaged replacements, and even showed up with an empty delivery truck one time). However, they will not compensate us for the damage until the order is complete- so we are stuck paying for damaged furniture until we get our entire order. When we tried to come up with a solution with the store manager (we are willing to return or exchange the order for something that is available), she hung up on us. Do not waste your time at this store.
I ordered furniture 6months ago and still didn't receive it all. They cannot say when or if I will ever receive it. I received an accent chair on 8/4 and it was defective. 2 people tried to fix it, did not fix it. 3weeks service person was supposed to show up, but he never showed. Then they said some one, but that he wouldn't show up for 3weeks. So I cancelled the rest of my order. Very poor business. Well it's been a week since I texted you. It appears that you are not planning on bettering my experience like you said you would.. No wonder you have so many bad reviews. You have about as many bad reviews as you do good reviews. To bad people didn't look at your reviews before they shopped there.
Do not buy a protection plan for your furniture. They won’t get back to you for months and will deny claims that should be covered. Total scam!!!

I was at the Glenwood Avenue Outlet store here in Raleigh and let me tell you about their service. I have never been treated so well. The entire staff was helpful to me and was there for my every need, even when the store was busy. They were able to make time for everyone. Every customer is important to them and it shows. I had the pleasure of doing business with Laura. Laura was attentive to my needs from the start and didn’t push me to make a decision. When I asked for advice she would give me her honest opinion, but ultimately said “go with what makes you feel happy.” She was great to work with and very personable. I did not feel rushed and am very happy with my purchases. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

We went to the Ashley outlet to look for some one-off pieces. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly fellow who informed us they were short-staffed and to look around and if we found anything we liked, to look up front for whichever sales associate was available. The had a decent selection but there was nothing that fit what we were looking for.
Great prices with the ability to buy off the floor. The staff was delightful and helpful but not overbearing. Great location and close to other stores that sell furniture and home decor items.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat with scheduled delivery 3 days later. On the day of delivery, it was an hour past my delivery window. I contacted customer service and was told the delivery was canceled. The lady I spoke with had no idea why and said someone from dispatch would call me in a few hours. I waited until that evening and contacted them again only to find out the delivery was canceled because the loveseat wasn't in stock. A simple phone call from someone would have prevented Ashley Furniture from losing a customer. I'm quite sure before my delivery date someone figured out that my item wasn't in stock. Also calling the store number for the Glenwood location is pointless.
I was about to walk out of the store until I spotted a couch that striked some interest! Brian helped me with a great deal on a nice sectional and ottoman. He was informative and made the entire buying experience smooth.
After hours of shopping for our bedroom set, we stopped at Ashley furniture outlet and found a great set we liked. We needed help in figuring out what was included and Travis did a great job at explaining everything perfectly. We sat with him and he guided us through the whole process and was such a delight to talk to. I highly recommend seeking him out for your furniture needs!

The associates were very nice. The process took way too long, they tried to sell me things I did not need which wasted a lot of my time. There wasn’t a big selection and the fact that they can’t give me an approximate estimate on the delivery of my items sucks. 8-16 weeks is very vague. The guy in the store told me 6 to 16 but once I left the store the email saying something else. But hopefully when I get everything delivered to my house everything will be wonderful. I will share my experience again once everything is delivered
I guess I'm not too fond of furniture outlets. After about 10 minutes, all I wanted to do was leave.
By definition: "NOUN [oft NOUN noun] An outlet or an outlet store is a place which sells slightly damaged or outdated goods from a particular manufacturer, or goods that it made in greater quantities than needed." This is not a traditional outlet store. We came in, were never greeted tried 10 different recliners then located a sales person because we had made our decision. We were told that there was only 1 recliner in the entire store that was available for immediate purchase, any of the others would take 18 weeks! Sure, they have some nice stuff, but by definition they are not a true outlet store as advertised.
Tyler and Brian were awesome! They got us a really great deal on a sectional and were really fun to talk with. Both are hilarious guys. They should do stand up together!
I purchase a bed from this store which turn out to be the worst experience ever. I was not advised that if I accept the delivery and I moved that it would void my warranty. After I moved I went into the store and advised that I wasn’t able to get the bed together the Office Manager was not helpful and rather thought it was funny and refuse to have someone to come out and put the bed together for me after I had paid for delivery and installment fee. I finally had to contact head quarters to speak to someone to get assistance so they could have someone come out and put the bed together. I would recommend you shop at another location if you want excellent customer service this store do not care about the customer.
Jamiecka was awesome! She greeted me as soon as I walked in, I been to quite a few that day however; her energy was inviting. I wasn’t set on getting anything there but we had such a lovely conversation that I ended up finding what I wanted because she stood with me not too close but there. Everywhere else was pretty nice but distant let me walk but didn’t help me figure out what I was looking at in my head like she did. She is awesome because of her laid back and calmness I ended getting the style I was looking at in my head lol.
Travis and Laura were great. They both took the time to get to know us personally and yet did not drag out the process. Furniture shopping is always a big ordeal, but they made it a much better experience.. they let us browse without hovering and yet they were easy to flag down if we had questions. I would highly recommend Ashley Home Store Outlet and Travis and/or Laura! Additionally, all the other staff that we had encounters with were friendly!

Customer service associates have poor knowledge about the products they sell. The focus is on talking smooth to the customer but without substance and actual information about the products. We purchased a drawer chest and a coffee table and were told that this will be shipped and ASSEMBLED. Turns out the delivery crew does not assemble the product and that SKU is not assembled by Ashley. Waste of time, money and effort. Stay away. Rooms to Go just down the street is better.

Update! Even more disappointed I reached out to the company from the number they listed below and have been ghosted!!!! Don’t waste your time Very very disappointed by this company (not the store employees everyone there was very nice). I went into the store to look for couches and had a very nice sale associate. I showed her the couch I wanted and said I wanted it in another color. She said they have it in the grey I wanted it’s just under a different name but would be the same as the couch I saw in the store. I was thrilled and purchased it. Fast forward to delivery, I received it and thought it was a little off but it was a new space and a different color then in the store. So I didn’t think much of it. A few days later I went back to the store looking for another item and pointed out to my mom that that’s the couch I got. It turned out the couch was COMPLETELY different then the one delivered. The one in the store was bigger, more comfortable and a different fabric. I spoke with the same sale associate who helped me the first time and she said it should have been the same. After brining in a manager they realized the dimensions of the couch I got were smaller and the couch on the floor (though it had the same functionality) it was in fact extremely different. Shouldn’t this have been said to me before I signed and bought the couch? The manager put in a request to see if I can get the couch it thought I was getting and was denied. I was lead by misinformation and mis guided. Very disappointed by the lack of knowledge or their products and now I’m stuck with a couch that was not what I was told I was ordering. Such a shame
False advertising, misinformed employees, not accurate with the dates of delivery... I made an order of a bed in 05/15/2021 and I was told I was going to receive the bed in 06/04/2021 and I'm still waiting for it. My wife and I went to the store for some answers and the customer service was TERRIBLE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, inexperienced people giving out "I don't know" answers... they could find my account and see my order or the payments I have made for something I haven't received yet... worst experience EVER!!!
My first experience didn’t go so well at this location due to being lied to by a salesperson who sold two living room sets to my daughter & I and lied to me about everything being included in a sectional that I didn’t get when it finally came 5 months later. However once I called and talked to the Store Manager Ashley she took all my frustration anxiety and anger away by listening to me talking to me hearing me out on everything about my experience. She really helped me out by fixing the problem and added my missing piece to my order for it to be delivered to my home once it comes back In stock. I ordered a sectional with a chase and a Ottoman and didn’t receive the ottoman and was never told that the ottoman had to be purchased separately by the salesperson. When I inquired about the Ottoman I was told that it was apart of the sectional like it came with it and that it was included In my sales price. I feel like I was lied to just to get an additional sale cause I bought another set that same night called the party time. Overall because of dealing with Ashley my experience was great and it’s because of her that I will shop with Ashley Furniture again because at first I was like I’m never shopping there again lol thank you again Ashley for all of your hard work and for going over and beyond great customer satisfaction I appreciate you!
Worst experience ever … bought an entire bedroom set the full works … Jamieka and Brian was really helpful … no complains there … but when the first delivery was made they only delivered a part with a sad story that the remaining part was not loaded onto the truck … two weeks after and for a part that was not loaded onto the truck thinking is there fault they would atleast expedite to me … they didn’t do that … Ashley SUCKS … I would never recommend this company to anybody … there’s always a saying “stick to what you know” … still sleeping in the other room … compliments of Ashley Furniture …

Great place to shop for furniture. They don't follow you around the store like many of the other furniture stores we've been to. Customer service was the bomb too. Very informative and helpful as well.
My husband and I went into the outlet store, starting our search for furniture for our new house. The first face and voice we saw/heard was a guy named Tyler. He informed us from the beginning, that he was going to let us walk around and not "hound" us, until we needed his assistance. And assist us he did!!!! He helped us to get a quote together for our youngest son's room, our master bedroom, a desk for my office, and bar stools for our island!!! Tyler was/is the best!! I was able to move my family here from out of town and needed new furniture for my house. My husband and I went to 3 different stores and had no luck. Once we got to this store, we spoke with Tyler and he was instantly able to help us! In just one conversation we were able to furnish our entire living room and bedrooms! Walked into Ashley Furniture and it was amazing!! Brian took really good care of us and drew out the room for us for our sectional in the living room. Was unsure about it as far as spacing, colors and everything but he literally derailed every single part of us ultimately getting what we really wanted. He was patient, caring and very attentive. He made sure our wants and needs were first snd foremost and the sale was second. He didn’t try to push us into anything and made sure we knew all our options before making a final decision. Will more than likely only be working directly with Brian for now on and getting everything direct. If I didn’t know any better he is the CEO of the company 😏😏 definitely need to boost his dude’s pay to a minimum of $1,000,000 an hour just my opinion!

I was very pleased with the decorated order and cleanliness of the store. That's most important to me. Atmosphere was pleasant with some music playing in the back ground. No high pressure situation or hard sales pitch given that could chase you out the door. Plenty of signs, brochures and information to review if you chose. Staff is very informed and polite. My sales rep Jamiecka was awesome-very professional! Also met Kevin, nice guy-regional mgr. & Ivan - a sweetheart of a person, a fellow New Yorker, who closed out my sale. Like the terminator.... TL;DR People are awesome, wish there was more selection I was really happy to find that the salespeople here are not pushy at all, but personable and friendly. Javier, at least, has terrific knowledge of the stock in the store. When we were asking about a particular sofa that didn't come in the configuration we wanted, he showed us similar items and talked through the differences in fabrics (which is important to us since we have 2 dogs and a toddler), as well as introducing the care plan and its benefits, again without being pushy about it. Tyler, the sales manager, was also friendly and helpful, and negotiated the price a bit for us. We haven't had the furniture delivered yet (as far as I understand, COVID has messed everything up) but we were given information about the availability of each piece, and offered split delivery if we wanted the available items sooner (we didn't, but it was nice to have the option). The only detractor--and the reason it's 4 stars instead of 5--is that I was disappointed in the color selection. Everything is either brown, grey, or off-white, with very limited exceptions, and I was hoping for some actual color, but I'm still happy with my purchase, and I guess I'll just be lightening things up with rugs and throw pillows. :)
Good customer service and good Memorial Day sale!
I have been seeking assistance to have a chest of drawers to be repaired or replaced since March to no avail. Only had the furniture set for four months. Steps taken in order since March (long list): 1-Went to a nearby Ashley Store with photos and video to discuss our issue and was told to call insurance plan that we purchased. 2-Called insurance plan described problem and was told it was a manufacture’s issue and to call the 800 Ashley number. 3-Called Ashley Customer Service and was told parts would be ordered and shipped directly to us in 5-7 business days. 4-Called Ashely Customer Service again after weeks of waiting. Was told things not in due to COVID and date unknown, maybe closer to the end of May. After expressing my displeasure, was told we would be added to the list to have the piece replaced. We would go with whichever comes first. We were to receive a call about the replacement in 2-3 days. 5-Never received the call. Reached out to Ashely Customer Service on FB Messenger and described the problem. Received a phone call back. Was told that the decision was made to not make an exception for us to be placed on the list for a replacement and we would have to wait for the parts. I would have to wait until whenever the parts came to their warehouse, then shipped to my house. Once received I would have to call back to schedule a time with a technician. If the technician could not fix it, only then would we be eligible for a replacement (which is not in the warehouse…you guessed it…caused by COVID). This would have us waiting AGAIN for resolution. The agent got upset with me because I was upset about feeling lied to and put off again. 6-Went to the store located on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, NC, where we made the purchase-was told to come back the next day to speak to the general manager. A copy of my sales slip and my contact information was taken to be provided to the general manager first thing the next morning. I was also told that my furniture collection was in stock and there should not be an issue with getting a replacement quickly. 7-Went back the next day…you guessed it…the general manager was not in. I was told two conflicting stories. One of the “managers” said the general managers don’t work on Thursdays and someone misspoke. The person who sold us the furniture told me that the general manager was there that day but was called away. UGH! Was he there or not! Both individuals promised to pass along my information and I would be contacted by the general manager. I left telling them both I very seriously doubted I would receive a call. 8-Today…I tried calling the number provided by the “manager” yesterday. I was given a number to call to make sure the general manager was in prior to making the 25 minute drive. The number does not ring directly to the store, but goes to the larger phone tree…I was number 98 in the phone queue. I just gave up with speaking to a human being. This is utterly ridiculous…shouldn’t be this difficult for something that appears to be an easy fix!!!
My experience at the store was good, its the delivery and communication that is horrible!! When I purchased my furniture they told me my delivery date will be 5/18/21. They told me that I may be able to get my furniture sooner then that and that I will be contacted. So I was contacted and was told I can get my delivery earlier and the earliest date was 5/13/21, I was happy, 5/13/21 comes and I track my order and only 1 item was being delivered, I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor and told her, I was never told that only 1 of my items was being delivered and that my other item will be delivered on 5/18/21 my original delivery date. I informed the supervisor that I did not want strange delivery men coming out to my place at 2 different times because my 19 year old daughter is there by herself. Supervisor said she will callme back because she had to get in touch with the the delivery guys and tell them to hold off on delivering my 1 item. Supervisor called me back and left a voicemail and said that she was able to get in touch with the delivery guys and that both my items will be delivered on my original delivery date on 5/18/21. I get a text today saying that my items will be delivered on 5/20/21.. that is unacceptable and that is after original delivery date. I want my furniture tomorrow!!I will never order anything else from Ashley furniture.
Too bad delivery service. At the time of purchase and the day before delivery, I was told that all the furniture could be delivered together, but on the day of delivery, it was found that the bed frame was not delivered and the workers left without installing all the furniture. The dresser has a deep scratch, and the drawer slides are also loose, too bad.I still don’t know when the bed frame will be delivered, how to deal with the dresser problem, nobody responds to my email.
Carolyn was extremely helpful but misleading on delivery. We placed two orders, one in January and one early February to furnish the entire apartment. We've had multiple canceled deliveries and misinformation, including paying for setup and delivery and being delivered boxes and told they're not setting it up anymore. We still have not received the entire order and have no date on when that will be delivered.

Extremely dissatisfied with my Ashley experience, and would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order for a bedroom set and dining table set on November 7, 2020. At the time I was told that my order was in stock and I should expect delivery at the end of November to early December. However, my receipt mentioned possible delays of 8-10 weeks.Here we are SIX months later/24 weeks, and still NO furniture. I ended up going back to store this weekend to cancel and receive a refund. The lack of transparency was incredibly frustrating. I never received any communication from Ashley regarding my order unless I initiated it. Every reply was a generic response with no real updates. I had 2 delivery dates which were cancelled with NO communication. The customer service agents were incredibly rude.It's incredible that Ashley is still accepting orders when there is a clear supply backlog. I think that a credible business would work to ensure that supply issues are resolved before continuing to accept people's hard earned money for knowingly unavailable products. Ashley clearly has supply issues and cannot fulfill the orders, yet they continue to lure people in with promises of 12 weeks that Ashley clearly cannot deliver on. What a shame. Very unacceptable and maybe even unethical...BUYERS BEWARE!!
Dont come here if you need furniture right away. We bought 2 couches 15 weeks ago. Just got off phone with their "customer no service", looks to be 6 to 8 more weeks, if that is to be believed. This is insane. I really wish I had read all these horrible reviews first. Jeez.

We have been shopping for furniture for several months now and have come back to this store four times now. Jamiecka is the absolute best representative!! I would give this store 20 stars if I could, all because of Jamiecka’s care and great service to our family. She made the search for furniture super easy and stress free. There was never any pressure to immediately buy something from her or the head manager. They allowed me to make a decision based on my needs. I’ve even had to change my delivery date request multiple times because of my house closure getting delayed and Jamiecka happily assisted us each time. Wonderful service!!
Would not buy unless they guarantee the items are in stock. I ordered three items 9 weeks ago and only had 1 delivered with no info when the rest is coming in. They are OK with taking 100% of the purchase but not ever delivering you the products you paid for.
Placed in order in January and had the salesman check if they were in stock items. Was told that everything was in the warehouse and should be able to be shipped out soon with a max of 6-8 weeks. Paid in full and now 3 months later still don’t have furniture. Found the whole set at a different store, called and it’s in stock, yet Ashley Furniture states they can’t get a set to deliver. Don’t go here unless you want a company to float your money around for their own use and never deliver your furniture!
Do Not use them. I repeat DO NOT USE them. We ordered a couch and chair from them. The sales person said it was in stock at the warehouse and at most 6 weeks for delivery. They also said they won’t get paid until items are delivered. Well guess what, they charged my credit card the full amount the next day. And here we are at 10 weeks and nothing. No communication from anyone. Every time we call it’s just a run around. Poor customer service. I’ve never dealt with any one as bad as them
I’ve never done a review before but this company definitely deserves one and people need to know what they’re getting into. We ordered our furniture the second week of December and was told it would be delivered on January 1 the day we moved into our new home. With the exception of the couch and rug everything else would be delivered on the first and they would be delivered mid January. On January 1 as we’re waiting for them to arrive I finally call and they say they decided to bring everything in January without giving us a heads up. I had to drive to the distribution center and get the pieces of my order that they had and assemble them myself. January 26 they finally arrive with what is supposed to be the rest of my order there’s an entertainment center that only has half the pieces. The couch and rug were not on the order and I was informed that I couldn’t get them until February 22. Keep in mind no one informed me again. Today is March 6 and my order was set to be delivered finally. We got a call that they were in the driveway just to find out they had delivered the furniture to the wrong address somehow. We gave them the right address Which was 15 minutes from where they were and we were told we would have to reschedule until the next week because we were too far out of the way. I have worked in management my entire life never would this have happened under me. I dealt with Tyler at the store and I have to say he was amazing to work with but outside of the service that I received that day this has been the worst experience of my life. Update........ Today is March 9 and they informed us that after they would not deliver our couch and rug to us that they delivered it to the next person in line and they are now out of stock so we can’t have our couch and they are going to deduct it from our bill. SMH!!! And all my life of doing customer service type jobs I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with such a mess of a company. I should’ve known from the start when they told me to go to the Ashley furniture store up the street and take pictures of the furniture I wanted and they would discount the price for me. It really seems like that shady to do to another store under the Ashley name. Oh well lesson learned

Well. I should of listened. Finally got half of my order from Ashley Furniture today after 3 months of waiting. Well my foot board was completely broken in half and they didn’t give us support brackets and I just realized the delivery people messed up my front porch step too. God only knows how long it will take to replace everything and get my freaking parts. The bed frame and table looks like it’s cheaply made. Night stand has scratches and some kind of black oil stuff that won’t come off and one of my tables seats has a black mark in the cushions. Spend a little extra money at a mom and pops store. You’ll get better everything.
If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst company ever and the worst customer service. I purchased a couch and after waiting several months to get it, it came damaged. Was told I would have to wait months for another one. Back and forth with customer service and got no help. I ended up needing to keep the couch and then ordering the replacement cushion that was missing from the couch as well as repairing the couch. I got the Couch repaired and had to miss work for that and delivery and when I got the new cushion I had received the wrong cushion and it took several weeks to get. Then they sent me a whole new couch and the movers damaged my home. I have been on the phone with people on and off and no answer is no help. I even messaged corporate and I did not get an answer back. I have still to this day not gotten issues resolved. I do not recommend this company at all! This is only half the story and I am completely unhappy with my purchase. Spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars and having this happen is extremely disappointing.
This place was not pushy at all to buy something as well they didn't follow you around the store making it uncomfortable to sit down and relax into a piece of furniture. If you do go to this location ask for Ben Gamble, this guy will take good care of you. He understands we all have financial budgets and goals in your life if you are open with him. I will be back to do business with him. Know that all furniture stores in the area are backed up so, do not get annoyed when your furniture is coming a few months from now. That is everywhere! I am in the mortgage industry this area is super hot!! Enjoy.

We had a great Saleslady name Jamiecka at the Ashley Home Outlet Store on Glenwood Avenue Promeade Shopping Center in Raleigh, NC . She was very polite and knowledgeable of the products in the store. She even follow up with a text in reference to our account and products we selected. Also our delivery guys provide great customer service and put our furniture together with no problem and in a timely manner. If you want great customer service ask for Jamiecka if you shop this particular outlet store.

Worst furniture store ever had so many cancellations and money lost !
Just moved to Raleigh and have been stressed out about finding new furniture for our new home. We had an issue with our original furniture so had to find completetly new sets. Tyler and Jameka came right in and helped us tremendously. They moved tables around the store just so we could visualize everything. Do not go to this store We were looking for new furniture in are household for 2 hours checking prices we were talking to Larry the sales person and then he calls the manager. The manager wants us to buy today and he said if you are not going to buy then there is no need to talk. we told him that we were going to discuss this with are family before we make any decisions and know how much we will be spending. That is no way a manager should push and talk to a customer like that! He was arrogant. I think Larry should be making the decision and be the other way around.

This has been an ordeal to say the least. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because our Sales Associate, Roland, and the Store Manager, Joshua, have been helpful in trying to get this resolved. We ordered multiple pieces of furniture on 9/26/2020. We were told due to COVID-19 our delivery date would be 11/13 for all of the items. We understood that the pandemic has been challenging so we agreed to wait. The 13th came and went with no updates. We finally spoke to someone who stated the delivery date had changed to 11/19. We went into the store and spoke with Joshua (Manager), who helped us split our order up so that a few of our pieces could arrive. We finally received our living room furniture and given a new date of 12/9 for the remaining items. The 9th came and went with no updates. We finally spoke to someone in customer care who stated our new date was Friday, 12/19 (our daughter's birthday weekend). We waited all day for delivery, only to be told at 7:30pm that the truck broke down that morning and they couldn't get to us. We were told to visit the store to process our refund however, when were arrived that same evening, the manager informed us that was incorrect. After speaking with Joshua, he confirmed that we could get our dining room table on 12/21 (Monday). He also offered to refund us a portion of price if we would not cancel the complete order. We agreed, and the table and chairs were delivered on 12/21. When the delivery guys began putting the items together, they noticed there were not enough screws to finish the chairs. We spoke with Cameron Walker, customer care agent, who was very rude and continued to cut my husband off as he spoke. He then said he would order the screws, they would arrive via FedEx in 7-10 days and he would send someone to complete the furniture. After expressing our frustration about this whole process, Cameron stated he could give us a store credit. We advised him that we would never be shopping at a Ashley Store again so a store credit would not do, he advised that he could give us a refund of a lower amount. We agreed, and my husband began to ask additional questions before Cameron stated have a nice day and hung the phone up (even the delivery drivers were shocked at his rude behavior). To date, neither refund has been processed (from the store or customer care), our screws have just arrived (our chairs are still incomplete), and I'm very skeptical that our final piece will arrive on 1/7 as promised. If you can purchase from the Store and take it home the same day, Roland at this store was wonderful to work with. If you have to order ANYTHING to be shipped, purchase at your own risk!!
I purchased furniture on 12/10/2020. Caroline swore up and down the furniture would be delivered on Jan 4,2021. Literally , the ONLY reason I purchased the items. I bought 2 sofas and a kitchen table set. The deal was great but here we are Jan 1. I called the store and customer service to get a update. They have NO UPDATE & NO DELIVERY date ! Everything is saying up to 10 weeks. Had I known she was lying , I would of went to Rooms to go and paid a little more. They never let me down! They money hungry for sales. I’ve reached out to Caroline several times and received no response.

so after shopping around multiple outlets in the Raleigh and surrounding triangle area some weeks back....I can honestly say that coming here was one of the best experiences I have ever had while shopping for furniture . Danica was so friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, (there is not a rude customer service bone in that girls body, some other furniture sales people could really do well to take some notes and lessons from her). She really goes above and beyond to ensure that whatever you decide on is the perfect fit for you. All of my questions or concerns were met with joyful, informed responses that allowed me to leave feeling confident in my decisions , and I am so grateful for that. Normally these types of things can feel pushy, But speaking with Danica made the entire ordeal a very pleasant and worthwhile experience. Everything was delivered promptly and in the exact condition we were promised and not a second late. Could not be happier with this service. THANK YOU DANICA.

we purchased a couch on October 27, and when leaving the store we were told it would take 4-6 weeks delivery. And, here we are still no couch as of the current date! Customer service says it can take 10 weeks or longer!!! Are you kidding? And, I was told that if we can cancel before the 10 weeks we will be charged 10% fee, really? I have never heard of such a thing. Covid is not an excuse for a couch to be delivered in 10 weeks or longer! Buyer beware!! Worst customer service experience ever!

Raj Nagpal at the Glenwood location is the best! He greeted us at the beginning and checked on us one other time until we had questions and decided to make a purchase. That was the perfect amount of customer service for me. I appreciated him, he didn&'t push and give us a million details trying to make a sell, he just let us ask what we wanted and he knew all the information. People at other stores should take notes from him :) We bought the Carnaby sectional sofa and are excited to receive although it will be some time before delivered... we knew that going into it so not a disappointment. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I wouldn’t buy a pair of socks from these people! They gave me 4 different delivery dates, then showed up with half the furniture. When they came back the 3rd time the furniture was defective. They assembled my sons bed incorrectly! It was such an awful ordeal that they lied & said they would give me money once my order was finalized bcz they screwed up so bad. Well that was another lie! Hear me now, believe me later...shop here at your own risk!! They suck & you’ll do better at your local mom & pop furniture store! Even the manager was a liar!
I called into 8331 Glenwood Ave store after looking at the website - holiday, moving, and year of COVID-19 have been a challenge in buying furniture and getting it on a specific day. I was concerned about online delivery of a mattress being too early and someone taking it off the front porch, or too late and not having a bed for weeks. It&'s a stressful situation. Luckily, Dan Valente helped me through their complex process and now I&'m able to pick up the mattress on the day I need it, thank god! This has really made a difference in my experience shopping at Ashley Home Store as a first time customer. Getting large and costly items in an unknown timeline with holiday and COVID-19 delays has been resolved thanks to Dan V. I highly recommend working with Dan V again. He is professional, hardworking, thorough, and quick! Thank you again Dan V!
I haven't even received my order yet and I am steaming. Got a decent deal on a furniture set, told them I didn't want delivery and they still added delivery, for $200...Going to take 6-8 weeks to get delivered but I cannot get a hold of anyone to ask if the delivery date is still the day they told me. Covid is not an excuse to hold someone's furniture hostage while we pay money towards it. I will edit this post if or when I get the furniture.

Should have canceled my order. Why are you still trying to sell when you have zero inventory? When your order does finally arrive it’s late as hell. Not to mention expect banged up walls and furniture to not be assembled. Make sure to inspect furniture before signing anything as well.

I wouldn't even give them ONE star but it wouldn't let me. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars here, the first delivery for a piece that came in.... DAMAGED, then we waited a month and a half for the rest of our stuff to come in to be told TWO days before our delivery date that it would be another SIX weeks before it would be delivered. So...the new delivery date comes, the furniture arrives and guess what.... DAMAGED!!!!! We are getting a FULL refund and going somewhere else. NEVER again will we be shopping at this store. NOPE!
Please do not listen to any promises they may make. Your furniture delivery date will be delayed for at least a month or more as well. Any perks you may think you are getting per the salesperson is incorrect. Please be mindful before shopping!

UPDATE 10-23-2020: After contacting them through the google review, Instagram DMs and Facebook I am happy to report that today I have ended my Ashley Furniture somewhat endless saga. They agreed to take back both the sofa and the loveseat for merchandise credit and my husband and I found something that was in stock that got here on the first estimated delivery time 10-23-2020. I’m happy that Ashley furniture listened to my complaints finally and that I was able to get what we wanted and no longer have broken furniture. I MIGHT order from them again....just definitely not in the middle of a pandemic. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with in my life to date. I initially ordered my sofa and loveseat on June 19, 2020 and STILL do not have my order completed as of September 3. I was told that I would have my furniture by the latest 3 weeks from ordering and it's been awful the entire time. We only got our loveseat first on June 29 and discovered that there is a hole in the fabric and also no cushion in the left side of the arm and it is BROKEN on the loveseat. They made us wait for ”extra parts” and then made us wait for a technician which finally came and told us that the loveseat cannot be repaired so they will have to schedule a replacement. I STILL DONT HAVE MY REPLACEMENT. They keep pushing my date back further and further everytime the date gets closer. Now it's scheduled for Sept. 28 and I'm not confident they will follow through with this date either. I'm so frustrated I want to give all of my furniture back. I'd rather just sit on my floor than deal with these people again. Also. I didn't receive my sofa until July 30. This was also pushed back before we finally got it. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your furniture. I'd give then zero stars if I could. I've contacted customer service until I'm blue in the face with my frustrations and they don't care. Also emailed the ”customer cares” email....thats a joke. Never responded.
they continue to try selling inventory that does not exist. ordered couch on 7/4. delivery has been postponed several times, with the current ETA being late December. They never tell you that your order has been postponed, you have to constantly reach out like I have. They refuse to sell the display couch because they want to continue selling inventory that doesn't exist (some will say they refuse to sell displays because of COVID, but they were offering me several other displays in the store). this is fraud. avoid Ashley's and go somewhere that actually has furniture. i will literally never step foot into any of these stores again out of spite. with any luck, Ashley's will continue to struggle right off the edge of a cliff, never to be seen again. ignore the 5 star reviews, several of them are employees.
Purchase furniture back in June, as of October 19th 6:53 p.m. we have not received our furniture or a date when we should expect our furniture.

Came in to purchase a bedroom set, was greeted upon immediate walk in and given my space to browse. Found a set I liked, took the night to think about it, came back the next day to purchase a bed, two night stands, and a dresser. Caroline gave me a discount on an already on sale item, and gave me a GREAT buying experience! I highly recommend using Caroline here!
I hate this store! if I couldn&'t have given a rate at all I would have. The managers here are honestly great but the staff and customer service rep. as very shitie just real shitie and that&'s not even a word!!!! I made an order in may with a delivery of august yet it was pushed back without warning and then I texted my representative to change the delivery address and this asshole never changes it! So now it&'s the wrong address and pushed back the delivery date! I completely canceled the order. As I said management was very polite but the store associates as just horrible the communication are horrible I WILL NEVER order anything from them ever again...... I&'ve been waiting on my refund for as of today 2weeks. Literally, this place is horrible done waste your money nor time.
The girl who was working with me lied to us to sell the products. Before anything else I asked her if you have these beds in stock and she said yes and it's ready to be delivered in 2 days. It was a lie now a week passed, i called 3 times and they don't have a delivery date as it wasn't in stock. I canceled the order, I'm heading over to finalizing it.
I recently purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture. I got there early on Labor day Monday and was greeted kindly by Jon. He continued to be helpful and informative without being pushy. Jon worked with another customer while I browsed around. However, he checked in just when I had questions. I wasnt in a rush but once I made a decision, Jon was shortly present to complete my paperwork. He even brought chairs to the couch I picked out to see if I liked them together. Jon told me about the Diamond club etc... I told him no thank you, he said no problem. Great salesman! I left smiling because I got a beautiful couch AND because I was not stressed . Great experience. Hope the delivery is of the same calibre as Jon's customer service!
Go see Antone! He made a very high stress afternoon of couch searching so easy. We went into Ashley Outlet after not finding anything in several stores along Glenwood. He wasn’t pushy and handled our crazy toddler like a pro. My husband came back the next day to pick up the couch we bought and he helped him load it. Thank you, Antone! This will be our first stop next time we buy furniture.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. For the second time, they have pushed back the delivery date pf the furniture WITHOUT contacting me to let me know. Every time I call, the delivery date is pushed back. At this point, by the time I get the furniture my lease will be up and I REFUSE to be couchless and bedless for a year. I purchased my furniture at the end of June; I was told then it would arrive the first week pf August. Then I called to update my delivery address, it had been pushed back until September 5th (no courtesy call). Called again today, it has been pushed back until September 25th (again no courtesy call). Then we have trouble getting a supervisor on the phone. I refuse to believe that a supervisor isn&'t available during normal business hours. I wouldn&'t buy anything from Ashley again if it was free.
I've been waiting on my dresser for three weeks and they are using the Covid 19 for delays on my delivery. I get it but, they never called telling me that my scheduled delivery after waiting three weeks that it was going to be another two weeks to wait. I had to call to find out the day before my scheduled delivery. I told them to cancel my purchaseapurchase they said someone would call me. A few days have passed and I'm stillwstill on that call. I'll have to go in person to make sure my order is cancelled. Poor customer service on their part for not communicating properly.

At that time I was told they can get my furniture on 08/05, however I will not get my chair until 09/16. This store is absolute trash. The sales guy seems nice and is very respectful but straight up lied to our faces about delivery time. When we bought our couch he told us 4-6 weeks max which seemed long but due to covid-19 we understood. He said we would get a call in 24 hours to schedule delivery. A week went by with no call so my wife called the number he gave us and it redirected to the generic Ashley phone number. The lady she spoke with said 4-6 weeks was a joke and it's more like 10 weeks from this point, so now we are looking at 11 weeks after purchase. We continued and understood due to covid-19. Forward 4 weeks later. We call again because we still haven't heard anything about the couch we bought. We finally get in touch with customer service and they tell us the scheduled date is END OF NOVEMBER. 5 months after purchase. Needless to say we cancelled and will go else where. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY UNLESS YOU CAN TAKE IT HOME THAT DAY. NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! IT IS A SCAM!!
THE only positive I can say about Ashley furniture is that they have a lawaway plan. If you purchase please be prepared for 4 month delay in shipping , missing and damaged product. Taking hours off from work to receive shipment on chosen day which can be actually be changed on that same day !! I think I have finally learned my lesson after this. I WILL not purchase from them again
Ashley Furniture finally scheduled a partial delivery of our big order yesterday between 4.30 and 7.30pm. Nobody showed up, no call, no rescheduling, no apologies, no anything, they just didn't show up. We waiting until 9pm for them but nobody and we went to sleep. Next morning we called and we were told that our account is "locked" because they delivered but we "were not there". After inquiry about the time, they said that the delivery was attempted at 10.12 pm. Let that speak for itself! Also, interestingly enough we have outside security cameras and we looked. Guess what, nobody came ever, not at 10, not at 11, not at midnight. No truck, no delivery people. Nobody. Their delivery didn't show up and decided to lie about it and it locked our account. That is after a long wait for a partial delivery (nothing else was delivered yet and it previously scheduled deliveries were cancelled by Ashley without any reason, so, while we paid a lot of money, we have nothing at all that we bought from them a long time ago. Great service, lairs!
This company is a rip off. The sales people basically tricks people into contracts with extremely high interest making sure to hide it. They also charge extremely high cancelation fees. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. If I could post with no stars I would! Do not buy from Ashley Furniture

Ashley HomeStore Furniture has ok furniture, it&'s priced too high for the quality that you get. I ordered online due to Covid 19, so I wasn&'t able to physically see my sofa and bedroom set. My sofa was rescheduled twice and the day before it was to be delivered, the delivery people changed the time. If I hadn&'t called the number in SC, I wouldn&'t have known! This was very poor communication and I was not happy that I&'d be waiting 6 hours because the original time was between 12:30-3pm and they moved it to 3-6pm. My bedroom set is nice, however, the box springs have an awful creaking sound! I&'ve only slept on it for a month...Needless to say, their delivery people are not professional. I won&'t be ordering from Ashley HomeStore again!

Went out to look for bar stools only. Went to the outlet store and was approached by a young man Tyler who was only two weeks into the job and was amazing. He was kind, patient, and very helpful. We left to visit the other store up the street and they were very rude and unhelpful. If your looking for a place to shop use the outlet store and ask for Tyler. He was not forceful for us to buy at all and we ended up leaving with bar stools, a sectional and mattress.

Also, our sales rep, Anton, stopped returning our messages and had given us empty promises. My husband went back into the store and they said they would exchange the broken bases and deliver on March 2nd. To be safe, we contacted TempurPedic and they said there was a better base for us and it was cheaper. So then I went into the store to exchange for that one and despite being told I wasn't correct, they did exchange and Antone said that it would be delivered on March 8th and CALL ME IF THERE WERE ANY CHANGES. Well he didn't call, so I figured all was a go. Yeah, I should have known better. We got called for a pick up for our bed, but not delivering the new one. So they were going to take our bases, not replace. I called Ashley Corporate and they were mad with the store and called them to complain. They then told me the new base would now not be delivered until March 14th, because SURPRISE, IT'S NOT IN STOCK. This is after Antone said it was, said it was going to be delivered on March 8th and said he would call with changes. Yeah no. HORRIBLE. So now, we are here again waiting. The Corporate Store has complained countless times about the local Outlet and also apologized multiple times for our customer service. So yeah, don't buy anything here. Just buy online or drive a couple miles to the other store. We have tried several ways of resolving this the correct way, but maybe giving this review now 2 months after they open will have them pay attention. We finally got our bed correctly sent to us. Morale of the story is we were sold on a frame that did not match the bed, but was more expensive. Scam.
We went to the Glenwood Ave store and were greeted by Nathan. After we told him what we were looking for he gave us a quick run-down on the sales and where to find things and let us go. Nathan checked in a few times and was able to answer all our questions. We didn't find everything we're looking for, but we ended up buying a small accent table and Nathan was great to work with; very professional and personable and no pressure at all.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by Nathan Long. He was great. He listened to the needs of me and my daughter and showed us a lot of different options. I walked in looking for a sofa, dresser and a desk but walked out with a bed, dresser and a sofa. I will be going back.
Beautiful furniture store with a huge variety of furniture. The staff is extremely friendly and make the process very easy. They have a ton of financing options for folks with challenged credit, so everybody can get beautiful furniture. I would definitely shop here in the future for all of my furniture needs!

This morning I received my loveseat and chair. The chair is in fabulous condition but after sitting on the couch a few times it is squeaky and making all sorts of noises that my previous couch that was well over 20 years made. I called customer service and they have ordered new cushions. I can not even have someone come and look at the squeaking issue before we receive the cushions. This couch is not going to last very long and I am very disappointed in the customer care. It could take up to 10 days to get the cushions and only then will they schedule for a service technician to come in. I do not want this couch and any make shift work you plan to do with it! This is poor customer service!
It's very odd to say that I enjoyed shopping for furniture, but the staff here was helpful, kind, and not pushy at all. It was great to be at a furniture store without feeling like you were being followed by employees trying to sell you as much as possible. The prices were amazing, great selection of big and small pieces. Trey and Antone were fantastic and helped make the experience a great one. Will definitely return next time I need any furniture.

WARNING!!!!Don&'t use Ashley FURNITURE store in Raleigh terrible experience with them ! I order table fist table got the second one because the sales person put the wrong number! Instead a 2 put a 7 and they refused to exchange. Just because my husband accept the delivery he never saw what I picked and sadly I wasn&'t around when they delivered. My father had a stroke stay in the hospital for a month and I&'m still overseas. But they don&'t care . Nothing we order was in good conditions . A bed was broken! For the kitchen we got a set of 4 chairs and a table.two chairs are damaged after two months waiting for replacement they telling me they don&'t make them anymore they want me to pick 2 diferente chairs are they for real I got a set !!! I ordered a bed via phone with the sales rep. When I noticed she entered our "bill to" address instead of the delivery address I emailed her to correct. At THAT time I was informed there would be an additional out of area delivery fee of $85. on top of the $50 fee! The bed was only $199 to start..they want to charge me $135.00 for delivery on something they did not make me aware of at the time of purchase. (one bed.) I'm stilling going back and forth with them for a week of this. Numerous hours on hold etc with corporate. Poor customer service! Capital "P". If you make an error..own up and make it right. It's that simple. Manager Stephen saying "nothing we can do and not sure where the mistake happened" Really..hmmm.... Manager Christina saying they will absorb the delivery cost but then never follows up with me via phone so corporate can make the adjustment...terrible just terrible. A big name like this..you have to do better. Now bed on a two week delay. Was hung up on manager- Stephen --but before hanging up heard him saying to another co worker "all of this over a f@$@ $200 bed. " Wow-this is who is representing their Company. Buyer Beware.

This review is based on my visit to the store today. The moment we entered we were greeted kindly by a sales rep.Our old faux leather sofa was peeling badly, flaking everywhere around the house and with a baby around the house who tries to eat everything that was extra dangerous. We told her our budget and she was even willing to slap a few hundreds off the price tags to help us get within the price range we were comfortable with.In the end, we went with 100% polyester sofa this time. The price on their official website for the piece was $300 cheaper than the in-store price so we let her know about that and she was able to price match it with no issues. WORD OF ADVICE: check the online prices on their website first and compare it to the prices inside the store. Some of them are actually cheaper online - don&'t spend extra cash when you don&'t need to.Checkout process was smooth and pretty swift. Overall great experience here shopping wise and they have very affordable prices for the good deal of selection they have at this store. And as I mentioned before the customer service I personally experienced here was exceptional. More to come once my sofa is delivered to me.
Just spent almost 30 minutes in this store. While walking around, I passed 3 salespeople and the "welcoming" person stationed at the entry and no one said anything to me, not even hello. We have several rooms to furnish, but they won't get a dime from me.

I ordered a couch from Ashley Furniture. They were 2 hours late on delivery. They did not set up the couch as promised and they did not put the couch in the location asked. The couch does not have holes on the couch to screw the legs on. Terrible company and awful customer service

Watch out for their dishonest sales tactics and lack of communication. We bought over $6,000 of furniture here over Labor Day weekend. We are new to the area and this seemed to be the place with the best options. My complaint is with them telling us we &"HAD&" to purchase one of their extremely over priced mattress pads/protector for the warranty to be honored on a new mattress. $300 later I find out from Sealy directly that is not true. Sealy only requires that the mattress be free of stains or soils to honor their warranty. Of course they only way to ensure that is to protect the mattress but not at $300. Buyers beware! The mattress pad has been on back order since we bought it in September and &"might&" be available by November 6th. How&'s that for a &"must have&" to honor a warranty?
Do NOT buy furniture here. IKEA is better quality. My boyfriend bought a couch which broke immediately. They came out and fixed it, but the fix broke and now they&'re refusing to honor the warranty. It&'s cheap furniture and still overpriced for what you get. Not worth it.
We purchased a dresser and mirror and 4 barstools. Our salesman was great, very helpful. We didn't need delivery for a couple of weeks and he set that up for us no problem. Then came the delivery experience. Two guys show up. One is amazing. Takes the dresser up a flight of stairs assembles it, places it. The other guy is putting together the barstools. From the moment they enter my home, he's on the phone - personal call. Once he started peppering his conversation with profanity, we asked him to get out of our house, which he did. The other guy apologized. We have lodged formal complaints on 3 occasions and each time have been told that we would hear from a supervisor. Two weeks later, nothing. After they left, we sat on one of the barstools and it fell apart. Called customer service and arranged for a new stool to be delivered. The delivery driver spoke zero English and could not find my home. My wife got an email from Ashley stating that they were going to cancel the delivery and charge us $79 to reschedule! Numerous phone calls later, someone was able to guide the driver here in Spanish. Worst, most unresponsive customer service ever. Never again.
This review has NOTHING to do with any store itself, just the quality of the products & their "warranties". Ten years ago we swore we'd never buy from Ashley Furniture again because of an issue with their extended warranty, but then we did it. We bought our new kitchen set Thanksgiving weekend. Within a couple of months it got bubbles in the middle. A few weeks ago, I noticed the it was peeling up on the end. When I called customer care, she told me the manufacturer's warranty was only good on this issue up until delivery. WHAT?! Has anyone ever heard of a warranty that's only good until it's delivered to the customer?!So I called again yesterday thinking maybe I'd get a different answer from a different person. Not quite - "the manufacturer's warranty is only good for 24 hours from delivery for this issue." So now, I can say with 100% confidence, we will NEVER buy from them again.My advice when making a purchase from this company is simple: have extremely low expectations and buyer beware.
Benton Ridley was fantastic! Wonderful customer service with no pressure put on us. He made our couch shopping be a 100% stressfree experience. He let us explore the store on our own, checked in with us to give us shopping tips and offer advice. Very helpful and very friendly! My husband and I were completely satisfied with our shopping experience and Brenton's customer service! Will definitely be a return customer!
My review is based only on my in-store experience yesterday. We have had major issues with the thousands of dollars we spent at Rooms to Go and came in to Ashley to see if there were other items we could switch out to. We were greeted right away by Kristina, and asked about what we were looking for. She immediately knew exactly what items to look at that came in the correct size, and made sure we were continually checked on. She knew we couldn&'t purchase that day as we had to wait for Rooms to Go solutions first, but that did not stop her from servicing us promptly and professionally. Unfortunately for us and Kristina, we are likely stuck with what we bought despite many issues, but I wanted to make sure that Kristina received the credit she deserved. On another note - for those reading reviews, our master bedroom set did come from Ashley a couple of years ago, that set is holding up beautifully, we haven&'t had a single issue. I do recall being almost brought to tears of anger by the delivery man, though - so I would take those reviews to heart.
I'm ok with the furniture and the quality of the products. My issue is with delivery, buyer be ware. The sofa I was supposed to get looked like Hulk smashed. I had to wait until 2 PM the next day just to make a call to book a replacement. That's over a week out because they had to reorder the what I bought. I have no idea of what time to expect the delivery. It's the same delivery rules despite the fact that I have already too 2.5 hours off of work to the the beds that the sofa was ordered with. I would have to pay a fee if I want to cancel. The rep on the phone was pretty smug about it to. I've tried to keep my emotion out of this review and stick with the facts.
Like I have written in my last review. I will not go back to Ashley Home Store again. So we went to Haverty&'s and bought a low back love coach and a chair with a pattern that would match our existing living room decor. Once you have been treated like a nobody at a store where you have spent neatly $10,000. You tend to remember it....
My sales lady was wonderful! The delivery professionals were great. Customer service was Horrible. Absolutely no customer service. Ashley furniture delivered the wrong piece of furniture and would absolutely NOT schedule the delivery around me and my schedule. They would not give me a delivery time, but would call me two days before to give me a 3 hour window. This was a delivery for their mistake. So they wanted me to keep my schedule clear, inconvenience me, Because they made a mistake. I just wanted them to bend a little and make it right.
@AshleyHomeStore your customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a sofa with a chaise online because it wasn't available in the store. Delivery was 2 weeks late with no notice. It was damaged, since repaired, lied to on the phone multiple times. Won't credit my credit card for compensation, only store credit... because I bought it through Ashley's web site. Why do I want store credit for a store I will never shop in again? The customer service reps lied to us on the phone just to get us off the phone.
Worst experience ever. They delivered the wrong couch to me then tried to get me to keep it then argued and argued with me for days that it was the right couch and what I ordered when it was NOT. Customer service was awful. I do not recommend any of these stores very poor quality and watch out for hidden fees!! Awful just Awful!!! I would not even give Ashley Furniture and it's staff 1 Star but I had to to leave a review!!
I really did enjoy working with the staff at the Ashley home store. If you are looking for more modern furniture, this may not be the store for you. I noticed that this store has a lot of bulky furniture. These furniture pieces will more likely go into large spaces. Compared to other furniture stores on Glenwood Avenue, this store seems to skew for a more mature, older crowd who would like more traditional furniture. Again the staff were super nice and great to work with. Prepared to be spoken to and I&'m slightly followed around the store by a sales person. They only want to help you find what you are looking for. All in all they do have great pricing on some items; however, The signs are extremely difficult to read and to understand. I would love for a sales person to break down the signage structure of the pricing as soon as you walk into the door so that as you are looking around the store you know and understand exactly the price of the pieces. Great place just not the time to shop here as I am looking for something more modern.
