I was unsure about purchasing a sofa while in store due to needing to get rid of my old sofa first. I mentioned my situation to Jon and he was very understanding. He also provided suggestions for places to sell or donate my old sofa. After a couple of days, I decided to move forward with the purchase. I contacted the store and left a message for Jon. He promptly returned my call and answered a few more questions. When I arrived back at the store, Jon had all documentation in order and ready for me to sign with a wonderful price! I recently called, hoping to get some information about delivery for furniture I had purchased. Instead, I was met with the epitome of unprofessionalism. The "boy" who answered the phone & refused to give me his name, couldn't hear me, and rather than handling the situation with any semblance of maturity, he had the audacity to have someone else respond with "Domino's Pizza." This childish and rude behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I expected even the bare minimum of decent customer service from what is supposed to be a reputable store. Clearly, there needs to be a serious overhaul in training their staff to act like professionals rather than petulant children.

DaKari was super helpful when we went in to grab a TV console. He was helpful, efficient, answered our questions but didn't hover and helped us load it up once we made a decision.

I went in to Ashley Outlet today to get an idea of which living room set and bedroom set I wanted. I ended up purchasing both sets unexpectedly with the help of Jose and his coworker. Both were great and I am very pleased with my purchase!

Yesterday my daughter and I came to look around at some bedroom sets. My daughter had found one she liked and Joseph seemed to come around at the right time. He helped us out a lot. He made sure we understood everything we were getting. I was so impressed that i decided to get me a set the same day! I decided to get the adjustable base to help with my back and I'm excited to get it. Joseph was truly nice and we will be back!

Yesterday me and my mother came to look for bedroom set for our rooms. We were looking around and Joseph came around and asked if we needed anything and that started an amazing day! When I expressed my excitement for a beautiful white set he sprung into action and was so nice to show all possible option for pricing. I had a great experience at the Ashley Outlet. Jon was very helpful and personable, he price matched with online offers, and he made it a very easy process to find and order exactly what I needed for my space. Really appreciated his service! Delivery went very smoothly and efficiently as well.

We walked in to this store with high expectations based on what we have heard from my friends. So, what happened was that we ordered two items - a dining table set and another coffee table set. We could see the dining table in store as it was on display there but not the coffee table. The sales rep, Joe told us that we could cancel the order for the coffee table if we ever feel it will not fit in the space in our living room. We paid in full for the entire order on Jan 03. The dining table table was delivered on Jan 13 and once we received that, we felt that the coffee table will not fit in properly and we requested a cancellation for that. At that point, we were told that cancellations after 3 days of placing an order warrants a restocking fee of 10% of the item price. Joe never told us about this clause when we asked him on the day of placing the order. We then talked to the store manager, Demi as well but nothing changed. It really left a bitter taste. We were just setting up our new place and they lost a decent customer. Will definitely not be back

Demi at Ashley Outlet was great. She helped me find a bed that I could take home that day along with a new table. She was extremely helpful and I’ll be sure to purchase furniture at Ashley Outlet again in the future.

Ashley Furniture has always been my go to for Furniture. After years of being an customer, I feel now as if I wasn't valued. Since November of purchasing $11,000 worth of furniture, I believe this is my last time. After going to this store on Glenwood and dealing with Rich and Joe, the first time I had horrible customer service and follow up from these managers. Still to this day I am waiting on a call back from Rich and Joe for my refund of my acct. adjustment. Several times I have spoke with manager after manager and customer service after customer service. RICH nor JOE helped the situation after promises to get my acct resolved. After putting $2k down and going back into the store to make additional purchases of $700 cash, the managers still can't get my order correct!!!!!!! Please do not consider this store. I would not recommend bc the managers customer service is terrible. They should be fired or retrained on how to provide conflict resolution to valued customers. Never again! My next stop is corporate.

My encounter is not even worth a 1-star review but that's the lowest I can go on the rating with Google. They tried me by saying they couldn't offer the Lindyn Sectional 2 piece RAF w/chaise at $1,150 with free shipping and said they could only do it for $1,700ish when their website offered it for $1,500 I walked out of that store at that moment and purchased it online for $1,100 with free white glove service...less than what I offered them. Same exact brand, model, and everything. How is another furniture store more honest and less expensive than the actual source that is considered an outlet?! Seems like they are money hungry and will charge you higher prices just for being in the store. A smart and experienced buyer sees straight through their games. I came in as a serious buyer and came out making sure I'd give my business to a completely different company over this encounter. My suggestion to management: Please find another place to exist.

The Ashley Outlet is a lovely place to shop for quality furniture. Upon entry I was approached by Laura and she kindly let me roam around and try out all of the sofas they had on the floor. It was a real “no pressure” experience, something I really appreciated. Once I made up my mind, we sat down and discuss the features of the sectional I chose and I was able to ask questions. Demi joined us and helped me ensure that my choice would fit and work in my home. Both ladies were wonderful and I enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend this outlet location and their sales staff. They took the time to really answer all my questions and figure out the layout with possible diagrams. I will shop here again. And I know their prices are lower than the regular Ashley furniture for the exact same home goods!

What came to my house was not the product they sold me but another product. The foundation they showed me contained a board but what came to my house was only iron and fabric. Also, the surface of the dresser that came was rough and looked used. When I ran my hands over its surface, it was not smooth but as if granulated sugar was stuck to it. They delivered it to my house exactly like that. I don't understand why they didn't check it at the factory. When I told these complaints to the manager at the branch, he was playing solitaire instead of dealing with me.

Wayne was so helpful! He gave us the right amount of attention where we didn’t feel pressured but felt supported. Answered all of our questions and was friendly and humorous.

Amazing Experience! This was my first time buying furniture and from the time my boyfriend and I walked in Chole was eager to help us. We were purchasing a mattress for our new apartment. Demi was also a big help in finalizing the purchase. Her personality was warm and friendly and it made me want to come back and shop for more furniture! Demi was able to get us a fresh mattress from the box instead of the display which really made me happy and valued. The mattress was so comfortable and it help us have a great night sleep. The staff is superb!! Slightly inattentive initially, but once you engage them, they were extremely helpful. BUT Ashley... those prices were crazy for this to be an outlet location AND it was their Black Friday prices. I selected a chair ($999) and sofa ($599). The total came to $2100 BEFORE he added the protection plan. Needless to say, the math didn't math, and I left.

Robert was the right balance of helpful while also leaving us be to make decisions on our own. He made not very comfortable and also got us the best pricing by far.

Chloe was very professional from the minute I walked through the door of Ashley's Outlet. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me lots of options.I am very happy about the sleeper sofa I bought. However, I was very disappointed that it wasn't in either of their warehouses. Chole assured me that she would do everything in her power to get my new sleeper sofa to me as quick as possible. This is a follow-up on the sleeper sofa that I purchased September, Labor Day 2024waI was told that my sofa wasn't in their warehouse and they wasn't sure if I would receive it within a 2-3 week period. I have family coming for Thanksgiving and needed a sleeper sofa. We are a few weeks from Thanksgiving and I received a call that my sofa was no longer being built. I was told to come in and someone would be available to give me a refund. Unfortunately, when I drove there yesterday no one was qualified to refund me for the sofa. On top of that I was interrogated by Joe when I explained to him that the sofa I paid for was no longer being built. The nice lady that Chole that helped me with the sofa and who 's name is on my contract was there and he still refused to listen. When I asked him to give me back my contract he threw it on the counter and walked off. He was rude, arrogant and extremely cocky. He sound like he was sick because he was very hoarse. But, he should have stayed home with his nasty altitude. Needless to say I didn't receive my refund and I have to wait until Demi come back to work so that she can process my refund. Very disappointed!

This is my 2nd time shopping at this location. I must admit it was another great shopping experience. I walked in and Joe greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. I love how they allow you to browse without following you around like most furniture stores do. Demi was amazing, very sweet and we laughed a lot. I was in out quickly. I didn’t receive furniture, no one at this store would assist, manager will not call you back after leaving 3 messages, Wayne will hang up when you try to call him 4 days after the promised delivery date because he’s trying to ‘sell’ to someone else. They gave me the incorrect smaller product to walk out with, horrible experience! First review on date of order: Wayne is the best. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was patient with me as I was deciding on which pieces to purchase. Thanks Wayne!

If i could give less start, I would! I bought a sofa here and told the sale reps that I don't need warranty. He pushed me to get the warranty stating that it was given to me for free. He said it was free. I was in a hurry to go so I didn't check the receipt and the final price. But when I finally look at the receipt a couple months later, he charged me everything, including the warranty. It is such a SCAM! DON'T GO HERE

My experience was fabulous. Dakari was a great consultant. I was sold an amazing couch, mattress and pillow. At a reasonable price I will definitely be coming back. THIEVES! I ordered a couch set that I was ASSURED by the salesman that would fit through the doorway into my bonus room. When the delivery drivers got to my house and realized it did NOT fit in the room, I was told by the drivers AND the Ashley Care Team on the phone that I would not get charged a restocking fee because it was NOT my fault that I was mi-informed by the salesman. It took almost 5 MONTHS to get the majority of my money back, but refused to refund all of what I spent because of the "non-refundable delivery and restocking fees" that I was told would not apply to my situation. BE UPFRONT WITH YOUR TERMS and don't lie to the customers just to make a sale!

A fortunate stop! Was shopping around furnitures for a friend who recently bought a house. Prior to this we were at Furniture land, Rooms2Go and Mattress firm. Jose and Ty helped us close a good deal for Sofa set, Bed frame and Mattress set. Absolutely abysmal. They ordered the wrong color chair, then our entire order had to be rescheduled. Nothing was delivered when it was supposed to be. Every time we were told someone would call us back, nobody ever did. When the furniture finally arrived, the delivery company could not fit one piece through the door. Since they couldn’t deliver it, they are now charging us 10% of the price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This entire experience has been awful. I wish I could give zero stars.

Her manager was also tentative to our needs and questions. The checkout process was a bit lengthy due to technical issues but even then we had fun. Went into the store today and Joe was nothing short than amazing. I had a budget in which he respected with no pressure and met every need.

Horrible experience at this store. I would never give business or recommend this store. I have put a complaint in with the corporate office. I drove over an hour to this outlet because I was told a piece of furniture was in stock the day before. When I arrived, the piece was not in the store. I guess it could have been sold but interesting enough I was told on the phone they had 2 in stock the day before. Since the piece I wanted was not there, I decided to purchase another similar item. The sales lady who claimed she was a manager could not locate the item or sku for the item in her computer. After waiting about 30 minutes, they told me they could not sell me the item because it was not in their computer. Keep in mind, I was physically holding this item that was in their store. They did nothing to try to resolve the issue. They could have called another manager or sold the item under another sku number and fixed later. When I asked for a store manager or district manager name, she refused to give me a name. This store has HORRIBLE customer service and untrained employees. Do not waste your time or money here. I drove a few miles down the road to the Ashley Homestore, not an outlet, and they were amazing. Great customer service and they actually had the item I wanted in stock. The outlet store told me only outlets would carry the item and did not even offer to call another store for to check for me. I have never experienced such bad service in a furniture store as here.

Went to help my daughter pick out some furniture for grad school and Ashley Outlet was the perfect place to go! Our salesperson, Laura, was FANTASTIC! Not only was she super friendly yet respectful of our desire to walk around on our own as long as we needed but she was very helpful in helping my daughter work within her budget. Absolute worst service we have ever received. Their system went down for over a week and the company won't even answer their phones to try to get ahold of anyone. The one person we talked to when our delivery did show up was dismissive and unprofessional, and defensive and rude when we tried to inquire why it was late.

**If you buy furniture here you’ll have to pray the correct items get delivered or you’re on your own** The couch we got is nice and the salespeople at this location were kind but as soon as we called saying the delivery team brought the wrong item, all we heard was “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do!”. For the low delivery price of $150, Ashley will bring you the wrong couch, leave you to call and figure out what to do to fix it, then tell you to wait six days for the right piece to come and that the delivery cannot be expedited despite them causing the error. Best part is being told 3x that a manager would return your call (which they didnt) and after all that, they tell you you’ll have to call the 1800 customer service number for assistance. I promise the furniture is not worth the nightmare of dealing with the delivery team and customer service. Thank you for the wild goose chase, Ashley Furniture!

Cleo is the goat! My mother and I came in and she priced matched the other Ashley store, which helped us get the furniture cheaper than the other place. Our experience here with Cleo felt less like predators trying to catch prey by forcing you to buy something. Cleo is so funny and extremely helpful. My go to for any furniture for sure! 10/10 So recommend!

I bought an Abinger loveseat at this location. The gentleman that assisted me was Jose. Very polite & knowledgeable of the loveseats and sofas. A very positive sales experience. I did not feel pressured to buy. Would definitely recommend this store to potential customers.

I am beyond mad and frustrated. I went to this store and made a t.v stand order costing over $300 & i was informed that it would be delivered in 6 days. I waited and on delivery day, i was called and they unloaded the alleged boxed stand to my cart and as i spoke to the delivery guy he says that " i must leave a voice recording ontop of my signature. I politely tell him that the sales order i signed stated that only a signature was required and not a voice recording...he gets loud and starts yelling that it is their delivery policy to get a signature and voice recording and proceeds to inform me how they had been there for 15 mins. I even called customer care and to my surprise the customer care lady was stating "maybe you should just do what he says: and i said no because the document i signed stated that the signature was all that was required. Nowhere was it stated that i had to leave a voice recording proof. I worked the night before and for me to wake up for this delivery and have this man yell at me and grab my tv stand stating well "i will just delete the signature you signed does not make sense and was a waste of my time and money. And i call customer service back and their main question is " are you calling to reschedule then, and i am still very mad and frustrated and i inform them that i was never calling to cancel or reschedule because my product had been delivered by a rude delivery man with rules that was not on the sales order terms and at this time i wanted my money back. And again, they say "oh we will have the store where you bought the tv stand contact you before we can cancel the transaction " i will never ever shop ashley store and they can keep their rude yelling delivery person away from me. 9/6/23 after speaking to multiple ashley reps and them promising to refund me my full money they suddenly claimed "i canceled yet what transpired is still up there for them to read" i did not cancel neither was i not there for delivery. I would avoid ashley homestore/outlet is my suggestion. I hope they are happy to have received $311 at someone expense.

The absolute worst experience we have ever had purchasing furniture. I would never give Ashley furniture my business ever again. Not only is it absolutely horrible customer service but none of the warranties they claim you have are ever taken care of if you do reach out. Rather you get the run around to call 3-4 other people before being hung up on. We bought our furniture through them a little over a year ago and the couch looks like a 10 year old couch with how poor of quality it has. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere els.

Leann was so helpful in helping me find a sleeper couch. She was never pushy and gave me space when I needed it, but also helped me find exactly what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. I would definitely go back to this store.

The customer service at this Ashley outlet is INCREDIBLE. They really put the client's interests at best. We bought a dinning table and a TV stand, and the expirience was so great that we came back in the next two weeks to get a bed and nightstand tables. We had an issue with one of our orders and they were very open to help and try to make up for the inconvenience. 100% recommended. We went to other Ashley's stores and the experience wasn't nearly close to the great service that we received here. Joe, Rich and Jesus did really good at taking care of us, but even other staff members recognized us from going multiple times to the store and they were very friendly. I visited the Ashley’s Outlet about 2 weeks prior to my purchase. They have a TON of inventory and great quality items. After looking at their competitors, I decided to purchase my sectional, a sofa & a couch. The prices are extremely fair and the customer service is amazing. Laura was amazing and I’ll definitely work with her again in the future!

Terrible experience! Spent over $2500 and received the WRONG color! When TRYING to work with the WeCare (NOT), the manager, and the salesperson …got NO results!! The salesperson AND the manager told me that this color issues DOES happen….sooo. …buyer beware! ASHLEY Furniture will never get my business again! Ordered the light brown….driftwood….received the dark one! In both loveseat AND chair! Ashley does NOT help at all!

As a first time furniture buyer, I had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture outlet store. It was a Saturday morning that my mom and I went to start our furniture shopping day. I went to another furniture store before Ashley’s and was able immediately turned off when I was bombarded with store reps who wanted to follow me around the store. With the overwhelming choices and money that I was about to spend, I didn’t appreciate the added layer of stress with someone being shoved down my throat. So I left that store and headed to Ashley’s outlet store. Upon arrival I was nicely and gently greeted by a store rep by the name of Lauren who was very helpful and let me look at furniture without any pressure. She was present but not overbearing. And an added plus that she was very knowledgeable about the furniture and easy to bounce ideas off of to get what I wanted. Very pleased and would recommend the store and Lauren to anyone looking to buy furniture in an amazing atmosphere.
