I went to Ashley because I have bought their furniture in the past and it’s always been great. I tried an alternative once and it was garbage. Felicia was so helpful and put up with me, texted me later that day and then the next day spent 2 more hours with me while I finalized my purchase. She is great! All the sales people were friendly and I am super excited to get my new sectional.

Gene was very helpful when I went to buy a mattress. I kind of felt like I was buying a car! Mattresses have changed a lot since the last time I had to buy on. Customer service was outstanding. Please keep in mind if you finance your purchase it does take awhile. I got there at 11am and left around 1:30. I will receive my mattress on Saturday and am hoping I made the right choice and all the delivery and pick up goes smoothly! The main reason I went there was because they do deliver and pick up, which was a huge plus for me! Gene, I will be back for future furniture purchases!

I have never in my life been more disappointed in a furniture store, I had purchased a set of new couches less than two years ago, purchased the insurance that they highly suggested bc I have little ones, the insurance is supposed to cover your for 5 years (remember I had this couches less than two) my two year old decided to rip a hole on the couch. File a claim this people would not replace my couch cushions that have insurance for almost 300 dollars extra due to the rip not looking like it was made in one single time you got to be kidding me!!!! Almost 300 dollars for what???? Please save your money and do not purchase anything from this store go to rooms to go or any here else please!!!!

Update: I emailed and was ignored. Tha ks for generic response with no good intentions. I spent $16,000 and the delivery driver tried to hit on me when i was alone at home. He made me uncomfortable and smelled like alcohol. I told the employee in store. He suggested i call their 800#. It shouldnt be so difficult to get basic respect and safety

We have been attempting to simply purchase a single couch from the Salisbury store for over a week now. First they had to get it from different location. Then we were told we could purchase the floor model for $300 off. We agreed if they couldn’t get one ordered. Now it is Wednesday of the next week and the salesperson “doesn’t have time” to speak with us. One would think with such a continually empty parking lot AND simply ONE couch being purchased the service would be better than this. We have no choice except to take our business elsewhere. We try to always use local businesses. In this case after two weeks we feel we must go somewhere else with no follow up from Ashley Furniture. Sad.

Going in at first the salesman made it seem so easy! We chose bed frame and were going to pick up! He said “if you decide you can’t I can quickly arrange delivery” I texted him to arrange delivery as traffic didn’t allow us to pick up in time. 3 days later I heard NOTHING. We ended up cancelling the order due to lack of service and communication. Sucks because we did love the bed! But I don’t like working with people who talk just to make a sale and once they have it processed they disappear

Purchased two recliners from Ashley Furniture. When they were delivered i told the delivery team i was not satisfied with them because they were not like the one we tried in the store. I was told to call customer service. The next day we went back to the store to complain but was told they couldn't do anything. I didn't want refund just wanted chairs like we tried in the store. I. called customer service and was told there is no return policy. Got no satisfaction from Ashley. I'm now stuck with two recliners i don't like.

Cristina was an excellent associate. We came in looking for one sectional. She took time and explained all the configurations we wanted in detail. While she was writing everything up my husband tried a manual recliner and had problems with the foot rest. We talked to her and she found us a compatible set and started the whole process again. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was very patience and kind. We made our experience enjoyable. She is the kind of employee that will keep customers returning.

I was told to call the store once my furniture had been delivered and I could purchase the five year, I called the store. They would not let me get the five-year warranty and when I told them what was told to me, they said they would follow up with me and they didn’t.

I had a fantastic experience at this Ashley’s!!! I came in 3 times before making my furniture decisions, and my sales guy, Ken, was very accommodating and super helpful each time. I wanted to get my wife a new bedframe for Christmas and being a dufus I really didn't want to buy online and screw something up. So I went into the Salisbury location and Felicia did a great job helping me find the bed frame I had found online, and was able to work with me to get a better deal than online. We were told the delivery team would help move our current mattress to another room and was flat out told no by the delivery person. They don’t move furniture even after the salesperson told us it wouldn’t be an issue. We asked for the items to be delivered after Saturday because we will not have our bed frame until then, the bed was delivered the next day. The sales person Bill was fantastic but the delivery has been less than stellar. Now my wife has to move a 500 lb mattress from our second floor bedroom downstairs to an empty room by herself while the delivery people watch her struggle. Unacceptable absolutely furious how this has been handled

I was friendly greeted by the staff as I entered the store. They asked if they could help and I said I was just browsing. So they said to let them know if I needed their help. I found what I was looking for. Surprisingly, they are taking donations for WNC and a 20% discount on my piece of furniture. I am a very satisfied customer!

Isaiah was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. At first, because I had dealt with another pro, he respected that and left me alone to just go look again, but then I had questions, so he dove right in. Not only was he very knowledgeable, we connected on a personal level in many ways. I spent the entire day at the store. Lol. It was definitely appointed. He was such a light, not what you find in most young men these days. Isaiah, your mom is looking down on you son and very proud!!!! You have big things in store for you, I just know it. First of all I love Ashley furniture and have more things I want to purchase but may go elsewhere. Overall experience is nice but you do know it is commission because Ashley does pounce when entering. Very nice people and Felicia was super nice, Here is the reason for a 3…, I was told about a 25% off sale by one person (if you donate $25), then asked about the sale because it was not offered by Felicia and got different information (20% off if you donate $25). It was never mentioned again and did not say my purchase was not eligible.. I made a purchase and now realize I was not even offered the 20% discount. Now rethinking and may about cancel the order and try again. Sales won over service. Also found out that Felicia charged me more because she said you have to pay $500 for each piece separately and that is what is on the bill. The bed is only $699. She must have wanted a bigger commission (0 now) because the same bed is the displayed price online and they didn’t charge anymore. Watch your salespeople’s numbers. They may not add up. This is the store in Salisbury NC. I may still shop there because I want the bed but not with Felicia.

Update - fast forward a month or so: While I was very pleased the day I made my purchase, that changed fairly quickly. *I made a large purchase, which included some sale items on the floor. I was told that those items would be held at the store and delivered when my other items were delivered from the warehouse after my closing date. Approx 2.5 wks after the order was placed I received a rather rude voicemail along w/ 2 text messages from an employees personal cell phone wanting to know when I was going to pick up the items. I explained the situation which ultimately led to him saying that he would cancel the order. When I informed him that it was not only sale items, and that the ENTIRE order would need to be cancelled he backtracked and said he would have a manager call me. He never did. I called for 2 days leaving very detailed voicemails, still no one returned my call. I ended up going into the store and speaking with the manager who seemed rather annoyed that I was even there. The following things also happened..... *Not one time did he apologize for anything at this point, and then told me that my delivery dates could not be met, as I was originally told. He said that they don't do deliveries on Monday, and don't deliver to Lexington on Tuesdays. I was not told either of those things the day of purchase. Also, I am a nightshift nurse so it makes rearranging my schedule very difficult. **Thankfully the store manager was able to arrange the Tuesday delivery after all. *The sale items would not be delivered, I would have to arrange for that. I was in the process of buying a home, which is stressful enough as it is. I ended up having to pay my movers to pick up these items, which was an extra charge on an already huge expense. *When my movers arrived at the store to pick up, they had to disassemble and load the items themselves. Slats for the bed, and a charging piece for the nighstand were missing. I suppose I'll never see those. *When the other items came from the warehouse, the gentlemen brought in my sofa, which just so happen to be next to my router/modem for my wifi. Instead of moving them, or asking me to move them, they placed the sofa on the floor and slid it over top of them. Needless to say, I am less than pleased with this experience. I urge anyone planning to shop at the Salisbury Ashley store to get everything up front, in writing and don't assume that they are doing anyting other than trying to make a sale. I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

When it came to our other purchases (pillows, mattress protector, and snivel rocker.) he was extremely thorough, friendly and personable. We appreciate his time and care in serving us. Isaiah Taylor was the utmost professional salesperson. You know that feeling of dread that comes over you when you buy furniture or a car; you’re immediately hounded by a salesperson. It was not the case here. Isaiah was patient, he entertained our questions and respected our wants and let us decide without be pushy. Ashley Furniture should employ more like Isaiah or fast track him to a leadership position.

I recently visited 2 of the Ashley Homestores to purchase living room furniture. We went to the Salisbury NC store and then shopped around at 5 other furniture stores. Ashley Homestores in Salisbury was absolutely the very best with selections and price. They were also the absolute best in salesmanship. Mr. Bill Jones took excellent care of my needs and understood what I wanted. We bought 2 rocker recliners the price was unbeatable. Don't waste your time or money going to the Greensboro stores. The exact same recliners we purchased at the Salisbury store was $599 The Greensboro store was $899 and the Greensboro store flat out refused to price match even tho they were the exact same recliner and both were Ashley Homestores. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and go see my guy Bill Jones in Salisbury for all of your furniture needs. You won't be disappointed
