Came in to check out a bed. Ken was very helpful. He answered all our questions and got us a great price! We’re very happy with his service.
I visited the store yesterday to purchase bedroom sets for my kids, but when I got home, I noticed that the prices I paid didn’t match the ones listed online. I was really disappointed once I realized the discrepancy. However, I came back today to address the issue, and Christina was incredibly helpful. She resolved the problem quickly and completely turned my experience around. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and professionalism.

Our second time in this Ashley Store, and everyone has been extremely pleasant and helpful. In particular, a gentleman by the name of Bill worked with us and walked around the store with us. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He helped me find the product I wanted and worked with me on financing the purchase. I definitely plan on returning to this store and hope to work with Bill again for any future household needs. I can't recommend him or this particular store highly enough.

Went to look at beds for our kids at the Salisbury Location. Immediately greeted by Gene. He was extremely helpful and listened to what we had in mind. He answered every question we had and gave us options. He was awesome! And we found the perfect bed our daughter wanted.

I spent $16,000 and the delivery driver tried to hit on me when i was alone at home. He made me uncomfortable and smelled like alcohol. I told the employee in store. He suggested i call their 800#. It shouldnt be so difficult to get basic respect and safety
We have been attempting to simply purchase a single couch from the Salisbury store for over a week now. First they had to get it from different location. Then we were told we could purchase the floor model for $300 off. We agreed if they couldn’t get one ordered. Now it is Wednesday of the next week and the salesperson “doesn’t have time” to speak with us. One would think with such a continually empty parking lot AND simply ONE couch being purchased the service would be better than this. We have no choice except to take our business elsewhere. We try to always use local businesses. In this case after two weeks we feel we must go somewhere else with no follow up from Ashley Furniture. Sad.

We met Gene sales rep in the store. When we first walked in he greeted us and showed us around and helped us find the perfect couch. He was very personable, helpful and followed up with us to make the sale happen. Thank you so much for all of your help, I will refer you to others I promise.
Going in at first the salesman made it seem so easy! We chose bed frame and were going to pick up! He said “if you decide you can’t I can quickly arrange delivery” I texted him to arrange delivery as traffic didn’t allow us to pick up in time. 3 days later I heard NOTHING. We ended up cancelling the order due to lack of service and communication. Sucks because we did love the bed! But I don’t like working with people who talk just to make a sale and once they have it processed they disappear

Purchased two recliners from Ashley Furniture. When they were delivered i told the delivery team i was not satisfied with them because they were not like the one we tried in the store. I was told to call customer service. The next day we went back to the store to complain but was told they couldn't do anything. I didn't want refund just wanted chairs like we tried in the store. I. called customer service and was told there is no return policy. Got no satisfaction from Ashley. I'm now stuck with two recliners i don't like.

Cristina was an excellent associate. We came in looking for one sectional. She took time and explained all the configurations we wanted in detail. While she was writing everything up my husband tried a manual recliner and had problems with the foot rest. We talked to her and she found us a compatible set and started the whole process again. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was very patience and kind. We made our experience enjoyable. She is the kind of employee that will keep customers returning.

I was told to call the store once my furniture had been delivered and I could purchase the five year, I called the store. They would not let me get the five-year warranty and when I told them what was told to me, they said they would follow up with me and they didn’t.
I had a fantastic experience at this Ashley’s!!! I came in 3 times before making my furniture decisions, and my sales guy, Ken, was very accommodating and super helpful each time. I wanted to get my wife a new bedframe for Christmas and being a dufus I really didn't want to buy online and screw something up. So I went into the Salisbury location and Felicia did a great job helping me find the bed frame I had found online, and was able to work with me to get a better deal than online. An extremely easy and fast experience.

I was friendly greeted by the staff as I entered the store. They asked if they could help and I said I was just browsing. So they said to let them know if I needed their help. I found what I was looking for. Surprisingly, they are taking donations for WNC and a 20% discount on my piece of furniture. I am a very satisfied customer!
Isaiah was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. At first, because I had dealt with another pro, he respected that and left me alone to just go look again, but then I had questions, so he dove right in. Not only was he very knowledgeable, we connected on a personal level in many ways. I spent the entire day at the store. Lol. It was definitely appointed. He was such a light, not what you find in most young men these days. Isaiah, your mom is looking down on you son and very proud!!!! You have big things in store for you, I just know it. If you need someone that knows their products and isn’t pushy and just likes to know you as a person, ask for Isaiah Taylor at the Salisbury store, he has your best interest at heart.
First of all I love Ashley furniture and have more things I want to purchase but may go elsewhere. Overall experience is nice but you do know it is commission because Ashley does pounce when entering. Very nice people and Felicia was super nice, Here is the reason for a 3…, I was told about a 25% off sale by one person (if you donate $25), then asked about the sale because it was not offered by Felicia and got different information (20% off if you donate $25). It was never mentioned again and did not say my purchase was not eligible.. I made a purchase and now realize I was not even offered the 20% discount. Now rethinking and may about cancel the order and try again. Sales won over service. Also found out that Felicia charged me more because she said you have to pay $500 for each piece separately and that is what is on the bill. The bed is only $699. She must have wanted a bigger commission (0 now) because the same bed is the displayed price online and they didn’t charge anymore. Watch your salespeople’s numbers. They may not add up. This is the store in Salisbury NC. I may still shop there because I want the bed but not with Felicia.

The sales rep was wonderful, the delivery guys were SO nice, but beware, there is no refund policy in place. If the delivery guys leave and you decide you don't want the item, too bad. Hugo and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! No hovering, but always available if I had questions!! Update - fast forward a month or so: While I was very pleased the day I made my purchase, that changed fairly quickly. *I made a large purchase, which included some sale items on the floor. I was told that those items would be held at the store and delivered when my other items were delivered from the warehouse after my closing date. Approx 2.5 wks after the order was placed I received a rather rude voicemail along w/ 2 text messages from an employees personal cell phone wanting to know when I was going to pick up the items. I explained the situation which ultimately led to him saying that he would cancel the order. When I informed him that it was not only sale items, and that the ENTIRE order would need to be cancelled he backtracked and said he would have a manager call me. He never did. I called for 2 days leaving very detailed voicemails, still no one returned my call. I ended up going into the store and speaking with the manager who seemed rather annoyed that I was even there. The following things also happened..... *Not one time did he apologize for anything at this point, and then told me that my delivery dates could not be met, as I was originally told. He said that they don't do deliveries on Monday, and don't deliver to Lexington on Tuesdays. I was not told either of those things the day of purchase. Also, I am a nightshift nurse so it makes rearranging my schedule very difficult. **Thankfully the store manager was able to arrange the Tuesday delivery after all. *The sale items would not be delivered, I would have to arrange for that. I was in the process of buying a home, which is stressful enough as it is. I ended up having to pay my movers to pick up these items, which was an extra charge on an already huge expense. *When my movers arrived at the store to pick up, they had to disassemble and load the items themselves. Slats for the bed, and a charging piece for the nighstand were missing. I suppose I'll never see those. *When the other items came from the warehouse, the gentlemen brought in my sofa, which just so happen to be next to my router/modem for my wifi. Instead of moving them, or asking me to move them, they placed the sofa on the floor and slid it over top of them. Needless to say, I am less than pleased with this experience. I urge anyone planning to shop at the Salisbury Ashley store to get everything up front, in writing and don't assume that they are doing anyting other than trying to make a sale. I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

Isaiah Taylor was the utmost professional salesperson. You know that feeling of dread that comes over you when you buy furniture or a car; you’re immediately hounded by a salesperson. It was not the case here. Isaiah was patient, he entertained our questions and respected our wants and let us decide without be pushy. Ashley Furniture should employ more like Isaiah or fast track him to a leadership position.

The sales rep was pushy and argumentative. I would not buy anything from him. This was for my 70 year old mother and I felt he was taking advantage of her. Being in sales myself, you should listen not talk over. Also in such a big store, not run all over the place stop and ask questions and walk with your client not have them chase you around.

I recently visited 2 of the Ashley Homestores to purchase living room furniture. We went to the Salisbury NC store and then shopped around at 5 other furniture stores. Ashley Homestores in Salisbury was absolutely the very best with selections and price. They were also the absolute best in salesmanship. Mr. Bill Jones took excellent care of my needs and understood what I wanted. We bought 2 rocker recliners the price was unbeatable. Don't waste your time or money going to the Greensboro stores. The exact same recliners we purchased at the Salisbury store was $599 The Greensboro store was $899 and the Greensboro store flat out refused to price match even tho they were the exact same recliner and both were Ashley Homestores. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and go see my guy Bill Jones in Salisbury for all of your furniture needs. You won't be disappointed

Ashley is the WORLD’s largest furniture manufacturer and they make their products locally in Advance. Ashley supports many jobs in the area plus they give back to the community. We finally have a nice furniture store in Salisbury!!! Now I don’t have to drive across the state in awful traffic to get something decent. It’s so nice inside the store. They have A LOT of beautiful furniture. The people there are super nice too. Ps. It’s in the old Kmart building.

We visited to look at their mattress inventory. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were shown to the area with the mattresses. Ken Harris helped us find the best fit for our sleeping arrangements and comfort. He was very professional, informative, and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed and were given free range to try out all the different ones we were interested in. We bought our favorite and it will be delivered in 5 days!! Definitely great service, lots of selections to choose from, and were of good quality. 10/10 would recommend!!

We went in looking for a recliner. Came out with a whole set. Felicia was a good saleperson. She let us look and was not pushy. They were also running a great Black Friday Deal which led to us going with a whole. The manager Derek(I think) also worked with us getting to the price we wanted to pay. Hate writing bad reviews, but geeeeeez. Systems never work. Employees don't know what they are doing 80% of the time. Don't waste your time and buy local.
No pressure from salesman. He did have a quiet voice which was hard to hear. However, he took care of us and figured out discounts and allowed us to go home and measure before emailing us the contract. Delivery was planned much quicker than anticipated, which was a good thing. Pricing was not the cheapest, and not the most expensive. Overall we had a good experience.
Frustration is one of the many words I'd use about Ashley Furniture. They always have some sort of issue when we were trying to buy something, and we sit there for 25-30 min just waiting while their employees can't figure out how to get into the system. We gave up and won't ever go there again. Don't even get us started on corporate. They are not helpful at all either.
I can't even express my disappointment enough with this location. I bought a dinner table 2 months ago and said it would be 2 weeks o deliver (no problem). But due to their "internet outage" it lasted a month of no idea when the table would be delivered. So I was told I'd get compensation over the phone and in person at the store. I finally got my table after a month and a week, so I ask the store when I would get my compensation and the store then told me "We actually won't be able to do that.", so I fought tooth and nail for over a month to get my compensation and I finally got it after continuous calls, emails, in person visits. I THEN try to go use my "gift card" Ashley Store sent me and they tell me "Oh you don't have the actual card... We can't get into our system to give you store credit, you'll have to come another time". This place is an actual joke and Ashley Furniture should be embarrassed. I even counted, i went to the Ashley Store over 10+ times to figure it out and there was always some sort of problem. I Don't recommend EVER going to Ashley Furniture. It was a waste of time, I will NEVER shop there again and will spread the word on how AWFUL the Salisbury Ashley is. Still never got my actual gift card.... BTW so people know all these "great reviews" are mostly store employees and bots trying to make the place look better. Employees are supposed to do this. Don't be deceived. DON'T GO HERE.

This may be a longer review but we had a great experience and would like to share! My fiancé and I were looking to change our “L-shaped” couch into 2 couches for our living room space. We already had an idea of wanting a couch with a console and recliners for one. The other could be a couch with no specific features, just length had to be taken into consideration. We chose this store first due to it just opening not long ago and we had some couches from another furniture company in town that had not lasted more than 4 years. Upon entering this store, we were immediately greeted by Justin Bachman. He automatically sketched out our living room and had several options for us. We took our time and it wasn’t long until we determined the quality that every couch had. Justin was with us through the entire process. We decided to try another store in Concord due to the Veterans Day sales they were running. Justin understood and told us what time he was at the store until in case we came back. The other store was packed, but noticed every employee sitting along a couch talking amongst themselves. We were greeted, shown 2 couches, and left to look by ourselves. We didn’t see anything offered that had the features of the ones we loved at Ashley. We also thought the ones at the competitor store felt worn in already and knew the quality would not compare to the previous ones at Ashley. We quickly made up our minds about getting the ones we had seen earlier. We still tried a few to verify our choices, and again, Justin was with us the entire time and helped throughout the whole purchasing process. It was also helpful that this store offered 60 month financing. The other store only offered 55 month financing. Another bonus is that while we were at the store, every employee came to talk to us and made us feel welcome! We cannot say enough good things about this store! For quality and experience we would choose Ashley every time!

Walked into the store the employee at the front acknowledged the people that walked in before us and gave them a pamphlet and told them to let him know if they had questions and all we got was a hi as he sat down. We kept walking and another employee Derek asked if we had questions. He was great! In about 30 minutes we had what we wanted purchased and walked right out of there!

The furniture is really good quality and we like our chairs a lot. The staff was very friendly and seemed to know their products very well. However, we did have issues with exchange. Our rep accidentally typed in table height chairs instead of counter height chairs and we didn't catch it. We reached out every other day for a week and they kept telling us they would get back to us the next day to arrange an exchange and never would. We had to leave a bad review here on Google before they finally gave us an update.

Went in Ashley furniture to see about getting a new living room. I was torn between two things and in the salesman go very helpful and gave me a great price. I told him I needed to sleep on it and I will come back and I promise that I will only give him my business if I decided to purchase which I did, and I waited until he was back in the office. He made the process easy for me and made sure that I was able to get the living room furniture that I want it. I would recommend going and ask for Hugo.

9/23/23 update: we finally got the correct chairs that we ordered, but we will not be ordering any furniture from them again. If you do, I recommend buying online instead. 9/18/23 update: They ordered the wrong height chairs for us and we have been trying to return them for a week now. Have not heard back from customer service as promised 3 times. They keep saying someone will “call us tomorrow”. We thought about buying our sofa here but will be taking our business elsewhere. I will update if they ever give us a refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Derek helped us choose furniture for our new home. He also presented some flexible options that we were not aware of. He is friendly and knowledgable about the area and in the realm of furniture.

First of all, I’m so happy Ashley Furniture decided to open a Store in my Community. Beautiful, good quality furniture at great prices. Mr. Bill greeted me, made me aware of Labor Day sales, gave me time to browse, then checked periodically to see if I had questions. The staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to be helpful. We’re loving our purchases and I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer throughout the years!

This beautiful new Ashley store is a great asset to the Salisbury community. The manager Sean and staff have a heart to help. The sleep gallery is amazing. Lots of comfy mattresses to try out. The outlet and showroom have a great selection of furniture, lamps, art, accessories and more to choose from. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
