My Husband and I did some research on some outdoor gliders and the prices and quality could not be beat at Ashley's in Shallotte. Heather guided us through the buying process, gave us discounts where she could, and made us feel confident about our purchase. She went above and beyond a sales person to work with us. We walked in and Heather greeted us within minutes and she asked us if she could help us find anything, we gave her a very specific look we wanted and specific size. And within 1-2 minutes she had us sitting in our new sectional, I made my measurements and we figured it would fit. Got it delivered and it looks great in our living room. She was very knowledgable and also explained warranties to us, from start to finish and even delivery our entire experience was very pleasant and no stress at all. The most horrific experience - will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. We have spent more than $10,000 at Ashely Furniture and 1 piece of furniture fell apart after only 9 months and they would not replace or repair.
