Came into the Ashley store looking for a couch. We had the pleasure of meeting Kent B. He was Super helpful and attentive.

Kent was very helpful when it came to selecting our new sofa and chair.

Kenth B. has been amazing with helping us, when we first walked in he greeted us warmly and even offered us waters as it was hot outside. He was easy to talk with and answered any questions we had with ease. We ended up purchasing two bar stools and are extremely satisfied with our experience!

Don’t waste your time. Went in and selected a couch to purchase, went through the process of getting everything ordered and was told we would have a delivery 2 weeks from that date. A week later it got pushed back another week, then a couple days later it got pushed back again. We messaged and called our salesperson who never bothered to reply back only to receive a random check in the mail for the amount we had purchased the couch for. It took an extra 4 days to get an answer as to why that happened. They canceled our order, never told us they cancelled it and now we are back to square one with buying a couch and lost a month of time waiting. Worked in retail my entire life and have never seen incompetence at such a high level. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Will never do business with or recommend Ashley furniture to anyone.

Kent our salesman was so helpful in working us and by talking though the new furniture for our living room. They had a wide selection of furniture to pick from. We have purchased furniture from Ashley before and are still quite satisfied with their products.

Ken B was there 20 minutes before closing when I came in. He was patient with me as I ran from sectional to sectional wavering on my decision until the final minute. He had all the information I could've asked for about any of the stuff in there and was able to walk me through different options seamlessly. The next day, I came back to complete my purchase and he met me there and made sure everything went smoothly even though he wasn't on the schedule for that day. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with my experience, and everybody I dealt with was great.

We went in about an hour before closing on a Friday and Luke helped us more than we expected! He helped us understand the fabrics and quality. He helped us narrow down choices and even understand the stuffing! He was a wealth of information but also gave us space to decide for ourselves. We narrowed it down that night and came back Saturday to get the couch we wanted. It was able to be delivered in less than a week. Patient informative help

I went I to the store to view, in person, an item I had seen online to verify how it looked in person. The item was not in the store but John was able to show me the item on a very large screen and I moved forward with the purchase. John, and the staff, were very friendly, able to answer my questions and consummate a quick transaction. I am awaiting the delivery of my item and hope it looks as good in real life as on the computer screen in the store.

This was our second large purchase from Ashley Furniture in five years. We had just purchased a new bed frame that included the head and footboard and were looking for the other pieces to complete a new bedroom suite. John walked over introduced himself and asked if he could offer any assistance. After telling him what we were shopping for. His first question was what bedroom we were shopping for. Which I found puzzling. After explaining why he asked, I understood perfectly. Since we were shopping for the master bedroom he explained that the real wood furniture was in one section and the laminate furniture. He also explained the major differences. My wife found exactly what she was looking for she asked John if he could help us when he was free. His response was absolutely and followed her over to the area, my wife asked if we could get one of the bed rails out of the truck to confirm if it actually matched. After deciding what color we wanted he quickly asked what pieces we would like to purchase. We ended up with two chest of drawers, a dresser and two nightstands. After paying John told us how the delivery worked, told us he would follow up to confirm the delivery date and set everything up and the delivery team would contact us with a delivery window. Everything went just as he told us it would. If you’re looking for quality furniture without any hassle. Both my wife and I highly recommend both Ashley Furniture and John. I purchased a mattress. Noticed after about 6 weeks that it had some small cuts along the edge. Mind you had I not turned it around I wouldn't have noticed. I informed them. Took a month for them to send someone. Then I get a TEXT that it's nothing they can do. It was probably damaged during delivery. This mattress is over 1400 dollars. I was such a champion of Ashley but never again.

Cliff at Ashley Furniture was great. He gave us a lot of information about the company as well as about the furniture we were buying. He made the process easy. And, he didn't bug us as we looked around!

I did the pre approval online and had the confirmation number along with the $50 off for the email sign up, but everyone that I spoke to initially seemed a bit confused about why I was even there. I did however, finally get everything straightened out and made my purchase And it was a very nice experience after we got through that part but what I would recommend is having more information in the stores about a pre approval, It seem to be difficult for them to know what I was talking about. Honestly, I almost left two times because it was so irritating trying to figure out how to explain what I was trying to tell them. I don’t think it’s anything that they’re doing wrong. I just think there’s not enough information for them to know what is happening when people are trying to do things online so it gets very confusing which is a turn off when you’re trying to get something done quickly.

Bought a bed and mattress from this store in September of 2023 and was absolutely scammed. It is the cheapest made furniture I’ve ever had in my life. It has collapsed 3 times since I bought it, Ashley furniture came to fix it twice, then lied to me and delayed the replacement until my warranty was up and then told me there was nothing they could do since it was too late. This was after I referred someone else that bought a $5,000 couch from them. They’re all just scam artists and I would NEVER purchase from here again. I have walmart furniture that lasts longer. Don’t believe a single word they say.

I can’t give enough stars for Mr.Allen! I was not hassled one bit. In this day, that is so important! I could have easily purchased online but because he was so genuine, I went back in hopes he would benefit from the sale. Plus he was very patient and showed me difference in pricing while I also had my 2 year in store :) can’t wait till our table arrives for our new home!

Terrible customer service from a salesperson and GM. The salesperson did not listen to me and kept speaking over me. This led to them selling me a regular bed frame and not a platform bed, which then cost me an additional $150 to buy the boards to avoid needing a box spring. The GM tried to put this mistake on me. Not surprising for Ashley.

We went looking to purchase a couch. We met John Castoro. What a wonderful guy. Told him what we were looking for. He didn't try to up sell us or pressure us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was refreshing to have a sales person sit and listen to what our immediate needs were for furnishing a home as well as planning future purchases. When we go back for additional purchases it will be John I will request to assist me. I am not a shopper but John made the experience relaxing and fun.

Delivery service is horrible... Store sales rep was fine, but delivery service and delivery Customer Service is horrible. Delivery Date and Time had been scheduled 4 days priors. 1 hour before Delivery time they do not call but send a text and email with a new delivery date and time and have the nerve to say if can't make the new time a $79 reschedule fee. Absolutely horrible service. DO NOT SCHEDULE A DELIVERY from them at all.

Apparently company policy to be financially predatory and not inform customers about company policies when it comes to financing. Do not allow them to run your credit for financing unless you're 100% purchasing or they'll be signing you up for a credit card through TD Bank without your knowledge or consent, and then give you the run around about resolving the issue. Funny how Ashley Furniture responds to positive feedback but ignores complaints about their shady business practices.

We never forgot what a great and non pressure experience we had with John when looking to furnish the house. We decided to get one more sitting couch a year later and John was now working at the Monkey Junction location. We headed to that location, and as before, John provided us with great service on this purchase. Excellent experience here! Kent was extremely helpful, and gave my in-laws some beautiful furniture options.

I was shopping for beds and couches, wanted to see how much “interest free financing” I’d be approved for, was told they were soft credit checks. I was approved for 5.5k, but I did not purchase anything. Then few weeks later I get a TD Bank Credit card in the mail. I didn’t authorize anyone to sign me up for a new credit card. This impacted the other credit cards I was in process of applying for. Now I want this removed completely from my credit report. TD bank tells me to call Ashley, John Casto at Ashley giving me the run around, he has to call his GM…. No call back…. I didn’t expect a well renowned company like Ashley and TD Bank to be pulling these shady financial tactics…. How is this even legal? Telling me your checking how much I would be approved for, but in actuality, you sign me up for a credit card that I did not authorize? I’ve wasted enough time. Fix this, remove it from my credit report or I’ll take other actions to have it resolved.
