I purchased a sectional and paid for the extended warranty. One section started sucking more than the other pieces. Call the extended warranty they designed my claim without even looking at it. I was never told or was it in okay paper work that all claim have to beade within 30 days. This is a scam
I came to Ashley Furniture to look at a specific recliner I saw at another furniture store I normally buy from. The store I normally purchase from had one Ashley recliner and I normally buy Lazy Boy furniture from them. After sitting in the Ashley recliner I asked if they had others and they said they didn’t. They told me I would have to go to Ashley to see more of that brand. When I walked into the Ashley store in Wilson NC I was met at the door by Averie, who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She also was courteous in the fact that she did not try to pressure or oversell. She allowed me to shop around after showing me where the recliners were. I found a recliner I really loved and discovered that this was also part of a set if desired. Averie was available to answer any questions as needed and continued to allow me a comfortable browsing experience at my own pace. I called my wife and asked her if she wanted to upgrade our furniture. My wife met me at the store and we bought an entire living room suit along with the recliner I selected. I would highly recommend this store based on the professionalism and sales approach Averie displayed. The merchandise is fabulous but to be honest Averie was the reason we closed this deal. A true professional in every sense of the word.

We had the best experience here, we had been looking around for months, went to several different Ashley Stores and other stores around. We always found this location had better pricing as well as having nicer people working there. And with the help from Luvida we finally decided to make our purchase. It was wonderful working with her, she answered all of our questions and also brought up things we didn't think about. She wasn't pushing anything on us and really helped us stay within our budget. We also decided to use the delivery service and those guys were awesome as well. We were even able to track them on the day of delivery. Very pleased with everything so far.

I was helped by Bryan and he offered his assistance when we entered the store. I didn’t like the fact that the price displayed on the dinette set was only for the table. That was really misleading. We did find a Doorbuster special which we were so excited about! It was a great find! Bryan was nice, professional and helpful.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I personally LOVE Ashley furniture. However, the level of incompetence of the staff in the Wilson Outlet is amazing. First my application had to be inputted SEVERAL times only to be called back to the store to input the very same info again. This pushing my delivery date two days later. Well fast forward to the delivery date and my bedroom set finally arrived…….WITHOUT BOXSPRING. Don’t matter. Still took the payment out of my account. So now I’m paying for something that I don’t even have. And the icing… I was told I had to wait for it another week or come get it from the store MYSELF!… SMH…NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Service was excellent!!!! Luvida Hester acknowledged me as soon as I came into the store. She found out what I was look for took me straight to the item. She gave me information on all the option the store had available. What I appreciate most is she showed me the items, provided informative description of each and then she stepped away to allow me space to think about how the item would fit into my home. She returned in a timely manner to see if I needed any help. I told her what I liked and disliked about the item, she provided additional option and allow me time consider both options. I made a decision and the purchasing experience was fast and quick. I was in and out in less than a hour.

To make things even better, the delivery experience was phenomenal. I was able to have my furniture delivered within a few days of purchasing and the delivery team that came to assemble my furniture was extremely helpful and nice! They went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful for my experience with this store! Plus, my dining room looks amazing now :)

We visited the Wilson store recently (Aug 24’) and were helped by Brian. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew how to be available but also when to give us space to think and talk. I had gone and looked at a dining set, and the salesperson I had spoken with was very nice. I did not buy the dining g set while I was there because there was another one at another store I wanted to look at but took the salesperson's card because I wanted her to have the sale if I liked the one at Ashley's better. When I returned on Memorial Day to purchase the dining.set, I asked if Averie was there, and she was, so I went to her. I asked her about the price of the dining set, and she quoted me twice as much as she had when I was there previously. This was Memorial Day, and the set was on sale, so I questioned why it had doubled in price. I also checked online because I had been tracking the items and showed her that the prices online were on sale. Again, I questioned why she quoted me double the price. I didn't get a clear explanation but paid the prices listed online. I had concerns about her honesty, so I recommend customers do their research and go in there prepared. I was going to purchase additional items for another house I am renovating but decided I would not get anything more from Ashley's because I no longer have trust in them. I will purchase the other items from another store.

I haven’t had the best experience with Ashley Furniture in the past, but I recently visited with my sister and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service provided by LaPreda. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the furniture. She answered all our questions and took time to really show off all the features of the merchandise. Bought tv stand online and hired someone to assemble but parts were broken. Parts were irregular. Defects on product but no way to return.

I just had worst experience dealing with Allan the store Manger. Who was very dismissive and condescending. I purchased bedroom set and was told that I had two days to pick it up which pushed it to the Saturday or Sunday. I informed them that I can pick it up Sunday. They stated that will be fine, however when I go to retrieve the item today, I was informed that they don’t do pick up on Sundays by Allan, he stated very matter of fact I don’t know what Arthur told you but we don’t. I explained the other Manger on duty, stated it would be fine. He then proceed to say “Well I’m going to have to talk to him about that” I guess power trip.. Now Arthur was very sincere with his apology about the confusion and even offered to break down the set. Allen looked at him and said no, explaining staffing issues and why hutch the warehouse guy didn’t break it down Friday and next time don’t leave him a note tell him personally. Now I’m frustrated at this point because I don’t care about the staffing issues, when I explained that I have the movers here n now I’m going to have to pay the twice at $125 Allan look at me with a smirk and said oh come back tomorrow.. After I explained to this rude unprofessional manger that wasn’t a option I did the next best thing and walked out before I made French fries out of his Mr. Potato Head look a$$, if he would’ve got off his phone and really tried to assist me. I could have my bedroom set now and not have to sleep on floor tonight, since I painted and gave alway the other bedroom set this morning.. If the price wasn’t so good I would’ve cancelled whole order.. I hope the regional manger see these because Allan really ain’t want to be at work day

I recently bought furniture from Ashley Furniture at this location. Artoro the salesman and Brian the Manager really went above and beyond for me. The process was a bit of a headache that was completely beyond their control but they were patient and understanding and i am very happy. The process of finding my first loveseat was a breeze! Im 18 and have never gone through buying a piece of furniture before but they made it an absolute breeze despite my uncertainty at the time. Then delivery was a 10/10, they did great, nothing was broken, and when I expressed we had to be quiet due to a situation at the house they were both very respectful and did their best to move quietly (My cat loves it too <3)

From the time that we walked through the front door the sales associate Lepreda was amazing!!!! My husband and I along with our 9 & 10 yr old children were there for hours trying to find the best fit for our newly renovated home and Lepreda was nothing but helpful and patient. Our furniture was scheduled to be delivered just a couple days before Christmas and thankfully because of Lepreda continuously checking on the status of it we are now going to get it more than a week sooner than expected!!! The store experience was amazing! However the delivery was awful a couple of days after I got my bed delivered the bottom fell out and when I lifted the mattress up there were many parts that had not been put together. Now I have no clue what to do bc the mattress is heavy and there are parts of the bed that aren’t put together. Also they were supposed to take my old mattress and the delivery men said someone else would do it. Edit it has been over a month and Ashley sent someone out 4 days later but still did not have the correct parts. Now they keep sending me Random parts in the mail??? I guess they want me to fix it myself? And they are sending me coupons. I will never buy from such a unethical company again. It will be better just to buy something only and get a family member to put it together. Also please note If I fix it myself it voids the warranty which is probably what they are hoping I do to wash their hands of this.

Delivery was made with significant damage to yard. So far, they have made no attempt to fix or contact. Will post if they actually follow up with a formal complaint made. Yard damage in 3 separate places, sprinkler head broken and concrete edging damaged.

We went shopping for a power lift recliner for my elderly mother. The sales clerk was very nice and patient. She helped my mother try out several chairs to see what one was the most comfortable and easiest for her to use. Once we found the perfect recliner, my mom sat back and took a nap in it while we completed the sales paperwork and delivery arrangements. The delivery was on time and set up the chair in mom’s home where she wanted it. After they left we got a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture Store.

While the store in Wilson is great and very nice, your delivery team is absolute trash. My husband was out of town and I had purchased a tempurpedic mattress and new bedframe to go with it along with headboard, the whole nine. I thought they had put it together and wasn't sure what the rails were and screws that were left on the floor. I sat on it after a couple hours and the side part started bowing out. My husband came home and said they didn't put the rails in so everything just fell to the floor and now sags to one side and we are not big people. Can't believe I even tipped these guys $50 for absolutely nothing! I didn't know what I was looking for when I signed that I was satisfied so I feel like I was taken advantage of because I really didn't know. So now my husband had to take everything apart and is in there now fixing this $5000 bed that I have had for less than a week! Also, all the bolts were loose and could have caused a head injury in the next few days because we would have crashed to the floor and the headboard would have slammed on our heads. Not one was tight. Either you have lazy delivery people or you need to retrain them in how to put stuff together because with all of the money I have spent at this store, this is completely unacceptable

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! My sectional was delivered broken! I told the delivery guy something wasn’t right he said I needed to call someone (at Ashley) and tell them. Then the day they were to come fix it nobody showed up. Now the power recliner isn’t working and they have to come fix that. Over $4K for and it is junk…don’t waste your money!!! I will NEVER buy anything from them!
They turned our day around. After being let down by another store Ashley Store in Wilson NC came thru for us. They spent well over 2 hours with measuring and fitting pieces together to ensure our room looked awesome. We got better made furniture at a price we wanted. I can say with complete confidence that I will be back. They will deliver and set our furniture up and in the spot we want. We got a complete living room with sectional, recliner, adjustable height desk, end and coffee tables and a hall bench. Our sales associate was a delight. She knew her stuff and pointed options. Unlike other stores she did not leads back to the high price. She lets walk and pick what we liked then explained option on the sectional that let it fit our home. You got try them out
UPDATE: Ashley immediately replied to this review and asked me to to reach out to them. I did, immediately. CRICKETS. It's been more than 3 weeks, STILL NO REPLY FROM THEM. This company is worse than I originally thought, so dishonest. Edit to add: this sofa was purchased from this store. Our bad experience is not with this particular store but Ashley furniture company. We're a family of two adults. We purchased a sectional sofa and within a few months the fabric began pilling in a way I'd never seen before. This is not ordinary pilling. They don't stand behind their products and the 1yr warranty is really useless. We've been offered $300 (they call it "complementary") toward a $3000 sofa. There is better furniture to be had at a much better value.

Buying furniture can be fun and a curse. It’s takes time to pick what you want and to be able to choose because of cost. This store has amazing prices and customer service is amazing. My agent name was Lapreda. Oh my the laughs we shared!!!😂😂😂. She make made me feel great and has the best personality ever. she is always very smart and knows a good buy. Spoke with sales associate name Lapreda. Very knowledgeable and polite. She made great suggestions to help me compliment my home decor guided me thru some of my tough decisions that I hadn't made up my mind about. She made my trip easy and basically effortless. She expressed some of her DIY glam tips for kids rooms which I absolutely loved and once I decide on my new home I will be apply her tips and knowledge to put a spin on my own style!

My sales associate Brian, was fantastic. My living room set and tables were on clearance and I had to arrange for pickup. On the evening I arrived for pickup Brian was off and Allen (manager on duty) Was there along with another guy standing around. Allen was not friendly nor helpful. When I asked if someone could assist with my items getting to truck outside side door, he indicated he did not lift anything and the other young man was with a customer(I was only customer in store) this was at 6:15pm on July 11th. No help. Allen didn't seem to care and showed that he just wanted us to get the items and leave. I saw another table that I would have probably purchased but he didn't even ask if there was anything else I needed. Not a thank you and come again. Nothing! I will not spend my money where customer service as I experience it with Allen, a store manager, displays that type of attitude. I do have other choices of stores.

Salesman was ok, nothen exceptional . After paying $2000.00 for sofa ,loveseat,& recliner Ashley’s would NOT deliver . Can you believe that !!!! Had to hire someone to load and deliver & was only given 5 days to pick up , two of those were week-end . Only reason I went along with this was because I really wanted this set . 😱
Best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Didn’t feel pressured to buy something more than I wanted and the guy helping us did a phenomenal job. Beautiful accent pieces and beautiful unique coffee tables. I found some pieces that were in the warehouse in Four Oaks but thanks to my very professional and knowledgeable salesman Bryan Hutchinson. I was able to see more choices online. Loved the pieces on clearance too. Loved getting 20% off my total during the private event on April 2,2023. Cannot say how much of a great experience this was today shopping at Ashley’s we didn’t get swarmed with sales people. Allan helped us and did a phenomenal job showing us different options once we explained what we were looking for I will never go to anyone else going forward for any type of furniture purchase.

Brian was a great salesman and helped us get approved for financing and get the dining set we wanted. We had our table delivered in 2-3 days which was great. 2 weeks after it being delivered the table went on sale- which was unfortunate as we had been eyeing this table since November. It was on for 1500 but went back up to 2000 and now back down again for 1500. We called to see about a price match as their policy states they will price match within 30 days. The store owner said to call customer service that he cannot do doing anything since the table has been delivered. Customer service said to call the store owner. Clearly they don't stand by their policies. We ended up paying 2300 dollars for a table- had I just waited 2 weeks I could have said over 500$. Really annoying. Another thing I don't understand is the store manager told me if it had not been delivered yet he could change the price? I am not asking for a new table set. I am asking for a price change in regards to your policy listed on your website. The table will remain the same. Delivered or not delivered you should be honoring the price change- I am keeping the same table not asking for a refund or a change in product. Ridiculous. We were looking to purchase a couch with them as well but I will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunate because I have been a long time Ashley customer in Canada and the US. I have spent at least $20,000 there in the last 5 years. Not anymore. Overall 5 stars for Brian & the financing guy who helped us- cant remember his name. But not for Ashley themselves. Not impressed with the customer service.

Bought a full size bed and chest last month 1st delivery they bought a QUEEN BOX SPRING 2 ND DELIVERY A WEEK LATER THEY SENTED ANOTHER QUEEN so today they making delivery. Instead we been 1st on the list we are 7 or 8 delivery.does that make any sense 🤔😖
I had an online order that I was not pleased with. Adrian helped as much as he could to resolve the issue and I appreciate the great customer service.
My salesman was a young man named Dewan who is very courteous and didn’t pressure me and was very good and knew what he was doing and it was a totally good experience overall.
It has been at least 28 days or more since I have ordered a piece of bedroom furniture, I have yet to receive it. After I scheduled for the day off at work they rescheduled my delivery date. The second delivery date they gave me specific times (9am-12am) they would be there, they came early which usually wouldn’t be a problem but no one was home. Originally they told me a second delivery fee would be applicable if such happened but it was their fault. When they finally got to my home the delivery guys dropped the furniture damaging it. It was sent back, my order is still pending at this time. Customers are always held to a certain standard and have to pay late fees and inconvenience fees and whatever else, I feel as though these companies should be held to a standard where if something goes wrong on their end they owe the customer something more than an apology “on behalf of Ashley home furniture.”

Give this man the highest praise Upon a follow up phone call about pricing I sing on a purchase that I had made because I've seen the sectional at a lower price the gentleman I dealt with made me feel ashamed because I didn't know exactly what I had purchased because I was at work didn't have the paperwork in front of me and couldn't produce the website that I had seen it on which was Ashley's Then my wife went up there today to ask them the questions about the price matching to see what we could do about it and he said that I had called up there and basically call me a liar to my wife I hope this is not the low customer service that Ashley's provides to the people after they made a purchase I would never purchase from Ashley's furniture again because of this gentleman the this gentleman this is just poor customer service and by me being in the management field that I'm in I know customer service very well and this German is not a representation for your company.

He kept eye contact the entire time my husband and I were talking with him. He never strayed away from a question that we had. Going into the store was a great experience! Everyone was so helpful and professional! The horror started with delivery! On delivery, due to the rushing and rough handling, a blind was broken, paint was removed from the wall, and the top of the brand new dresser was scraped with paint removed. The delivery men decided not to notify me of the damages and rearrange items in the bedroom to hide the damages. At this time, they said they couldn’t put the set together because they didn’t have the right screws (which was NOT true) he had put the screws in wrong which stripped the set. Now almost a month later, the set is still not together, my new dresser top has not been replaced and on top of that it’s a no refund policy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Everyone, and I do mean everyone was so helpful and extremely nice. What impressed me the most was when I found one of the pieces cheaper online, and they graciously price matched AND gave me an additional discount due to my veteran status. My sales associates were Eve and Edwan, and they were great. Never once did I feel pressured. They both were extremely patient with me and very knowledgeable about the product they sell. I enjoyed shopping for furniture here. Avery introduced herself then pointed my husband and me toward what we were looking for. She was available if we had questions but didnt pester us while we looked around.
In the search for a perfect recliner we narrowed down our decision to a recliner made by Ashley. If you have shop for furniture recently you know there is a long wait time on delivery. The folks here at Ashley in Wilson were very upfront and told us it was uncertain when the recliner would be delivered but assured us good communication. Communication indeed was handled very well and to our surprise The recliner arrived a month ahead of our expectation. The sales person in the manager were very professional and friendly it was a pleasure shopping here!

We went in June 2021 to order a mattress set and a bed. At first we were treated wonderful. The only person there with excellent customer service skills is Adrian. He’s wonderful! That’s the only thing I can say great. On another note here it is February 2022 and we have yet to receive our furniture. We had been lied to by their customer service team. In June 2021 we were told by Miranda that we would receive our bed between August 2021-September 2021. They have never contacted us. It was always us contacting Ashley for a estimated date of arrival. Still no date. We have been in store 6 times and have called customer service a million times. Still no date. We had been told that they have all our pieces but our footboard. We walked in store last week only to be told they don’t have anything. That’s it’s a possibility that our furniture didn’t pass quality inspection. My question is how didn’t it pass quality inspection if you recently had all merchandise except our footboard. Then the representative in the store gave us a date of February 8 for delivery. Only to call and find out it has been pushed back to mid April. I spoke with the manager a while back and he offered me a discount but at this point I don’t even care to do business with them. If you’re looking for furniture, this is not the place to go unless you’re planning on moving in 2 years. I had to give them 1 star to leave a review but if I could leave none I would!! I definitely would not recommend this company to my dog!!!

Do yourself a favor before considering a purchase from this company in any business transaction. My wife and I found the perfect sectional for our home in November 2021, and were told to expect a four week delivery time frame. It's now almost the end of January 2022. Fast forward to now, I called the customer service to inquire about our order status. We were informed that delivery can take as long as 6 months to complete, and our order was not even showing in their history as an order placed, at all. Prices are reasonable and the employees in the store are fine, but what they don't tell you is if you order anything, chances are you will have to wait half a year before you ever get it. That's absolutely ridiculous and terrible business!

I will never do business with them again. I bought a chair and a tv stand in stores and asked them to hold onto them until i was to move in December. When i went to go pick them up in December before moving in they only had my chair and brought out a table and chairs. After telling them that is NOT what i got they could not locate my tv stand. They decided to give me a temporary tv stand and said they would order the one i PAID FOR and THEY GAVE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I called today to follow up and they informed me they had not even ordered the tv stand. First they sell my piece i pay for and then they after they mess up and do that they never order it. So if you ever buy from them make sure you take it home the day you buy it.
I walked into the store tonight knowing what I wanted, but being told by another store that it wasn't going to happen due to the combination of sectional couch and oversized ottoman not being available. I felt defeated until I walked in and met Averie. I showed her what couch I wanted and explained what ottoman I dreamed to have. She not only made it happen, but created the most beautiful combination and exceeded every expectation I ever had for our living room! I will most certainly be back very soon for additional furniture with her!
The sales staff is awesome. Unfortunately that's where the good experience ended. But in the end after waiting and waiting, and many phone calls and a few dropped promises, it worked out in the end. And the furniture that we did receive we're thrilled with.

I went with my husband to look at tables. The salesman seemed nice and left us alone. We asked about the price of one table and decided not to go ahead with it. My husband told the guy never mind and we went to the car. The salesman followed us out to the car! That made me feel very unsafe and not an okay thing to do.
Danielle and store manager made me feel so special and important, this was a good experience. They answered every question I had and gave me quotes in a lot of furniture I was interested in without any mean looks or rolling eyes. I am definitely coming back!! I have had a terrible experience with Ashley Homestore. I purchased the furniture in person at the Ashley Homestore in Wilson, NC on 3/17/2021 and still have not received part of my order 5 months later. The initial delivery was on 6/17/2021. On this day, the correct loveseat and recliner were delivered. However, the sectional couch that was delivered was "flipped" in the wrong orientation than what the sales associate and myself had discussed and supposedly ordered. I did not accept delivery of the sectional couch on this day because it was the incorrect orientation and would not fit in the space in my home. Ashley Customer Care and the sales associate assured me that my order would be updated and the correct sectional couch would be delivered soon. However, a week later they delivered the wrong sectional once again. As of today, the correct sectional is still not here. I got in touch with Ashley HomeStore via email on August 24th, and they still had no idea when my sectional should be delivered. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing furniture from here.
I cannot say enough good things about the Ashley HomeStore in Wilson. Excellent customer service started the moment we walked in the door. The entire staff is professional, courteous and helpful. We had such a great experience with our consultant, Allan Coyle. He took the time to show us everything we asked about, answered all our questions and made us a fantastic deal on the furniture we decided to purchase. So my overall experience has been the worst. Of course being in the store and buying the furniture was great. I’m at the point where I just want to return everything. It started with not receiving all of my furniture or hardware and had no communication about any of it. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule the rest of my delivery. Never got a phone call so I had to do that myself. I had to wait 2 weeks for my hardware to come and then was told I had to wait 5 more days to schedule a time for someone to put it together because I was out of their service area… I never got a phone call so I called back to see what was going on and was finally able to have a service date. Based on everything I would not recommend buying any furniture from them. So update. The guys came to put my bed together... finally but they had no clue what they were doing. I had to help them. Oh and the hardware that they ordered was the wrong pieces. So my bed is still not put together and all I get is a I'm sorry..

We made a purchase in early February and our sales person is most incorporated person, when it comes to information about our furniture. We knew that there was a slight delay in our delivery, but when we ask any question she mixes up our purchase dates & then excuses it by saying our personal information is some how incorrect. We have copies and all is correct. Even now we are still waiting on furniture & follow ups on delivery.....I thought that Ashley believed in customer satisfaction?????

**** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE***Would give ZERO Stars. Had to have a firm couch because I recently had back surgery and couldn't sit on a soft couch. i was able to make it the the local Wilson, NC Ashley Home Store. made our purchase in late Dec 2020. and it was to be delivered in early Feb 2021. basically we had poor customer service, on the phone and on the chat service. Was told multiple times that pieces were in and then told no pieces were in. I contacted the CEO (on linkedin) for the inconsistency in customer service and communication, he appointed a person to help me, Cherelle along with the general manager Oz. basically they were all talk, no action, and lied to me a few times. It boiled down to the delivery was set, I called Oz and Cherelle to make sure all was good two days out, got rid of my furniture to get ready for the new furniture and the day before the delivery they postponed it to a TBD date leaving me without furniture .. mind you I'm disabled with now no furniture. So I had family take me to Rooms to Go in Dunn, and found something firm and was able to have it delivered the same day. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY HOME STORE EVER AGAIN ... BRING BACK FURNITURE LIQUIDATORS!!!

Do NOT recommend - READ ordered a living room set the beginning of Aug 2020, was told it was going to be delivered within two weeks of that date. Got a call later that week, they backed the delivery date until November. Got a call in November, backing the date to Dec 23, 2020. Then I got told that it would be delivered Jan 13 of 2021. Again, nothing. then they told me that it would be delivered on Jan 19th. Once again, NOTHING. So I cancel my order at this store location (mind you I paid over $1000 for the furniture) and they told me I had to wait for a check to be mailed to me within SEVEN TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS. so basically I canceled a order after waiting more than 5 months for the merchandise, had to pay a cancellation fee, and walked out with not even a dollar back (refund wise) this place is honestly not worth anybody’s time and money. shoutout to Bryan who works there at Ashley’s, and that kept giving us the run around ! Along with Chloe who is the “assistant manager” and accused me of having me on camera refunding me back my money from a payment I had made which I knew for a fact was a lie. update: 02/16/2021 I had went into the store and spoke to the acceptancenow manager, Stevie, a few days after I posted my review, and he had so called processed me the my FULL refund because Chloe was only trying to refund me back around $500-$600 dollars. This was Jan. 21, when Stevie told me it would take about 2 weeks for me to RECEIVE my money back. It has now been more than 2 weeks and I called and asked where was my money and he said that the person who does the processing for the refunds is out due to covid. So now I have dealt with Ashley’s well over half a year and wasn’t able to get the furniture I had bought, and now can’t seem to get my refund ?

I have order furniture in the beginning of 10/2020. I'm called mid November to find out the order status and I get different delivery dates whenever I call. I was told the end of November the date came and gone no furniture. I would like to know what's going on .I've been lied to I'm very upset, oh yes I very upset. They have my money so where is my furniture 😡😡

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We purchased a bed for our son last April. When it was delivered, one of the side rails was broken. We agreed to let them order a replacement part rather than returning the entire bed. HUGE MISTAKE. They just shipped us the 4th replacement rail, and this rail like the 3 prior replacement parts was broken. When we called Ashley to complain, their only answer was to ship us yet another part and HOPE that the next one arrived unbroken. They refuse to refund our money because we agree to order a replacement part in the first place. Worst customer service EVER! Do yourself a favor and shop at any other furniture store.

Purchased our bedroom set 8/2. And here we are mid September and I'm being told the hardware to put out king bed set together won't be in until November. So if you're looking to purchase furniture for the new year, this is your place. If you want furniture quickly, do not buy here. Sales was kind the day we purchased. Delivery is terrible and they tell you one date and it never happens. When they show up, they bring the wrong stuff, hopeless. Let's see if we get our stuff come November!

So basically I’m Paying for some furniture that’s not even in my home I would never do business HERE AGAIN.

When I called to cancel of course COVID was used as a scapegoat, and I was told that I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee on something that was NEVER SHIPPED, OR DELIVERED. Run far away from this place, they are attempting to take advantage of their customers, and using COVID as a reason to collect 10% of your purchase when you decide it is time to cancel.

Ashley Furniture Wilson 27896, employees lie about your due dates this company has a bad reputation and disgusting. They befriend you when you come in store but once you purchase the item and have a question pertaining to your account you do not get anyone directly . They would send youtyou customer service on the phone and they are hard to get in contact with directly. Management sucks and communication sucks. No body seems to know anything when it comes to your account. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY FURNITURE WHAT SO EVER.
The quality of the furniture is unmatched! As soon as you walk in youre greeted with a smile and such concern about what suits your taste best. There was one salesperson that stood out to me because of her professionalism and tact, because it made me feel comfortable and relaxed and not pressured to buy anything like most salesman do. I think her name was Dejah (idk if i spelled it right) but the staff that works alongside her made my experience a good one as well, especially with the easy financing choices! The customer service makes you feel right at home and I would recommend the store to anyone seeking furniture!
I will never visit Ashley evere again. Advised my sales person what my budget is and it is double that. Ordered furniture 2 months ago and not all has been delivered and constantly changing the delivery date. Table was damaged and have complained several times and no resolution to the problem. They deliver in roach infested trucks .

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst place I have ever bought anything from. From the moment you walk in the store you are stormed by salesmen who will barely give you 2 seconds to think about buying any of the furniture. We picked out a couch, love seat and ottoman, paid cash, and were told we would have our furniture in 2 weeks. Once the delivery day came, I took off work and waited all day to finally call and be told our furniture would be another 3 weeks. No call, no email, no communication. When our 2nd delivery date came, same thing happened. Each time I called, each person had something different to tell. One said all of our furniture was ready, another said 2 pieces would be delivered tomorrow, another said it would be 3 more weeks because only 2 were ready, etc. After we cancelled our order, it took over 2 weeks to get our money back. Please, please, please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Took almost 3 month for delivery. Bought furniture from Big lot, even there furniture lasted over 15 years. Hate I got rid of it. Only to pay 4000 for this mess.

I want to thank the Ashley furniture store team in Wilson NC. Brain Fuller my salesman for helping me pick out a great new look for my home. To Daniel and Matt Fiandach for helping me decide on the best financial pathway to getting all I needed within my budget. The Wilson Ashley crew show me that they go beyond the sale. On my delivery date my experience wasn't the best to say the least but the Wilson crew was right there. I contacted Brain and he was so helpful getting me in contact with the manager on duty, which was Christina. She talked to the delivery person and when she couldn't resolve the issue with him she ensure me that they would take care of all of my concerns and that's just what they did. Matt contacted me within minutes of of me notifying him of the issue (and it was his day off) he told me to come in to the store and he would take care of it. So to make a long story shorter, Matt and Adrian Robinson came to my home today and undid all of what the delivery guy did to my bed and resolved the issues by going above and beyond. I'm not only a Ashley store customer for life now but I'm a fan and promoter also.

Bought furniture in November. There were problems with it when it was delivered. Issue still has not been resolved and it has been 2 months. We have been very patient but our patience is running out. My review is more about Matt Fiandich the sales manager We purchased a new couch from Ashley Store and we are pleased with our purchase but we where even more pleased with the Guy we where dealing with He was very professional and went the extra steps of making sure it was what we wanted He helped us measure the couch multiple times and find the best fit for our room He gave me his number and said any issues to call him anytime we then decided to go back and get another item and i called him to let him know and he had everything ready when we got there super easy and fast. It got delivered the following friday and he called to make sure every thing went good with delivery and to make sure we where happy with it. I highly recommend if you go to buy furniture go see Matt Fiandich we are glad we did.
