We went to Ashley furniture looking for furniture for our Florida room. We walked in, we met Alan. We told him we were just looking. He didn't bother us. We looked all around the entire store and we were ready to ask questions. We went to Alan because he had done what we asked him. And that was, let us look when my wife found what she wanted. I went and got Alan & said We'd like to ask a few questions. And he was ready to help us any. Way he could he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you. Alan, Happy New Year.

We were looking a bedroom set for my mom. We found one that she liked that was on clearance. When you buy on clearance they don’t deliver. We didn’t have room for her new set immediately so Michael and the store manager allowed her to purchase the set and they stored it in the back room for her until we could pick it up. Michael also helped her pick out a new mattress and box spring and was patient and professional during our whole interaction. Later on he helped us change the delivery address for her mattress and box spring as well. We are very happy with the purchase and will be back in the future for sure. Customer service was above and beyond and it was an all around great experience!

First, I would like to say that the sale’s person at the Wislon local store, Mr. Brian, was exceptional. He went above and beyond. It is the services received afterwards that have caused me to give you all a one star. It has been two months since I purchased my furniture and it’s still not straight. Furniture delivered with no legs for three pieces of furniture, waited 3 weeks to get legs, then had to wait some more for the service appointment, appointment finally cames no nails, screws, etc enclosed with the legs, then had to order those, wait for them to arrive and now another service appointment a week away. Haven’t been offered any compensation, credit, nothing. I did get a lack of care and urgency attitude. Thank you Ashley for this experience I learned alot. Rooms to go, Ikea, Wayfair, someone other than you all next time. And it’s still a wonderful day no matter what. 🙌🏽

Dekari was my salesperson when I came in to purchase a bedroom set. I had borrowed from my 401k. I did not know the check would be on hold for a certain number of days because of the amount. Avoid and also if you do purchase furniture you make sure it solid wood and not pressed cardboard. I got a bed frame and the entire thing is pressed cardboard screws have all pulled out had to pulled it apart and use a super glue to hold it together including new supports because the cardboard cant support itself. Also ignore most reviews as they give customers discounts for 5 star reviews before they even get the items.

I stopped by the store today and i was helped by Yeidi Nicole. Such a nice person and really helpful. I love the she talks to the customer, me. She showed off the furniture around, told me about their best furniture and their deals. I didn’t buy anything at the moment since I didn’t have the budget, but I hope to buy some furniture in the future and hope to see Nicole.

Allan was so helpful and patient as we picked out our new bedroom suits and living room set. Highly recommend the Durapella fabric if you have pets.

Allen did a great job for us. He knew when to let us shop and when to help us. That is where it all ended. The sleeper sofa took weeks to deliver. We paid for it in April and did not get it until May. Our house guest tried to sleep on it one night and ended up sleeping on the floor. Turns out the sofa was not assembled correctly. The mattress was not level, it was up a few inches at the head. We called in with a warranty claim. They said they would have someone bring out a new sleeper mechanism. We finally had a tech out to do the repair on the 10th of July. He replaced the parts and we still had the same issue. So... he said that the sleeper sofa would be replaced. Just found out we will not get a new one until August 14th. This is been a nightmare. Now our guest due to arrive August 3rd will have to sleep on the floor. In hind sight we should have bought the better sofa from a local furniture outlet. They would have delivered the one we inspected on the floor the next day. We are now stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Originally we were really pleased with our experience. Shopping and purchase was easy. We were told delivery would be Thursday and we sat around and waited all day Thursday and finally called customer service only to find out they never actually scheduled our delivery, and the earliest they could deliver was a week away. Really disappointed with his delivery was handled and think they should have made an effort to schedule it sooner since it was a mistake on their end. Won’t be shopping here again.

I purchased a sectional and paid for the extended warranty. One section started sucking more than the other pieces. Call the extended warranty they designed my claim without even looking at it. I was never told or was it in okay paper work that all claim have to beade within 30 days. This is a scam

I came to Ashley Furniture to look at a specific recliner I saw at another furniture store I normally buy from. The store I normally purchase from had one Ashley recliner and I normally buy Lazy Boy furniture from them. After sitting in the Ashley recliner I asked if they had others and they said they didn’t. They told me I would have to go to Ashley to see more of that brand. When I walked into the Ashley store in Wilson NC I was met at the door by Averie, who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She also was courteous in the fact that she did not try to pressure or oversell. She allowed me to shop around after showing me where the recliners were. I found a recliner I really loved and discovered that this was also part of a set if desired. Averie was available to answer any questions as needed and continued to allow me a comfortable browsing experience at my own pace. I called my wife and asked her if she wanted to upgrade our furniture. My wife met me at the store and we bought an entire living room suit along with the recliner I selected. I would highly recommend this store based on the professionalism and sales approach Averie displayed. The merchandise is fabulous but to be honest Averie was the reason we closed this deal. A true professional in every sense of the word.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I personally LOVE Ashley furniture. However, the level of incompetence of the staff in the Wilson Outlet is amazing. First my application had to be inputted SEVERAL times only to be called back to the store to input the very same info again. This pushing my delivery date two days later. Well fast forward to the delivery date and my bedroom set finally arrived…….WITHOUT BOXSPRING. Don’t matter. Still took the payment out of my account. So now I’m paying for something that I don’t even have. And the icing… I was told I had to wait for it another week or come get it from the store MYSELF!… SMH…NEVER EVER AGAIN!

She gave me information on all the option the store had available. We visited the Wilson store recently (Aug 24’) and were helped by Brian. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew how to be available but also when to give us space to think and talk. I had gone and looked at a dining set, and the salesperson I had spoken with was very nice. I did not buy the dining g set while I was there because there was another one at another store I wanted to look at but took the salesperson's card because I wanted her to have the sale if I liked the one at Ashley's better. When I returned on Memorial Day to purchase the dining.set, I asked if Averie was there, and she was, so I went to her. I asked her about the price of the dining set, and she quoted me twice as much as she had when I was there previously. This was Memorial Day, and the set was on sale, so I questioned why it had doubled in price. I also checked online because I had been tracking the items and showed her that the prices online were on sale. Again, I questioned why she quoted me double the price. I didn't get a clear explanation but paid the prices listed online. I had concerns about her honesty, so I recommend customers do their research and go in there prepared. I was going to purchase additional items for another house I am renovating but decided I would not get anything more from Ashley's because I no longer have trust in them. I will purchase the other items from another store.
