Lapreda was very courteous and professional the moment we entered the store. I was not pressured and she allowed me to walk around shopping for a couch with ease. Very excellent customer service . Bought tv stand online and hired someone to assemble but parts were broken. Parts were irregular. Defects on product but no way to return.
