I had a difficult experience with my order, but Hugh, the manager, went above and beyond to help resolve everything. He calmly answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and offered multiple solutions until we found one that worked for us. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I noticed some of the comments below describing poor service, but that was not at all the experience we had. Hugh provided incredible customer service and made a frustrating situation much easier to manage. We left happy and will definitely be back to Ashley Furniture in the future!
We went in the Danville, VA store to buy a small cabinet. Lindsey (now in Winston Salem store) took over 2 hours with us, never felt rushed, very personal, answered all our questions, could not have been more pleased. She continues to check with us on our customer satisfaction. We ended up buying a complete bedroom suite because of her knowledge. Then our furniture came on day and time promised. The two men that delivered were efficient, gentle with our furniture, cleaned up, could not have went smoother! I would definitely recommend this group to anyone, especially Lindsey..
