Our Ashley Winston-Salem showroom is easy to reach at 1150 Hanes Mall Boulevard, next to Hobby Lobby, and less than a mile from the AMC Hanes 12 theater. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHELY!! Purchased a sofa on March 10, 2024. I purchased this sofa because Jourdain told me it would be 2-3 weeks, possibly sooner till my sofa was delivered. He said Ashley was much better and quicker than Lazy Boy...I believed him! WRONG! On April8th I texted him to ask where my sofa was...NO COMMUNICATION FROM ASHLEY! He said a piece was damaged..why didn't he contact me??? And offered me a 100 bucks off..SERIOUSLY!?!?! So, my husband and I went to Ashley and Tues, April 9th. They gave us 200 bucks now and said they would keep me up to date on where and when my sofa would arrive! Today is April 22nd and I've heard NOTHING! We are now going on 7 WEEKS of NO SOFA and hearing nothing! I really regret buying from Ashley and will NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!! is this how you treat customers??? I've already paid for the sofa too! At this point they should be giving me half price on this sofa since it's been 6+ weeks and I've heard nothing from them AGAIN!!!
