We were looking for a chair. One sales associate was busy with a client and two others passed us by and didn’t bother to acknowledge us. It was quite some time before she finished but then asked if we had been helped. She apologized for no-0ne helping us and did an excellent job. Thanks to her, we spent almost $1k in the store.

It was a great experience shopping here at ikeating and they were so very helpful. Upon delivery the footboard was damaged but they showed me right away. I have a replacement footboard on the way and they’ll install it for me. I will be back!

Tried all kinds out n finally me n my wife agreed on which one worked for both of us . What sold us was 10 yr warranty on it n didn’t have pay extra for this warranty. Plus I'm over 6 ft n wife 5’4 n both fit us. Thank You Ken n rest of the store. Just hope one that shows up with delivery is as nice as show model was when shows up next wk Tuesday.

Store had a great selection. Prices definitely vary which is expected. Was walking around probably 2 hours and not one employee asked us if we needed anything or nothing. When we found what we wanted we started looking for an employee to help us and found Amanda. She was good and helpful. Got us what we wanted and also gave us a discount on another item which was appreciated. I will possibly go back in hopes for better promt customer service off the bat and see. Also went in next day to pick up and the kids loading couldn't do it themselves so myself and my nephew had to step in and help them load it. Not a problem because I don't mind lending a helping hand but for the money I spent I honestly expected free delivery and setup.

I always have a great experience at I Keating. I have had several great sales people over the years, most recently Dee. They make the process easy and efficient , and the products have arrived more quickly than promised. Would highly recommend!

I was told my furniture would arrive 7 to 10 business days after 2 weeks I called and it had been in for a while nobody called to inform me it had arrived. Once I received it I opened the cardboard only to find my double dresser was extremely damaged. I talked to a man named Jake in the service department. He asked me if I wanted to keep damaged item with a partial refund. The dresser is not usable. Also I bought a five year warranty why would I keep a damaged unusable dresser. Now I have to wait another week or more for furniture I paid CASH for I did not finance like most do so why did I spend my hard earned Cash on something damaged only to have to wait further for a product I can't be assured will be intact this time. Not pleased at all!

Laura helped me find the chair I needed. She was helpful, friendly, and awesome! The pick-up experience wasn't so smooth, however. It took me an hour to pick up one chair. It was frustrating because I asked someone to help me pick it up.

Ashley carries a line of Amish furniture that allows you to pick your wood and stain and upholstery - beautiful product and helpful salespeople (Regina) who are willing to ask questions to be sure you get what you want. Regina let me know when there was a special sale so I could get the best price too!

I just had a terrible experience with Ashley regarding a claim. The delivery manager was incredibly rude and yelled at me over the phone. I finally asked to speak to someone else after she wasn’t listening to me and got put on hold and then someone hung up. Buyers beware if you go through a warranty claim, it’s a rollercoaster and you will not enjoy the ride.

Dee is the best!

Went into the Bismarck store. I was looking for a dresser. Jordan Freitag was the associate that helped me. He located one in Dickenson and was going to have it transferred to the Bismarck store. He was very nice and helpful.

I knew what I wanted, sales representative was extremely pushy with the sale of the “set” she showed me items although I 100% knew what I intended to purchase. She showed me items I explained I had zero desire in. Then I had to call repeatedly for ANY data details for estimated dates of arrival so I could make a plan for pickup. Finally got some answers, got our items, ended up NOT needing the chair that was pushed on me. Reached out to the representative and found out she resigned her position. I called four times attempting to figure out how to return said chair while I left multiple messages with the manager, no response or call back was ever provided. My husband finally was able to get an a different sale’s representative to assist him with what needed to be done for return. Can’t say I’ll ever use ikeating again if I’m being honest.

We spent over $5,000 in Ashley store on furniture. We told our sales rep we would be back before 8 pm closing to pick up the items that are available for pick up. We arrive at 7:30 pm. Our items available for pick up we're not ready. The sales rep we worked with left for the day. We were left with the finance people to work with. The finance guy did his best to help. Finance lady gave us sarcasm. We only received 4 out of the 7 items for pick up. We live 2.5 hours away.

Purchased a mattress. Way too firm unlike what I looked at in the store. Sore back after 2 days. Called the store around 11:00 a.m. to talk to representative that sold me it and the bed. She has yet to call me back even after I text her that I wanted to exchange. Was purchased at I Keating in Bismarck. I won’t do business there anymore. They are working quick to sell but don’t stand behind their products I don’t even want to pick 1 star but I had to pick to be able to post. I’ll go somewhere else to purchase where they stand behind what they sell.

So I will start with the good part, the only reason I gave a 2 star rating is because the salesman was great, good job, now as for delievery I would not rate even 1 star. They were supposed to deliever my furniture Tuesday but it was not loaded on the truck and I did not receive a call that it would not deliever after I took off work. I was told they would MAKE SURE it was delieved on Thursday before 2 pm so I would not have to take another day. I just called at 1 pm wondering where they are and was notified it would be 3:30 or 4 pm before they deliever, I work at 2:30 pm. So now I am scrabbling to get someone to my house to let them in. When I tell people a time I will be there I am there at that time apparently Ashley Furniture does not have the same standard and ethics as I do!

I am moving from Texas to ND. I needed new furniture, so I chose online what I needed, then called the Ashley's store in Bismarck and spoke to Caleb. He helped me order everything I needed, and said he would keep me informed on when the shipment(s) came in. He called yesterday and told me that everything was there except a few pieces, and those will arrive next week. Thank you, Caleb and Ashley's for making this part of my move so easy!

Not only does Ashley's furniture sell quality furniture at very, very reasonable prices.I love going here often because, they allow floor model furniture during their time of incoming newer stuff. To be put in the back and they drastically, drastically reduce the price so that guys like me can keep on coming! I also appreciate the sales people because of when you go in, they will greet you. But, they will also let you look around at your leisure, and should they see you need assistance. Then they introduce themselves and assist you in your needs. That's professionalism at it's core!!! Get down there and see for yourself. Their selections, I'm sure can meet anyone's needs. Very, very wonderful business.

The sales staff worked together as a team & was knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful, without being pushy. I was able to take fabric samples home for awhile to consider in my home’s lighting. I was very happy with my experience & will return when shopping for furniture.

Went into Ashley to look at getting a dresser for my child and test out mattresses. My husband and was not able to be with me so he sent me test. Our salesman Britt did an awesome job of getting me the dresser I was looking at and showing me comparisons. Than walked me through the mattresses and explained the differences in them. Very knowledgeable and highly would recommend speaking to him if you are in the need for new furniture. We will be going back to speak to Britt about purchasing our new mattress.

I bought a sectional from here, delivery was on time and professional. I bought the added protection and a seat broke recently. Dealing with the outsourced protection company wasn’t the best overall experience but they did in the end issue a replacement for my broken seat. Ashley called me that day, have it in stock and set up delivery. My experience here has been very good!

Looking for a loveseat sleeper and it all started with the sales person. Sherl Whittington took the time to show us what’s available and what could be ordered. Made us feel very comfortable and a smooth deal. They delivered the product, great service.

Very courteous, professional staff. Delivery, on the other hand, has been a challenge. While delivery staff has been amazing, how long I have to wait is terrible.

We purchased furniture 5 weeks ago. When we got them home they did not work. We have tried multiple times to get a service tech to fix them. We both work full time and scheduling something during the day was or is not an option. They do not do any services after hours. That is when people are home. Thank you Ashley, you can have your furniture back.

We have recently purchased a bed through Laura Sauer at ikeating and she was wondering to work with. Anytime we need furniture we go right to her. She won't sell you something she wouldn't put in her own home or to get the most commission off of. She truly cares about her clients and wanta the best for their personal needs.

We walked in not sure if we’d buy anything - then we met Shelly. She not only dialed into our needs and wants, but helped us to identify the perfect furniture. As many times as we said no, she had alternatives. Ashley also has unwise furniture that isn’t wild or overly expensive. We’re super happy with our experience - ask for Shelly!

We had Lisa as our salesperson a few years ago when we bought our new living room set and she was so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with and now 3years later we needed new furniture and Lisa was our go to person again and she went above and beyond to help us furnish our new home with everything we wanted and needed.

Staff tried to cram a sectional in the back of my SUV after I told them it would not fit while it was sitting in the store. They tried to get it in anyway, and kept pushing the thing in after I asked them to stop (with clearly audible metal on metal scraping noise). Left massive gauge in the interior of my SUV. I brought it up to three service people there (2 sales people and someone at the desk). I wasn't asking for anything, just expressing my displeasure with the situation. Not one person said they were sorry or acknowledged that they were in the wrong. One person said "oooh no". I payed an extra 80 dollars for delivery, which I would have gladly done anyway before they scratched my SUV.

Worst Customer Service from any Ashley Store. I have used Ashely Furniture for years...move after move state after state. Called with questions trying to get help/ information for a recliner ...ABSOLUTELY no help at all. Called the other location off of 94 was even WORST. Absolutely rude and VERY unhelpful. If I had a choice I would have preferred zero stars.

I came in not sure what I wanted but Sherl Whittington helped me pick out the perfect couch and recliner that matches! They are super comfy but easy to clean if you have kids which is what I wanted.Thank you for an awesome experience and for answering all my questions.

Ordered two end tables on June 27 with the delivery date expected within 7-10 business days. After getting a new delivery date three different times, since the end tables were on back order, and my new delivery date now scheduled for the beginning of October, I decided to cancel my order since they couldn’t even guarantee me they would be in then. 3 months is too long to wait for a couple of end tables.

Really great staff that listened to what we wanted and showed us good choices that fit within our budget. Definitely check them out if you need furniture! They also have some decor items if you need some of that as well. They also offer home delivery if necessary. Mel and Brenda were very helpful in the whole process. A+ service from them. Will definitely head back to them for future furniture needs.

Our first sales person Gail was very helpfull and Profesional She had an Emergency and leaved so far everithing was excelent She spend time we us and please our needs then another lady started taking care some more furniture that My Wife wanted to add to our initial purchase well this other girl “salesperson” was taking notes but wen we had finish at customer service they asked us to pay the taxes so order could be procesed wich we understood but we weren’t ready at that time so I explained the “Salesperson” that we would be comming back on Friday to acomplish with the request My perception after what happened was that she did’nt believe us because I call Gail and told her that it was going to.be on Monday after noon She agreed and thats how was but wen we got there and ready to pay Surprise ! nothing was added to our list so we spend 1 hr and nothing was done by the other girl I was very upset and was ready to walk out to another store but Gail was doing such good job that My wife decide to go ahead with our list we really want to thanks Gail for expending time with us because my wife was changing her mind on the stuff we had every minute the store is so big and so many good things that is hard to decide at once and She was there to please her THANKS GAIL AGAIN FOR DOING SUCH GOOD JOB was not easy but you did it Thanks🤙😀

I found a great deal on a bar stool today. I rated a 4 out of 5. I wish you were not attacked as soon as you hit the door. There has to be a better way to get sales. Maybe hand the customer a business card with there name. By the time we were ambushed and asked 5 questions, when I did need the lady I couldn't remebrem her name.

Very helpful and full of ideas

We always love shopping at Ashley. They have a wide variety of beautiful furnitures to choose from and all of good quality. When we were in Texas we got all our furnitures from Ashley so when we moved to Bismarck, ND we also looked for Ashley Homestore to furnish our new place with their quality furnitures. I love the pieces we got but we were very unhappy and disappointed with the pricing and promotion. The sales person that we were dealing with on the first day didn’t do the math good. To be fair with her she did price match some items that were available online when we returned the next day to ask about it and put 54.35 dollar back to our account. But what was disappointing was she price matched it on the prices that were already adjusted from the 200 dollar Labor Day coupon that was applied initially, not on the original prices in store. I only noticed it when I did my own computation. So we called her about month after since there is still one item undelivered and also I did put another new order, but she said if she will give us the coupon they would not make money anymore. Instead, she made another price match on that one undelivered item and put another 50 dollar back on our account. But still we were very unhappy and disappointed. 200 dollar is 200 dollar. So the lady on the phone offered us that she will have the store manager call us about our concern. So finally the Store Manager Loren Schwab called us and asked about our issue and he understood. Right there he resolved our concern and adjusted the price on that undelivered item to be able to put back in our account the remaining 145.65 of the 200 dollar Labor Day coupon. That was above and beyond customer service right there. Loren Schwab was so professional over the phone. I would say the store manager was able to recover our loyalty. Now we are happy and satisfied like what Ashley Store always promise to give to their customers.
