We chose a lazy boy recliner for my wife Overall it was a great experience with the process of shop shopping at I Keating for a recliner. My salesperson Gary greeted me and my wife and showcased all the lazy boy recliner collecting information from us on my wife’s preferences Such a pleasant person to help us with what she wanted showed us some pointers on how the remote control works and everything we needed to know Gave us time alone and it did not take long to decide to purchase the one we wanted Thank you Gary and staff for a perfect experience 👏😀

Alex was a very good sales person. He was attentive and listened to what we had to say. He was also quick when it came to us changing products.

The people there were nice and friendly. The only thing that I don’t like is that it is going to take 8 to 10 weeks to get my furniture when the place it is coming from is only an hour and a half away.

My wife and I went to Ashley to find a sectional for our living room. We found multiple options for our space, and budget, but wanted to do some shopping at other furniture stores in town. We went to 2 others, and everything was more expensive, and a much smaller selection. We went back to Ashley, and ordered a sectional that we both loved. The salesperson that helped us was incredibly nice and helpful. She told us about some financing options, and was very helpful with chosing which option was best for us. I fully intend on going to Ashley first for the next furniture purchase we make

will never be buying anything from here again we bought a couch from here with warranty.when it broke they took it so called fixed it lasted month took it back to them they fixed it broke again in the exact same place less then a month.so again had them fix it welp guess what 2 weeks later same spot then they tell me they will no longer be fixing it.had it for less then a year and they wouldnt traded or replace it just straight up quit if iawas any one i would stay away from them and i had a friend buy from them a couch set when they got it was damaged and they said they would have to call to get it fixed they did and they told pretty much o well what do u want me to do about full warning dont buy from them

The salesman was very kind and not pushy. He was very informative about the mattress product. Even when I was waiting for the sale to go through another salesman happened to hear us talking about the mattress and he came by and gave me even more pertinent information.

Found what I wanted for a decent price. And was able to pick up the same day

After waiting two months for our couch to be delivered (after we were told it would only be three weeks), the delivery guys told us they couldn't get it inside without even trying to go in through the other entrance. Just an absolute joke.

Clean, welcoming, well stocked, friendly/ knowledgeable staff. We were looking for a new mattress with full expectation that we would have to go to either Bismarck or Minot to find what we thought we wanted. Noelle greeted us at the door simple and politely asking if she could us. We told her we were looking for and the problems we were experiencing with our existing mattress. She first took us to what we thought we wanted. Surprisingly it wasn’t what we expected, but all was well with Noelle. She asked as a few sleep posture questions, set me up with a new pillow and put my wife on a couple mattresses she fell in love with straight away. After about 20 minutes or so our mattress decision was made and we took a much needed break in the massage chair section while the paperwork was being prepared. A few back rubs later we were on our way home to Watford City with our new mattress and pillow.

Clean, well lit good selection. Staff almost stalks you, cost for delivery is higher then other stores in town.

The Salesman was good and easy to work with. Relatively fair prices. They really need to offer a better delivery rate (honestly delivery should be free in my opinion), their full service delivery is expensive. Otherwise, we had a good experience.

The store is fine and I have bought furniture before with no issues. Of course you are steered to the most expensive pieces right away. Don't do what I did and be determined to purchase a mattress that day and second guess yourself with which one to buy. I really do not like the one I got, $2500 and it isn't comfortable at all. So much regret. This was a big purchase and quite frankly it is a big disappointment. They said the firm is a medium now...???? Is it, don't they make mediums anymore???

Was surprised to find exactly what we wanted in new furniture. The staff was friendly and allowed us to browse without them looking over our shoulder. The only pitfall was the furniture had to be ordered with a six to eight week lead time.

Salesman asked what type of future looking for, told them and they said oh that is kind of throughout the store.... Which didn't help out. After looking around for 15 minutes same salesman asked if found what I was looking for.... With still not really helping.

Pretty aggravated right now. Delivery of my couch was supposed to be any day now. We called to check to see when it would be. They informed us, after we had to call, that instead it would be another 4-5 weeks. They weren't going to call and let us know, either. Purchased this couch over a month ago.

They are not pushy. They help you until you find the right one. Loves to joke around

Didn't have anything that was on the floor, said everything took 10 weeks or more to get, wouldn't sell anything off the floor. Everything was more expensive, just go the the ashley store in bismarck, ask for Craig, he did amazing and we got thw same chair same day for $120 cheaper

Update to my previous review. We picked out an adjustable bed, but since it was such a big commitment, we didn't want to make a rash decision. When we went back to purchase the bed, we were told that the price was actually $800 higher than we were quoted (we were told they couldn't call us to tell us because they didn't have our phone number--even though we had filled out a bunch of financial paperwork). We were ready to walk away, but then the salesperson "remembered" that there was an additional $300 off in gifts, so we went ahead with the purchase. We signed the contract and went home (about 150 miles). The following morning, the salesperson called us and said the price we signed the contract for was still too low and it was actually an additional $1300. What a nightmare. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. It is very disappointing because we also had a table and chairs picked out there that we loved too, and we were going to call the store and have it thrown on the truck with our bed when it came, but obviously we aren't going to try to buy it and have its price jacked around too.

The furniture seems durable and well made, we still use it 3 years later. The staff were polite and helpful. They had lots of remnants of carpet and it was easy to set up a charge account. Since my last review, we had a puncture in one our sofas that we had paid insirance for when we bought it. Since they stopped making that particular sofa they couldnt repair it and offered us one of two options, come into the store and pick out a new sofa for free, or recieve a check for the value. Very honorable and kept their end of the agreement without making it too hard to do the claim. Was actually impressed they didnt try to get out of it like many places do and would definitely reccomend the place.

I recently moved out into an apartment on my own and needed some new furniture. I shopped here a few times and everyone the associates were very kind and knowledgeable. The furniture is perfect for being quality without costing an arm and a leg. I've had some of this furniture for a few months and it has exceeded expectations.

Friendly staff let you sit or lay on any of the displays etc., and while that's not abnormal they leave you alone if you say you're just looking so you aren't pressured.
