At Ashley Fargo, North Dakota, we are open seven days a week to serve you! Visit us Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We have long hours so every Fargo resident can find time to get the furniture they want.

Best in class management and sales team. Barry and Shawn were 10/10. I’ve shopped many furniture stores and this was a best in class experience. Beautiful store.

I didn’t want to have to leave a 2, but unfortunately I must. I will start with the positive. Aleks was AMAZING throughout this entire process. From picking out furniture, to getting us a good deal, to helping with product issues and warehouse/delivery related problems. Unfortunately we’ve had some problems with parts missing, so I waited 3 hours for my furniture to be delivered just for the bolts to be missing, and the dresser was broken. Then had to reschedule that for another day after noticing the coffee table had deformations and scratches. Fast forward to today… the delivery driver called me already annoyed because they didn’t tell him it was for an apartment, and was annoyed it was third floor. Tried demanding I come downstairs to let him in when I said I can buzz them in upstairs. I then heard him complaining to his coworker in the hall, which he didn’t realize as my door was wide open for him. He then was upset because they didn’t tell him which door number. When he came in they brought the dresser to the closet. They hit something coming in as I heard a thud, then set the dresser sideways up and I heard things crashing around in it. I said it can go against the wall, it should fit.. I asked what he thought. His response was “didn’t you measure it” I was more so asking for a second opinion as the delivery drivers the weekend before gave me great suggestions and cared. I then left the room. The second interaction was him demanding that I move the box spring and mattress. I said no as I already let everyone know that I am not moving their mess up. I cleared everything else out of the way. He said he couldn’t do it, I said ok I will call the guy I spoke to about it, he said fine I’ll call my guy too. Instead of communicating with me what he had said, he moved the mattress and box spring. He then was huffing and puffing walking out the apartment door and was visibly upset and made some comment under his breath. I told him that he will not be rude to me in my home and also treat this furniture poorly by slamming it around when I paid thousands of dollars for it all. I even made it clear that the mess up before was obviously not their fault, but I would not be continuing to go out of my way each time to move things because of their mistakes. Not to mention his whole attitude happened in front of my child. I left a note on the paper that I had to sign. He texted me with the driver messaging system and was very condescending about the note I left. I felt very uncomfortable while he was there and had to have my family on the phone during the whole interaction. I’m not sure if his name was Jay or the other guy with him. The other guy didn’t say a word. I think he knew his buddy was in the wrong. I work in customer service, so I know how it can be dealing with them…. I was very taken aback by this interaction and truthfully won’t be using this company in the future because of it. Thankfully Aleks has made sure my final delivery will be with a crew that was not involving him. I’m saddened by this whole experience honestly.

We just wanted to give a thanks and shout out to Dan Wavra, who was so helpful to my wife and I today when we were in the store to buy a new mattress. Dan was super knowledgeable, was the total opposite of pressuring, and gave (in fact, encouraged) us to take plenty of time lying on a few mattresses to pick the best one for us. Dan was even able to help us identify (from a photo we had taken) the Sealy Posturepedic mattress we like to sleep on at my brother's house so that he could find the closest (and newer) equivalent right then and there in the store. That's the one we ended up buying. We just really appreciated Dan's calm, low-key demeanor along with his obvious expertise. Thanks!

Jared was awesome! He answered all of our questions and helped us find a bed within our budget that worked for us. He also gave us options within multiple price points, as well as gave my husband and I ample time to discuss things before we made a decision. 10/10 would recommend!

Even after I ran into trouble when the first couch I picked out did not fit right. Reina stayed on it and made great suggestions. We ended up with the perfect couch and met my deadline.
