I wanted a mattress and worked with Hannah- she made the experience so easy. After a month I thought it was too hard and contacted Hannah. Again- she was great assisting me , telling me what I needed to do - the end game was not the sale for her, it was making sure that I was satisfied and comfortable on my mattress. In the future if I need furniture, I will go to Hannah. She’s the best.

When I walked in, Katie was ready to greet me. She worked with me on multiple different couch and recliner options. She was very polite and patient. Katie helped my fiancée and I find the perfect living room set!!

I do not recommend buying anything from them on credit. If you pay your minimum payment due you will never pay it off and you will see an increase in your monthly statement instead of it going down. Complete rip-off. There should be a law against pulling that crap on people. Shop elsewhere.

Katie helped us navigate the store and showed us a bunch of sectionals on a great deal and I was able to choose and purchase what sectional I wanted in less than an hour. ✨ Well… I’m back, and this time it’s not with a complaint it’s with gratitude! ✨ If you saw my last review, you know we had some struggles with a sectional we purchased. Warranty issues, stress, frustration, you name it, we dealt with it. But then came Katie. 🙌 Our saleswoman turned absolute lifesaver. The moment I reached out, she was on it instantly. Within a week.. Yes, just ONE week everything was resolved. The stress that had been weighing me down was completely lifted. We were invited back into the store and given the option to either replace our sectional or go a totally different route. The crazy part? Very disappointed with this store. We purchased a guardian protection from them when we bought our furniture. The sales rep said they’ll give us a refund if we don’t use the plan. We called for a refund but apparently you get a store credit and you need to call within 6 months. We called within 10 months so their offer has expired. This store is untrustworthy and not customer oriented.

After making a decision on what I was going to buy, the first person I dealt with wasn't available, but Alex was super friendly and offered his assistance. He explained that his co-worker might not get the credit she deserved if I made my purchase with him, and let me know when she'd be working next. I thought it was wonderful to see this guy looking out for another person, and he gave me some extra details that I didn't know about delivery just because I asked. It really made me feel like the company has good integrity and an amazing team of workers. Katie was absolutely the best! She was very personable and super helpful in answering all my questions. She showed me a number of affordable selections, and fully explained the financing so I could make an informed decision. I was so pleased with our interaction that I made a third trip back to the store to buy my chaise sofa with her specifically! She explained all my options so well, I decided to go ahead and spend a little extra on the delivery and insurance. These people are awesome and their products are very high-quality. Never get your furniture anywhere else!

We had the honor of dealing with such a great gentleman of the name of Lance. He welcomed us in with a great attitude and showed us our future mattress and the rest was history. While waiting for the pre approved application process we even got fed with a couple bags of chips and some water. Paul was the person that was helping us out at our venture to Ashley Furniture. He was able to get us a phenomenal price for a sofa that we were a little on the fence about because of the cost. He also answered all the questions we had and put our mind at ease with problems we thought we may have with the sofa (such as worried about “non leather” spots peeling) and explained in full detail why we wouldn’t have to worry about that on newer models.

I bought a very nice little table from Ashley. At first I paid to have it delivered, then I changed my mind, and they refunded the delivery fee right away. The nice part of dealing with them is that you can call and talk to someone and they are always available to help.

Chris at Ashley Furniture was absolutely fantastic and very patient with us. We knew what style of couch we wanted so he went around and found them all for us so we could narrow our focus. We were able to get exactly what we wanted in under an hour with great customer service.

Took forever for the furniture to arrive, and when it finally did only some of it came we had to wait longer for the other part. Imagine a friend comes over and sees part of your couch is missing. So bad and embarrassing. But eventually did arrive, couch and furniture good quality.

I purchased my bed and adjustable base from Ashley Furniture in 2017. I purchased a 10 year warranty. This warranty would still be active, considering it's 2024/25 when my bed has now caused some challenges. When I went to file a claim, I was informed Ashley Furniture NEVER activated my warranty therefore I couldn't file my claim. I have been calling and working with them for over 4 months trying to "right THEIR wrong" to get my bed serviced and fixed. I have called, stopped in their store, and emailed their manager, and the response obtained is "someone will be calling you." I have NOT received any calls from to service, nor has anyone come to evaluate my bed. This is absurd, considering this is what I sleep on and because of its damage i have now slept poorly and woke up with pain for months.

She was very intelligent and brought us to exactly what we where looking for best experience I’ve ever had purchasing furniture thank you Katie!

Huge price discrepancies between in-store offerings vs online: Emails offer awesome discounts to catfish you; once you try to order on the site the price is much higher. Found the exact same 63" Bellaby TV Console with Slumberland cheaper than Ashley's best sale price, with the option to have it delivered unassembled for free; total after tax was almost 49% less. If you see something you like, try to find it with a competitor first!

Very well ran business. My wife and I just bought a recliner from here and the saleswoman was very nice and willing to negotiate the price for the recliner. Very very reasonable and respectful price.

Bought a couch here last year for way too much. After having a protective covering on it for a month a perfect cut in the center cushion showed up. Their full warranty/insurance company didn't want to cover it. After many calls and emails they finally offered 35% of the sofa's cost or a new sofa. Problem was, only a few months into owning it, the frame under one side had broke, springs had broke through the fabric ect. The 2 people who use this couch are 5'5" tall and both under 200lbs. I have now taken much if it apart and had to personally rebuild much of this couch just to be able to use it. Quality is trash. Prices are too high. Insurance company is a total cop-out. Go get something that will last longer than a few months somewhere else. Ashley Furniture is absolutely dead to me.

Ashley furniture has the cheapest quality sofas. This sofa began tearing 16 months after delivery & i am now expected to pay out of pocket get it repaired on my own. Furniture mart customer service is no help!!

Grandforks Ashley homestore is great, I love the selections they have, they hold a wide range of furniture if it's for the living room, dining room, or bedroom they have what you need, Hannah Kirkeby is my go to person, she has great customer service skills, everything in home is from Ashley homestore, I most definitely will be back in the near future for more stuff. I love this place, you gotta get the Sealy hybrid mattress for $2600 in the king size, with the adjustable base total game changer, one down side you will not want to get out of bed when the alarm goes off trust me... I went with my sister the previous week she got a couch and our helper from the store was rude and didn't even have time to assist us , it took us 2hrs for him to finalize .They have variety of furniture , so I went in today . My recommendation would be going in And ask for Lance , He gave me the best service ever . He had multiple customers at the same time but he did his best to accommodate all of us at once . I got me my Headboard , foot board , rails and a new mattress .with his recommendation I got the best mattress I'm extremely happy .

Issues with clerk

Update II: After my complaint below, Ashley Furniture called me and helped me solve the problem I was having. They were very friendly and communicative. In fact, when my couch did arrive and ended up being too big for my apartment hallway, they worked with me to find a better couch and gave me a great deal on the new one which I really appreciated. And the delivery teams were so friendly and efficient. They were in and out in 10 minutes flat. It completely negated the issue I had with them earlier. My only advice is that people check the couch when it is delivered. When my couch came, there was a small tear. Luckily, I have the warranty and could get it replaced if the tear was big enough for me to bother with, but it is a reminder to double check your couch just in case. Overall, despite the bumpy start, I feel like the company did all they could to help me and were always friendly, so I would shop there again. Update: This is a classic case of don't review the store until you get the product. It turns out that the associate I was working with made the false promise of guaranteeing when I would get my couch delivered. Even though we made the delivery date set for this weekend (which is also printed on my receipt), it will now be delivered later than originally stated. I feel like I won't see my couch at all at this point. When I called the company asking about the delivery date, I felt like I was gaslighted. They kept telling me that 'no associates can't make promises of when couches will be delivered. No associates don't set dates for delivery'. As I said before, it literally has the supposed date of delivery on my receipt. I feel like my experience has been a mess of false promises and miscommunications. Old post: Jonathan was wonderful. He went back and forth and back and forth checking stock for me and answered my millions of questions 👍👍👍

He took my order and handled it personally, he also gave me a better deal for the mishap that took place with his other employee. The rest of my furniture is supposed to be delivered in March so if that happens Ill come back and give Ashley a better rating. Thank You Dustin. To be continued... _________________ I went to Ashley Furniture in Grand Forks, ND just before Christmas 2021. However the furniture I ordered wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered. I didn’t really mind because I needed new furniture and they have nice stuff. I went through their finance plan, fillled out all the paper work that this Jonathon had gave me and before I left the store I made sure everything was handled. I was expecting my furniture still in a couple of weeks, it is now January 27, 2022. Haven’t heard from Ashley ever since I left the store. I called today to check on the delivery date to make sure someone was home when it arrived. This Jonathon tells me that my order was cancelled because I didn’t fill out a form for a first time applicant does when buying furniture through their finance program. Jonathon says they tried to call several times. No missed calls from Jonathon, gave my email address to them when filling out the paperwork, no emails. Jonathon said the finance person Chad tried calling as well but still no missed calls or any emails from them. I am very displeased with these two employees of Ashley Furniture, if I ever do business with Ashley Furniture again, IT WILL NOT BE WITH JONATHON and if avoidable will not be with Chad!!!

I was able to get a price match super easily with some chairs that I wanted to purchase. I got some great help from one of their employees Jonathan. He was a great help, super friendly, and got the price match we wanted. Great costumer service from Ashley HomeStore.

I purchased a new sectional and while in route on the transport home the loveseat section caught fire on the trailer. The sofa section was received minor damage because we were able to put the fire out with snow from the ditch. Upon hearing this my sales rep Nate spoke with management and they graciously gifted me a new loveseat section and included free delivery ! I am BEYOND grateful and blessed and can't thank their crew enough! Over and above expected service. When my insurance company wouldn't assist you stepped in and turned a dreadful situation around. Buying your first furniture with your significant other can definitely more strenuous than I anticipated. Yesterday, my fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Trey, after talking with him and telling him some of our personal habits and desires he worked with us by sharing his own personal experiences with different possibilities. After hours of sitting, looking and trying to imagine what could work for us Trey helped us narrow down and finally come to a decision we are more than satisfied. I absolutely do find us in the future going back it was a wonderful experience.

I've always had great customer service with Ashley HomeStore. I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from them over the years, and have had them go our of their way to help with any issues. Because of my past experiences there, we recently purchased a new loveseat knowing that we'd be in good hands. The salesperson, Tre, who helped us out was courteous and polite and helped us locate exactly what we were looking for and was able to answer all our questions.

Such a great experience. Normally buying furniture is stressful but Tre Morris at Ashley Furniture helped us with all our questions and was able to walk us through the whole buying experience and made it an enjoyable and successful visit.

The atmosphere in this place is amazing. Tre helped us out right away and left no questions unanswered. We were able to find everything we were looking for.

Upon reading other reviews is seems Ashley Furniture in Grand Forks seems to have a history of delivering broken on incorrect items and then offering accepting their floor model as consolation. My experience is no different. I will never shop there again! I ordered a couch in spring and it arrived broken in early July. The bracket connecting the back to the seat was rattling around inside the back. I called and was told by my associate that it would be August before they could get the replacement part. I did not want to wait but didn't have much choice as everything was on back order due to the pandemic. Sept 9th the truck showed up to replace the broken piece, but the part wasn't on the truck. I called and was assured by the manager, Dustin, that it was no longer on back order and the correct would be in the following week. The next week came and went and again Dustin said, "he is very sorry, but they ordered the wrong piece again" for sure next week it will be there. Well, next week is today, and again "they ordered the incorrect piece" and I cannot get my correct piece until January. Dustin's suggestion was to replace my brand-new broken piece with their dirty floor model. Unacceptable! I cancelled my order for recliners that haven't been delivered yet and told them to come pick up their garbage couch from my house!

We got the best furniture . They do have warranty for our new furniture . Plus you can buy protection to have them clean and fix any problems. 💯🍀
